Abstract

Purpose: This study is aimed to determine the impact of intubation video media on the endotracheal tube insertion competence of Anesthesiology Nursing students at Universitas 'Aisyiyah Yogyakarta. Methods: This research employed a quantitative methodology utilizing a pre-experimental design including a one-group pretest and posttest approach, without a control group. The sampling method employed was simple random sampling utilizing an observation sheet as the instrument. The study's respondents were 40 individuals from the overall population of 157 Anesthesiology Nursing students from the 2021 batch. The employed statistical test was the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Results: Statistical analysis revealed that before exposure to video media, 35 respondents (87.5%) were classified as less skilled, however after viewing of video media, 25 respondents (62.5%) were classified as skilled. The Wilcoxon test obtained a p-value of 0.000, indicating that the significance level was below 0.05 (sig. 0.000 < 0.05), therefore leading to the rejection of h0 and the acceptance ha. Conclusion: Video medium for intubation could help improve endotracheal tube insertion proficiency among Anesthesiology Nursing students at Universitas 'Aisyiyah Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Gout merupakan suatu hasil sisa metabolisme tubuh disebut sebagai zat purin, yang berasal dari tubuh yang dikonsumsi manusia secara berlebihan.Terapi Bekam merupakan sebuah metode dengan mengeluarkan darah hasil metabolisme  atau  darah  yang terkontaminasi  racun  dan  oksidan  dari tubuh lewat permukaan tubuh. Tujuan: menerapkan terapi bekam pada pasien asam urat untuk menurunkan kadar asam urat. Metode : Penulis menggunakan metode deskripsi, dengan pendekatan Studi Kasus penelitian, studi kasus ini dilakasanakan pada 2 Pasien Asam urat. Data ini diperoleh dengan cara yaitu : wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi aktivitas, memperoleh catatan dan laporan diagnostik. Hasil : Setelah dilakukan tindakan keperawatan selama 3 hari diagnosa: Nyeri Akut berhubungan dengan agen pencedera fisiologis. Dalam implementasi sebagian besar telah sesuai dengan rencana tindakan yang telah diterapkan. Kesimpulan: Penerapan terapi bekam pada kedua pasien hipertensi dapat menurunkan kadar purin di dalam darah. Saran : Dalam penelitian ini adalah lebih mempromosikan tentang terapi bekam sebagai terapi komplementer bagi penderita asam urat, karena salah satu manfaat terapi bekam adalah menurunkan kadar purin didalam darah.

Abstract

Adverse Events Following Immunization (AEFI) often occur after every type of vaccination, including the DPT vaccine. Many children experience fever after receiving the DPT vaccine, which is a normal reaction. However, many mothers feel tense, anxious, and worried. This study aims to determine the relationship between mothers’ knowledge and attitudes towards AEFI reactions in toddlers receiving the DPT vaccine at the UPTD Tanjung Agung Community Health Center in 2024. The sampling technique used accidental sampling with a total of 65 respondents. The research instrument was a questionnaire, and data analysis was conducted bivariately using the chi-square test.The results of this study indicate a significant relationship between mothers’ knowledge of AEFI reactions. Mothers’ attitudes towards AEFI reactions and DPT immunization were also analyzed. The Chi-square analysis results show a significant relationship between mothers’ knowledge of AEFI reactions (p-value = 0.000) and their attitudes toward AEFI reactions (p-value = 0.000). Knowledge and attitudes towards AEFI reactions have a significant relationship with DPT immunization. It is concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes about AEFI and the administration of the DPT vaccine. Therefore, healthcare workers are expected to improve DPT immunization and AEFI education to minimize negative perceptions regarding DPT immunization and AEFI.

Abstract

Individual counseling service activities are one of the guidance and counseling services practiced by teachers (counselors) in schools to help solve student problems (counselees). Therefore individual counseling services must be carried out properly and have a positive value. This study aims to determine the extent to which the implementation of individual counseling services for junior high schools in the city of Medan is viewed from several aspects of the implementation of individual counseling services provided by guidance and counseling teachers at schools. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive approach with a survey design. Data collection instruments are interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires. The subjects of this study were guidance and counseling teachers at junior high schools in the city of Medan. As for the results, it can be seen that the implementation of individual counseling services is a service that is often used by guidance and counseling teachers. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that junior high school guidance and counseling teachers in Medan City choose individual counseling services as a good service in alleviating student problems at school, with a success rate of solving student problems from 61% to 100%.

Abstract

In the era of digital transformation, vocational students are required to master not only technical skills but also digital competence, learning autonomy, and strong motivation. However, various challenges such as low digital literacy, limited learning independence, and fluctuating motivation levels hinder the effectiveness of learning processes in vocational schools. This study aims to examine the influence of digital literacy, learning independence, and learning motivation on learning effectiveness, with self-efficacy acting as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach using an explanatory survey method was applied to a sample of 197 vocational high school students selected through proportional stratified random sampling. Data were collected using a validated Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results revealed that all three independent variables significantly affect learning effectiveness, both directly and indirectly through self-efficacy. Among them, self-efficacy demonstrated the strongest effect. The findings underscore the importance of enhancing students' self-efficacy to maximize the impact of digital literacy, autonomy, and motivation on learning outcomes. These results contribute to educational theory and practice by highlighting the mediating role of self-efficacy in vocational learning settings

