Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak dari orientasi kewirausahaan terhterdapatpTop of FormBottom of Form stainable business performance melaui competitive advantage sebagai variabel intervening. Pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian dengan teknik penentuan sampel non probability sampling menggunakan metode purposive sampling, sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 38 pelaku UMKM keripik di Kabupaten Malang. Dalam analisis data penelitian ini, digunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak WarpPLS 8.0. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan yang menunjukkan variabel competitive advantage dapat memediasi hubungan antara pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhterdapatp stainable business performance pterdapat UMKM keripik di Kabupaten MalangTop of FormBottom of Form. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan yang menunjukkan variabel competitive advantage berpengaruh signifikan sebagai variabel intervening pterdapat hubungan orientasi kewirausahaan terhterdapatp stainable business performance. Orientasi Kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap sustainable business performance melalui competitive advantage.

Abstract

The pandemic has shifted societal behavior towards a healthier lifestyle, with 7 out of 10 people in Indonesia desiring healthy food. Malang City, as one of the cities in East Java with many universities, has a significant Gen-Z population influencing the economic activities in the healthy food sector. This study explores the relationship between Perceived Risk and Purchase Decisions and the moderating role of Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) among students in Malang City. Using quantitative methods and SEM-PLS analysis with 100 101 students from Universitas Brawijaya as respondents gathered through questionnaires, this study found that Perceived Risk significantly affects healthy food purchase decisions, and E-WOM is a significant moderating variable in this relationship. The study provides strategic recommendations for marketing and policies related to healthy food, including financial risk control through regular product price evaluations, the creation of social trends to reduce negative stigma among Gen-Z, improved production and delivery efficiency to speed up product reception, and maximizing the role of E-WOM through promoting positive reviews and educational content on social media to build a positive image and increase consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penggunaan media sosial dalam pemasaran telah terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk. Selain itu, perbaikan kemasan juga berperan penting dalam memperpanjang masa simpan dan meningkatkan daya tarik produk. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mitra dalam mengemas produk ikan asap agar lebih tahan lama serta memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai sarana pemasaran guna memperluas jangkauan pasar. Pendampingan dilakukan pada BUMDES Tamanjaya, Desa Tamansari, Kabupaten Probolinggo, yang merupakan salah satu sentra produksi ikan asap khas daerah tersebut. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah, praktik langsung, serta diskusi kelompok terfokus (FGD) dengan para pelaku usaha. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah anggota BUMDES Tamanjaya yang berjumlah 20 orang. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui wawancara dan angket untuk mengukur peningkatan keterampilan mitra. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan baik dari segi soft-skill maupun hard-skill peserta, dengan persentase peningkatan sebesar 95%. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini, diharapkan produk ikan asap dari BUMDES Tamanjaya dapat lebih dikenal sebagai oleh-oleh khas Kabupaten Probolinggo serta berkontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi kreatif masyarakat setempat.Abstract: The use of social media in marketing has proven effective in increasing product sales. In addition, packaging improvements also play an important role in extending shelf life and increasing product appeal. Therefore, this mentoring activity aims to improve partners' skills in packaging smoked fish products to make them more durable and to utilize social media as a marketing tool to expand market reach. Mentoring was carried out at BUMDES Tamanjaya, Tamansari Village, Probolinggo Regency, which is one of the centers of smoked fish production typical of the region. The methods used include lectures, direct practice, and focus group discussions (FGD) with business actors. Participants in this activity were 20 members of BUMDES Tamanjaya. Evaluation was carried out through interviews and questionnaires to measure the improvement of partners' skills. The results of the activity showed an increase in both soft-skills and hard-skills of participants, with a percentage increase of 95%. With this training, it is hoped that smoked fish products from BUMDES Tamanjaya can be better known as souvenirs typical of Probolinggo Regency and contribute to the growth of the local community's creative economy.

Abstract

As an initiative to move away from conventional agriculture and increase food production, the Badan Keamanan Pangan (BKP) since 2010 has implemented the Sustainable of Kawasan Rumah Pangan Lestari (KRPL) or currently known as the Yard Utilization Program. This study aims to explore more deeply how sustainable entrepreneurship and green economy can synergize to improve food security in Malang City, with moderation in the role of institutions in the yard utilization program. The existence of entrepreneurship that prioritizes environmentally friendly practices is also an asset for green transformation, with the existence of sustainable entrepreneurship, it can be interpreted that agricultural activities are one of the efforts to support green transformation. The data results from the research were analyzed using the SEM-PLS tool with the WarpPLS 8.0 approach. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that through entrepreneurship created from the sustainable yard utilization program by taking into account environmental, social and economic aspects, it was revealed that areas that initially had a medium food insecurity status experienced an increase in food security status.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is a way to gain competitive advantage for companies that produce goods or services. The importance of analyzing the value of the level of customer satisfaction with the company's marketing mix to determine the characteristics of consumers, the level of importance and performance of the company's marketing mix and the level of customer satisfaction. With this research, it is hoped that the company can improve and develop its marketing strategy and provide recommendations to improve the performance of the marketing mix (9P). This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach and was conducted in December 2021-February 2022. The research method used is Importance Performance Index and Customer Satisfaction Index. The research respondents were 90 people using purposive sampling method and processed using SPSS 26 and Microsoft Excel. Based on the results of the Importance Performance Analysis, the overall results have an average value of the indicator suitability level at the Nako Slipi Coffee Shop of 91.37 %. This value is included in the good category. However, the indicator performance level has not reached 100% so that the store needs to improve the performance indicators of the marketing mix attributes which are still unsatisfactory, especially on the promotional media indicator (X4.2). Based on the results of the analysis using the Customer Satisfaction Index, the general level of customer satisfaction is 87.20 % and is included in the very satisfied category. This explains that most consumers are very satisfied with the performance of the marketing mix attributes (9P) carried out by the Nako Slipi Coffee Shop in general.

