Abstract

Generasi Z merupakan kelompok anak muda yang lahir antara tahun 1996 hingga 2010. Magang adalah proses mahasiswa dalam mendapatkan pengalaman secara langsung dengan terlibat dalam kegiatan lapangan. Magang dapat memberikan banyak manfaat bagi mahasiswa di masa yang mendatang. Namun, jika mahasiswa tidak dapat menghadapi beban yang lebih besar saat menjalani program magang maka akan mengarahkannya pada situasi stres. Pada saat itulah, mahasiswa melakukan coping baik itu menggunakan strategi coping yang berfokus pada emosi (emotion-focused coping) maupun strategi coping yang berfokus pada masalah (problem-focused coping). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana strategi coping mahasiswa yang sedang magang dalam menghadapi stres. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara secara online. Hasil penelitian ini adalah strategi coping yang dilakukan oleh responden cenderung menggunakan strategi emotion-focused coping dengan melakukan self controlling, distancing, dan positive reappraisal. Responden juga menggunakan strategi problem-focused coping dengan melakukan planful problem solving. Strategi coping yang dipilih oleh responden dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yang dimana hal tersebut menjadi bahan pertimbangan responden dalam menentukan strategi coping yang efektif untuk digunakannya.

Abstract

Juvenile delinquency is an act that deviates from norms or regulations which is currently a common problem. This research aims to find out what factors influence juvenile delinquency in generation Z, especially students studying in semester 3. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research where the researcher examines social phenomena by providing a detailed description. details regarding the matter being researched. The informants were two teenagers studying at University X. Data were collected using indirect interviews via telephone with the WhatsApp application. The data analysis technique uses three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are that the factors that influence juvenile delinquency in students are divided into two, namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include an identity crisis and weak self-control. Meanwhile, external factors include the family environment and friendship environment. These various factors influence juvenile delinquency and even when they become students they continue to do so. This research acts as a means of information that provides discussion of the factors that influence juvenile delinquency in students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of forgiveness in early adulthood in gen z women who have experienced violence in their childhood. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were obtained from structured interviews. The participants in this study were two early adult women who had experienced violence in their childhood. By referring to the two dimensions of forgiviness, namely the intrapsychic and interpersonal dimensions. The results of this study show that both early adult female participants have successfully forgiven but are still processing towards total forgiveness. The first early adult female participant received a request from her mother, while the second early adult female participant has not received an apology from her mother. The first participant's forgiveness was assisted by an apology from the mother who was the abuser, while the second participant forgave on her own impulse without an apology from her biological mother. Of the four categories of forgiviness, these two participants were in the total forgiveness phase, where they managed to eliminate feelings of disappointment, hatred and anger at the violence they had experienced. Factors that influence such as family relationship status, religiosity and religious understanding. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include focusing on parental guilt, feelings of hurt, deep sadness, painful experiences, unsupportive social environment, avoidance behavior, and negative judgment of parents.

Abstract

In this modern era, the phenomenon of divided families, or what is known as a broken home, has become a significant social issue. Generation Z, who are growing up amidst rapid social and technological change, are particularly vulnerable to the psychological impacts caused by a broken home. This study aims to explore the impact of depression on generation Z due to broken home conditions. This research uses qualitative analysis methods with in-depth interviews and participatory observation of a number of generation Z respondents who come from broken homes. The results of the research show that generation Z who experience broken homes have higher levels of depression compared to the generation who come from intact families. The impacts of depression include decreased self-confidence, increased stress levels, difficulty in building healthy interpersonal relationships, and decreased academic achievement. Apart from that, generation Z in a broken home situation also faces challenges in developing self-identity and confidence in future romantic relationships. This study highlights the importance of psychological intervention and social support for generation Z who come from broken home families. Specially designed psychological and social support programs can help reduce the impact of depression on generation Z, facilitate their emotional growth, and prepare them to better face life's challenges. Apart from that, the results of this research also provide insight for practitioners, educators and parents to better understand the psychological needs of generation Z who experience broken homes, with the hope that this understanding can help create an environment that supports positive growth and development for them.

Abstract

Non-Suicidal Self-Injury (NSSI) is an act of self-harm committed by individuals without the intention to end their lives. Self-injury, a behavior that can have a significant psychological impact on early adult individuals. This study aims to deepen the understanding of the trigger factors and psychological impacts experienced by early adult individuals who commit selfinjury. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors and impact of self-injury psychology and explore how self-injury relates to family and environmental factors. This study used a qualitative approach with semi-structured interviews. The subjects in this study were three early adult women aged 20 years who experienced self-injury behavior. This study results that the factors that trigger self-injury include loneliness, broken home, strict parents, problems arising from the family, communication with parents, social environment, response to problems. Study subjects described feelings of relief and decreased tension as a positive impact, but also experienced anxiety and addiction as a negative impact of self-injury behavior.

Abstract

Generasi Z, individu yang lahir antara pertengahan 1990-an hingga awal 2010-an, dan tumbuh dalam era digital dan transformasi teknologi. Mereka mengalami perubahan sosial, budaya, dan teknologi signifikan, namun menghadapi tantangan unik, termasuk dampak traumatis perselingkuhan. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dampak traumatis pada Gen Z sebagai korban perselingkuhan. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi, penelitian memahami bagaimana pengalaman ini memengaruhi kesejahteraan psikis dan psikologis korban. Subjek penelitian, seorang perempuan dewasa awal Gen Z, mengalami trauma akibat perselingkuhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dampak fisik, psikologis, dan sosial dari trauma. Gangguan fisik seperti masalah pencernaan dan penurunan nafsu makan dialami subjek. Dampak psikologis mencakup tingkat stres tinggi, kecemasan, dan perubahan suasana hati. Aspek sosial termasuk isolasi dan kesulitan membangun kembali kepercayaan. Proses pemulihan dari trauma psikologis memerlukan waktu, dengan dukungan keluarga dan teman-teman berperan penting. Penelitian menekankan pentingnya pemahaman tentang dampak traumatis perselingkuhan pada Gen Z, serta kontribusinya terhadap tantangan kesejahteraan psikis dan psikologis generasi muda era kontemporer.

