Abstract

Application Clinical Pathway in hospitals has been recognized as an effective strategy for improving the quality and efficiency of health services. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Clinical Pathway implementation at Dustira Hospital TNI AD Cimahi, especially in the context of BPJS Health claims and the factors that influence its success. This research uses qualitative methods. The sampling technique uses technique scluster random sampling where the selection of the TNI AD Dustira Hospital was chosen randomly. This data was collected by means of questionnaire surveys, interviews and document analysis. The results of the research show that the implementation of Clinical Pathway is effective in increasing BPJS claim income, which is proven by the fact that in 2022 there was an increase in income in the following year in 2023.

Abstract

Turnover intention secara signifikan mempengaruhi kualitas layanan kesehatan yang diberikan di lingkungan rumah sakit. Pengembangan karir yang efektif akan meningkatkan komitmen di antara perawat, sehingga terjadi pengurangan turnover intention. Tujuan penelitian ini menilai dampak pengembangan karir terhadap turnover intention perawat dengan usia menjadi variabel moderasi. Metodologi penelitian ini melibatkan pendekatan survei, sampel adalah perawat yang saat ini bekerja di Rumah Sakit Pagelaran, Kabupaten Cianjur. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, analisis data dengan teknik regresi moderasi. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa pengembangan karir memberikan dampak yang signifikan pada turnover intention, dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 (< 0,05), menunjukkan bahwa perawat yang merasakan perkembangan karir positif cenderung menunjukkan kecenderungan yang berkurang untuk mencari peluang kerja alternatif. Selanjutnya, usia diidentifikasi sebagai faktor moderasi, ditunjukkan oleh nilai signifikansi 0,016 (< 0,05) dan nilai R-Square 0,636, di mana efek pengembangan karir pada turnover intention ditemukan lebih jelas di antara perawat yang lebih muda dibandingkan dengan rekan-rekan mereka yang lebih tua. Hasil ini menggarisbawahi perlunya administrasi rumah sakit untuk memprioritaskan kemajuan pengembangan karir perawat yang terstruktur dan berkelanjutan, serta untuk menyesuaikan inisiatif pengembangan karir yang selaras dengan berbagai demografi usia tenaga keperawatan, untuk meningkatkan tingkat retensi dan kualitas layanan kesehatan yang diberikan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas manajemen rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Ibu & Anak Melinda Bandung dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan pasien. Fokus utama penelitian adalah pada kompetensi tenaga medis, pelatihan berkelanjutan, penerapan teknologi informasi, dan koordinasi antar-departemen. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan survei sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Kuesioner berbasis SERVQUAL, yang mengukur dimensi keandalan, responsivitas, jaminan, empati, dan bukti fisik, diberikan kepada 50 responden yang terdiri dari pasien dan tenaga medis. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan gap analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden merasa puas dengan layanan yang diterima, khususnya dalam aspek kompetensi tenaga medis dan efektivitas pelatihan rutin. Namun, masih terdapat kendala dalam hal waktu tunggu dan koordinasi antar-departemen, yang memerlukan perbaikan. SIMRS terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan, tetapi penerapan lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk mengatasi kendala teknis. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan literatur mengenai manajemen rumah sakit dan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Implikasinya, rumah sakit perlu terus mengembangkan pelatihan, meningkatkan koordinasi, dan mengoptimalkan teknologi untuk memastikan mutu pelayanan yang konsisten dan memenuhi harapan pasien.

Abstract

This research aims to provide knowledge about. (1) unit level activity calculation strategy, (2) batch level activity calculation strategy, (3) product level activity calculation strategy, (4) facility level activity calculation strategy. By applying the ABC Method, the calculation results obtained are more accurate because they include all types of variables in determining the cost of production so that it is hoped that the profit that can be generated from production will be maximized. The clinic, using the Activity Based Costing (ABC) method, can trace the activities that occur in providing inpatient services, so that a reasonable cost can be determined. This research is a type of qualitative research. The type of data used in this research is qualitative data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of the research using the Activity Based Costing (ABC) system, the lotus class (VIP) calculation using the ABC method is higher but still below the price of competitors around the Mitra Tamzil Clinic, Sukabumi Regency. And for other room rates using the ABC method, it is lower than the traditional calculation method currently in effect. The clinic can use the Activity Based Costing (ABC) method to find out strategies for increasing income and the number of patient visits at the Mitra Tamzil Clinic, Sukabumi Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh retensi karyawan dan work-life balance (keseimbangan antara kehidupan kerja dan pribadi) terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada perusahaan online shop di Kota Bandung. Kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening juga di analisis perannya dalam memediasi hubungan antara retensi karyawan dan work-life balance. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan metode analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM PLS) Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan online shop di Kota Bandung. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak statistik SmartPLS. Hasil analisis pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa retensi karyawan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja maupun loyalitas karyawan. Work-life balance juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja maupun loyalitas karyawan. Selanjutnya, kepuasan kerja memainkan peran sebagai variabel intervening yang memediasi hubungan antara retensi karyawan dan loyalitas karyawan. Penelitian ini memberikan konribusi dalam pemahaman tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas karyawan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya manajemen retensi karyawan dan peningkatan work-life balance untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan memperkuat loyalitas karyawan.

