Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi saat ini telah mengubah semua dimensi kehidupan manusia, tidak terkecuali perubahan pada dunia Pendidikan. Teknologi dan dunia pendidikan adalah dua hal yang tidak bisa terpisahkan, yang saling mempengaruhi satu sama lain.  Sehingga tidak bisa dipungkiri bahwa dalam mempersiapkan pembelajaran, guru dituntut harus selalu menyesuaikan dengan teknologi sehingga baik proses maupun hasil pembelajaran tidak akan tertinggal dari perkembangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh penerapan metode pembelajaran blended learning menggunakan media inovatif terhadap motivasi belajar Pendidikan Jasmani siswa Sekolah Dasar. Dengan perkembangan teknologi pendidikan, blended learning menawarkan kombinasi antara pembelajaran tatap muka dan pembelajaran daring yang dapat meningkatkan interaksi serta keterlibatan siswa. Berdasarkan hasil yang telah diperoleh maka hipotesis dalam penelitian ini yaitu jika diterapkan Metode Blended Learning menggunakan Media Inovatif, maka Motivasi Belajar Siswa kelas V SDN 01 Tiuh Balak pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, olahraga dan Kesehatan meningkat, dapat diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Metode Blended Learning menggunakan Media Inovatif dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas V SDN 01 Tiuh Balak, Kecamatan Baradatu, Kabupaten Way Kanan, Provinsi Lampung, Indonesia.

Abstract

Study purpose. This study aims to develop a game-based model for teaching basic movement skills to primary school pupils and to test its validity and practicality in Physical Education (PE). This model was developed based on motor development theory and the framework of basic movement skills, as well as an analysis of the learning conditions required for PE at the research site. Materials and methods. The research method employed was Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE approach, which comprises the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects were 20 Year 1 and Year 2 primary school pupils aged 6–8 years at SD Negeri 18 Talang Kelapa, Banyuasin Regency. The model developed consists of 10 play activities integrating four basic movement components: walking, running, jumping, and throwing, designed to be contextual and appropriate to the physical and cognitive characteristics of early primary school pupils. Data collection was carried out using an expert validation questionnaire and a student practicality questionnaire, which were analysed using descriptive statistics with percentage calculations. Results. The research results indicate that the developed learning model achieved a validity score of 86.80% (valid category), assessed by a learning expert, a media expert, and a physical education practitioner, as well as a practicality score of 87.40% (practical category) based on a student field trial. These findings confirm that the game-based basic movement learning model is suitable and easy to implement in physical education at primary schools. Conclusion. The conclusion of this study is that the developed game-based basic movement learning model is valid and practical and can serve as an innovative alternative learning model to improve basic movement skills in early-age primary school pupils.

Abstract

Study purpose. This study was conducted in response to insufficient lower leg muscle explosiveness observed in volleyball extracurricular students at State High School 1 Madang Suku III, which adversely affected their jumping performance during gameplay. Materials and methods. A quantitative experimental approach was employed using a two-group pretest–posttest design. Statistical analyses were performed using paired-sample t-tests to examine within-group differences and independent-sample t-tests to compare the effects between groups. Results. The findings revealed that the Jump to Box training method significantly enhanced lower limb muscle explosive power (t = 56.564, p < 0.05). Likewise, the Barrier Hops training method demonstrated a statistically significant improvement (t = 59.088, p < 0.05). However, the results of the independent-sample t-test indicated no statistically significant difference in effectiveness between the two training interventions (p = 0.704). Conclusions. These findings suggest that both Jump to Box and Barrier Hops exercises are equally effective in improving lower limb explosive power among volleyball extracurricular participants.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the components of the physical condition of students of the Physical Education Study Program, University of PGRI Palembang class of 2024/2025. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive analysis method, with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 40 students who met the criteria of being active in college and were willing to take a physical condition test. The data collection technique was carried out through the Indonesian Physical Freshness Test (TKJI) for the age group of 19–25 years which consisted of five test items, namely 60-meter sprint, pull-up, sit-up, vertical jump, and 1200-meter run. The results of the study show that the physical condition of students in general is in the good category. The average test results included 32 times arm muscle strength, abdominal muscle strength 35 times, cardio-pulmonary endurance 2,500 meters, speed 7.0 seconds, agility 10.8 seconds, flexibility 22 cm, and leg muscle explosiveness 48 cm. Based on these results, it can be concluded that Physical Education students of the University of PGRI Palembang class of 2024/2025 have good physical condition, but continuous improvement through a systematic exercise program is still needed to achieve an optimal level of physical fitness.

Abstract

Perundungan (bullying) telah menjadi fenomena kompleks yang mengancam integritas fisik dan stabilitas psikologis siswa di lingkungan satuan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam dampak destruktif perundungan serta mengevaluasi efektivitas sosialisasi preventif melalui filosofi "Tangan untuk Menolong Bukan untuk Menyakiti". Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur (library research) dengan mengagregasi data dari berbagai jurnal ilmiah, buku teks, dan regulasi hukum periode 2020-2026. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa perundungan menyebabkan degradasi harga diri (self-esteem), gangguan psikososial kronis, serta penurunan motivasi belajar secara signifikan yang berpotensi menghambat perkembangan sumber daya manusia masa depan. Temuan penelitian menegaskan bahwa penggunaan materi "Tangan untuk Menolong" berperan krusial sebagai instrumen kendali diri (self-control) dan media rekonsiliasi sosial. Internalisasi nilai ini mampu mentransformasi persepsi siswa mengenai kekuatan fisik, dari alat dominasi dan intimidasi menjadi sarana perlindungan serta kontribusi positif. Sosialisasi yang edukatif dan interaktif terbukti efektif meningkatkan literasi anti-perundungan serta menciptakan iklim sekolah yang lebih kondusif dan inklusif.

Abstract

Background Problems: The lack of instruments suited to the unique needs of karate athletes in the junior Kumite category poses a significant challenge. Research Objectives: This study aims to develop a physical testing tool specifically designed to measure the physical abilities of junior athletes in the Kumite category. Methods:  The research method used developmental research to test the effectiveness of the product in the form of a karate physical test instrument. The data analysis was obtained from the results of interviews, observations, field notes, and describes the percentage of success of the trial product both in terms of process and research results starting from the planning, implementation, reflection, evaluation stages in the form of psychomotor, affective, cognitive data, and physical test results. Furthermore, the data from the physical test results were analysed using SPSS version 23 statistical techniques to identify the relationship between physical test results and performance in Kumite. Findings and Results: The results of this study indicated that the newly developed physical test instrument can provide a more specific measurement of the physical abilities of junior karate athletes in the Kumite category. In addition, the results also provided greater insight into the physical factors that influence performance in Kumite matches. By providing a more effective tool and increasing the understanding of the relationship between physical attributes and competitive performance. Conclusion: The implication of this study is that a scientific approach using physical measures provides a valuable contribution to the development of a selection system and the coaching of junior karate athletes. Thus, this study makes an important contribution to the development of the performance of junior karate athletes and improves the efficiency of their selection and coaching processes.
