Abstract

Pembelajaran diferensiasi berbasis aktivitas telah diterapkan dalam berbagai konteks pendidikan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas strategi pembelajaran diferensiasi berbasis aktivitas dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa Sekolah Dasar (SD). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen non-equivalent control group dan melibatkan 30 siswa kelas V SD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran diferensiasi berbasis aktivitas dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa SD. Hasil belajar siswa di kelompok eksperimen meningkat secara signifikan dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Selain itu, hasil respon siswa menunjukkan bahwa mereka sangat tertarik terhadap strategi pembelajaran diferensiasi berbasis aktivitas yang diketahui melalui persentase rata-rata sebesar 87,68%. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran diferensiasi berbasis aktivitas dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa SD.

Abstract

Pendidikan masa kini semakin menekankan pentingnya pembelajaran yang berbasis teknologi dan berpusat pada siswa. Guru Bahasa Indonesia turut beradaptasi dengan pendekatan ini, termasuk dalam pembelajaran seni drama yang menuntut partisipasi aktif dan kreativitas siswa. Salah satu strategi yang diterapkan adalah pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, yaitu pendekatan yang mengakomodasi perbedaan kemampuan, minat, dan gaya belajar siswa. Artikel ini membahas bagaimana pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dapat mengoptimalkan potensi kreatif siswa dalam konteks pementasan drama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif untuk menggambarkan proses penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di kelas XI SMA Negeri Balung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketika siswa diberikan pilihan dalam menentukan peran serta media berekspresi, mereka menjadi lebih aktif, percaya diri, dan mampu menghasilkan karya drama yang lebih orisinal dan inovatif. Pemberian ruang untuk berekspresi sesuai minat terbukti meningkatkan keterlibatan dan kualitas hasil karya siswa. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran berdiferensiasi tidak hanya relevan dengan tuntutan pendidikan abad ke-21, tetapi juga efektif dalam mendorong kreativitas siswa dalam bidang seni pertunjukan, khususnya drama.

Abstract

Reading is one of the language skills that must be achieved by students. The success of students in participating in the teaching and learning process at school is determined by their mastery of reading skills. Students who cannot read will have difficulty participating in learning activities for all subjects including Arabic language lessons. This study uses a qualitative method. The data collected in this research was by observation (seeing the conditions at school directly), as well as by interviewing teachers who taught Arabic subjects to find out the problems that occurred among class VII students at MTs Fatahillah. The results of these findings are: when pronouncing the reading is not correct (not in accordance with tajwid), there are still those who read not in accordance with the makharijul letters, reading is still spliced ??(there are no semicolons), reading is still like reading the Al-Qur'an , and also do not understand the content in Arabic reading. Apart from that, the background conditions of class VII MTs Fatahillah students vary in their reading abilities. For students who have basic skills, reading ability will make learning easier, whereas those without basic skills will have difficulty following the material. Solutions that researchers can offer to solve the problems that occur include: Drill method (procedure repetition practice technique), singing/songs, and peer tutoring (using peers as additional learning resources).

Abstract

Indonesia leads the top rank in Southeast Asia in relation to Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) for online food delivery (OFD) services, recording a GMV of US$ 4.6 billion in 2023. Online food delivery platforms like GoFood, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood have become integral to the lifestyle in major cities, including Malang. These platforms offer consumers convenience when ordering food from various restaurants. However, they also impose commission cuts on every sales transaction to OFD partners, which are often seen as burdensome. This study aims to analyze sales commission cuts on OFD platforms from the perspective of Trade Ministry Regulation Number 70 Year 2019 on Direct Distribution of Goods and the Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 113/DSN-MUI/IX/2017 on Wakalah Bi Al-Ujrah Contract. The method used is empirical juridical with a qualitative approach. The research findings indicate: 1. There needs to be more satisfaction among business operators or OFD partners in Lowokwaru, Malang, regarding the increase in commission cuts. The commission cut mechanisms on the GoFood platform are 20% + Rp. 1,000 per sale, GrabFood is 30% per sale, and ShopeeFood is 25% per sale. 2. According to Trade Ministry Regulation Number 70 Year 2019 on Direct Distribution of Goods, as long as the commission cuts by the three platforms (GoFood, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood) do not exceed 40%, such commission cuts are allowed. Whereas under Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 113/DSN-MUI/IX/2017 on Wakalah Bi Al-Ujrah Contract, commission cuts are permissible provided they meet certain established conditions. Yet, the third condition regarding ujrah has to be fully executed because neither party has agreed on commission increases.

Abstract

Penerapan prinsip Good Corporate Governance (GCG) di tingkat desa menjadi penting untuk memastikan tata kelola yang transparan, akuntabilitas, dan bertanggung jawab, terutama dalam pengelolaan keuangan dan kewajiban perpajakan. Namun, prinsip responsibility sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab fiskal aparat dan masyarakat desa seringkali terabaikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan prinsip responsibility dalam GCG terhadap kewajiban perpajakan di Kampung Yaba Maru yang mengalami kendala keterlambatan pembayaran pajak secara berulang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif melalui studi kasus, wawancara mendalam, dan observasi, serta dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan prinsip responsibility masih lemah akibat keterbatasan ekonomi masyarakat yang mayoritas bekerja sebagai petani, kurangnya kesadaran fiskal, dan belum optimalnya sistem pengawasan internal. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa faktor sosial ekonomi sangat memengaruhi kepatuhan pajak, dan prinsip responsibility belum menjadi kesadaran kolektif. Kontribusi penelitian ini adalah menawarkan model penerapan prinsip responsibility dalam GCG desa melalui pendekatan sistem pelaporan, sosialisasi berbasis hukum, dan indikator kuantitatif yang aplikatif untuk mendorong tata kelola pajak desa yang lebih baik.

