Abstract

Pembaharuan Pendidikan Guru di Indonesia terkait dengankelahiran UU No.14/2005 tentang Guru dan Dosen( UUGD)yang amanat utamanya adalah profesionalisme pendidik dalamperbaikan mutu pendidikan. Fakultas Tarbiyah Program StudiPendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) sebagai salah satu LPTK perlumengantisipasi berbagai kebijakan tersebut, salah satunya ialahmelalui pengembangan kurikulum. Pengembangan kurikulummerupakan proses dinamik dan kontinyu dalam merespontuntutan perubahan dan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan,teknologi serta globalisasi yang begitu cepat. Disamping itu,pengembangan kurikulum harus diikuti oleh sistem manajemenyang baik pula, sehingga tercipta efektifitas dan efesiensi dalampelaksanaan pengembangan tersebut.

Abstract

Character education is the most important thing in the personality of each individual. It is not only influenced by parents and education level, but character education can be influenced by the community environment, including local wisdom in an area. The purpose of this study was to determine the transformation of Islamic education in Minangkabau in relation to Islam and local culture. The research method used was a qualitative approach with ethnographic method, ethnography was used to see how the relationship between Islam and local culture in transforming the concept of Modern Islamic education in Minangkabau. The results showed that Minangkabau local traditional expressions provide guidance and advice so that they always have religious character, honesty, tolerance, responsibility and discipline, fairness, social care, courtesy, friendly and communicative, and high work ethic. Thus it can be stated that all the values ​​of character education that arise from the messages of advice in Minangkabau traditional expressions are in accordance with the Shari'ah and are exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad Saw

Abstract

The educational institution of Al-Kautsar High School Lampung is an independent institution and carries out several business units. Researchers, in this case, research to find out about the implementation of business management education in Al-Kautsar High School. The type of research used is qualitative. They are collecting data using observation, interviews, and documentation and testing the validity of the data using source triangulation techniques. The results showed that Al-Kautsar High School is an educational institution capable of becoming an independent academic institution. This can be proven by business applications such as canteen, AK water, tutoring, outbound, and umrah. The income from these business units is used to repair, add, and maintain facilities and infrastructure. Private educational institutions have benefited from the implementation of these efforts.

Indonesian society that is experiencing a multidimensional crisis requires positive and innovative changes (Basit, 2009: 2) For this reason, youth need to get a place and attention from various elements of society. In overcoming social problems in society, especially with regard to youth development problems, it is not only the responsibility of individuals, but social problems are the responsibility of all components of society. PERSIS youth organization is one of the non-formal educational institutions in the community that has an important role in providing guidance to the surrounding youth. PERSIS is an alternative as a forum for youth to carry out various positive activities such as being creative, developing talent through the organization as well, they get an Islamic environment and can develop creativity and can convey moral messages to the community and youth through religious activities or social activities carried out in the community. community environment. PERSIS organization one of the goals of this organization is to strengthen the identity of PERSIS youth as the successor of the da'wah struggle to form a superior Muslim personality, provide a forum to accommodate aspirations and foster intellectuality for the development of Islamic thought and foster ukhuwah Islamiyah. To achieve this goal the PERSIS youth organization has successfully held various youth development programs such as: Da'wah, Education, Social, Economics, Sports and the Arts. Abstrak. Masyarakat Indonesia yang sedang mengalami krisis multidimensional membutuhkan adanya perubahan-perubahan yang positif dan inovatif (Basit, 2009:2) Untuk itulah, pemuda perlu mendapatkan tempat dan perhatian dari berbagai elemen masyarakat. dalam mengatasi permasalahan sosial di masyarakat terlebih berkenaan dengan permasalahan pembinaan pemuda tidak hanya menjadi tanggungjawab perorangan saja, tetapi permasalahan sosial menjadi tangungjawab seluruh komponen masyarakat. Organisasi pemuda PERSIS merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan non formal di masyarakat yang memiliki peran penting dalam memberikan pembinaan kepada pemuda disekitarnya. PERSIS merupakan salah satu alternatif sebagai wadah pemuda untuk melakukan berbagai aktivitas positif seperti berkreasi, mengembangkan bakat melalui organisasi tersebut juga, mereka memperoleh lingkungan yang Islami serta dapat mengembangkan kreativitas dan bisa menyampaikan pesan moral kepada masyarakat dan pemuda melalui kegiatan keagamaan ataupun kegiatan sosial yang dilakukan di lingkungan masyarakat. organisasi PERSIS salah satu tujuan organisasi ini adalah mengokohkan identitas pemuda PERSIS sebagai penerus perjuangan dakwah membentuk pribadi muslim yang unggul, menyediakan wadah untuk menampung aspirasi dan membina intelektualitas bagi perkembangan pemikiran Islam dan membina ukhuwah Islamiyah. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut organisasi pemuda PERSIS telah berhasil mengadakan berbagai program pembinaan pemuda seperti : Dakwah, Pendidikan, Sosial, Ekonomi, Olahraga dan Kesenian.

