Religious Moderation in education is important to implement because it can bring a deterrent effect to the students’ religious understanding and practice to avoid radicalism in higher education. The present study is aimed at investigating learning strategies to deliver Islamic Religious Education in higher education. A qualitative method with a case study approach was applied in this study. The data were collected by using interview, documentation, and observation. The results show that the university applied several learning strategies to strengthen students’ psychomotor and affective aspects in the form of experiential, habituation, emotional, functional, and rational strategies. Those strategies can be implemented by using various learning methods such as lectures, discussions, experiments, and assignments that promote moderate Islamic values and Rahmatan LiAlaminin.

This article aims to describe and determine the planning of moderate PAI learning at Unisma College and the University of Muhammadiyah Malang. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach (multi-site design). The results of this article are: The lecturers adhere to the curriculum and syllabus books used to create lecture program units (SAP). Learning planning must include how to implement and evaluate thoroughly and contain moderate Islamic values.

Tulisan ini bertujuan menyemarakkan arus wacana gender yang akhir-akhir ini cukup menggema di balantika intelektual, baik nasional maupun internasional. Karenanya, sebuah keniscayaan jika menguatnya tradisi patriarkhi yang menjadi lawan dari wacana feminisme salah satunya disebabkan oleh pemahaman keagamaan yang dinilai “timpang”. Pembebasan dan kesetaraan perempuan atas hak dan kewajiban dalam berbagai aspek—termasuk keagamaan—nampaknya menjadi sebuah tujuan yang tidak bisa ditawar. Secara utuh konstruk metodologi model Nurun Najwah pada dasarnya melakukan takhrij hadis. Teori yang ia gunakan dalam melakukan takhrij hadis mengekor pada model takhrij hadisnya Mahmud Thahhan. Setelah itu, kajian historis yang berhubungan dengan tema tertentu (baca: spiritualitas perempuan)—baik mikro maupun makro—diulas guna melihat kondisi real pada saat hadis tersebut terucap dari Nabi. Dalam hal ini, konteks mikro-makro yang dilihat oleh Nurun hanya di wilayah jazirah Arab. Sedangkan aspek trans-konteksnya penulis sama sekali tidak melihat ulasannya Nurun. Padahal tidak bisa dipungkiri jika konstruk pemahaman suatu masyarakat juga dipengaruhi oleh masyarakat sekitarnya. Selain itu, langkah ini ditempuh dalam rangka mencari—meminjam bahasanya Fazlur Rahman—ideal-moral (maqashid al syari’ah) atau—meminjam bahasanya Nasr Hamd Abu Zayd—maghza dari konstruksi hukum yang telah dibangun oleh Syari’ (pembuat hukum), yang dalam hal ini Allah dan Nabi-Nya. Langkah terakhir yang dilakukan oleh Nurun dalam mengupas persoalan di atas adalah kontekstualisasi.. Di mana, Nurun tidak serta merta melupakan aspek ruang di mana buku itu disusun dan dikonsumsi. Adapun konteks ke-Indonesiaan yang dimaksud adalah konstruksi pemahaman yang mengakar pada masyarakat Indonesia secara umum dan beberapa aturan hukum yang telah dibangun oleh beberapa institusi, baik yang bersifat kepemerintahan maupun swasta

A madrasah head must be able to develop a strategy by analyzing several things, including analyzing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. In this case, there is a link between teacher professionalism and the madrasa head. A madrasa principal needs the right and correct and effective strategy in carrying out his duties as a leader in an educational institution. The purpose of the research is the strategy for planning, implementing, supervising the head of the madrasa in increasing teacher professionalism at MA NU Sunan Ampel Baujeng Beji, Pasuruan Regency as well as the obstacles and completion of the headmaster's management strategy in increasing teacher professionalism in the school. The researcher used a qualitative type of research to describe the field and its relevance to the management strategy of the madrasa principal at MA NU Sunan Ampel Baujeng Beji, Pasuruan Regency.The results of the research above explain the context of efforts to improve teacher professionalism at MA NU Sunan Ampel Baujeng, concepts and strategic plans are needed to develop quality madrasas. Is a response to the need for quality Islamic educational institutions a struggle. The strategic plan carried out by MA NU Sunan Ampel Baujeng is by increasing teacher human resources such as participating in seminars, training, KKG, improving teacher welfare, providing supporting facilities such as the internet assisted by the deputy head of the madrasah and all elements in the madrasah.

The problem of this research can be formulated as follows: (1) does the communication climate contribute to the performance of teachers at the State Elementary School in Region 2 District of Kuala District? and (3) does the communication climate and achievement motivation jointly contribute to the performance of teachers in the State Elementary Schools of the Region 2 Cluster of Kuala Subdistrict This research method is a correlational quantitative research using descriptive and inferential approaches. In this study, the population was all teachers at the State Elementary School Cluster Region 2, Kuala District, amounting to 80 people. The sample of this study was taken by referring to the Krejcie-Morgan table where a fixed sample of 66 people was obtained. This research data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of data analysis show that: (1) communication climate contributes 32.2% to teacher performance; (2) achievement motivation contributes 12.3% to teacher performance; (3) The communication climate and achievement motivation together contribute 38.1% to the teacher's performance at the State Elementary School Cluster 2, Kuala District. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that communication climate and achievement motivation are two important factors that can contribute to teacher performance that cannot be ignored in addition to other variables not examined in this study.

