Abstract

This study aims to determine learning motivation and the factors that influence the learning motivation of students receiving the Smart Indonesia Card at SMK Negeri 1 Batipuh. To analyze this research, the researcher uses the motivation theory proposed by Abraham Maslow about the hierarchy of human needs. This study uses a qualitative approach with the informant selection technique, namely purposive sampling with the number of informants as many as 19 people. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews, and documentation studies which were analyzed using data analysis techniques from Miles and Huberman (data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions). The results showed that the learning motivation of students receiving the Smart Indonesia Card at SMK Negeri Batipuh had low learning achievement and there were still students who scored below the average and some even got the last rank.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what strategies are used by teachers in teaching children with special needs during the pandemic in an inclusive school setting at SMA Negeri 2 Bukittinggi. This research is a qualitative research with the type of case study research. The data in this study were analyzed using structural functional theory with the concept of AGIL (Adaptation, Goal Attainment, Integration, Latent Maintenance). This functional structural theory views society as a system consisting of elements that are interrelated and interdependent so that, if an element is not aware that they are a unit, it will make the system disorganized. The selection of informants was carried out by purposive sampling, namely as many as 15 teacher informants who teach in inclusive classes at SMA Negeri 2 Bukittinggi. Data collection was carried out by the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the strategy used by teachers for children with special needs is to use individual learning for students, contributions from parents, and provide simple questions to students who experience these weaknesses.

