Terhadap praktik jual beli dengan sistem lelang, agama islam mempunyai perspektif, syariatnya menghalalkan transaksi jual beli sesuatu baik berupa benda, barang atau jasa yang diperbolehkan dengan melalui sistem lelang tentunya dengan aturan-aturan tertentu, baik syarat-syarat maupun rukun-rukun yang harus dipenuhi. Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu berkaitan dengan pandangan agama islam terhadap jual beli dengan sistem lelang, apakah termasuk bentuk dari riba atau termasuk jual beli yang terlarang karena jual beli barang yang menjadi tawaran orang lain. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kajian kepustakaan dengan mengumpulkan berbagai sumber buku maupun jurnal yang mendukung, dengan teknik deskriptif dalam penulisannya. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa praktik jual beli dengan sistem lelang dibolehkan oleh syariat selama tidak mengarah kepada hal-hal yang kotor. Jual beli dengan sistem lelang bukan merupakan bentuk riba ataupun jual beli yang terlarang karena jual beli barang yang menjadi tawaran orang lain.

Bisically, men and women have a same justice, ability, intelligence. In the Al-Quran also explained that in islam there is no difference between men and women, in front of Allah SWT all the same. And now there are only a lot of cases of sexual harassment among teemagers. Whit this problem, sex education is ane way that can be used. The purpose of this research is to find out the perception of senior high school adolescents regarding gender roles in Islam. The type of research is quantitative conducted by random.

The practice of euthanasia in medicine has become a topic that raises various discussions when viewed from different points of view. The existence of differences of opinion that arise from the practice of euthanasia is normal because the practice is related to human life. Based on this, this scientific study aims to determine euthanasia from a moral perspective, a medical code of ethics and in the perspective of Islamic law. The process of collecting data from scientific studies was carried out by means of literature research using qualitative descriptive methods in presenting and analyzing the data obtained. The results of the study show how euthanasia practices are in accordance with the medical code of ethics, moral views and how the law is in Islam.Praktik Euthanasia dalam kedokteran menjadi hal yang menimbulkan berbagai perbincangan bila dilihat dari sudut pandang yang berbeda. Adanya perbedaan pendapat yang muncul dari praktik euthanasia merupakan suatu kewajaran karena praktik tersebut berhubungan dengan nyawa manusia. Berdasarkan hal tersebut studi ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui euthanasia dalam pandangan moral, kode etik kedokteran dan dalam perspektif hukum Islam. Proses pengumpulan data studi ilmiah ini dilakukan dengan cara penelitian literatur menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dalam penyajian dan anlisis data yang diperoleh. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bagaimana praktik euthanasia yang sesuai kode etik kedokteran, pandangan moral dan bagaimana hukumnya dalam agama Islam.

E-learning is the use of learning media using the internet, to send a series of solutions that can increase knowledge and skills in using learning methods. In this study, the aim of this research is to determine the application of the classroom application in the Qur'an Hadith subject at MA NU Al Hidayah. This research also discusses the impact or factors related to the use of the classroom application. This research used a qualitative descriptive analysis type with the type of research in the form of field studies at the MA NU Al Hidayah School, followed by the data collection process, this study used documentation techniques and interviews with the teachers who taught the Qur'an Hadith subjects and some of their students. The research subjects were teachers of Qur'an Hadith subjects at MA NU Al Hidayah and some of their students. The research subjects were teachers of Qur'an Hadith subjects at MA NU Al Hidayah and some of their students. The results showed that: (1) this application is very influential in online learning. (2) there are obstacles that occur in learning. The effect of this research can overcome the obstacles that occur in ongoing learning or find new innovations for the future.

A direct order from Allah stated in his kalam namely Al-Qur’an and included the fourth pillar of Islam is zakat. Allah rules those who are able to pay zakat and give it to those who are entitled to receive or mustahiqqin. There are some assets that must be subject to zakat, one of them is zakat rented land. The obligation of zakat on rented land is a difference of opinion among the scholars, including among them who is obliged to pay zakat on leased land. In this application there is still a debate between land owners or land tenants. Imam Hanafi and the ulama 'hanafiyyah are the obligations of the renting party, while Imam Syafi'i and the Syafi'i ulama are of the opinion of the tenant's obligation, this has the opportunity to be compared.

