Abstract

Mathematical numeracy literacy ability is a very important ability for students to have, because this ability is related to problem-solving both in the field of education and in everyday life. The development that occurs in early childhood can be influenced by several factors such as family, school, and environmental factors. This article was written to describe the important role of parents in increasing students' numeracy literacy in mathematics competitions. This research was conducted in Pamekasan with a qualitative research type with a descriptive approach, and the subjects in this research were elementary school students participating in Sigma 2023. The results in this research can be seen from the percentage of parents' role in increasing the numeracy literacy of elementary school students which is in the good criteria with a percentage of 79.08. Therefore, parents need to be actively involved in their children's education and provide an environment that supports their children's development so that their children's numeracy literacy skills develop as expected. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan tahapan NEA dan faktor penyebab siswa melakukan kesalahan dalam menyelesaikan masalah program linear ditinjau dari gaya kognitif, FI dan FD. Dalam menyelesaikan masalah program linear, subjek FI cenderung melakukan kesalahan pada tahap comprehension, transformation, dan process skill. Sedangkan subjek FD cenderung melakukan kesalahan pada tahap comprehension, transformation, process skill, dan encoding.  Penyebab kesalahan yang dilakukan subjek FI adalah kurang cermat, ketidaktepatan menggunakan pengetahuan untuk mengubah tanda suatu pertidaksamaan menjadi persamaan pada proses eliminasi, dan ketidakmampuan dalam menentukan nilai optimum suatu masalah. Sedangkan penyebab kesalahan yang dilakukan subjek FD adalah kurang teliti dalam memproses suatu informasi, kurang memahami konsep program linear dalam pemodelan matematika, kurangnya akurasi subjek dalam menyelesaikan masalah dan ketidaktelitian dalam bekerja.

Abstract

Learning interventions are mostly carried out by teachers in accommodating students' learning needs according to their characteristics because they can help students in improving their thinking. One form of learning intervention carried out by the teacher is through a question submission. Asking is the most common verbal communication behavior used in teaching. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach because it is based on the research objective, finding out the use of questions by novice and experienced teachers in intervening mathematics class interactions. The subjects in the study were two novice teachers and two experienced teachers. The instruments used were observation sheets and interview guides which had been validated by the validator and declared feasible as research instruments. Checking the validity of the data using method triangulation and data source triangulation. The results of the study show that the use of questions by novice teachers and experienced teachers is still limited to uncovering operational knowledge and basic knowledge, not metacognitive knowledge, they are still using questions with the aim of remembering content that has been previously studied and providing calculation results and have not been able to encourage them to think critically, creatively as well as cultivating conceptual understanding and generating ideas and not directing and building student understanding  so that there is a need for training to improve the quality of teachers in mastering techniques for asking questions to students in order to develop and strengthen teachers' pedagogical abilities considering the importance of teachers' pedagogical abilities in implementing the learning process and asking questions in intervening in mathematics class interactions can encourage students to think critically and creatively and foster understanding. concepts and generate ideas and can direct and build their understanding well in order to compete in a global scope.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the pedagogical commognitive framework of prospective teachers in designing and teaching mathematics class for trigonometric identity sub materials. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Determination of the subject in this study using a purposive sampling technique. The subjects of this study were prospective teacher students who were undergoing microteaching learning. The pedagogical skills would be observed from their design and teaching practices activities which consist of the introduction activities, main activities, and closing activities. Researchers tried to combine commognitive and pedagogical knowledge to analyze the data. There are four components of commognitive were used in pedagogical knowledge. Those are word use, visual mediator, routine, and narratives. The main instrument in this study is the researcher himself because the researcher himself is planning, implementing, collecting data during the research through recording video and audio learning, observing, or interviewing the subject and reporting the results of the study. Word use is used as a keyword and the initial information given to students in accordance with the material to be taught. The use of the word use component is done by means of spoken orally. Visual mediators used in learning activities are prospective teacher students using laptop and blackboard media in explaining learning material, giving examples of questions, and several other learning activities. The method that prospective teacher students use in presenting material using sample questions, reminding the previous material, in providing understanding to new students then forming a conclusion (inductive approach). Abstract

Development of an Ethno-Commognitive Based IEAC Learning Model to Improve TPACK of Prospective Mathematics Teachers. Objectives: Ethno-commognitive based IEAC learning model to improve the TPACK abilities of prospective mathematics teacher students. Methods: This type of research is development research. The development carried out in this research is a learning model consisting of a lesson plan, student worksheets, and ethno-commocognitive-based tests to improve the TPACK abilities of prospective teacher students in supporting independent learning. The development procedure used is the ADDIE model. Data analysis in this research is as follows: validation analysis, practicality analysis, and effectiveness analysis. Findings: Development of an ethno-commognitive based IEAC learning model to increase the TPACK of prospective mathematics teacher students to meet the criteria of valid, practical, and effective. Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan solusi yang menjadi masalah mitra dan melakukan pendampingan dalam implementasi literasi dan numerasi dalam kurikulum merdeka khususnya pada siswa ABK di sekolah inklusi. Pelaksanaan PkM ini dilaksanakan di sekolah mitra yaitu SDN Gladak Anyar 2 selama 2 bulan. Sasaran dari kegiatan ini adalah guru-guru SD yang memiliki permasalahan yang serupa yaitu memiliki siswa ABK yang kurang dalam kemampuan literasi dan numerasi sehingga tim pengabdian merancang perlakuan khusus yang akan diterapkan di dalam kelas. Rancangan yang disiapkan oleh tim abdimas berupa web media pembelajaran ethno-web digital. Kegiatan dimulai dari identifikasi masalah, pembuatan ethno-web digital, lokakarya dan pendampingan, serta evaluasi kegiatan. Program pengabdian masyarakat yang telah dilaksanakan sangat bermanfaat khususnya SDN Gladak Anyar 2 sebagai mitra. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini, sekolah mitra memiliki media pembelajaran ethno-web digital yang dapat digunakan dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka, pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, penguatan profil pelajar pancasila dan penggunaan ethno-web digital.
