Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan kualitas dan mutu pendidikan kesetaraan khususnya program paket A, B dan C pada PKBM (Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat) DAMAI Kecamatan Muara Beliti Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Hal yang mendasar dari pelaksanan pengabdian disana karena mempunyai beberapa hal seperti tersebarnya siswa di seluruh kecamatan yang tidak bisa untuk berkumpul belajar bersama dikarenakan pekerjaan dan jarak, kurang pahamnya tutur terhadap inovasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran secara online. Kebutuhan akan platform pengajaran digital dimasa sekarang sangat diperlukan maka kami ingin meningkatkan kemampuan tutor PKBM agar lebih baik lagi dalam melayani peserta didikannya. Adapun hasil dari PKM ini adalah, seluruh tutor dapat belajar dan praktik secara langsung membuat weblog yang terintegrasi dengan soal secara online, membuat tambilan yang menarik dan dapat berkomunikasi irtual secara langsung antara tutor dan murid. Dengan demikian pembelajaran di PKBM Damai akan terlaksanan sebagai manamestinya tanpa ada halangan jarak antara sekolah dengan rumah siswa.

Rendahnya motivasi untuk bisa berbicara di depan umum, kurangnya pengalaman, dan kurangnya pengetahuan tentang metode dan trik mudah dalam berbicara di depan umum menjadi alasan diadakannya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk pemuda-pemudi Ikatan Remaja Masjid (IKAREMA) di Kelurahan Ponorogo, Kota Lubuklinggau. Berlangsung selamatiga dua hari, adapun metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah 1) penyampaian materi, 2) simulasi, dan 3) mentoring. Setelah pelaksanaan pelatihan, peserta menunjukkan tumbuhnya motivasi, semangat dan antusiasme dalam berbicara di depan umum. Selain itu, mereka juga telah memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman dalam berbicara di depan umum yang sangat mereka butuhkan ketika mengadakan kegiatan-kegiatan kemasyarakatan di lingkungan tempat tinggal mereka termasuk di sekolah mereka.

Reading was an activity of seeing, observing a series of written symbols and understanding the information contained in a paragraph. Reading be important skill that must be mastery by students. The aimed of the research were to describe the students’ problem in learning Reading Comprehension and to describe Experiment-Text-Relationship (ETR) method play a role in improving students' reading comprehension. This research designed in qualitative method that focused in library research. The subject in this research was seven articles that published in the journals. In collecting the data, the writer reding research article in ETR and in analyzing the data, the writer identifying and classifiying. The results showed : students had less spirit in following the lesson and they confuse about understanding part of the reading skills. After used Experiment-Text-Relationship (ETR) method, students’ score were increase ftom the post test data. It can be concluding that Experiment-Text-Relationship (ETR) method as solution in teaching reading comprehension.

The purpose of this research is to Produce Beginner English material based on Web Mobile. The method of research was Research and Development with the model of ADDIE. The result shows that based on the judgment from the experts got a score of 3.48, which means the e-model validation was valid. The results of the assessment of student responses to the e-module in the completed questionnaire obtained an average overall assessment score of 3,34 with a very good product category. The outcomes from the research are articles published in national journal indexes by Sinta and an English module based on Web Mobile.

