Abstract

Repurchase intentions are crucial for users of goods delivery services, as they directly influence customer trust and brand loyalty. Regarding this importance, this study aims to determine the influence of service quality, price suitability, and online service facilities on repurchase intentions, with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable for goods delivery service users in Aceh Province, Indonesia. Utilizing a sample of 220 people, the results of the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method demonstrate that service quality, price suitability, and online service facilities significantly and positively influence repurchase intentions. Moreover, customer satisfaction is found to mediate the influence of service quality, price suitability, and online service facilities on repurchase intentions for goods delivery service users. This implies that companies should focus on improving these aspects of their services to encourage repeat business. Establishing a strong base of loyal customers through effective repurchase strategies can lead to long-term growth and sustainability for goods delivery service providers.

Abstract

SMK Karsa Mulya is a private SMK in Palangka Raya that has the highest enrolment-to-learner ratio among other SMKs in the region, according to Dapodik data. In addition, this SMK also accommodates the largest number of learners, reflecting the excellent utilisation of facilities and infrastructure in supporting its enrolment capacity. Despite the limited facilities and infrastructure, SMK Karsa Mulya is still able to attract a large number of junior high school graduates. The learning strategy and cooperation with Iduka (Industry and the World of Work) that is implemented can be an example of good practice for other schools, regardless of the level of completeness of facilities and infrastructure owned. The purpose of the research is to find out the school management from both the Principal and the teachers so that junior high school graduates are still interested in entering SMK Karsa Mulya. The research method used is qualitative. To obtain information and data, interviews were conducted with the principal, teachers, and students of SMA Karsa Mulya. The results showed that the maximum utilisation of existing facilities and infrastructure, cooperation, communication, and maintaining trust with Iduka to utilise the equipment they have, good school management, the seriousness of the teachers to teach and provide good character education, the application of rules to create discipline, good handling of student conflicts, and good communication with students and parents are factors that make SMK Karsa Mulya continue to get students continuously and increase from year to year. This shows that the limited facilities and infrastructure owned by a school are not a significant barrier in getting a large number of students.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors influencing users' continuance intention to use FinTech payment applications. An online questionnaire was administered to 361 FinTech users during the pandemic using Google Forms to achieve the objective. The Expectation-Confirmation Model (ECM) was extended to include perceived trust, social influence, and functional benefits and was used to analyze the data obtained from the survey. The study results indicate that prior expectation confirmation and perceived usefulness of the application after use are crucial for increasing users' continuance intention to use the service. Additionally, perceived trust and social influence positively influence users' continuance intention to use the service and can be strengthened through personalized experiences and positive interactions. This study provides valuable insights for researchers and practitioners in the field of FinTech payments.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of Non-Performing Loans (NPL) on Earning Per Share (EPS), Return on Investment (ROI), and Rate of Return (ROR) in state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2013- 2022. Researchers used quantitative research methods with samples in the research, namely four state-owned banks listed on the BE, using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) and the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach as methods in the research process. Research findings show that Non Performing Loans (NPL) have a significant effect on Earning Per Share (EPS), Non Performing Loans (NPL) have a significant effect on Return On Investment (ROI), and Non Performing Loans (NPL) have a significant effect on the Rate of Return ( ROR) BUMN Bank for the 2013-2022 period with testing using a significance level of 5%. Apart from that, research findings also show that the Covid pandemic has had a negative impact on the NPL, EPS, ROI and ROR ratios as evidenced by the ratio values ??being low and decreasing very significantly in the 2020-2021 period. Of the three ratios used, the Return On Investment (ROI) ratio is the ratio that is most influenced by NPL (Non Performing Loan), and conversely the one that is least influenced by NPL (Non Performing Loan) is the Rate of Return (ROR) ratio.

Abstract

In this study, we explore the intersection of sustainable entrepreneurship and public service using a bibliometric analysis of the Scopus database from 1985 to 2023.Our findings highlight a significant development in research productivity since 2015, reflecting a focus on sustainability and governance. United States and China dominate the research landscape, this is a research gap where this research can be done in other countries as new research. The study highlights the potential for sustainable entrepreneurship to enhance public service delivery through innovation, governance, and technology. It also outlines future research directions and policy recommendations to promote sustainable practices within public services. The novelty of this paper is that it explores an interdisciplinary approach, using tools such as VOSViewer and Biblioshiny, to map research trends and identify research gaps in the literature. This study can provide recommendations for future research and policy development aimed at improving public service delivery through sustainable entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze a stock fundamentally in the LQ-45 Index for the 2018-2022 period using absolute methods, namely the Dividend Discount Model (DDM) and Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) methods so that it can be seen whether the stock condition is undervalued, overvalued, or fairvalued and this will also provide an investment decision recommendation for investors. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The main object of research is companies included in the LQ-45 index for the period 2018-2022. This research sampling technique uses purposive sampling so as to produce as many as eight companies in accordance with certain criteria. The results of research using the Dividend Discount Model (DDM) method show that some stocks in undervalued conditions are in ASII, BBNI, BMRI, ICBP, INDF, and TLKM stocks. Then for stocks in overvalued conditions there are ANTM and HMSP shares. In using the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) method, stocks in undervalued conditions are ANTM, ASII, BMRI, and INDF shares. Then for stocks in overvalued conditions are BBNI, HMSP, ICBP, and TLKM. The results of determining the most accurate method between Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and Dividend Discount Model (DDM) where the results of measurements using Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) show that the Dividend Discount Model (DDM) method is more accurate in this study.

Abstract

In recent years, Indonesian universities have transitioned to legal entity state universities (PTN-BH). This transition significantly impacts employee performance, requiring adjustments in organizational management, particularly in leadership, motivation, and remuneration. This study investigated how leadership style, motivation, and employee compensation influence civil servant performance and, in turn, the performance of PTN-BH universities in Sumatra. The research focused on Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), Universitas Andalas (UNAND), Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP), and Universitas Syiah Kuala (USK), with a population of 4,382 teaching staff members who have at least five years of service. A sample of 367 individuals was selected using the Slovin formula. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SPSS-AMOS-22 software. Key findings showed that leadership style, motivation, and remuneration directly impact both employee and organizational performance. Specifically, leadership style affected both employee and organizational performance, as do motivation and remuneration. Employee performance served as a partial mediator between leadership style and organizational performance, as well as between motivation and organizational performance. The study highlighted how improving leadership practices, motivating employees effectively, and ensuring fair compensation contribute to the overall success of Legal Entity State Universities in Sumatra.
