Abstract

This community service program aims to assist Posyandu (Integrated Health Service Post) in improving the efficiency and transparency of financial administration through the implementation of a simple information system. The main problems faced by the Posyandu partners are the use of manual recording in financial management, the low level of digital literacy among the cadres, and the lack of transparency in preparing financial reports. These conditions can lead to recording errors, loss of financial data, and reduced trust from the community and donors. Therefore, the solution offered in this activity is the development and implementation of a simple digital-based information system to help record income, expenses, and automatically generate financial reports. The method of implementing this activity includes identifying the needs of partners, system design, training and assisting Posyandu cadres, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of the system usage. The results of the activity showed that Posyandu cadres were able to independently use the information system to record financial transactions and prepare standardized financial reports more quickly, accurately, and transparently. In addition, the implementation of this program also improved the digital literacy of cadres and facilitated the financial accountability process to the government and donors. The outcomes of this activity include a simple financial administration information system based on Google Sheets or automated Excel, user manuals, and standardized financial report templates. This program is expected to be a sustainable solution for Posyandu in managing financial administration more effectively and efficiently, while also enhancing the professionalism of Posyandu in providing health services to the community. With this system, Posyandu will not only be better prepared to manage existing funds but will also find it easier to gain trust from external parties for the sustainability of community health programs.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital banking technology requires improvements in service quality to remain competitive in the financial industry. Seabank Indonesia is one of the widely used digital banking applications, making sentiment analysis of user reviews an essential aspect of understanding their perceptions of the provided services. This study evaluates user sentiment toward the Seabank application by implementing the Naïve Bayes algorithm to optimize service quality. The research data was obtained through a web scraping process from the Google Play Store, totalling 1,000 reviews. The Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD) approach was applied in the analysis, encompassing preprocessing stages such as cleaning, casefolding, tokenization, stopword removal, stemming, and Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) representation. The classification model was built by splitting the dataset into 70% training and 30% test data. The evaluation results indicate that the developed model achieved an accuracy of 88%, with a precision of 95%, recall of 87%, and F1-score of 91%. An analysis of all reviews revealed that 70.5% were positive, while 29.5% were negative. These findings demonstrate that the Naïve Bayes algorithm is effective in analyzing user sentiment and provides valuable insights for developers to enhance the quality of Seabank Indonesia’s services.

The American President's policy of implementing high import tariffs for countries in the world has created panic among entrepreneurs, so they have to think about how to survive the high tariffs surge. Companies must be able to devise the right strategy so that their business can survive. So, to remain resilient in the current economic and business conditions, companies have to buy raw materials from Tiongkok at relatively cheap prices, but it is difficult for Indonesian companies to collaborate, both in the form of purchasing production materials, making sales and looking for investors, plus the large number of Chinese companies that invest in Indonesia require employees who master Mandarin. This community service aims to provide Mandarin language skills for Fresh Graduates, enabling them to pursue a career in international companies, especially from Tiongkok. The method used is to provide training and mentoring. To overcome the problems faced by companies who want to open cooperation with investors and clients from Tiongkok. This skills improvement training for prospective employees is the right solution to the problems faced by job seekers and companies. The long-term target to be achieved in this activity is to make fresh graduates able to speak Mandarin and have a career in international companies.

Abstract

Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja merupakan bagian dari Omnibus Law. Yang dimaksud dengan undang-undang Omnibuslaw adalah peraturan perundang-undangan yang dimodifikasi untuk mencakup segala sesuatu atau undang-undang yang mengatur banyak hal. Penulis mengangkat judul ini karena ingin mempertanyakan dampak undang-undang hak cipta terhadap pusat pekerjaan, hubungan antara perusahaan dan karyawan. Omnibus Law UU Cipta Kerja Nomor 11 Tahun 2020 sempat menjadi perdebatan publik karena ditolak oleh banyak kalangan di negeri ini. Dan saat ini masih banyak masyarakat yang belum memahami tentang hukum cipta kerja. Saat ini, masyarakat hanya mengonsumsi cerita rakyat. Negara kita seperti tali yang kedip-kedip, mudah terprovokasi dan dipropagandakan oleh pernyataan-pernyataan.

Abstract

Introduction: This article examines the authority of Indonesia’s Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (INTRAC) to freeze bank accounts as a preventive measure against money laundering and related crimes. While effective in securing illicit assets, this authority raises concerns regarding proportionality, constitutional rights, and democratic accountability, highlighting the need for balanced safeguards within Indonesia’s legal system.Purposes of the Research: The purpose of this research is to analyze the constitutional implications of INTRAC authority to freeze bank accounts, evaluate its conformity with the principles of a democratic rule of law, and propose recommendations for ensuring a balanced approach between effective financial crime prevention and the protection of citizens’ constitutional rights.Methods of the Research: This study uses a normative juridical approach supported by limited empirical insights.Findings of the Research: The findings of this study show that while INTRAC account-freezing authority is an effective preventive tool against financial crime, its lack of judicial oversight creates risks of disproportionate rights restrictions. Using implicature analysis, this research uncovers hidden consequences such as reputational harm and financial paralysis, offering an original perspective that bridges normative law with socio-political impacts in a democratic rule of law.

