Abstract

Instilling religious values ​​from an early age in minority areas is very important, considering the challenges in minority areas are very difficult due to many factors that become obstacles, so the role of education through Islamic religious education teachers is needed to cultivate these religious values. This study aims to explore the strategies of Islamic religious education teachers in cultivating religious values ​​and analyze the strategies of Islamic religious education teachers at MA Hidayatullah Baar Marotauk, East Nusa Tenggara. The method used to answer the objectives of this research is to use qualitative research with an ethnographic approach, using primary data sources obtained through interviews with school principals and Islamic religious education teachers at MA Hidayatullah Baar Marotauk, East Nusa Tenggara. Furthermore, the data obtained is checked for validity, which aims to be scientifically justified. The research results from the teacher's strategy found that two important factors influenced the strategy of Islamic religious education teachers, namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors are from within the school, while external factors come from outside, such as the environment and family.

Abstract

Description of the subject's behavior processes according to the focus of the problem under study. The technique of collecting data uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The data used are primary and secondary data. To check the validity of the data using the triangulation method. The data analysis technique uses descriptive techniques with four steps, namely: (1) data collection or data collection (2) data reduction or data reduction (3) display data or data presentation (4) conclusion. The results showed that currently the MTs. Al-Hasanuddin of Pasuruan City, the concept of school development in improving competitiveness is in accordance with the concept of vision, mission, and objectives, quality of learning in accordance with the national curriculum, outstanding students both academically and non-academically An Nashr in understanding the Qur'an, improving facilities and infrastructure with stakeholder participation. The implementation of a curriculum administration strategy that is good for improving the quality of human resources (teachers and students), implementing discipline of teachers and students, establishing good relations with local communities, involving local communities in school activities, then improving quality with 14 steps according to Crosby, and Implications in this study in the form of customer satisfaction, a climate that is conducive, pleasant, orderly and quality in accordance with the expectations of the community so that it can attract market attention (community) to send their children to school at Al-Hasanuddin Junior High School, Pasuruan City.

Abstract

Pentingnya pola pengembangan kurikulum berkarakter untuk semua kalangan terutama di pesantren memunculkan berbagai strategi dalam menerapkanya. Strategi internalisasi dan integrasi yang dilakukan oleh berbagai lembaga untuk menjadikan peserta didik mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal. Pola pengembangan kurikulum disetiap pesantren mempunyai ciri khas khusus termasuk Nurul Ummah Mojokerto. Keunikan dalam pengembangan kurikulum tersebut adalah dengan adanya hasil yang didapatkan oleh peserta didik terbukti dengan adanya prestasi yang telah dicapai. Oleh sebab itulah pola pengembangan kurikulum ini penting untuk di teliti. Purpose-Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan pola pengembangan kurikulum berkarakter di Pesantren Nurul Ummah Mojokerto Design/methodology-Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif analitis dengan variasi studi kasus. Yaitu secara jelas menggambarkan pola pengembangan kurikulum dalam Pondok Pesantren Nurul Ummah. Findings-Pola pengembangan kurikulum yang dilaksanakan adalah pengembangan kurikulum interegatif dengan kombinasi kurikulum nasional, kurikulum internasional dengan kurikulum diniah mua`adalah Al-Azhar Mesir. Kurikulum terebut ditekankan pada pembinaan karakter peserta didik. Originality/Value-kurikulum berkarakter bisa melalui pembelajaran, budaya sekolah, kedisiplinan, pembiasaan atau melalui manajemen Pesantren, semua aspek tersebut diintegrasikan agar mendapatkan hasil dalam internalisasi karakter peserta didik.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of learning motivation on students of Islamic Religious Education subjects by using comic media for friends of Muslim children at SDN Gondang in grades V and grade VI. This research approach uses an experimental approach with a pretest-posttest control group design. In this design there is a pre-test, before being treated with comic media and a post-test after being given treatment with comic media. The test instrument used is multiple choice questions that have been tested for validity. The sample in this study was class V as the control class and class VI as the experimental class with a total population of 72 students. Muslim children's friend comics contain stories of good morals in everyday life which are packed with children's daily stories with various interesting pictures and stories. The results showed that there was an influence on students' learning motivation for the pretest experiment and posttest experiment after being given comic media for Muslim children's friends in class VI SDN Gondang on the subject of Islamic Religious Education. This is based on the results of hypothesis testing in the pretest of the experimental class and the posttest of the experimental class showing significant results obtained by the Sig value. (2-tailed) of 0.007 > 0.05. And the acquisition of tcount > ttable for the experimental class is 2.887 > 1.688, which means that H0 is rejected and Hа is accepted.

