Abstract

This research aims to analyze the relationship between the influence of Communication, Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Indonesian Cooperative University. In this research, the samples were employees at the University of Indonesia Developing with a sample size of 35 people. This research uses quantitative methods with non-probability sampling techniques (saturated samples), and data analysis tools using the SPSS version 25.0 program.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the simultaneous or partial influence of leadership style, work environment and work discipline variables on the performance of Arjasari Community Health Center employees. In this study, the samples were employees of the Arjasari Community Health Center with a sample size of 30 people. This research uses quantitative methods with a total sampling technique. And the data analysis tool uses the SPSS version 25.0 program. Based on the results of research at the Arjasari health center, it shows that leadership style, work environment and work discipline influence employee performance both partially and simultaneously with a determination coefficient test value (R₂) of 0.978 or 97.8% so it can be interpreted as 97.8% The performance of Arjasari Community Health Center employees (Y) can be explained by the variables leadership style (X₁), work environment (X₂), and work discipline (X₃)

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Inventory Turnover (ITO), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Sales Growth on PT Sritex's Return On Assets (ROA) for the 2013-2022 period. The research method used uses quantitative research methods with descriptive and verification approaches. The data source in this research is secondary data obtained through annual financial reports using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis techniques, verification analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing, both partial and simultaneous testing with data analysis tools using SPSS version 25. The results of this research partially show Inventory Turnover (ITO), Total Assets Turnover (TATO) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) have a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA), while Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) and Sales Growth have no significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA), while simultaneously all independent variables has a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the simultaneous or partial influence of the Work Environment,Work Motivation and Work Discipline variables on the Performance of Bandung City Human Resources Personnel Agency employees. In this research, the samples were employees of the Bandung City Human Resources Personnel Agency with a total sample of 33 people. This research uses quantitative methods with random sampling techniques. And the data analysis tool uses the SPSS version 25.0 program. Based on the results of research at the Bandung City Human Resources Personnel Agency, it shows that the work environment, work motivation and work discipline influence employee performance both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk sebagai salah satu perusahaan BUMN yang sudah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dituntut untuk tetap menjaga kinerja keuangannya, perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang transportasi khususnya transportasi udara juga dituntut untuk tetap menjaga kualitas pelayanannya kepada masyarakat karena industri penerbangan nasional memiliki potensi untuk terus berkembang, hal ini disebabkan Indonesia merupakan negara kepulauan terbesar di dunia. Posisi keuangan PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk yang terdampak signifikan atas terjadinya pandemi Covid-19, dimana telah terjadi penurunan demand jasa angkutan udara secara signifikan sebagai dampak langsung kebijakan-kebijakan pembatasan penerbangan untuk menekan penyebaran virus Covid-19, sehingga sangat berdampak pada kondisi Laporan Keuangan pada periode 31 Desember 2020. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian Komparatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan periode triwulan 1-2018 sampai dengan triwulan 1-2022. Kajian ini diolah dengan paired sample t-test dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil riset dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas dan profitabilitas yang signifikan sebelum dan saat pandemi Covid-19 pada PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk

Abstract

This research was conducted at Shipping Companies in the Riau Islands Region with the aim of knowing the employee performance system and work ability and motivation in workers. The research population conducted by researchers was employees at 3 shipping companies using a sampling method, namely accedental sampling of 71 employees. The analytical tool used to measure research using the Structural Equational Model processed with SmartPLS software. The results of the analysis prove that there is a significant effect of work ability on employee performance, there is a significant effect of motivation on employee performance, there is a significant effect of work ability on employee performance and work motivation acts as a mediating variable on the effect of work ability on employee performance.

Abstract

The Influence of Training and Education on the Performance of Civil Servants at the Regional Personnel Agency of West Java Province. This research examines the effect of training and education on the performance of civil servants at the Regional Personnel Agency of West Java Province. The primary objective is to assess how these factors enhance employee performance. A quantitative approach was utilized, employing a survey method with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 employees. The findings indicate that both training and education have a significant positive impact on employee performance, with an average performance increase of 20% observed after participating in training programs. The results highlight that effective training and educational initiatives not only improve individual skills and knowledge but also contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. This study emphasizes the necessity for ongoing professional development for civil servants and offers recommendations for enhancing training programs to cultivate a more skilled and productive workforce.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is "to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and work motivation on the performance of production employees at PT. Eksonindo Multi Product Industry". The study uses analysis based on quantitative data, this study attempts to identify the cause and effect relationship of the variables analyzed. Data collection is carried out through survey techniques by sending questionnaires to production employees. Determination of samples adopting the Slovin method with an inaccuracy rate of 10%, with a sample of 22 employees. The variables in this study consist of independent variables "(transformational leadership x1, organizational culture x2, and work motivation x3)" and dependent variables "(employee performance y)". Data analysis through several regression techniques using SPSS tools to test the hypothesis in this study. The findings of the study are expected to provide a complete description of what aspects influence "employee performance" of production, as well as provide practical recommendations to company management in its efforts to improve organizational performance.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan kewirausahaan merupakan sebuah solusi terbaik untuk meningkatkan perekonomian dan kapabilitas mahasiswa. Kegiatan kewirausahaan memberikan banyak manfaat untuk meningkatkan soft skill mahasiswa. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah mengoptimalkan potensi kewirausahaan UMKM mahasiswa dengan melengkapi aspek legal dari usaha mereka. Aspek legal ini sering dipandang sebelah mata karena berbagai faktor yang salah satunya adalah stigma negatif terhadap pengurusan aspek legal yang ada dibenak mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan merupakan praktik langsung yang sebelumnya diberikan penjelasan terkait pentingnya aspek legal dan dilanjut dengan proses pengajuan salah satu aspek legal yaitu Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) melalui situs Online Single Submission (OSS). Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah para pelaku UMKM mahasiswa dapat langsung mengajukan dan mendapatkan Nomor Induk Berusaha untuk bisnis mereka. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak pada patahnya stigma negatif pengajuan izin usaha atau aspek legal. Mahasiswa termotivasi untuk melanjutkan dan mengembangan kegiatan bisnis mereka karena mahasiswa merasa sudah memiliki legal standing untuk usaha mereka. Kata Kunci: Kewirausahaan, Aspek Legal, NIB Abstract: Entrepreneurship activities are an excellent solution for improving students' economic well-being and capabilities. Entrepreneurship activities offer numerous benefits for enhancing students' soft skills. The goal of this community service program is to optimize the entrepreneurial potential of student MSMEs by complementing the legal aspects of their businesses. This legal aspect is often overlooked due to various factors, one of which is the negative stigma surrounding legal matters. The method used is hands-on practice, which begins with an explanation of the importance of legal aspects and continues with the application process for one of the legal aspects, the Business Identification Number (NIB), through the Online Single Submission (OSS) website. The result of this activity is that student MSMEs can immediately apply for and obtain a Business Identification Number for their businesses. This activity has an impact on breaking the negative stigma surrounding business permit applications or legal aspects.
