Abstract

The success of students in learning mathematics can be seen from the results obtained after participating in learning activities. Results of learning mathematics eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 24 Padang still low, because they are less active in learning. Solutions to cope this problem is using the STAD model. The purpose of this study is to analyze and compare the mathematics learning outcomes of students who use models STAD learning and those using the direct learning model, as well as describing the development of mathematics learning outcomes of student who used the STAD learning model. This Quasi-experiment used the Nonequivalent Posttest Only Control Group Design. The results of data analysis with the t test, obtained ? −value < 0.05, indicating that the mathematics learning outcomes of students who use the STAD learning model are better than the direct learning model. Based on value increase quizzes and analysis of final test data, it was concluded that the STAD learning model positive effect on students' mathematics learning outcomes.Keywords– Student Team Achievement Division, Direct Learning, Mathematics Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

Penyakit degeneratif tidak hanya terjadi pada lansia dan dewasa saja, melainkan juga pada remaja jika pola makannya tidak sesuai dengan pedoman gizi seimbang. Pedoman gizi seimbang merupakan kumpulan makanan dan minuman dengan kualitas dan kuantitas yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan harian tubuh dengan tetap memperhatikan prinsip keberagaman makanan, aktivitas fisik, perilaku hidup bersih, dan pemantauan berat badan secara teratur. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa/siswi tentang gizi seimbang. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, Focus Groub Discussion (FGD), dan tanya jawab. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner pengetahuan yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah edukasi. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan siswa/siswi terkait gizi seimbang dari nilai rata-rata 59% menjadi 85%. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah edukasi mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan gizi siswa/siswi sehingga tenaga gizi di puskesmas setempat disarankan untuk turut memberikan edukasi tentang pedoman gizi seimbang pada siswa/siswi agar pencegahan penyakit degeneratif dapat dilakukan sejak dini.

Abstract

The higher the number or density of flies, it can indicate that environmental sanitation in that place is not bad and can indicate that human behavior around the place is not clean. The purpose of this study was to analyze the waste management system and physical environmental factors on the fly population index in Pasar Baru, Baturaja Timur District, OKU Regency in 2024. The research method used was the cross-sectional method. The research sample consisted of 60 respondents. The samples to be used in this study were 60 traders and 60 fly measurement locations. The univariate analysis in this study was the fly population index, room temperature, and air humidity in Pasar Baru, Baturaja Timur District. The bivariate analysis used the Chi Square test with a confidence level of 95%. The results of the study showed no significant relationship between room temperature and the fly population index in Pasar Baru, Baturaja Timur District, OKU Regency in 2024 with a P Value of 0.235 and no significant relationship between air humidity and the fly population index in Pasar Baru, Baturaja Timur District, OKU Regency in 2024 with a P Value of 0.134. Traders are expected to independently provide trash bins in accordance with regulations, separate trash bins for dry and wet waste, waterproof and closed.

Abstract

This research proposes the application of a combination of Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA) and Respond to Criteria Weighting (RECA) methods for a more objective and transparent sales performance assessment system. MOORA is used to evaluate alternatives based on various criteria through a ratio normalization process, while RECA determines the weight of criteria proportionally by considering the contribution level of each criterion. The combination of these two methods is designed to reduce subjectivity in the evaluation process and produce a systematic and measurable ranking of salespeople. The results show that the integration of MOORA and RECA is able to provide an accurate solution in determining sales achievers, by considering various performance indicators such as sales volume, customer satisfaction, and the ability to build long-term relationships. The results of the study show that the combination of these two methods can produce transparent rankings. With the following ranking results, the first rank with a total final score of 0.514 by Sample, the second rank with a total final score of 0.314 by Jinilianty, the third rank with a total final score of 0.308 by Rudi Hartono. The system not only increases salesperson motivation to achieve targets, but also provides structured feedback for self-development. With a transparent and accountable approach, the company is able to improve. The results of this study can also serve as a reference for other companies in developing a more effective sales performance evaluation system.

Abstract

Vocational education in Vocational High Schools (SMK) plays an essential role in equipping students with relevant skills. To ensure a successful learning process, regular evaluation is needed. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using digital media as an evaluation tool in vocational education at SMK. Using a systematic literature review method, this study examines various relevant scholarly articles on the implementation of digital evaluation media in vocational subjects at SMK. The findings indicate that digital evaluation tools, such as Wordwall, Quizizz, Edmodo, Kahoot, and Google Forms, play a significant role in improving student outcomes, engagement, and motivation. These digital tools facilitate interactive and efficient evaluation, support more adaptive and objective assessment processes, and provide faster feedback.
