Abstract

Online Single Submission (OSS) adalah perizinan berusaha yang diterbitkan oleh lembaga OSS melalui sistem pelayanan berusaha terintegrasi secara elektronik dengan cara yang mudah, lebih cepat, tepat dan efisien. Tetapi belum semua masyarakat khususnya para pengelola satuan pendidikan non formal Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) mengetahui mengenai OSS dan bagaimana cara menggunakannya, untuk itu adanya program pengabdian masyarakat melalui bimbingan teknis manajerial pendirian ini menjadi solusi alternatif bagi pengelola satuan pendidikan non formal PKBM yang ingin menempuh perijinan terpadu lembaganya. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan wawasan, pengetahuan dan keterampilan praktis langkah-langkah berbasis digital melalui aplikasi OSS bagaimana prosedur pendirian satuan pendidikan non formal PKBM itu dilakukan. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui bimbingan teknis yang dilakukan melalui 2 kegiatan utama yakni pemberian materi khusus terkait kebijakan manajerial pendirian/perpanjangan ijin operasional satuan pendidikan nonformal PKBM melalui aplikasi OSS dan praktek langsung terkait dengan tahapan dan langkah-langkah yang dilakukan di dalam aplikasi OSS. Jumlah peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan bimbingan teknis ini berjumlah 8 pengelola PKBM dan 1 Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) yang berasal dari Kabupaten Ciamis. Hasil pengabdian pada masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa peserta mengalami peningkatan wawasan, pengetahuan dan keterampilan praktis mengenai implementasi pendirian PKBM melalui aplikasi digital dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut ; Pertama, log in pada sistem OSS menggunakan user-ID yang telah dibuat sebelumnya. Kedua, mengisi data-data yang diperlukan meliputi data perusahaan/yayasan, data produk, data usaha terkait pendirian bangunan PKBM dan juga tenaga kerja. Ketiga, mengisiinformasi bidang usaha sesuai dengan Klarifikasi Baku Lapangan Usaha Indonesia (KBLI). Uraian yang diisikan dalam pendirian PKBM yaitu uraian bidang usaha satuan pendidikan non formal PKBM. Keempat, setelah semua terisi berikan tanda checklist sebagai bukti persetujuan pernyataan mengenai kebenaran dan keabsahan data yang dimasukkan; dan kelima, pelaku usaha akan mendapatkan Nomor Induk Berusaha atau disingkat NIB. Tindak lanjut dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah perluasan dan pendalaman bimbingan teknis mengenai kesiapan pemberkasan dokumen yang dipersyaratkan oleh OSS.

Abstract

Online Single Submittion (OSS) is a business license issued by the OSS institution through an electronically integrated business service system in an easy, faster, precise and efficient way. The purpose of this study is to describe data regarding the implementation of the OSS system in PKBM Daarut Tauhiid. The theoretical studies used in this research are the concept of mentoring, the concept of Community Learning Activity Center and Online Single Submittion (OSS). The method used in this research is descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and literature studies. The results showed that the implementation of OSS in PKBM Daarut Tauhiid went through the following steps; First, log in to the OSS system using the user-ID that was created previously. Second, fill in the required data including company data, product data, business data related to the establishment of PKBM buildings and also workers. Third, fill in the business field information in accordance with the Indonesian Standard Clarification for Business Fields (KBLI). The description that is filled in in the establishment of PKBM is a description of the business field of the Daarut Tauhiid PKBM non-formal unit. and fifth, business actors will get NIB.

Abstract

This research examines the role of partner institutions, namely government agencies, academic institutions and industrial institutions in improving the quality standards of PKBM units through the triple helix partnership program. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data collection technique used is interviewing. The subjects of this study numbered 5 people consisting of 2 PKBM managers, 1 person from government institutions, 1 person from academic institutions and 1 more person from industrial institutions. The results showed that government institutions play a role in increasing human resources capacity, providing facilities, infrastructure and capital assistance and increasing and providing partnership network assistance. Academic institutions play a role in increasing HR capacity and improving partnership networks. While industrial institutions only play a role in providing capital assistance. The findings of this study show that PKBM Bina Cipta Ujungberung partner institutions have a role in improving the quality of PKBM units by increasing human resources capacity, providing facilities, infrastructure and capital assistance and improving and providing partnership network assistance.

Abstract

The use of ICT in education has evolved into distance education management in the field of training, it aims to provide the widest possible access to education and training for trainees who do not have the opportunity to attend face-to-face education due to various problems. Based on Dapodik data, most playschool educators or teachers in Indonesia do not have an educational background that can support their competence. Thus, education and training services are one of the efforts that can be made to encourage the improvement of the competence of playschool educators. Through e-training with a blended approach, it is expected to be a solution because it has advantages including 1) affordable and efficient costs; 2) unlimited quota; 3) can be accessed via the internet; 4) flexible time. The approach taken is a qualitative research approach with a descriptive method using purposive sampling technique which representing training activities in Bogor Regency, Karang Regency, and Bekasi Regency, West Java, Indonesia. The results of the research on the application of e-training with a blended approach for playschool educators show a new model in the implementation of learning, namely combining face-to-face learning with online. Adaptation to e-training with a blended approach must be carried out following the changes and developments of an increasingly rapid era without compromising the objectives and learning outcomes in the training program.