Abstract

This research is specifically to find out how the principal's management is improving cooperation with the industrial world at SMK Muhammadiyah Rantau Prapat. This includes implementation planning, evaluation, and obstacles in improving cooperation with the industrial world. By knowing these things, some suggestions can be given that can be taken into consideration for school principals in increasing cooperation between the industrial world and schools. This research point uses a qualitative or naturalistic approach to describe the findings of the research. Data collection was done through participant observation techniques, interviews, and documentation while data analysis involved three stages, namely data reduction display data presentation, and verification of conclusions. The results of the study state that the principal's management at SMK Muhammadiyah Rantau Prapat has evaluation implementation planning and obstacles in establishing cooperation with the industrial world. Therefore, it can be understood that the main task of a school principal in carrying out his management is not only limited to the ability to implement programs, but more than that, the principal must be able to involve all levels of the organization, its members, and the community to take an active role so that they can make a positive contribution in achieving the objectives of the collaboration to be carried out. Planning for cooperation with the industrial world is illustrated by the involvement of the industrial world in carrying out school programs and the implementation of cooperation with the industrial world is carried out through an agreement with the industrial world to establish good cooperation. The evaluation carried out by the principal with the industrial world has the hope of improvement for the future in good cooperation and the obstacles found in establishing cooperation with the industrial world are limited resources and facilities in schools and other challenges faced by school principals are rapid changes in industry demands.

Abstract

This study explores endeavors aimed at enhancing the caliber of Islamic religious education at SMK N 1 Bangli by fostering collaboration with Madrasah Diniyah Al-Hidayah. Data for the research was gathered through on-site observations, interviews, and document analysis. The findings indicate that Madrasah Diniyah plays a crucial role in augmenting comprehension of religious materials and elevating the standard of Islamic religious education within the SMK N 1 Bangli setting. This contribution is manifested through the cultivation of ethical values, curriculum enhancement, teacher capacity building, extension of instructional hours, reinforcement of worship practices, oratory skills development, and provision of facilities and infrastructure. These endeavors are in line with the principles of Islamic education encompassing moral upbringing, individual enlightenment, and societal enrichment. The research outcomes demonstrate a positive impact on enhancing the quality of Islamic religious education across cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains. These findings corroborate earlier research results highlighting the pivotal role of Islamic religious education in instilling moral virtues, fostering noble character, and promoting public awareness regarding the significance of Islamic education. The collaboration between SMK N 1 Bangli and Madrasah Diniyah Al-Hidayah serves as a potential model for other educational institutions seeking to enhance the quality of Islamic religious education through fruitful partnerships with religious educational establishments.

Abstract

The background of the study is based on the low interest and motivation of students in participating in Islamic Education learning, which still dominantly uses conventional lecture methods. This study aims to measure the effect of Comic media Sahabat Anak Muslim on increasing student learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects at the elementary school level. This study used a quantitative approach with an experimental Pretest-Posttest Control Group design. The research subjects comprised 72 students in grades V and VI at SDN Gondang, which were divided into experimental and control groups. The instrument in the form of a learning motivation test was given before and after treatment. The results showed an increase in the average score from 77.22 to 77.78 in the experimental class, while the control class increased from 71.81 to 72.50. The paired sample t-test showed that the increase was statistically significant (p < 0.05). This finding contributes to the innovation of visual and narrative-based learning media in Islamic character education. Comic press is proven to increase students’ engagement and understanding of teaching materials in a contextual and fun way. This study suggests the need for further exploration with more diverse samples and levels of education to gain a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the effectiveness of educational media in religious education.