English is an international language which uses as language communication by people in the world with different language backgrounds, by English people have easy-to-do relationships with other people oversea. Looking at the larger of English users in the world, Indonesian must try to follow by learning English to make interaction with other people in the global area. English be one of the scrim lessons in the school because it contrasts with Indonesia Language in vocabulary, pronunciation and vocabulary. Such as in the physic study program at STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau as 1. Difficult to master English vocabulary, 2. Confuse how to utter words, 3. Do not understand grammatical in writing and speaking. In another hand, they also need some books that able to cover all skills easy to be master such as 1. They need a guidebook which has a lot of vocabulary with meaning, 2. There are guides on how to utter vocabulary, 3. A lot of samples and practice in fours English skills. 4. Book must be practised and interactive. Based on the problem above, researchers tried to develop beginner English material based on web mobile for adults. The method of research was Research and Development with the model of ADDIE. The aim of this research to determine the completeness outcomes of learning Indonesian language for the third grade students of Bandung Banpres Elementary School after applying the storytelling method by using hand puppets. The research used was quasi experimental. The techniques of collecting the data in this research used a test in the form of multiple choice questions. The techniques of analyzing data used normality test and t-test. The average of pre-test score was 60,22 with the persentage of students completing 33,33% while 66,66% of students did not complete, while the average score of the post-test was 75,56 with the persentage of students completing 80% and 20% of students who did not complete. The finding shows that mean value of post-test is greater than the pre-test with an increase of 15,34. The collecting the data were analyzed using t-test then obtain ttable = 1.69 and thitung = 5.405. Because thitung > ttable then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The finding of this research shows outcomes of learning Indonesian language for third grade students of Bandung Banpres Elementary School after participating in learning Indonesian language with the storytelling method by using hand puppets significantly and complete. This study aims to (1) Know the module development process Appreciation of local wisdom-based Drama Students of Indonesian language study program UNPARI Lubuklinggau (2) Module Appreciation Drama based on local wisdom Students of Indonesian language study program Lubuklinggau UNPARI are valid, practical, and effective. The method used is Research and Development (R & D) research and used the Dick & Carey model which is limited to 8 stages. The study produced new products in the form of a local wisdom-based Drama Appreciation module and tested valid, practical, and effective. Based on the results of the study it was known that validity was 81.25%, and practicality was known from small, medium and large tests. While the effectiveness of teaching materials is known as 6 people 30% get very good grades (A) with a score of 80-100, as many as 9 people 45% get 66-79 with a good category (B), the number of students who get enough grades (C) 1 person 5% with a score of 58, and students who scored less (D) as many as 4 people 20% with a value range of 46-55. based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the teaching material of the local wisdom-based Drama Appreciation course is valid, practical and effective for students of the Study Program. Desa Biaro Baru Pemerintah setempat terus berupaya meningkatkan infrastruktur dan layanan masyarakat di Desa Biaro Baru. Pembangunan jalan, irigasi, fasilitas kesehatan, dan pendidikan menjadi prioritas dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Dengan potensi pertanian yang kuat, keindahan alam yang menarik, serta kearifan lokal yang dijaga dengan baik, Desa Biaro Baru memiliki peluang untuk mengembangkan sektor pariwisata dan ekonomi lokal sehingga perlu adanya peningkatan SDM pada generasi muda. Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat ini adalah memberikan workshop di Desa Biaro baru tentang Seni berbahasa dalam berkomunikasi pada karang taruna baik langsung maupun melalui media komunikasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam Pengabdian ini adalah melalui Sosialisasi, Pelatihan insidental selama 1 hari. dalam proses pelaksanaan kegiatan ini, tim akan memberikan materi yang diiringi oleh workshop sehingga diharpkan pemuda karang taruna memiliki kemampuan berbahasa yang baik dalam bermasyarakat khususnya dalam media sosial.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa setelah diterapkannya model pembelajaran outdoor learning. Pembelajaran yang terus berlangsung di dalam kelas membuat peserta didik sering merasa bosan dan tidak memiliki motivasi untuk belajar, pembelajaran dilakukan dalam bentuk konvensional. Selain itu juga belum pernah melakukan suatu penerapan model pembelajaran di luar kelas (outdoor) dengan menerapkan langsung pada pembelajaran tematik. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran siswa ialah dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Outdoor Learning. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu eksperimen semu.Populasi kelas IV SD Negeri Taba Remanik Tahun Ajaran 2021 berjumlah 22 siswa dan sampel yang diambil berjumlah 22 siswa. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan teknik tes. Data yang dikumpulkan setelah dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji-z pada tarafsignifikanα=0,05 diperoleh Z hitung = 1,68 >z_tabel = 1,64,sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar Tematik siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Taba Remaniksetelah diterapkannya Model Outdoor Learning secara signifikan tuntas dengan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sebesar 74,27