Abstract

In the concept of lifelong education, there are certain principles that underlie various exercises, activities and engagements that can be considered as a contribution to values education, and these will form the basis for lifelong education programs and activities. Learning in lifelong education is recognized in different forms at each age stage and can contribute to their desire to enhance personal development and creativity as they age. This lifelong education is a contribution to opening up and increasing sophistication in broadening the understanding of certain values for all students, during their study period. Lifelong education seeks to explore ways and means by which students can be encouraged to develop and grow well as individual beings and social agents, throughout their lives. In the process of lifelong learning, parents as individuals can obtain information and knowledge informally during their lives as parents. Parents as two individuals who generally have biological and psychological attachments, and have material responsibility for children's education, have an important role in determining the steps of children's education. For this reason, the knowledge that parents have about education majors and career planning will greatly help children as prospective students in tertiary institutions to consider the best education they will take to achieve the careers that have been planned beforehand. There are several other considerations that support research related to methods of increasing parental knowledge about colleges and careers for children's career planning, namely a great opportunity for parents to continue learning so they can direct and plan their children's future careers appropriately and accordingly. This is closely related to the principle of lifelong education. This research will be conducted using a qualitative research approach. This approach is commonly used to view human behavior as having its own meaning and implications. Through this approach, the author wants to see how the influence of knowledge possessed by parents about college and career can help children plan their future career properly and precisely.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bentuk partisipasi orang tua dalam mewujudkan pengembangan anak usia dini holistik integratif di TK Al Mukhlis Kabupaten Garut serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat partisipasi orang tua. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian di TK Al-Mukhlis Kecamatan Tarogong Kaler Kabupaten Garut Provinsi Jawa Barat. Subjek penelitian orang tua, kepala sekolah dan guru di lingkungan sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakak reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) PAUD Holistik Integratif yang dilaksanakan sudah sesuai Peraturan Presiden Nomor 60 Tahun 2013 Tentang PAUD Holistik Integratif dengan bentuk layanan pendidikan, kesehatan dan gizi, perlindungan, pengasuhan dan olahraga; 2) Partisipasi orang tua dalam mewujudkan pengembangan anak usia dini holistik integratif sudah optimal, ditinjau dari pengambilan keputusan, orang tua aktif menghadiri rapat dan memberikan gagasan. Partisipasi orang tua dalam tahapan pelaksanaan diwujudkan dalam bentuk partisipasi tenaga dalam keterlibatannya pada beberapa kegiatan lain yang dilaksanakan Satuan PAUD. Bentuk partisipasi dalam pengambilan manfaat berkontribusi positif dalam menciptakan komunikasi antara sekolah dengan orang tua. Bentuk partisipasi dalam kegiatan evaluasi yaitu keterlibatan orang tua dalam kehadiran rapat rutin awal dan akhir semester; 3) Faktor pendukung partisipasi orang tua yakni terdapatnya kesediaan orang tua untuk aktif terlibat dan terjalinnya komunikasi antara sekolah dengan orang tua, sedangkan faktor penghambat, yakni kesibukan orang tua dan rendahnya pemahaman orang tua untuk turut serta membantu mewujudkan optimalisasi perkembangan aspek anak usia dini.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mengidentifikasi metode efektif dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) sesuai Kurikulum Merdeka, serta mengevaluasi implementasinya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus di beberapa sekolah PAUD, termasuk TK Negeri Pertiwi di Kabupaten Bantaeng. Subjek penelitian mencakup guru, kepala sekolah, siswa PAUD, dan orang tua siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi, dan diskusi kelompok terarah (FGD). Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis tematik dan keabsahan dijaga melalui triangulasi. Hasil menunjukkan integrasi nilai kewirausahaan dapat dilakukan melalui pendekatan tematik, pembelajaran berbasis proyek, dan permainan peran. Pendekatan tematik mengaitkan konsep kewirausahaan dengan tema relevan, seperti "Pasar" untuk mengajarkan perdagangan dan manajemen. Implementasi metode ini meningkatkan kreativitas, inovasi, keterampilan sosial, dan pemahaman konsep ekonomi sederhana pada anak-anak usia dini. Anak-anak yang terlibat dalam kegiatan tematik dan proyek menunjukkan peningkatan berpikir kreatif dan inovatif, sementara permainan peran mengembangkan keterampilan sosial dan emosional. Penelitian ini memberikan panduan praktis bagi guru dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka dan meningkatkan pemahaman pentingnya nilai kewirausahaan sejak dini. Penelitian ini tidak hanya berfokus pada aspek teoritis tetapi juga memberikan dampak praktis dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan PAUD di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the innovation of the independent learning curriculum in the era of society 5.0 in building the future of education. The research method used is a qualitative approach to literature studies that focuses on understanding meaning and does not rely on mathematical or statistical evidence. The data collection technique was carried out through a literature review that discussed the innovation of the independent learning curriculum in the era of society 5.0 in building the future of education sourced from relevant journals and books. This method allows researchers to gain in-depth insight into the innovation of the Independent Learning Curriculum in the Society 5.0 Era in the context of education. The result of this work, namely the Independent Learning curriculum in the Society 5.0 era, produces a positive impact by prioritizing mastery of various fields of science without the limitations of study programs, increasing students' flexibility to explore individual interests, and strengthening critical skills and independence in the face of complex changes. This curriculum also pays attention to students' identities as agents of change who are responsible, ethical, and contribute positively, as well as broadening perspectives through exploring knowledge to face future challenges with strong competence.
