Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine career planning and career development. The research method used in this study is a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, research instruments and documentation. The research results show that planning analysis and career development in the form of promotions and accelerated ranks of Battalion A Pioneer personnel in general have been carried out well in accordance with the established plans or regulations, especially regarding the criteria for personnel violations both in disciplinary hearings, codes of ethics and criminal acts. weaknesses in supervision from the level of leadership to subordinates. The conclusion of this study is that the policies of the leadership regarding career planning and development in the form of promotions and accelerated ranks for Battalion A Pioneer personnel have had the expected impact, especially to improve the discipline and performance of Battalion A Pioneer personnel with regard to attendance levels, main tasks and functions as well as personnel work behavior.

Abstract

Every year the capital market in Indonesia is increasing, stocks are the investment of choice for investors. To accommodate the needs of Muslims in Indonesia, middle class people with limited financial capabilities have begun to switch to choosing Sharia shares. This study aims to determine the Marketing Mix Strategy in the form of product, price, location and promotion and Financial Capability is the right model to improve Sharia Stock Investment Decisions. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method, namely by collecting data directly from PT. Syirkah Griya Berkah by conducting observations, interviews according to the object of research. The results of this study indicate that the strategy implemented by the company has been going well from the targeted 100 investors, recorded 67 who have joined, where the four Marketing Strategy Variables and Financial Capability support each other and complement each other in improving Sharia Stock Investment Decisions. must further improve its strategy to compete with other stock competitors.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the quality of hospital services on the satisfaction of hospitalized patients in karisma cimareme hospitals. The method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, while the data collection technique is carried out by spreading questionnaires to a number of respondents of hospitalization patients Karisma Cimareme Hospital. Based on the correlation coefficient between variable X (Quality of Service), and variable Y (Patient Satisfaction) of 0.667 proved there is a positive and significant relationship between variable X (Quality of Service) and variable Y (Patient Satisfaction). Meanwhile, based on the coefficient of determination (KD), it is known that the achievement of variable X's ability affects variable Y which is 44.49% while the remaining 55.51% is influenced by other variables not studied in this study. Based on the results of research can be put forward, variables on the quality of hospital services and patient satisfaction variables are good. Some of the suggestions that researchers conveyed were to cultivate 5S smiles, greetings, greetings, manners and manners, so that hospital patients feel satisfied and comfortable getting services from Karisma Cimareme Hospital.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify and identify problems, obstacles, and efforts to overcome the quality of service at UPT Puskesmas Griya Antapani. Quality measurements in this study are responsiveness, reliability, assurance, empathy, tangibles. The research method in this research is descriptive analysis. Snow ball technique. The data collection technique is done by interviews and observation. The results of the research on the quality of immunization services at the UPT Puskesmas Griya Antapani are quite good but need to be optimized because there are still deficiencies, such as additional human resources, conventional data processing that needs to be computerized. From the results of interviews with informants, they felt that the quality of immunization services was good enough. It is suggested that the quality of immunization services in terms of responsiveness, reliability, assurance, empathy, tangibles needs to be looked at again for the progress of UPT Griya Antapani Health Center in terms of more optimal service.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the important role of the performance of educational institution operators in maintaining service quality. The method used is descriptive analytical research through a quantitative approach. The samples taken were 40 elementary school operator employees in Bandung city. The results of the study conclude that the performance of the elementary school operator employees in Bandung city is good and their work results can be relied upon. Performance plays an important role in improving the quality of service for employees of the elementary school operators in Bandung city. An important implication in this study is that employees have punctuality in completing work, the quality of work can be relied upon and accounted for, have a high ability to complete work, be able to communicate well between leaders and teachers, and have high initiative in completing work and solving problems.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the important role of organizational support and training in an effort to improve the performance of Bandung City Transportation Department employees. Organizational support is measured through the dimensions of caring, consideration, problem solving assistance, and the ability to forgive mistakes, while training is measured through training needs, planning, and evaluation. The sample used was 116 employees of the Bandung City Transportation Department. Analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that organizational support and training have a positive and significant impact on employee performance in the aspects of quality, quantity, timeliness and responsibility. The implication is that the transportation agency can consider developing stronger organizational support and optimizing appropriate training programs to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Future research could explore other factors that influence employee performance in broader and more diverse contexts.

