Abstract

The research objective is to study the effect of the effect of work climate, job satisfaction and job dicipline toward teacher performance at Public Senior High School in Bekasi District. This research used quantitative approach. The sample of this research were 175 teachers selected randomly. The method used is survey method with path analysis. The research on the analysis it is conclude that: (1) work climate has direct effect on performance, (2) job satisfaction has direct effect on performance, (3) Job dicipline has direct effect on performance, (4) work climate has direct effect on job dicipline, (5) job satisfaction has direct effect on job dicipline, (6) work climate has direct effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

The objective of the research is to analyze the pattern of counterproductive behavior of the teachers of SMA Negeri Se-Kota Bekasi. This research uses quantitative approach. The research was conducted on eleven State Senior High School of Bekasi City by distributing questionnaires. Questionnaires were distributed to 83 teachers to assess as samples, selected by Slovin formula. Respondents were done by simple random sampling by drawing. The research of this analysis concluded that: (2) There is a direct negative effect of job satisfaction on counterproductive behavior, (3) There is positive influence of positive work design to job satisfaction. With this research is expected to find solution in decreasing teacher counterproductive behavior , because as perfected as any school, whether in terms of planning, design, supervision, and technological means owned, all that will not work if there is no human factor that is the teacher as a driver. Teacher quality is the basic capital in Indonesia's educational development. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisa pola perilaku kontraproduktif guru SMA Negeri Se-Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif.Penelitian dilakukan pada sebelas SMA Negeri Kota Bekasi dengan menyebarkan kuesioner.Kuesioner didistribusikan kepada83 guru untuk menilai sebagai sampel, yang dipilih melalui rumus Slovin.Responden dilakukan dengan cara simple random sampling dengan cara mengundi.Penelitian analisis ini menyimpulkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh langsung negatif desain kerjaterhadap perilaku kontraproduktif, (2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung negatif kepuasan kerjaterhadap perilaku kontraproduktif, (3) Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif desain kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja.Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menemukan solusi dalam menurunkan perilaku kontraproduktif guru, karena sesempurnanya apapun suatu sekolah, baik dalam segi perencanaan, desain, pengawasan, maupun sarana teknologi yang dimiliki, semua itu tak akan bisa berjalan apabila tidak ada faktor manusia yaitu guru sebagai penggerak. Kualitas guru merupakan modal dasar dalam masa pembangunan pendidikan Indonesia. Kata Kunci: Perilaku Kontraproduktif, Desain Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract

This research goal to know the effect of supervision and trust toward organizational commitment of the state of public Senior High School’s teachers in Bekasi District. Sample study involving 85 teachers that are determined by using the random technique. The method used in this research is survey method with path analysis. The result show that: (1) There is a direct positive effect of supervision on organizational commitment, (2) There is a direct positive effect of trust on organizational commitment, (3) There is a direct positive effect of supervision on trust. The study’s finding concluded that the organizational commitment of teacher can be increased by improving supervision and trust. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari pengaruh supervisi dan kepercayaan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada guru SMA Negeri se-Kota Bekasi. Penelitian. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 85 guru yang diambil secara acak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan analisis jalur (path analysis). Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Supervisi berpengaruh langsung positif pada komitmen organisasi, (2) Kepercayaan berpengaruh langsung positif pada komitmen organisasi, (3) Supervisi berpengaruh langsung positif pada kepercayaan. Abstract

Teacher work productivity is a determining factor for the success of education quality, because teachers face directly with students in providing guidance that will produce professional graduates. The purpose of this study was to examine the direct effect of group cohesiveness, job satisfaction and absenteeism on the work productivity of vocational high school teachers. This research was conducted in Bekasi, Indonesia. This study uses a survey method with the path analysis approach. Data collection by distributing questionnaires as many as 104 teachers with simple random sampling technique with Slovin formula. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis in this study it was concluded that:(1) group cohesivenesshas a positive direct effect on teacher work productivity; (2) job satisfaction has a positive direct effect on teacher work productivity; (3) absenteeism has a direct negative effect on work productivity; (4) group cohesiveness has a direct negative effect on absence; and (5) job satisfaction has a direct negative effect on absence;(6) group cohesivenesshas a positive direct effect on job satisfaction. Abstrak Produktivitas kerja guru merupakan faktor penentu keberhasilan mutu pendidikan, sebab guru bersinggungan langsung dengan peserta didik dalam memberikan bimbingan yang muaranya akan menghasilkan lulusan profesional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh langsung kepuasan kerja dan kemangkiran terhadap produktivitas kerja guru SMK.Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bekasi, Indonesia.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan path analysis.Pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner sebanyak 104 guru dengan teknik simple random sampling menggunakan rumus slovin. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa: (1) kohesivitas kelompok berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap produktivitas kerja guru;(2) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap produktivitas kerja guru; (3) kemangkiran (absenteeism) berpengaruh langsung negatif terhadap produktivitas kerja; (4) kohesivitas kelompokberpengaruh langsung negatif terhadap kemangkiran (absenteeism); dan (5) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung negatif terhadap kemangkiran (absenteeism); (6) kohesivitas kelompok berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of managerial ability and creativity on headmaster’s decision making in Junior High School of Counties and Tangerang City.The research used survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. Technique of data collecting is using instrument from questionnaire. The number of 60 headmaster’s sample was selected by simple random sampling.The result of this research indicated that: 1) there is a direct positive effect of managerial ability to headmaster’s decision making, 2) there is a direct positive effect of creativity to headmaster’s decision making and 3) there is a direct positive effect of managerial ability to creativity. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan manajerial dan kreatifitas terhadap pengambilan keputusan kepala sekolah di SMP Negeri dan Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis jalur yang diterapkan dalam pengujian hipotesis. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen dari kuesioner. Jumlah sampel 60 kepala sekolah dipilih dengan simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) ada pengaruh positif langsung dari kemampuan manajerial terhadap pengambilan keputusan kepala sekolah, 2) ada pengaruh positif langsung kreatifitas terhadap keputusan kepala sekolah. membuat dan 3) ada efek positif langsung dari kemampuan manajerial terhadap kreatifitas Kata Kunci: Pengambilan Keputusan, Kemampuan Manajerial dan Kreatifitas