Abstract

Nahdlatul Ulama as an organization based on traditional society and pesantren that adheres to the ideology of Ahlus Sunnah wal Jama'ah aims to help to create a just society, welfare of the people and public good. Therefore, to realize Nahdlatul Ulama's goals, its movement then covers several areas of community services including religious, social, educational, economic and other fields. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze how strategy implementation of programs from the Regional Board of Nahdlatul Ulama (PWNU) West Java Province is implemented in optimizing its services to the people. The method used in this research is qualitative. In this research, the research subjects were the Organization Board of PWNU, both from the Syuriyah and Tanfidziyah, the Board of Lembaga and Banom and jama'ah related to the implementation of community service programs. Based on the research results, it shows that the implementation strategy of the work programs carried out by the Board of PWNU has experienced relatively a lot of progress, including in terms of organizational management, however, it still faces challenges in efforts to modernize its organizational governance in a more professional manner. So, some optimizations are needed to improve organizational governance in the future so that various community service programs can be maximized.

Abstract

Klinik Rohima merupakan salah satu industri jasa yang bergerak di bidang kesehatan dengan fungsi menyelenggarakan pelayanan pengobatan dan pemulihan kesehatan sesuai dengan standar pelayanan puskesmas atau rumah sakit, pemeliharaan dan peningkatan kesehatan perorangan. Klinik Kesehatan ini sebagai industri jasa harus memberi pelayanan yang memuaskan bagi setiap pasien.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Switching Intention yang dimediasi oleh Emotional Branding pada Klinik Rohima Mojokerto. Pengumpulan sampel disini menggunakan metode Teknik purposive sampling yang menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 96. Jenis penelitian ini memakai jenis penelitian analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Emotional Branding, Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Switching Intention, Emotional Branding berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Switching Intention, dan Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Switching Intention dimediasi oleh Emotional Branding pada Klinik Rohima Mojokerto.

Abstract

Surgical delays represent a major challenge in hospital services, potentially leading to negative impacts on patients' medical conditions, operational efficiency, as well as patient and staff satisfaction. This study aims to identify and analyze hospital management strategies to minimize surgical delays at Tabanan Regional Public Hospital (RSUD Tabanan). A qualitative method with a descriptive approach was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with six informants, including a surgeon, an anesthesiologist, a nurse, a patient, a patient's family member, and hospital management. Data analysis was conducted using thematic analysis. The findings revealed four primary factors contributing to surgical delays at RSUD Tabanan: (1) Medical conditions, such as unstable blood pressure, uncontrolled blood glucose levels, and infections; (2) Logistical and administrative issues, including limited operating room availability due to equipment malfunction and infrastructure problems; (3) Patient-related factors, such as lack of understanding regarding the surgical schedule; and (4) Medical team factors, including a lack of commitment to the surgical schedule and a shortage of nursing staff. Strategies proposed to address these issues include: (1) improving preoperative medical condition monitoring, (2) upgrading infrastructure and conducting routine maintenance of medical equipment, (3) implementing a digital information system to provide more accurate surgical schedules to patients, and (4) strengthening coordination and discipline among the medical team through a reward and punishment policy related to schedule adherence.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work ethic, length of service, and facilities on employee productivity at RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Aghisna Kroya, both partially and simultaneously. The approach used is quantitative with a descriptive survey method. Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to 167 respondents selected using simple random sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out using statistical tests, including univariate analysis, bivariate with Pearson and Chi-Square correlation tests, and multivariate analysis with multiple linear regression to evaluate the simultaneous influence of independent variables on employee productivity. The results showed that work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Length of service has an effect on productivity, although the level of influence is lower than work ethic. Work facilities have a significant effect on productivity, indicating that the availability of adequate facilities can increase work effectiveness. Simultaneous analysis shows that work ethic, length of service, and facilities together affect employee productivity, with a coefficient of determination (R²) value indicating that these three variables are able to explain most of the variation in productivity. Efforts to increase productivity can be made by strengthening work ethic, optimizing length of service, and providing better facilities for employees.

Abstract

Perkembangan bisnis di Indonesia meningkat sangat pesat. Salah satunya di sektor kecantikan seperti produk skincare atau bukanya klinik-klinik kecantikan semakin di Indonesia. Memungkinkan konsumen melakukan peralihan merek (brand switching) skincare atau klinik kecantikan. Brand switching terjadi diakibatkan berbagai faktor salah satunya kebebasan berinteraksi melalui sosial media, untuk mempengharuhi pilihan konsumen atau electronic word of mouth. Pilihan atribut produk yang banyak menyebabkan konsumen bebas memilih atribut produk yang mereka inginkan. Selain itu perilaku ingin mencoba hal-hal baru juga menjadi faktor brand switching. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh electronic word of mouth, atribut produk, variety seeking terhadap brand switching di NS klinik Jakarta Timur. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 460 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 82 orang. Jenis penelitan ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Instrumen statistis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi dengan menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas. Berdasarkan penelitian didapatkan hasil Uji F maupun Uji t hasil nilai sig. <0.05. hasil tersebut menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan electronic word of mouth, atribut produk, variety seeking terhadap brand switching.