Abstract

The government encourages innovation in local governments. The success of organizational innovation is certainly inseparable from the innovative work behavior of its employees. To improve innovative work behavior, many factors influence. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of organizational citizenship behavior that mediates the influence of transformational leadership on innovative work behavior. Sample collection is carried out by random sampling and is cross sectional. Using the Slovin formula, a sample of 83 people from a population of 847 was obtained. Based on the test results, it was found that Transformational leadership (β = 0.632; t = 5.654; p-values = 0.000), had a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior, Transformational leadership (β = 0.734; t = 18.946; p-values = 0.000), positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, Organizational citizenship behavior (β = 0.761; t = 7.339; p-values = 0.000), positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior and Organizational citizenship behavior (β = 0.558; t = 7.746; p-values = 0.000), as mediator variables have a positive and significant effect on the causal relationship between transformational leadership with innovative work behavior. The magnitude of the model's prediction power with an R-Square score, which is 0.743 for innovative work behavior and 0.538 for organizational citizenship behavior. Thus, transformational leadership has a positive effect on innovative work behavior both directly and through organizational citizenship behavior. Abstract

Pemerintah mendorong inovasi pada pemerintah daerah. Keberhasilan inovasi organisasi tentunya tidak terlepas dari innovative work behaviour pegawainya. Untuk meningkatkan innovative work behaviour, banyak faktor yang memengaruhi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran organizational citizenship behaviour yang memediasi pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap innovative work behaviour. Pengumpulan sampel dilakukan dengan random sampling dan bersifat cross sectional. Dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin diperoleh sampel sebanyak 83 orang dari populasi sebesar 847. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian diperoleh hasil bahwa Transformational leadership (? = 0.632; t = 5.654; p-values = 0.000), berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap innovative work behaviour, Transformational leadership (? = 0.734; t = 18.946; p-values = 0.000), berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational Sitizenship behaviour, Organizational citizenship behaviour (? = 0.761; t = 7.339; p-values = 0.000), berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap innovative work behaviour dan Organizational citizenship behaviour (? = 0.558; t = 7.746; p-values = 0.000), sebagai variabel mediator berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hubungan kausal antara transformational leadership dengan innovative work behaviour. Besar kekuatan prediksi model dengan skor R-Square, yaitu 0.743 untuk innovative work behaviour dan 0.538 untuk organizational citizenship behaviour. Dengan demikian transformational leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap innovative work behaviour baik secara langsung dan melalui organizational citizenship behaviour.

Abstract

Tujuan dari Riset ini yaitu menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh pelayanan online terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di kecamatan Cimahi Selatan. Riset ini tergolong ke dalam metode kuantitatif dengan tujuan deskriptif. Objek Riset ini ialah Pelayanan Online di Kecamatan Cimahi Selatan.Riset ini menggunakan teknik analisis data yaitu analisis deskriptif. Jumlah populasi 45 responden, metode penarikan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh sehingga jumlah sampel sama dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 45 responden. Adapun metode analisi data dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan melakukan pengujian hipotesis uji t. Hasil Riset disimpulkan variabel pelayanan online berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di Kecamatan Cimahi Selatan. Besarnya pengaruh variabel pelayanan online sebesar 0,776 atau 77,6%, dan sisanya sebesar 22.4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

This studi focus to find out the effect of service quality and community satisfaction when making family cards in Cimahi Tengah District. A total of 49 people were the sample in this study, which used descriptive analysis. Multiple regression was used in analyzing data with SPSS 23. The results indicated that the X1 variable, namely service quality, and the X2 variable, namely trust, had a significant effect on the Y variable, namely community satisfaction in making family cards in Central Cimahi District. The coefficient of determination obtains a result of 78.5% which means that it shows that the two variables X which in this case are service quality and people’s trust have a strong relationship in increasing community satisfaction.