Abstract

Abstract. School environment and learning motivation are factors that affect student achievement. A good school environment and strong learning motivation will help students achieve learning achievements as expected. This is in accordance with the results of interviews with several students who stated that PAI subjects are easy subjects, so students who think that it is easy do not have strong motivation in learning PAI subjects which will then have an impact on student achievement. Based on this phenomenon, the problems in this study are formulated as follows: (1) How is the influence of the school environment on PAI learning achievement for students in class XI IPS in SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung? (2) How is the influence of learning motivation on PAI learning achievement for students of class XI IPS at SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung? (3) How is the influence of the school environment and learning motivation together on PAI learning achievement for students of class XI IPS at SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung?. Researchers used the method of correlation analysis techniques using a quantitative approach. The population selected in this study were students of class XI IPS SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung, amounting to 106 students. With the sampling technique that is Random Sampling obtained the number of research samples as many as 36 students. Data collection techniques used in this research are questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is the classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are: there is a positive and significant effect of the school environment and learning motivation together on the PAI learning achievement of class XI IPS students at SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung in the 2021/2022 academic year as indicated by the Fcount 66,485 > Ftable 3,285 and the significance value 0.000 < 0.05. Abstrak. Lingkungan sekolah dan motivasi belajar merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi prestasi belajar siswa. Lingkungan sekolah yang baik dan motivasi belajar yang kuat akan membantu siswa dalam mencapai prestasi belajar seperti yang diharapkan. Hal ini sesuai dengan hasil wawancara dengan beberapa siswa yang menyatakan bahwa mata pelajaran PAI adalah mata pelajaran yang mudah, sehingga siswa yang menganggap mudah tersebut kurang memiliki motivasi yang kuat dalam belajar mata pelajaran PAI yang kemudian akan berdampak kepada prestasi belajar siswa. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, maka permasalahan dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan sebagai berikut: (1) Bagaimana pengaruh Lingkungan Sekolah terhadap Prestasi Belajar PAI Siswa Kelas XI IPS di SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung? (2) Bagaimana pengaruh Motivasi Belajar terhadap Prestasi Belajar PAI Siswa Kelas XI IPS di SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung? (3) Bagaimana pengaruh Lingkungan Sekolah dan Motivasi Belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap Prestasi Belajar PAI Siswa Kelas XI IPS di SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung?. Peneliti menggunakan metode teknik analisis korelasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung yang berjumlah 106 siswa. Dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Random Sampling diperoleh jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 36 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam peneitian ini adalah kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan sekolah dan motivasi belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar PAI siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung tahun ajaran 2021/2022 yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai Fhitung 66,485 > Ftabel 3,285 dan nilai signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Abstract. Education as a scientific activity must be based on the principles of faith and monotheism. The Qur'an in every discussion about science (knowledge) is inseparable from the value of faith. Experts formulate educational goals to form students to have strong faith, have noble character, and have useful knowledge. As explained in the Al-Qu'an Surah Ali Imraan verses 137-138, it calls on humans to learn and take lessons and examples from the previous people. So that human beings can walk on this earth following the provisions of Allah SWT in order to avoid human groups who lie to Allah SWT. This research uses descriptive-analytical method. The collection technique uses library research by examining in depth various interpretations, books and articles related to the main research problem. From this research, it is concluded that an educator must have a synergy of faith, noble character, in order to have useful knowledge. The implications contained in the Qur'an Surah Ali Imrran Verse 137-138 are (1) So that humans can take lessons from past history, from the sunnahs of Allah that applied to humans before. (2) So that humans know the way of life that is straight and true, where the Qur'an is the one who becomes the educator and becomes the light of the way of human life. (3) In order for humans to become educators to create human beings who are faithful, knowledgeable and civilized, it is impossible for education providers alone, there must be intervention from parents/guardians of students and the community, which is very important in monitoring so that they become pioneers of education at home and in their respective environments each. Abstrak. Pendidikan sebagai aktivitas ilmu pengetahuan harus dilandasi prinsip keimanan dan ketauhidan. Al-Qur’an dalam setiap pembicaraanya tentang ilmu (pengetahuan) tidak terlepas dari nilai keimanan. Para ahli merumuskan tujuan pendidikan untuk membentuk para peserta didik memiliki keimanan yang kuat, berakhlak mulia, dan memiliki ilmu yang bermanfaat. Sebagaimana di jelaskan di dalam Al-Qu’'an surat Ali Imraan ayat 137-138, menyeru kepada manusia agar belajar dan mengambil hikmah dansuri tauladan dari umat terdahulu. Aagar umah manusian dapat berjalan di muka bumi ini mengikuti ketentuan-ketentuan Allah SWT agar terhindar dari golongan manusia yang berdusta kepada SWT. penelitian ini menggunakan Metode deskriptif-analitis, Teknik pengumpulan menggunakan kepustakaan (library research) dengan mengkaji secara mendalam dari berbagai tafsir, buku dan artikel yang berhubungan dengan pokok masalah penelitian. Dari penelitian ini, diperoleh simbpulan bahwa seorang pendidik harus memiliki sinergitas keimanan, berakhlak mulia, agar mempunyai lilmu yang bermanfaat. Implikasi yang terdapat dalam Al-Qur’an Surat Ali Imrran Ayat 137-138 adalah (1) Agar manusia bisa mengambil pelajaran dari sejarah masa lalu, dari sunnah-sunnah Allah yang berlaku pada manusia sebelumnya. (2) Agar manusia mengetahui jalan hidup yang lurus dan benar, dimana Al-Qur’an lah yang menjadi pendidik dan menjadi penerang jalan hidup manusia. (3) Agar manusia dapat menjadi pendidik untuk mewujudkan manusia yang beriman, berilmu dan beradab tidak mungkin dilaksanakan oleh penyelenggara pendidikan semata, harus ada campur tangan orang tua/wali murid serta masyarakat sangat penting dalam memonitoring hingga menjadi pelopor pendidikan di rumah dan di lingkungan masing-masing.

