Abstract

This research is descriptive qualitative field research. This field research was conducted in Kotanopan Village, Mandailing Natal Regency, North Sumatra Province. This research used the side quota method consisting of 15 quotas taken from 3 RTs in Hamlet 001, as well as interviews with the village head. Next, this research problem was analyzed using a qualitative data analysis method that uses a deductive thinking approach. The research results show that several causes of poverty in Kotanopan Village are as follows: low level of education; lack of funds; and family responsibilities. Based on these factors, poverty has the impact of losing people's welfare rights such as clothing, food and shelter, because some people still live in semi-permanent homes, losing the right to education because parents cannot teach their children, and losing the right to get a decent job because the head of the family does not have enough education so they cannot pay their children's school fees.

Abstract

The number of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is a large part of the economic implementation in totality. However, the growth of MSMEs related to technological advances is still not in line with expectations. The proportion of MSMEs that use online sales is still low. This is caused by many MSMEs who do not understand the technical procedures for online sales. The purpose of this activity is to develop MSME expertise in universal management, digital marketing and financial recording. The development and improvement carried out is in the form of developing skills in making marketing planning, digital marketing and understanding financial records so that they can be useful in developing businesses that will be run in the future. The training participants were 34 micro-enterprises, most of which were culinary businesses that were given the management training they needed. The result obtained from this activity is the occurrence of culinary fostered partners who are more advanced in managing and selling products online.

Abstract

Sharia banking in Indonesia continues to develop rapidly over time. This growth cannot be separated from problematic financing. So, banks must maintain the health of the bank itself. This research aims to examine the influence of Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Financing To Deposit Ratio (FDR) on non-performing financing (NPF). The population of this research is 10 sharia banks registered with BUS. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research, using secondary data. Sourced from the official websites of each bank, the 2020 - 2022 period uses quarterly financial reports. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regresion. The results of this research are that Return On Assets (ROA) does not have effect on the NPF of Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia. (2) ROE has a negative effect on the NPF of Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia. These results show that the higher the bank's profits, the lower the financing problem and vice versa. (3) FDR influences the NPF of Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia. Suggestions for further research include adding macroeconomic factors to the independent variables for problematic financing, interest rates, exchange rates and inflation