Abstract

Bahasa dan masyarakat adalah dua hal yang saling berkaitan, keduanya memiliki hubungan mutualistik, antara yang satu dengan yang lain saling ada ketergantungan, membutuhkan, dan menguntungkan, masyarakat. Di kalangan praktisi pendidikan (guru dan dosen) yang setiap hari bergelut dengan kegiatan pembelajaran, dan senantiasa dituntut untuk adaptif dan responsif dengan perkembangan yang sangat cepat dalam bidang pembelajaran sangat merasakan bahwa tahapan yang paling berat dari kehadiran pendekatan yang baru adalah pada tahap penerapan atau implementasinya dalam pembelajaran. Pendekatan komunikatif mempunyai pandangan tentang belajar Bahasa Arab siswa atau orang yang mengikuti program belajar Bahasa Arab tidak lagi sekedar belajar kaidah-kaidah nahwu atau gramatika, menguasai mufradat atau kosakata dan ucapan yang sesuai dengan penutur asli, melainkan lebih jauh daripada itu, ia harus berusaha memperoleh kemampuan menggunakan Bahasa Arab yang dipelajarinya sebagai sarana komunikasi. Apa yang diharapkan dari seorang peserta program pengajaran Bahasa Arab bukan hanya keterampilan dan penguasaan struktur dan kosa kata melainkan juga kompetensi komunikatif, Pendekatan komunikatif mempunyai pandangan yang bersifat fungsionalistik tentang Bahasa Arab. Faham fungsionalistik melihat Bahasa Arab bukan sekedar kode seperti halnya dengan pandangan formalistic, melainkan lebih jauh dari itu. Pendekatan tersebut mencoba melihat untuk apa Bahasa Arab itu dan bagaimana digunakan dalam komunikasi. Pandangan fungsionalistik tentang Bahasa Arab dapat diperjelas dengan memperhatikan perbedaannya dengan pandangan formalistik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine a series of processes and results in implementing nahwu learning in class 4 Ibtida' Al-Amien Islamic Boarding School, Kediri City using the book al-fushul al-fikriyah. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research type, and the data analysis used in this study is the Miles and Huberman version of the analytical model. In collecting data, researchers used observation, interviews, and documentation related to learning the book al-fusul al-fikriyah at the cottage. The results of the research show that the learning begins with a lesson plan that is prepared and prepared by the ustadz and the students so that learning runs more effectively. Furthermore, the implementation of learning through the deductive method is accompanied by several supporting activities such as reasoning, deliberation, rote deposition, practice reading and analyzing pronunciation in books. Evaluation of learning consists of oral tests, written tests and assignments. The learning outcomes can be said to be effective and optimal. This is evidenced by the acquisition of students' scores that reach even more than the average value that has been determined, and an increase in students' understanding and mastery of nahwu science after studying the book.

Abstract

Proses belajar mengajar merupakan bagian terpenting dalam pendidikan. Pendidikan pada hakekatnya adalah usaha sadar melalui kegiatan bimbingan, pengajaran atau latihan yang berlangsung di sekolah untuk mempersiapkan peserta didik agar dapat memahami peranan dalam berbagai lingkungan hidup secara tepat. Dari hasil pengamatan yang pernah dilakukan, Dari hasil observasi tersebut diketahui bahwa rendahnya hasil belajar Bahasa Arab disebabkan karena beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung, diantaranya metode pembelajaran yang digunakan pendidik kurang bervariasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Efektivitas model Tgt terhadap peningkatan kompetensi menulis Bahasa Arab siswa kelas XI MAN 2 Kota Kediri. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen.Data yang diperoleh berupa angka pretes dan postes yang digunakan sebelum dan sesudah respon menggunakan model TGT .Teknik yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu:uji Validitas, uji Reliabilitas , Uji Normalitas (Kolmogorf smirnove), Uji Homogenitas ,dan Uji T . Hasil peneitian ini menunjukkan bahwa:1) penggunaan TGT dalam meningkatkan penguasaan maharah kitabah sudah dibilang baik. 2) hasil dari uji IBM SPSS versi 27 menunjukkan uji normalitas diperolih sig 0,200 > 0,05 yang berarti data yang diperoleh normal. Hasil post-test menggunakan model TGT lebih tinggi daripada pre-test kelas eksperimen dengan nilai rata-rata 83,16 dan pada kelas kontrol dengan nilai rata-rata 76,16 . Pada tabel 4.6 nilai Sig. (2-tailed) yang diperoleh adalah 0,005 <0, 05. Karena data hasil uji hipotesis kurang dari 0,05 maka hipotesis penelitian yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini Diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan TGT efektiv dalam peningkatan kompetensi menulis siswa kelas 11 MAN 2 Kota Kediri.

Abstract

Sesungguhnya bahasa Arab adalah bahasa yang digunakan di dalam Alquran, yang tentu dibutuhkan oleh setiap muslim untuk membaca dan memahami Alquran dan memperoleh perintah, larangan, dan hukum-hukum Islam. Bahasa Arab memiliki posisi yang istimewa di antara bahasa-bahasa internsional. Dengan diturunkannya Alquran menggunakan bahasa Arab, maka posisinya menjadi tinggi dan ia memgang peran penting dalam melayani agama Islam dan memahami Alquran. Maka pembelajaran bahasa Arab menjadi urgen dan butuhkan oleh seluruh umat sebagai perantara memahami Alquran. Adapun keberhasilan suatu pembelajaran terkait erat dengan keberhasilan metode pembelajaran yang digunakan, dan untuk mengetahui efektifitas suatu metode pembelajaran, maka peneliti menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang terdapat dalam surah Al-Alaq 1-5. Penelitian ini merupakan studi analisis, dengan memanfaatkan dokumen-dokumen sebagai alat untuk mentafsirkan surat Al-Alaq 1-5. Peneliti menggunakan metode deduktif yang berawal dari kerangka teori umum, menuju kepada data-data yang terperinci. Studi analisis ditujukan untuk mencapai hasil akhir. Adapun temuan penting dalam penelitian ini adalah peneliti mendapati bahwa metode pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan surat Al Alaq 1-5 adalah metode membaca, metode audiolingual, dan metode langsung