Abstract

[Bahasa]: Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan turunnya angka penjualan produk alas kaki sebesar 41%–75%. Tidak hanya menurun pada angka penjualan, beberapa mitra bahkan harus menutup usahanya karena rendahnya daya beli masyarakat. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menyusun sebuah rencana aksi bersama mitra dalam membangun inovasi bisnis yang berdaya saing melalui platform kampung virtual sepatu. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah 11 pengrajin yang tergabung dalam Asosiasi Pengrajin dan Alas Kaki Indonesia (APAI). Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) sebagai strategi pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui potensi yang mereka miliki. Langkah-langkah pemberdayaan dimulai dari penyusunan rencana aksi, pelaksanaan berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan, evaluasi, dan refleksi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran mitra terhadap pentingnya digital marketing dalam pemasaran produk mereka. Mitra juga memiliki kesadaran bahwa proses pemasaran yang baik harus didukung konten dan komunikasi kreatif. Hal tersebut menjadi value yang akan meningkatkan daya saing produk mitra sehingga lebih dikenal masyarakat. Selain itu, program pengabdian ini dapat meningkatkan angka penjualan produk mitra. Program terkait selanjutnya perlu melakukan pemberdayaan secara berkesinambungan sehingga mitra atau masyarakat dampingan dapat merasakan dampak yang lebih signifikan. Kata Kunci: inovasi, kampung sepatu, produk kreatif, APAI [English]: The Covid-19 pandemic did not only cause a decrease in sales of footwear products by 41%-75% but also affected the continuity of the business; some partners even had to close their businesses due to the low number of purchases from customers. Based on these problems, this community service program aims to develop an action plan with partners in developing competitive business innovations through the virtual shoe village platform. This program involved 11 craftsmen who are members of the Indonesian Craftsmen and Footwear Association (APAI). The approach used was Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) as a strategy for community empowerment through their potential. Empowerment steps start from the preparation of an action plan, implementation in the form of training and mentoring, evaluation, and reflection. The results show that there is an increase in partners’ awareness of the importance of digital marketing for their products. Also, participants are aware of that a good marketing process must be supported by content and creative communication. It is a value that will increase the competitiveness of products so that they are better known to the public. In addition, this program can increase sales of partners’ products. Further related programs need to carry out continuous empowerment so that partners or assisted communities can feel a more significant impact. Abstract

This article provided an anlytical description of the Muhammadiyah philanthropic movement to the Bajo community in Wakatobi. There were three important points hacked in this study, namely: (1). Why did Muhammadiyah choose the domain of education for its philatropical movement in the Bajo community? (2). what was the pattern of Muhammadiyah's educational philanthropic movement in the Bajo community? (3). what was the Bajo community's response to the Muhammadiyah-based pure Islamic education philanthropy movement? Data collection was done through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Analyzing data used hermeneutic phenomenology approach. The results showed that the choice of moving in the realm of education by the local Muhammadiyah community was due to the essence of the education movement as a fulcrum for determining the quality of human resources, on the other hand expensive quality education services made most Bajo children to choose to go to sea rather than go to school. The choice of educational philanthrophy by Muhammadiyah was also due to the psycho-social reality of local children who were suspected of "experiencing" an inferiority complex when they interacted with the mainland children's community. The philanthropic movement pattern implemented by the local Muhammadiyah community was based on the philanthropic social movement, namely to form awareness of the local community about the urgency of education for future life continuity by relying on a belief system or religious basis. The smart work of the Muhammadiyah community combined with the positive action approach made the pure Islamic idea could be transformed into the Bajo cultural space through education and teaching in a natural humanistic manner, without causing controversy.