Abstract

The objectives of this investigation were twofold: 1) to identify language learning strategies commonly used by tenth graders at SMK Negeri 1 Belitang Madang Raya , and 2) to determine the roles of three variables contributing to their strategy use: language proficiency and motivation. A set of questionnaires consisting of the Strategy Inventory for Language Learning (SILL), and the Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire. This study was a qualitative study using Descritive method. The population in this study were all tenth graders at SMK Negeri 1 Belitang Madang Raya for the academic year 2021/2022 with a total of 159 students from five classes. The writer using random sampling technique to take samples. The sampling technique was carried out in one class, namely (TKJ1) which consisted of 30 students. the writer found that memory strategies 228(76%) ,Cognitif strategies 59(20%), Compensation strategies 180(60%), Metacognitive 105(35%), Affective Strategies 160(53%), Social Strategies 200(67%), The analysis revealed that, in general, memory strategies were found to be the most common learning strategies, whereas Cognitive strategies were the least common. Motivation was reported to be the most significant variables affecting their choices of language learning strategies. The analysis revealed certain elucidating facts that can be utilized in future planning of English language teaching to improve the English performance of students SMK Negeri 1 Belitang Madang Raya. Abstract

This study concerns with an A Text Structure Analysis of Nadiem Makarim’s Speech on Teacher’s Day on 25 November 2021. The objective of the study is to know the types of text structure used in Nadiem Makarim’s Speech on Teacher’s Day on 25 November 2021. The writer used descriptive qualitative method to know the objective of the study that is describing of text structure used in Nadiem Makarim’s Speech on Teacher’s Day on 25 November 2021. The technique of collecting the data are by searching for the script, searching for the video and then downloading the script and the video. The technique of analyzing the data are data reduction, display the data and the last is conclusion drawing/verification. Based on the the findings, the writer found macrostructure, suprastructure and microstrucure. In macrostructure, the theme of the Nadiem Makarim’s Speech is generally talking about the struggle of teachers in Indonesia in a pandemic situasion. Then in suprastructure, the scheme of the speech consisted of opening, content and closing. Finally in the microstrucure, the semantic aspect could be found in detail.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the nonverbal communication used by the resilient heroine “Elodie” in the film Damsel (2024) directed by Juan Carlos Fresnadillo. Used descriptive qualitative combined with content analysis to collecting the data from the Damsel (2024) film with a duration of 1 hour 48 minutes. The data collection technique in this study includes several steps: understanding the theory of nonverbal communication by DeVito, watching the film several times, reading the film script, identifying the nonverbal cues performed by Elodie, making notes and coding the data based on six categories. The aspects of nonverbal communication that are the focus of this study are body messages, facial communication, eye communication, touch communication, silence, and spatial messages and territoriality. Based on the results of data analysis, 55 nonverbal communication cues were found. The first finding is body messages with 4 data (7%), such as gestures and body movement. Second, facial communication with 10 data (18%), including expressions and smiles. Third, eye communication with 13 data (24%), like eye contact and eye avoidance. Fourth, touch communication with 12 data (22%), including emotional and ritual touches. Fifth, silence with 7 data (13%), referring to communicative pauses. And sixth, spatial messages and territoriality with 9 data (16%), such as proxemic distance. Thus, it can be concluded that the film Damsel contains many instances of nonverbal communication, and the most dominant aspect used by the character Elodie is facial communication with 13 occurrences or 24%.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya rendahnya minat dan kemampuan membaca siswa pada materi bahasa Inggris, yang disebabkan oleh keterbatasan metode pembelajaran yang masih cenderung konvensional serta kurangnya media pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan interaktif. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan membaca siswa melalui penerapan metode Total Physical Response (TPR) yang mengintegrasikan aktivitas fisik dengan keterampilan membaca siswa yang melibatkan 27 siswa kelas VI. Melalui instruksi yang diikuti dengan gerakan tubuh, siswa tidak hanya membaca kalimat sederhana tetapi juga memaknainya melalui pengalaman langsung. Kegiatan ini dikemas dalam bentuk permainan, kuis interaktif sehingga siswa lebih termotivasi dan merasa belajar bahasa Inggris sebagai aktivitas yang menyenangkan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan membaca pada 80% siswa, peningkatan motivasi belajar sebesar 90%, serta munculnya rasa percaya diri. Adapun sistem evaluasi yang digunakan menggunakan Tes membaca berformat soal pemahaman kalimat sederhana Program ini membuktikan bahwa metode TPR efektif untuk meningkatkan hard skill membaca Bahasa Inggris.Abstract: This community service activity was motivated by the low interest and reading ability of students in English, which was caused by limited learning methods that were still conventional and a lack of fun and interactive learning media. The purpose of this activity was to improve students' reading skills through the application of the Total Physical Response (TPR) method, which integrates physical activities with students' reading skills, involving 27 sixth-grade students. Through instructions accompanied by body movements, students not only read simple sentences but also understood their meaning through direct experience. This activity was packaged in the form of games and interactive quizzes so that students were more motivated and felt that learning English was a fun activity. The results of this community service activity had a significant positive impact on improving the reading skills of 80% of students, increasing learning motivation by 90%, and boosting self-confidence. The evaluation system used was a reading test in the form of simple sentence comprehension questions. This program proved that the TPR method is effective in improving hard skills in reading English.
