Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksplanatori, yaitu pendekatan yang menggunakan sejumlah penelitian terdahulu sebagai acuan dan landasan dalam penelitian yang dilakukan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang peneliti peroleh dari 400 pegawai Bank Mega Syari'ah yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Data dari kuesioner berisi pernyataan sangat setuju, setuju, normal/normal, tidak setuju, dan sangat tidak setuju. Data ini dianalisis menggunakan alat analisis smart PLS 4.0. Hasil dalam artikel ini menunjukkan variabel Firm Generated Content dapat mempunyai arah hubungan positif dan pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Keputusan Pembelian karena P-Values ​​bernilai positif dan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Hal ini dikarenakan P-Values ​​bernilai positif dan dibawah taraf signifikansi 0,05 yaitu 0,026. Hal ini dikarenakan Konten Pemasaran yang dikemas secara sistematis dan terstruktur dapat mempengaruhi Konsumen dalam memutuskan pembelian. Pada baris berikutnya tabel ketiga Koefisien Jalur pada penelitian ini terlihat bahwa variabel Kualitas Produk dapat memperkuat pengaruh Konten Pemasaran. variabel yang dihasilkan secara sistematis dan terstruktur lebih signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Hal ini dikarenakan P-Values ​​berada di bawah taraf signifikansi 0,05 yaitu 0,000 lebih signifikan dibandingkan pengujian langsung sebesar 0,026. Dengan demikian hipotesis pertama dan kedua dalam penelitian ini dapat diterima.

Abstract

 Utilization of information technology in a company will assist in increasing the productivity of the company in carrying out its duties and responsibilities. Distributors are the most important part in a company that provides medical equipment in obtaining goods for the sustainability of the company. The evaluation process for distributors currently does not use a system, so the company has difficulty in evaluating distributors from the requirements that will be calculated and used as material for evaluating the distributor's performance. The decision support system in the selection of this distributor uses profile matching. Profile matching is a method in a decision support system that will provide recommendations based on a comparison of the profiles of each distributor with the highest score. The decision support system for selecting Medical device distributors helps companies to automate and computerize in determining the performance of distributors in meeting company needs. The results of manual calculations and web applications on the selection of medical device distributors show the same results, and there are no different calculations. Test results using blackbox get perfect results, namely 100% for all system functions created for the selection of medical device distributors

Abstract

In this increasingly sophisticated era, students are required to be able to have speaking and reading skills. However, due to the lack of effectiveness of teachers in using learning media, many students feel that learning feels monotonous so that students do not want to develop and practice their speaking and reading skills. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the use of audio visuals as a learning medium for speaking skills and reading skills of tsanawiah students. This research method uses a quantitative research method, where the data is obtained from the results of online questionnaire distribution. The results of the study show that audio-visual media is effective on students' speaking and reading skills. From the study, it can be concluded that the use of audio visuals as a learning medium has proven to be effective. The limitation of this study is that researchers can only conduct research on audio-visual learning media even though there are still many other learning media that can be used as alternatives in improving students' speaking and reading skills. The researcher hopes that the next researcher will be able to conduct research related to students' speaking and reading skills but by using other learning media. This study also recommends to future researchers to use this research as a reference in conducting research on improving students' speaking and reading skills through audio visuals.
