Abstract

Every organization can be distinguished from other organizations by a distinctive feature as the identity of the organization. This characteristic is known as organizational culture. Organizational culture is based on correlations that are valued and have norms, ways of behaving and beliefs that characterize individuals or groups that can solve problems. In addition to organizational culture, the authors explained above that there are quality human resources that have an influence on organizational performance, namely organizational commitment. employees who have a commitment to the organization gain the ability to improve performance either individually, in groups or in the organization. This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction at the General Section of Regional Secretariat of Cimahi City. The method used in this research is quantitative with a population and sample of all employees at the General Section of Regional Secretariat of Cimahi City with a total of 37 people. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results obtained in this study F test results obtained calculated F value of 10.134 with a significance of 0.000 <0.006 has a positive value so that it can be said that the pattern of relationship between organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee job satisfaction is unidirectional so that organizational culture and organizational commitment have a relationship significant effect on job satisfaction in the General Section of Cimahi Regional Secretariat.

Abstract

This activity aims to socialize Character Building activities at Bandung University in improving student discipline. This activity method involves analyzing quantitative and qualitative data from the results of surveys and interviews involving students, heads of study programs, and academic personnel. Socialization results show a significant increase in student discipline, reflected in positive changes in behavior, participation in academic activities, and involvement in social projects. Student awareness of the values of discipline and responsibility also increases, creating a more positive academic atmosphere. The implication of this research is that the Character Building program is effective as a character formation strategy, which can be a basis for further development. This research also highlights the importance of involving students directly in outreach and emphasizes the need for ongoing monitoring to identify long-term changes. Practical implications include continued improvements in program socialization and attention to multiple dimensions of the student experience.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the service quality of the museum guides on visitor satisfaction at the Bandung geological museum. The method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach, while the data collection technique is carried out by distributing questionnaires to a number of museum visitor, literature study, observation, and interviews. The results indicate that Quality of Service Guides affects significantly on visitor satisfaction. it is proven that there is a positive and significant relationship between variable X (Service Quality) and variable Y (Visitor Satisfaction). Meanwhile, based on the coefficient of determination, it is known that the achievement of the ability of variable X has an effect on variable Y, namely 56.40%, while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Based on the research results, it can be stated that the variable quality of museum guide service and visitor satisfaction variables are good. Some suggestions that the researchers convey are to cultivate 5S smiles, greetings, greetings, courtesy and courtesy, so that visitors to the geology museum feel satisfied and comfortable getting services from guides at the Bandung Geological Museum.

Abstract

Advances in digital technology today have brought significant changes in various aspects, especially in the batik industry business. As Indonesian assets, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are economic drivers that can improve the regional economy. The development of SMEs today has spread beyond the presence of digital marketing. But can marketing be done can provide an advantage? Or is it even difficult to expand into new markets? This study tries to examine the factors that can affect competitive advantage in the SME industry in the city of Bandung. This type of research is quantitative using an explanatory approach. The results in this study indicate that the three independent variables studied are HR training and management ability to competitive advantage. The results show that HR training has an effect on the competitive advantage of SMEs in the city of Bandung. second, management ability has a positive effect on the competitive advantage of SMEs in the city of Bandung. and third, simultaneously HR training and management skills have a positive effect on the competitive advantage of SMEs in the city of Bandung. This research is expected to provide input to organizations, especially in the SME industry, so that they pay more attention to the quality of their human resources and develop their capabilities by providing training so that they can contribute to the organization in facing competition.

Abstract

The development of the e-commerce business is currently showing significant growth. In addition, there are many millennial generations who behave consumptively. This of course did not appear out of nowhere, but with the development of the internet and social media. The increasing use of social media has led to consumer purchasing decisions online. This study aims to determine the effect of using social media and hedonic behavior on online purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach using explanatory. The sample was selected as many as 105 respondents from the Bandung College of Administrative Sciences. The results showed that there was an influence between the two variables, namely the use of social media and hedonic behavior on online purchasing decisions. This research also has implications for companies to review advertising through social media, given that currently social media users are higher, especially in today's younger generation.

Abstract

Pegawai merupakan penggerak kegiatan dalam suatu instansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pentingnya disiplin kerja pegawai yang bagus dalam Upaya peningkatan kerja pegawai. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 48 pegawai yang berada di Kecamatan Buah Batu, Kota Bandung. Pendekatan yang digunakan berupa kuantitatif. Penelitian ini juga didukung dengan hasil wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja yang bagus, mampu meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Ini menunjukkan bahwa penting bagi organisasi atau lembaga pemerintah di Kecamatan Buah Batu untuk memprioritaskan pengembangan dan pemeliharaan disiplin kerja yang baik di antara pegawainya. Ini dapat membantu meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas tugas-tugas yang dilakukan oleh pegawai. Keunikan dari penelitian ini adalah peran penting pimpinan di Kecamatan Buah Batu, Kota Bandung dalam mendorong pegawai untuk terus disiplin dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan, sehingga kinerja pegawai juga ikut meningkat. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja; Kinerja Pegawai; Peningkatan

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Enforcement of Major Regulation No. 888 of 2012 on Compliance with Street Vendors (PKL). The research method used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, while the data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to several samples. The sample used was 85 people. From the results of the respondent's response variable (X) obtained a score of 3272 while variable (Y) obtained a score of 4608 from the results of the hypothesis test t_count 7.347 and t_table 1.988 then t_count> t_table so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means the Enforcement of Major Regulation No. 888 of 2012 has an effect Against the Compliance of Street Vendors (PKL). Based on the coefficient of determination (KD), it is known that the achievement of the ability of the X variable affects the Y variable, namely 39.44%, while the remaining 60.56% is influenced by other variables that are not included. Suggestions in this study, especially Satpol PP personnel who apply regulations can be friendly and not arrogant in terms of taking action or imposing sanctions for street vendors who violate and are stubborn but be cooperative and it is also hoped that street vendors can follow the rules applied so that the beauty of the city of Bandung is maintained.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of implementing E-Government policies on team member performance, the impact of government governance on team member performance, and the effect of implementing E-Government policies and government governance on the performance of Garut district population and civil registration service employees. This research method is quantitative. With a population of 54 people, the total number of employees is the Garut Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. The research sampling method uses a saturated sample method so that the number of samples is the same as the total population. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that implementing e-government policies and government governance partially and simultaneously influences team member performance, with a contribution of 72.6%. In conclusion, there is a significant influence between the implementation of E-Government Government Governance policies on team member performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyses the role of Smart Fisheries Village in encouraging community empowerment and strengthening the village economy through fisheries-based business diversification. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation studies, analyses using a triangulation approach for data validity. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Smart Fisheries Village concept in Kampung Nila is able to create a new economic value chain through the integration of fish farming, educational tourism, and culinary. The resulting impacts include increased community income, the birth of new micro-enterprises, and increased employment in the tourism services sector and fishery product processing MSMEs. The existence of educational and culinary tourism based on tilapia has succeeded in attracting the attention of students, university students, and tourists, thereby expanding the local market. The study also found several obstacles such as limited infrastructure, low technological literacy, and weak branding strategies in the area. The researchers concluded that Smart Fisheries Village plays a significant role in improving the local economy and community empowerment through an integrative approach between the fisheries, education, and culinary sectors. Its innovation lies in the link between educational and culinary tourism with the economic sustainability of the fishing village. This research contributes to the development of the Smart Fisheries Village concept as well as policy recommendations to strengthen branding strategies, human resource capacity building, and marketing partnerships to create a local fisheries economy.