Abstract

A madrasah head must be able to develop a strategy by analyzing several things, including analyzing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. In this case, there is a link between teacher professionalism and the madrasa head. A madrasa principal needs the right and correct and effective strategy in carrying out his duties as a leader in an educational institution. The purpose of the research is the strategy for planning, implementing, supervising the head of the madrasa in increasing teacher professionalism at MA NU Sunan Ampel Baujeng Beji, Pasuruan Regency as well as the obstacles and completion of the headmaster's management strategy in increasing teacher professionalism in the school. The researcher used a qualitative type of research to describe the field and its relevance to the management strategy of the madrasa principal at MA NU Sunan Ampel Baujeng Beji, Pasuruan Regency.The results of the research above explain the context of efforts to improve teacher professionalism at MA NU Sunan Ampel Baujeng, concepts and strategic plans are needed to develop quality madrasas. Is a response to the need for quality Islamic educational institutions a struggle. The strategic plan carried out by MA NU Sunan Ampel Baujeng is by increasing teacher human resources such as participating in seminars, training, KKG, improving teacher welfare, providing supporting facilities such as the internet assisted by the deputy head of the madrasah and all elements in the madrasah.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the transformational leadership of the principal in establishing organizational culture at MA NU Hasan Muchyi Kapurejo Pagu Kediri. The purpose of this research was to describe: (1) Transformational leadership of headmaster in improving organizational culture at MA NU Hasan Muchyi Kapurejo Pagu Kediri. (2) The transformational leadership of the principal overcomes the obstacles in establishing organizational culture at MA NU Hasan Muchyi Kapurejo Pagu Kediri. (3) Factors that support and obstruct the transformational leadership of headmaster in developing organization culture at MA NU Hasan Muchyi Kapurejo Pagu Kediri. The method used is qualitative method, with data collection technique: interview, documentation and observation. The step of analyzing data is by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and then concluding. To examine the validity of the data is carried out tests of credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The findings ware: (1) Transformational Headmaster Leadership in establishing organizational culture at MA NU Hasan Muchyi Kapurejo Pagu Kediri, Principal could build culture well. The principal organizes certain programs that could build a culture at the MA NU Hasan Muchyi Kapurejo Pagu Kediri. In deciding on programs that can be implemented in the School, the Principal involved all stakeholders in the School. (2) In establishing an organizational culture at MA NU Hasan Muchyi Kapurejo Pagu Kediri, the Principal is a good example for all residents in the School, so that the application of good organizational culture in MA NU Hasan Muchyi Kapurejo Pagu Kediri worked well. (3) As a leader, the Head of Madrasah always provides motivation to all teachers' councils, both orally and in writing and in general or in particular. The principal builds self-awareness on the teacher and communicates well so that the Principal's social relationships could go well

Abstract

This study used a qualitative approach to the type of case study. To determine the data source, purposive sampling was used with the consideration that the selected subjects and informants were people who were able to provide as much information as possible regarding the research focus. Furthermore, to select and determine the informants in this study, the snowball sampling technique was used. While collecting data in this study using three techniques, namely: observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of research while in the field are as follows Kamad RA Darussalam Bojonegoro has a very convincing ability in preparing madrasa planning for various levels of planning. 1) Kamad RA Darussalam Bojonegoro can be quite convincing in leading madrasas in the context of optimally utilizing madrasah resources. 2) Kamad RA Darussalam Bojonegoro is capable of being very convincing in creating a conducive and innovative school culture and climate for student learning.