This study aims to describe the transformational leadership of the principal in establishing organizational culture at MA NU Hasan Muchyi Kapurejo Pagu Kediri. The purpose of this research was to describe: (1) Transformational leadership of headmaster in improving organizational culture at MA NU Hasan Muchyi Kapurejo Pagu Kediri. (2) The transformational leadership of the principal overcomes the obstacles in establishing organizational culture at MA NU Hasan Muchyi Kapurejo Pagu Kediri. (3) Factors that support and obstruct the transformational leadership of headmaster in developing organization culture at MA NU Hasan Muchyi Kapurejo Pagu Kediri. The method used is qualitative method, with data collection technique: interview, documentation and observation. The step of analyzing data is by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and then concluding. To examine the validity of the data is carried out tests of credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The findings ware: (1) Transformational Headmaster Leadership in establishing organizational culture at MA NU Hasan Muchyi Kapurejo Pagu Kediri, Principal could build culture well. The principal organizes certain programs that could build a culture at the MA NU Hasan Muchyi Kapurejo Pagu Kediri. In deciding on programs that can be implemented in the School, the Principal involved all stakeholders in the School. (2) In establishing an organizational culture at MA NU Hasan Muchyi Kapurejo Pagu Kediri, the Principal is a good example for all residents in the School, so that the application of good organizational culture in MA NU Hasan Muchyi Kapurejo Pagu Kediri worked well. (3) As a leader, the Head of Madrasah always provides motivation to all teachers' councils, both orally and in writing and in general or in particular. The principal builds self-awareness on the teacher and communicates well so that the Principal's social relationships could go well

Humans naturally tend to have fun, and love for many wives, children and possessions. This has been described by Allah Almighty in His Word, Surah Al Imran verse 14; "It is made to feel beautiful in the human view of love for what is desired, in the form of women, children, accumulated property in the form of gold and silver, selected horses, farm animals and fields. That is the pleasure of living in the world, and beside Allah is a good place to return ". This verse, can be interpreted as an explanation that the tendency towards pleasure is indeed the nature of man. Therefore, it is certain that he is motivated to try to be rich and so forth. Whereas banning this natural urge is a violation both in the eyes of Islam and applicable law. As for Islam, it has regulated how humans obtain wealth according to the level of needs and abilities and how they use it so that their wealth will be useful for religion, the world.

Purpose-This study aims to provide a common understanding between education stakeholders regarding student discipline through punishment. Design / methodology / approach- This research belongs to descriptive qualitative research, so the researcher tries to have a stock of theory and extensive insight so as to be able to inquire, analyze, and construct the social situation being studied becomes clearer and meaningful. Findings-Student discipline becomes one problems in education. The focus in this study is disciplinary education through punishment. Schools as educational institutions, teachers, parents, students, and the community have different understanding in understanding the discipline. Originality-punishment is a way to direct a behavior to match what is expected, but rewarding is more effective for the formation of student behavior than punishment.

Evaluation is a tool that can measure success in the learning process, while SKS (Semester Credit System) is one of the programs in education where students determine their own learning load. This purpose of article is: (1) How is the Semester Credit System (SKS) learning on Aqidah Morals Learning at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Cerdas Istimewa (CI) Amanatul Ummah. (2) How to carry out Aqidah Morals learning evaluation in the SKS at Amanatul Ummah's Tsanawiyah Madrasah. This study used a qualitative type of field research method. The method of collecting the data were interviews, field observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques included data collection, data presentation, and data verification. The result of this article is, 1) Learning Semester Credit System (SKS) in Aqidah Morals Learning, were: a) Based on the 2013 curriculum b) Students need to be able to complete UKBM material in one semester for approximately 3 months. c) Using the lecture method, question and answer, and discussion. d) Develop RPP and syllabus. e) There were morning apples like istighosah activities by asking Allah for help by reading Yasin Letter. 2) However, the Aqidah Morals Learning Evaluation in the SKS, were: a) There were 3 elements of assessment like Cognitive/Knowledge, Affective, and Psychomotor/Skills. b) Daily Test Assessment, UAS/Final Test assessment, Oral and Written Assessment. e) UKBM (Independent Learning Activity Unit) Assessment. f) There was a Dhaurah/Repetition System. This article aims to describe: 1) explain the management of the Management Information System, 2) explain the decision making based on data in the Management information system. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. All collected data were then analyzed using data in a few stages from reducing data, presenting data, to drawing evaluation conclusions. Research informants were the Headmaster of MI Darussalam, the School operator, and Teachers. The results showed that. The Role of Management Information System in Decision Making in MI Darussalam: (1) The components in the Management Information System has been fulfilled, (2) management of management information systems centered on two people, (3) The flow of MIS management in MI Darussalam is the process of data input, data processing, and data storage, (4) The head of the Madrasah puts forward the principle of deliberation to make decisions. (5) The Management Information System is used as a database for making decisions and making program activities. (6) There is a Decisive Support System (DSS) that is used, but it is still constrained.