Abstract

The business unit's development is determined by its ability to design a marketing strategy. This study was intended to determine the criteria and sub-criteria for marketing resources using the ANP model and formulate an alternative marketing strategy using the TOPSIS method in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) for the ground coffee product in East Manggarai Regency. The sampling method used in this research is proposive sampling. Data collected using a questionnaire from 36 respondents. Research method study used analytical network process (ANP) and techinique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution (TOPSIS) for the method. The ANP was used to analyze the priority of the sub-criteria of marketing resources, while the TOPSIS was used to determine the highest preference value on alternative marketing strategies. This study revealed that the sub-criteria with the highest weight for formulating alternative marketing strategies was the sub-criteria for the process of developing effective new products and services with a weight of 0.118. The highest preference value for alternative marketing strategies is the differentiation strategy with a value of 1.00. Hence, it can be concluded that an appropriate strategy for marketing development and competition of ground coffee products in SMEs of East Manggarai Regency is a differentiation strategy supported by the selected sub-criteria of the process of developing effective new products and services.

Abstract

This is pilot study designed to ascertain college students' understanding of domestic food waste management using an online questioner. The descriptive results section of the report is used to describe the central tendency of the data collected for each variable. Meanwhile, the people who took part in the research were all part of a webinar on waste management that was led by people from universities and environmental groups. The findings indicated that students' knowledge of domestic food waste management remained diverse. Some of them continue to view waste management as a time-consuming and demanding activity.  Community understanding about waste management, especially food, should be given early and started at home. As a result, environmentally friendly activities must be regularly promoted and implemented at the school, university, government, and community levels in order to improve people's quality of life.

Abstract

Because of the high level of competition, businesses need to have an excellent quality management system, which they may attain through Total Quality Management (TQM), to improve their chances of succeeding in the marketplace. It will benefit the productivity of the company's personnel, who are the primary resource in any activity the organization undertakes. ICR needs to be supported by the deployment of TQM in the organization. This demands the company's employees be prepared to face change and improve the quality of their products and processes. This study aims to investigate the impact of TQM dimensions on employee productivity and the function that ICR plays as a mediator in the connection between TQM and employee productivity. Between the months of January and March of 2022, this investigation was carried out at a cocoa agroindustry company located in Bali. Total sampling, also known as a census, is the method of data collection, and structural equation modeling using partial least squares is the approach selected for data analysis (SEM-PLS). According to the findings, the TQM component has a beneficial impact on staff productivity and helps to promote the effect of change readiness, which acts as a mediator.

Abstract

Farm to Table Business is one of the platform for selling agricultural products by digital marketing that really needs a relationship marketing strategy to add customers and increase customer loyalty by increasing customer gratitude. Relationship marketing is a form of strategy to retain customers. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of relationship marketing on customer gratitude and the effect of customer gratitude on customer loyalty at Farm to Table Business. This study used a purposive sampling technique to determine the sample with a total of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used SEM PLS (Partial Least Square) with Warp PLS 7.0 software. The results of this research show that: (1) Relationship marketing has a positive and highly significant effect on customer gratitude by 0.22; (2) Customer Gratitude has a positive and highly significant effect on customer loyalty by 0.56.

Abstract

There are many of foreign students who studying abroad are certainly present an opportunity in it self. Food business become one of the emerging opportunities yet have to address consumer needs. An international student who wants to buy food surely have their own criteria. It is not only about the type and taste of the food but also the other aspect that they need to pay attention the most related to the status of halal food for them who become a Muslim. Halal food are those any kinds of various foods that are  allowed to be eaten and drunk as long as it is suit with the provisions of Islamic law. This study uses Theory of Planned Behaviors to find out the best variables in predicting the purchase intention of halal foods in Taiwan specifically for an Indonesian Muslim students in Taiwan. Online questionnaire using Google Forms was used to predict for amount 342 an Indonesian Muslim students participate as the research sampling. This research used SEM PLS analysis using WarpPLS 7.0 software. For the result, Theory of Planned Behavior  able to be used as a variable to predict the level of purchase intention in halal foods. The Attitude and Subjective Norm has significant result yet the perceived behavioral control has strongly significant results. The last one is about the religiosity that could be used by examine the purchase intention for halal foods as an intervening or mediating variable for this research.
