Abstract

Choosing the right delivery service partner is an important thing for companies to consider. This is because the selection of the right delivery service partner can minimize the risks involved. Generally, choosing a delivery partner service is done by looking at the profile of the freight forwarder's partner. It takes time to determine the right delivery service partner. This study aims to apply the Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) and Rank Order Centroid (ROC) methods in a decision support system for selecting delivery service partners to make it easier to make the right decisions and meet needs. The ROC weighting method is used to determine the value of the criteria based on priority. Meanwhile, the COPRAS approach is used to determine the best solution based on an analysis of the existing options through alternative assessments by providing interval-based utility judgments. In the case study conducted, the best alternative was obtained, namely J&T Express with a score of 100, followed by JNE Express with a value of 92.09, SiCepat with a value of 91.89, Ninja Express with a value of 91.42. The COPRAS calculation results on the system developed with the manual calculation results show the same value, this means that the calculations on the system are valid. The usability scores, on the other hand, have an average value of 88.33% and are considered good

Abstract

Wayang Kulit, which is an original Indonesian culture, is conditioned by the meaning of life in every performance. However, Wayang Kulit is currently less popular among young people due to a lack of understanding of the art of Wayang Kulit performance. To be able to provide knowledge to the younger generation about Wayang Kulit, one of which is by introducing the characters that exist in Wayang Kulit performances. This study aims to build an image classification system for Wayang Kulit characters by applying the neural network method using Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) and morphological feature extraction. Morphological feature extraction provides information about the shape characteristics of objects present in the image which are then used for input in the classification process. The Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) method may arbitrarily establish the weight value between the input neurons and the hidden layer during the classification step, resulting in a quicker learning pattern. Based on the test results using the confusion matrix, the accuracy value is calculated to get a value of 81%.

Abstract

Learning disorders can occur in children where a child experiences difficulty mastering important skills such as reading, writing, or arithmetic. Learning disorders can have an emotional impact on children, such as low self-confidence, anxiety, or frustration. Therefore, it is important for parents and educators to recognize the signs of learning disorders so that appropriate intervention can be given. The aim of this research is to develop an expert system that can diagnose learning disorders in children using the Dempster-Shafer Theory algorithm to make it easier to diagnose and produce the right diagnosis. The Dempster-Shafer Theory approach has the ability to provide probability values in evidence based on the level of belief and reasoning in accordance with logic and then combine it with information from certain events. This research produces an expert system built on a website that can diagnose based on symptoms and display diagnosis results, definitions of types of learning disorders, and treatment options. The accuracy test results show a value of 92%, which means that the system built using the Dempster-Shafer Theory approach is able to diagnose learning disorders in children well.

This research aims to analyze the influence of brand awareness, sales promotions, online advertising, and product attributes on purchase intentions. This research uses a conclusive research design with a descriptive research design. This research data sampling is classified as a single-cross-sectional design. The data collection method is in the form of a questionnaire. This research uses Lisrel to carry out SEM measurements. The research results succeeded in proving that there is a positive influence between brand awareness and sales promotion on purchase intention. Meanwhile, online advertising and product attributes were found not to influence purchase intention. Therefore, it is important for companies that have large advertising costs to improve these factors in various ways. Based on the research results, there are several conclusions that can be drawn. First, product attributes such as taste, packaging, price, and ease of cooking do not have a significant influence on purchase intentions. This shows that the characteristics of the product are not the main factors considered by consumers before making a purchase. Second, online advertising does not have a positive influence on purchase intentions. This may be caused by a lack of attractive and trustworthy advertising messages, according to consumer perception. Third, sales promotions, such as discounts or additional portions, have a significant positive influence on purchase intentions. This shows that consumers tend to be more interested in buying if there is an attractive promotional offer. Finally, brand awareness of the product has a significant influence on purchase intention. This shows that consumers' ability to recognize a brand has an impact on their tendency to buy that product.

Abstract

Palm oil is an important export commodity in Indonesia. Quality palm oil is produced from quality oil palm plants as well. One of the factors to be able to produce quality oil palm plantations requires the right land. For this reason, land selection is an important factor. This study aims to develop a decision support system by implementing the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method for the selection of oil palm plantations. The TOPSIS method is a negative approach that is obtained by considering the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution and the farthest from the ideal solution. The system is built using a waterfall system development approach that starts from analysis, design, coding and testing. The developed system has the ability to manage alternatives, manage criteria, perform alternative calculations with TOPSIS, and display the best alternative results with TOPSIS. From the results of black-box testing, it proves that the developed system can work and run well. In addition, the results of manual calculations with the system show the same results.

Abstract

The issue of food security is not only the task of farmers, therefore starting to participate in growing vegetables at home through hydroponic techniques can be a solution. Hydroponics is one solution for urban farming or farming activities independently in urban areas in Indonesia. In order to get an abundant harvest on limited land, it requires quality seeds. Good vegetable seeds hold the key to determining a good harvest too. So, you should not carelessly buy vegetable seeds to grow vegetables hydroponically. But the problem is, with so many vegetable seed products for hydroponics on the market, it makes someone confused to choose the right product that suits their needs. The main purpose of this research is to develop a decision support system for selecting hydroponic vegetable seeds with a website-based Exponential Comparison Method to facilitate decision makers in determining the right seeds and according to their needs. The Exponential Comparison method can perform a priority order of decision alternatives on existing criteria and can distinguish the value of each alternative in contrast. The decision support system developed produces calculations using the valid Exponential Comparison Method because the results are in accordance with manual calculations. In addition, based on the black-box testing technique, it shows that the system built has been running well.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how consumers of e-wallets' attitudes regarding mobile payments, perceived utility, perceived ease of use, perceived credibility, and perceived self-efficacy affect their intention to utilize mobile payment behavior. This study employs a cross-sectional design and descriptive research methodology. This study combined a judicial sampling strategy with a non-probability sampling method. There were one hundred responders in this study. A questionnaire was used to obtain the data. Descriptive analysis was employed in this study to categorize respondents' responses. The structural equation model method will be used to examine the data in this study. Perceived utility and perceived simplicity of use in the context of e-wallets strongly influence attitudes toward mobile payments, according to the data processing and analysis results. In addition, the intention to use mobile payments is significantly positively influenced by one's attitude about mobile payments. Perceived self-efficacy and perceived credibility, however, do not significantly affect the intention to use mobile payments. This means that although users may feel confident in their ability to use e-wallets or believe in the reliability of e-wallets, this does not directly influence their desire to use the service. Therefore, companies do not need to focus too much on improving these two aspects to increase digital payment intention.
