Abstract

Financial statements have a function as a tool to regulate the management between income and expenses, analyze financial performance that can provide information related to financial position, to research profit or loss, and others that are used and manage finances so that they are used regularly. The purpose of this research is to find out how to apply and understand the accounting recording method for micro-entrepreneurs Agent Brilink CV. Tiga Permata and whether it is in accordance with the standards set by the government. FSA EWPA was established with the aim of facilitating entities without public accountability such as business in one accounting period. Agent Brilink CV. Tiga Permata was chosen as the research sample using convenience sampling method with qualitative descriptive analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the understanding of the staff and employees regarding the Financial Accounting Standards for Entities Without Public Accountability (FSA EWPA) is still very simple, due to the lack of knowledge of the staff and employees regarding the technical aspects of preparing financial statements based on FSA EWPA. Abstract

This study aims to determine the credit sales accounting information system applied by CV. Premiere Wood Manufacturing and analyze whether the credit sales accounting information system is in accordance with the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) applied by the company. The data used by the researcher is primary data, obtained from direct observation to the company and interviews with the sales department. The method used in this study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, which means that researchers identify problems with credit sales accounting information systems in CV. Abstract

In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, which is still an epidemic in the world, one of which is in Indonesia, many companies have to rethink their marketing strategies. This research was conducted at PT NUR RAMADHAN WISATA Surabaya Branch. This research was conducted to find out what strategy is used by PT NUR RAMADHAN WISATA Surabaya Branch to increase the attractiveness of the community. This research has two problem formulations, namely What marketing strategy is used by PT NUR RAMADHAN WISATA Surabaya Branch to increase the attractiveness of the community and also what are the factors that support and hinder the marketing strategy of PT NUR RAMADHAN WISATA WISATA Surabaya Branch to increase public attractiveness. This study uses a type of field research using primary and secondary data sources. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative descriptive technique. The results of this study indicate that PT NUR RAMADHAN WISATA Surabaya Branch in increasing the attractiveness of the community using the method of going directly to the community through village events such as recitation of fathers or mothers. In addition, PT NUR RAMADHAN WISATA Surabaya Branch also went directly to private and government agencies and also to schools. Next is to use social media and always prioritize service. Next is to re-establish the company order. The supporting factors for the marketing strategy of PT NUR RAMADHAN WISATA Surabaya Branch to increase the attractiveness of the community include: Having complete offices and facilities, having SOPs for all employees, conducting routine trainings for employees, having an experienced marketing team, holding regular monthly meetings with the head office, and finally having products that suit the needs of the community. . Abstract

This research aims to study and find out how employee communication styles at PT. NSP can contribute to improving work performance and discipline. In a competitive business environment, employee performance and a high level of work discipline are the keys to achieving company success and growth. The application of communication styles in the workplace has become an increasingly relevant concern for managers and human resources practitioners in efforts to create a positive corporate culture. Decision making, communication channels, and character. This researcher uses a post-positivism paradigm, and this research uses qualitative methods. The results of this qualitative method show that the communication style of employees at PT. NSP is The Relinguishing Style because they prefer collaboration with teams and deliberation so they can exchange thoughts, input or ideas with other team members. As well as wanting a conducive working atmosphere so that ASNs can work more calmly and quickly.