Abstract

Anemia often occur due to iron deficiency due to the increase in blood volume in pregnant women to meet iron needs. one alternative for Fulfill needs substance iron could conducted with consumption vegetables that contain substance iron in the food menu . Kelakai is plant type the usual nails utilized as vegetables. Kelakai contain substance iron on leaves behavior (291.32 mg/100 grams) Substance iron (Fe) is a related factors with formation cell blood red and hemoglobin in blood . The aim of the research is to prove the effect of giving kelakai (Stenochlaena palustris) on increasing hemoglobin levels in pregnant woman at Kasih Ibu clinic. This research uses quasi-experimental with one..group..pretest and posttest..design . Data..analyzed..using the T-Test. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive hemoglobin sampling technique using the HB Quick Check tool. 15 respondents were Pregnant women who experience anemia consume 100gr kelakai (Stenochlaena Palustris) per day for 7 days. T-Test results obtained t value 8.049 and value P Value 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the study concluded that giving kelakai (Stenochlaena palustris) had an effect on increasing hemoglobin in pregnant women.

Abstract

Pengembangan Media E-Comic ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kelayakan, kepraktisan, dan keefektivan dari produk yang dikembangkan yaitu media elektronik Komik. Metode research & development terdapat 5 tahapan penelitian yaitu analisis, desain, pengembangan, pengimplementasian dan evaluasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah observasi, angket dan tes. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini menghasilkan suatu produk yaitu Media E-Comic berbasis model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning pada mata pelajaran pendidikan pancasila dengan hasil validasi dari media sebesar 82,35% dan materi sebesar 81%. Media juga diuji kepraktisannya oleh guru kelas IV SD Negeri 107504 Sei Rotan dengan nilai 86% yang menyatakan bahwa media Sangat Praktis dan media dinyatakan efektif dengan hasil tes peserta didik yang meningkat. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Media E-Comic berbasis model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning pada mata pelajaran pendidkan pancasila yang dihasilkan dinyatakan layak, praktis dan efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran di sekolah.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat, pembuat kebijakan harus melibatkan industri dalam proses pendidikan, terutama dalam menyusun kurikulum agar kompetensi capaian selaras dengan kebutuhan. Industri juga harus bekerja sama dengan sekolah untuk mengurangi perbedaan antara kejadian di dunia nyata dengan apa yang diajarkan di sekolah. Jika perbedaan ini dikecilkan, lulusan pendidikan kejuruan akan lebih mudah terserap ke industri dan tingkat pegangguran lulusan SMK akan menurun. Dalam penulisan artikel ini, metode analisis literatur digunakan. Analisis literatur mencakup penelitian berbagai kajian ilmiah, seperti artikel ilmiah, jurnal, buku, dan kajian lainnya yang relevan dengan topik. Program kemitraan sekolah dengan industri meliputi: (1) program pembelajaran pabrik; (2) kerjasama antara industri dengan sekolah dalam bentuk pengelolaan prakerin, pengelolaan kunjungan industri, kelas industri, serta proses perekrutan tanaga kerja; dan (3) pelatihan dan pengelolaan bagi pihak berwenang yang terkait dengan ketenagakerjaan. Peran Industri dalam Pengembangan Kurikulum Pendidikan Kejuruan adalah untuk memperbarui kurikulum dan memberi siswa pemahaman tentang teknologi terbaru. Ini juga memungkinkan siswa melakukan praktik kerja langsung di industri atau melakukan magang, yang akan membantu mereka mengembangkan keterampilan kerja praktis.

Abstract

Dapur pintar store is a shop that sells household furniture. However, there are several obstacles faced by Dapur Pintar Store, such as the shop still having difficulty predicting future inventory, and the absence of the application of data mining in predicting inventory. This is interesting to solve in order to make it easier for the store to determine inventory predictions at Dapur Pintar Store. Utilizing data mining, especially using linear regression, can provide valuable insight for predicting sales of household products at Smart Kitchen Stores. Identify and collect relevant data for sales analysis. This includes historical sales data, customer demographic data, promotions or discounts applied, and other factors that may influence household product sales. Perform data preprocessing to clean incomplete or inaccurate data. In addition, perform data transformations such as normalization to ensure consistency and accuracy in analysis. Apply a linear regression model to understand the linear relationship between the independent variable (for example, time, promotion, or demographics) and the dependent variable (household product sales). This model can be used to make predictions based on historical patterns. Use historical data to train a linear regression model. The training process involves adjusting the model parameters to fit the training data, so that it can provide accurate predictions. Validate the model using data that was not used in training to ensure that the model can provide good predictions on new data. This helps avoid overfitting and ensures generalization of the model. In making inventory predictions for goods, we will use the Multiple Linear Regression method. Software that will be used to support data processing is RapidMiner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh terhadap profitabilitas, struktur aset, likuiditas, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap Struktur Modal pada perusahaan industri dasar dan kimia yang telah go public di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2012-2016. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik Purposive Sampling sedangkan untuk pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dokumenter yang bersumber dari data laporan keuangan yang dilaporkan pada Bursa Efek Indonesia. Adapun alat analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis dalam hal ini menggunakan uji F secara simultan dan uji t secara parsial. Hasil pengujian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap DER sedangkan likuiditas dan struktur aset memiliki pengaruh yang negatif terhadap DER.