Abstract

Abstrak. Pegawai dapat diartikan sebagai seseorang yang sedang menjalankan tugasnya yaitu bekerja dalam suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Mereka dituntut untuk mampu mengerjakan pekerjaan dengan semaksimal mungkin dan bekerja tak lepas dari adanya beban kerja yang mana hal ini menuntut seseorang untuk bisa menjalankan pekerjaan tersebut dengan maksimal sehingga hal ini berkaitan erat dengan kemampuan seseorang serta keadaan diri seseorang. Karena dalam beban kerja selain keadaan diri seseorang juga dituntut untuk mampu menyesuaikan dengan terget waktu yang telah ditentukan. Setiap orang pasti memiliki persepsi yang berbeda tentang beban kerja sehingga tak jarang ada yang beranggapan bahwa beban kerja mampu menjadi tantangan tersendiri tetapi ada pula yang beranggapan tentang beban kerja yang mengakibatkan seseorang menjadi tertekan. Pada penelitian ini peneliti ingin melihat bagaimana persepsi pegawai personalia di Pondok Pesantren Darul Hijrah Putri Martapura. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan berupa pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Subjek yang diwawancara sebanyak 3 orang yang mana mereka merupakan pegawai sub bagian personalia di Pondok Pesantren Darul Hijrah Putri Martapura. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat dua subjek yang memberikan persepsi positif mengenai beban kerja sedangkan satu subjek mempersepsikan beban kerja dengan negatif. Abstract. An employee can be defined as someone who is carrying out their duties, namely working in an organization or company. They are required to be able to do the work as optimally as possible and work cannot be separated from the workload, which requires a person to be able to carry out the work to the maximum, so this is closely related to a person's abilities and a person's personal situation. Because in workload, apart from one's personal condition, one is also required to be able to adapt to the predetermined time target. Everyone definitely has a different perception about workload, so it is not uncommon for some to think that workload can be a challenge in itself, but there are also those who think that workload causes someone to become depressed. In this study, researchers wanted to see the perceptions of personnel employees at the Darul Hijrah Putri Martapura Islamic Boarding School. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The subjects interviewed were 3 people, all of whom were personnel sub-division employees at the Darul Hijrah Putri Martapura Islamic Boarding School. The research results showed that there were two subjects who gave positive perceptions regarding workload while one subject perceived workload negatively.

Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia yang handal merupakan suatu hal yang bagus untuk dipunyai oleh suatu perusahaan agar dapat memperkirakan serta merencanakan apa saja yang dibutuhkan. Salah satu faktor yang bisa membuat perusahaan bisa berjalan dengan baik yaitu adanya karyawan yang unggul dan berkualitas. Namun, untuk mendapatkan karyawan seperti yang diinginkan tersebut, MSDM harus terlebih dahulu mengidentifikasi perekrutan yang perlu mereka gunakan, contohnya seperti memprediksi apa kebutuhan perusahaan dan kemudian memilih teknik dan metode seperti apa yang ingin digunakan. Tujuan dari studi ini yaitu untuk meganalisa seberapa tepat teknik dan metode yang digunakan saat rekrutmen terhadap hasil kinerja karyawan. Metode yang ditentukan untuk melakukan studi ini yaitu studi pustaka yang diaplikasikan dengan cara menggabungkan seluruh sumber yang berhubungan dengan topik permasalahan dengan sistematis dan saling berhubungan. Hasil yang didapatkan pada studi ini yaitu benar adanya bahwa teknik dan metode rekrutmen yang digunakan oleh perusahaan ketika melakukan perekrutan bisa untuk dijadikan penentu dari kinerja karyawan. Dibuktikan dengan seberapa matang MSDM memperkirakan dan mengetahui kebutuhan perusahaan, maka semakin bagus pula rekrutmen yang akan disiapkan juga karyawan yang didapatkan.

Abstract

Saat ini banyaknya penurunan kinerja karyawan dikarenakan turunnya kompetensi dalam organisasi. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, maka diperlukan adanya analisis jabatan. Analisis jabatan merupakan salah satu solusi untuk meningkatkan kompetensi suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa pentingnya analisis jabatan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi organisasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan (Library Research) dengan cara mengumpulkan informasi dan data-data yang berkaitan dengan penelitian yang bersumber dari jurnal-jurnal ilmiah, buku, literatur-literatur, dan penulis. Hasil  penelitian, menyimpulkan bahwa analisis jabatan berperan penting dalam mengidentifikasi dan menentukan kompetensi dalam suatu pekerjaan yang berhubungan dengan keterampilan-keterampilan yang dibutuhkan untuk menduduki  posisi kerja dengan jabatan yang sesuai dengan keterampilan yang dimiliki, sehingga dengan dilakukannya analisis jabatan akan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi organisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between Team Learning Capability (TLC) and a Supportive Work Environment (SWE) in public and private universities in Indonesia. The method used is a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires distributed online to 201 respondents, consisting of 98 public university students and 103 private university students. The correlation test results show a strong positive relationship between TLC and SWE in both types of universities, with Pearson's r values of 0.776 for public universities and 0.810 for private universities. The normality assumption test using the Shapiro-Wilk test indicates that the data is normally distributed. This study suggests that the higher the team learning capability, the more supportive the work environment in the universities. This conclusion underscores the importance of developing team learning capabilities to create a supportive work environment in the academic context.