Abstract

The pandemic began to occur in early 2020. Due to the pandemic, education was conducted online. This raises several problems ranging from the difficulty of schools in adapting to even causing students to experience difficulties in learning and resulting in learning loss which makes the quality of school graduates experience a decline in quality. Therefore, this study looks at the strategy of SMA Negeri 1 Padang in maintaining the quality of graduates during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was analyzed using a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. The informant selection technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique with a total of 7 informants consisting of school officials such as school principals, curriculum representatives, student representatives, counseling teachers, teaching teachers, and several students. Data collection techniques were carried out by direct observation to the research location, namely SMAN 1 Padang, interviewing informants in the field by asking several questions about the problems the authors faced and doing documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data presentation, data verification from Miles and Huberman. The validity of the data is done by data triangulation. The theory used in this research is the structural-functional theory from Talkott Parsons with the A.G.I.L (Adaptation, Goal, Integrity, and Latency) scheme. This theory views society as a unified system that functions with each other. If one system in society does not function properly, then the other system will experience problems. The results of this study are SMA Negeri 1 Padang is able to maintain the quality of graduates during online learning by using several strategies in implementing the online learning process so that learning can run with school quality standards so that school graduates are able to graduate to the most favorite PTN in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Implementation of Field Practices after the Covid-19 Pandemic Study of Interaction between Civil Service Teachers and Students at SMAN 1 Nan Sabaris Padang Pariaman in the implementation of PLK, that isi where the student learning process takes place to become a teacher. Therefore, civil servant teacher and students must establish a good relationship. However, in the implementation of PLK, civil servant teachers do not carry out their roles as stated in the PLK manual. So from this problem there is a discrepancy in the implementation of PLK. So that the problem leads to a pattern of dissociative social interaction between tutors and student. This research was analyzed using Gerge Simmel theory of Subordinate and Superordinate. The approach used is a case study qualitative approach. This research uses a purposive sampling technique 18 informants consisting of 10 teachers and 8 students. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and document studi. For this research data, the authours used triangulation data, the data werw analyzed using the Mathew B Milles and A Michael Huberman models, incliding the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Hand research this shows that the reason for the establishment of social dissociative interactions between the civil teachers and student is that the civil sevant teachers has the authority to deal with students, students are less socialized at shool, tutors are constrained in the use of technology, tutors do not guide students based on their roles, and assignments by civil servant teachers are outside the student responsibility.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze student adaptation in implementing PPLK after online study for PPLK sociology education UNP students 2018 for the July-December 2021 period. This study was studied using structural functional theory by Talcott Parsons with the AGIL scheme. Functional Structural theory is a theory that views that all elements in society have their respective functions if one element does not function properly then problems will occur, so in this case the researcher sees that PPLK students are one of the elements in their society. must carry out its function properly even though there are obstacles. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. Informant selection technique using Non Probability Sampling with Incidental Sampling technique, non-Probability Sampling is a sampling technique that does not provide equal opportunities for each sample element. There were 18 informants in this study, namely 10 students, 5 lecturers, 3 teachers, data collection was done by interview, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Interactive model of Miles and Huberman (1992) which is divided into three activity flows, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this study were adaptations made by students: 1. Preparing before teaching. 2. Prepare mentally. 3. Learn independently. 4. Self-motivated. 5. Adaptation to the school environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi sekolah mengantisipasi learning loss pasca pandemi Covid 19, hal ini menarik untuk diteliti karena selama masa pandemi telah mengakibatkan learning loss terjadi pada kualitas lulusan siswa kelas XII. Teknik pemilihan informan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan total 10 informan yang terdiri dari pejabat sekolah seperti kepala sekolah, wakil kurikulum, wakil kesiswaan, guru konseling, guru pengajar, dan beberapa siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi langsung ke sekolah SMAN 2 Gunung Talang , wawancara dan melakukan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data dari Miles dan Huberman. Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi data. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan teori structural fungsional Talcott Parson dengan skema AGIL (adaptation, goal, integrity, and latency). Hasil penelitian ini adalah SMA Negeri 2 Gunung Talang melakukan beberapa strategi dalam mengantisipasi learning loss pada kualitas lulusan pasca pandemi Covid 19 diantaranya mengobtimalkan kegiatan intrakulikuler, co-kulikuler dan kegiatan intrakulikuler. Diantaranya membuat parenting class, memperbaiki kinerja guru, optimalisasi kurikulum merdeka, pembuatan tim kusus, melibatkan alumni, melaksanakan tambahan belajar dan perbaikan sarana dan prasarana.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh implementasi pendidikan anti kekerasan di sekolah. Pendidikan anti kekerasan sebagai proses internalisasi nilai-nilai anti kekerasan pada peserta didik agar memiliki karakter anti kekerasan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA N 3 Bukittinggi dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan Program Sekolah Ramah Anak di Bukittinggi. Teknik pemilihan informan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan jumlah informan 10 orang yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru pengajar, satpam sekolah dan beberapa siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi langsung ke SMA N 3 Bukittinggi, mewawancarai informan dilapangan dan melakukan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model Milles dan Huberman. Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triagulasi data. Penelitian ini dianalisa dengan teori struktural fungsional Talcott Parson dengan skema AGIL (Adaptation, Goal, Integrity, and Latency). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program sekolah ramah anak di SMA N 3 Bukittinggi sudah berjalan walaupun belum optimal dan dalam menjalankan program sekolah ramah anak pihak sekolah menjalankan beberapa program yaitu reintegrasi dalam kegiatan upacara dan kultum, sosialisasi dalam ruangan dan luar ruangan dan menggunakan CCTV sebagai pengawasan siswa dalam lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi guru SMA Negeri 7 Padang dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar setelah masa pembelajaran daring, hal ini menarik untuk diteliti karena setelah masa pembelajaran daring penurunan motivasi pada siswa terus berlanjut hingga saat ini.Teknik pemilihan informan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 10 orang yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah, wakil bidang kurikulum, guru pengajar dan beberapa siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi langsung ke sekolah SMAN 7 Padang, mewawancarai informan dilapangan dan melakukan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model Milles dan Huberman. Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi data. Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pendidikan pemilih intrakurikuler dalam mata pelajaran Sosiologi dalam membentuk ketahanan demokrasi. Ketahanan demokrasi dapat dilihat dari tingkat literasi politik siswa di Sekolah Menenagah Atas.Metode penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui pengamatan aktivitas siswa dan angket literasi politik. Normalized Gain Score digunakan untuk menganalisis data penelitian ini untuk melihat signifikansi perbedaan literasi politik antara kelas kontrol dengan kelas eksperimen.Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan literasi politik yang signifikan antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan pemilih intrakurikuler merupakan solusi yang efektif untuk memastikan ketahanan demokrasi dan membentuk generasi pemilih yang terampil dan sadar. Konsekuensinya, hal ini memerlukan dukungan dan implementasi yang lebih luas dari pemerintah dan sekolah dalam upaya memastikan masa depan demokrasi di Indonesia.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan coffee shop di kota Padang sangat pesat pada masa pandemi. Jumlah coffee shop yang terus bertambah perlu diimbangi dengan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan barista karena kualitas barista berdampak pada sustainability of the coffee shop. Realitanya, terdapat dua masalah utama yang dihadapi coffee shop: (1) para barista yang bekerja di coffee shop merupakan individu yang memiliki pengetahuan yang minim terkait pengolahan kopi, (2) akses pelatihan kopi professional yang terbatas di Pulau Jawa sehingga tidak terjangkau oleh para barista maupun calon barista. Berdasarkan masalah di atas, perlu adanya kegiatan pendampingan melalui kelas pelatihan kopi professional yang dilaksanakan bersama mitra Rimbun Coffee melalui FGD dengan mitra untuk mengidentifikasi masalah dan mendiskusikan solusi yang disepakati secara partisipatif dan tepat sasaran, diskusi dengan barista dan pemilik coffee shop, menyusun modul dan pelatihan keterampilan mengajar bagi calon fasilitator pada pelatihan kopi professional.