Islamic religious education learning, especially the material delivered from the lower level to the upper and advanced levels, has a different emphasis on weight. Without being accompanied by methods and strategies that are well packaged by the teacher, which are adapted to the circumstances of the students, it has the effect of a lack of understanding, less interest and motivation from students. PAI Learning Strategy with Problem Based Learning model or Problem Based Learning (PBM) is a learning method that teaches students to solve problems and reflect on their experiences, making it possible to grow and develop thinking skills with reasoning, communicative, and connections in problem solving that has meaning. , relevant and contextual. The purpose of this study is to describe the effectiveness of problem based learning strategies through methods, procedures and strategies in developing Islamic Religious Education learning at PTKIN. This research is a qualitative research with library research. The results of this study indicate that the Problem Based Learning learning model is relevant in its application to the PAI Learning Strategy so that it can be collaborated with other conventional models in order to achieve optimal learning outcomes. The Problem Based Learning model makes it easier for students to understand and connect their knowledge to the reality of contextual problems in the midst of people's lives.

Criminal crime in Indonesia has become a challenge for the Indonesian people. In the application of law in Indonesia, it is still weak, because there are still many acts of adultery. The crime of adultery can cause moral damage to Indonesian children. The problem that is followed by adultery has won society and the nation so that it becomes a conflict that can disturb morale. Based on this background, the authors raise this article with the title The Existence of Fiqh in The Application of Adultery Law in Indonesia. Related to this scientific journal, the author explains the problem of applying zina laws in Indonesia, and the existence of fiqh in the application of adultery law in Indonesia. The research method used in scientific journals uses the literacy research method by analyzing books and journals that have the same discussion theme as the title of the article. What results of this renewal is that the application of adultery law in Indonesia is more effective, and firm. In order to avoid moral destruction of the younger generation. Because the young generation is the successor of the nation.

Corruption is a criminal act of implementing the state. This crime has been carried out systematically, structurally, and massively. The effect is not only making the country's finances worse, but also risking the financial aspects, natural resources, and dignity of the next generation. Fuqaha has had dialogues about corruption, conflicts within and above which are different. This article discusses the challenges of discourse, negation and punishment of corruption in Indonesia. Based on in-depth research, Fuqaha expressed the construction of Studio Sariqah, Ghulul, Risywah, Ghasab, etc., substantially, has links to security investigations in Indonesia. That is why the dedication of fiqh in the eradication of corruption in Indonesia becomes evident, related to the concept, sanctions, and eradication of corruption and its consequences in Indonesia. The purpose of this article is to find out how Islamic education in the area around the Kudus Tower is influenced religious community, as well as to find out the influence in Islamic education. The process of compiling this study used a qualitative approach. The data collection was done by conducting a literature study. It is known that the influence of a religious community for Islamic education in the area around the Kudus tower includes making students more familiar with Islam, as well as the special attitude of Islamic education institutions in educating their students. The results obtained from this study are Islamic educational institutions around the Kudus tower are growing rapidly and these educational institutions form students who excel in academics and have noble character. The main factor in the formation of the noble character of students is caused by the kiai who become teachers in educational institutions, a religious community environment, upholding the teachings of Islam and also side by side with the tomb of Sunan Kudus which is its own value.

Penelitian ini secara khusus bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran Pondok Pesantren Bali Bina Insani dan tantangan beserta hambatan dalam mengembangkan pendidikan Islamnya dan mempertahankan eksistensinya di tengah masyarakat non-muslim. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang kemudian diuji menggunakan metode triangulasi dan dianalisis menggunakan teori Miles dan Hubarman berupa reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran pendidikan (marketing education) yang dilakukan Pesantren Bali Bina Insani dalam mendapatkan santri di lembaganya adalah melalui sebar brosur, spanduk, sosialisasi ke sekolah dan kampung muslim di Bali, serta memanfaatkan iklan di media sosial, namun yang jauh lebih penting adalah menjaga citra baik pesantren sehingga dari mulut ke mulut akan tersyiar keberadaan dan eksistensi pesantren. Dan faktor pendukung diantaranya adanya organisasi wali santri yang semangat turut syiar dan sosialisasi, tantangannya yaitu semakin banyak sekolah Islam di denpasar menyebabkan turunnya kuantitas.
