Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian mengenai Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Modelling The Way Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Materi Alat Pernapasan Pada Manusia dan Hewan Kelas V SD Negeri 28 Peusangan Kabupaten Bireuen dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Modelling The Way Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Oktober 2013 tepatnya pada semester ganjil 2013/2014. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti mengambil 2 kelas untuk sampel penelitian, yakni kelas Va dan kelas Vb. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadinya perbedaan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri 28 Peusangan pada materi alat pernapasan pada manusia dan hewan setelah mengikuti proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode modelling the way, ini berarti bahwa metode modelling the way dapat dijadikan sebagai suatu metode pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan hasil siswa dalam belajar. Kata kunci: Pengaruh, Modelling The Way, hasil belajar.

Abstract

The ability to speak is one aspect that was developed in early childhood. Language plays an important role as a communication tool to develop other aspects. This research was conducted in kindergarten Lhokseumawe city. This study aims to determine the application of the word chain game with the media card in language acquisition. Studied language acquisition is the acquisition through the game because in the game led to the language. Competition with the media card is very popular word picture of children. Therefore, in order that the child as much as possible to get of language used race technique with a variety of motion. Walk, run, jump, and even crawl used of games implementation strategy. This is done in addition to motivating children can also be used as a means so that children do not feel bored or fed in carrying out activities with regard to language acquisition . The results obtained in the experimental group with pre-test scores of 68, 41 while the results of the posttest score of 81.86 which can mean a significant increas. A recommendation is intended primarily for teachers and educational institutions in order to facilitate activities that refers to the creativity of teachers in order to make innovation in learning is mainly associated with language acquisition . Abstract

The role of students' attitudes (disposition) towards mathematics is an important element in solving mathematical problems and must be maximized properly. Disposition has the following indicators: self-confident, flexibility, persistent, curiosity, reflecting, apply it. This study aims to describe the elementary students' mathematical disposition profile towards problem solving abilities. The research method uses qualitative-descriptive. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and interviews then analyzed by triangulation technique. The results show that there is a significant relationship between elementary school students' mathematical dispositions to problem solving abilities. Students who meet the "excellent" category of mathematical disposition indicators (mathematical disposition indicators score > 85%) have good problem solving skills. Furthermore, students who are categorized as "less" (mathematical disposition indicators score < 60%) have problem solving abilities that need treatment. Each indicator description is described in this article.

Abstract

This research aims to present an exposition on the impact of school quality as a result of the implementation of a positive culture on students in elementary school, specifically at SD Negeri 5 Bireuen. The research method employed is qualitative, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate the routine activities conducted by the school community, particularly teachers, towards students that apply a positive culture by enforcing discipline through positive habituation activities, such as instilling self-confidence through greetings upon welcoming students at the school gate, conducting blessed gatherings, reciting prayers, inquiring about well-being in a manner that stimulates students to share enjoyable and less enjoyable experiences, singing local songs before starting lessons, participating in joint cleaning or community service at school, involving students in every school activity such as being flag ceremony officers and participating in various extracurricular competencies like scouting and arts and culture workshops, and fostering a learning community through Malim Diwa to enhance the quality of education and develop characters of self-confidence and independence in students. The learning process is based on real-life issues related to students' daily lives, which trains students to think critically in expressing ideas and concepts within the learning material. Additionally, the study encourages practical activities in the creation of art pieces and wall decorations for classrooms, based on ideas agreed upon by students, aiming to develop student creativity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of parent-school relationships in enhancing student moral development at SD Negeri 12 Bireuen, operating as a Sekolah Penggerak. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach and encompasses various stakeholders, including the principal, teachers, students, parents, school committee, and the school environment. Data was gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis focuses on the principal's leadership role in engaging with the community within the context of the Sekolah Penggerak in Bireuen Regency, following the steps of data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The findings reveal that the approach adopted by the Principal of SD Negeri 12 Bireuen has fostered an environment conducive to positive moral growth among students. Collaborative efforts and participation from diverse groups, such as the teachers' council, committees, parents, and community leaders, have proven pivotal in program planning and execution. Utilizing both group and individual meetings, alongside mediums like brochures, newsletters, and the Monday flag ceremonies, has effectively strengthened the school's community relationships and facilitated the dissemination of student and school-related information. An encompassing evaluation of various school elements underscores the program's success in enhancing student morale. In summary, the integration of parent-school relations within the framework of Sekolah Penggerak has yielded constructive outcomes on student moral development. The principal and the school community have effectively cultivated cooperative partnerships, promoted robust communication, and ensured active engagement from all stakeholders.

Abstract

As an innovative learning media, the Utilization of Digital-Based Interactive Stories in Indonesian Language Lessons has become a necessity in the sophisticated learning process in this digital era. This article discusses the Utilization of Digital-Based Interactive Stories in Indonesian Language Lessons to improve student collaboration. This approach provides a solution to provide meaningful experiences for students with full involvement and student action and expression in Indonesian language lessons through strong visual and audio aspects as well as integrated challenges and rewards. Although digital-based interactive stories offer various benefits to motivate students in learning, their use in the classroom also faces challenges such as technology accessibility and integration into the curriculum. This article aims to explore more deeply the potential, challenges, and practical impacts of the use of digital-based interactive stories in improving the effectiveness of Indonesian language learning in the digital era. By understanding the importance of implementing this technology, comprehensive and in-depth research on this topic is needed to improve the quality of learning

Abstract

The aim of this research is to evaluate the problems faced in the use of science learning media, especially material material, at the elementary school level. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method and uses data collection methods such as observation, interviews and documentation studies. The research involved fourth grade teachers from five elementary schools in Bandar Baru District. The results of the research show several main problems, namely: (1) limited number of concrete learning media that can show changes in the shape of objects, (2) little variation in learning media that can show abstract concepts about the characteristics of solid, liquid and gas objects, and (3 ) little use of technology-based learning media to help understanding (4) Teachers' difficulties in developing learning media that suit the characteristics of the material and elementary school students, and (5) The use of learning media is not yet optimal in facilitating active and exploratory learning. Recommendations from this research include: procurement of adequate learning media, training in developing innovative learning media for teachers, as well as optimizing the use of learning media in the science teaching and learning process in elementary schools.

Abstract

Traditional games are folk games that are inherited or developed from generation to generation in a particular area or culture. Traditional games are usually played in groups indoors or outdoors using simple equipment available in the surrounding environment with a fun nature. This study aims to identify and analyze children's characters developed through the application of traditional games. The type of qualitative research with descriptive analysis methods. Literature review of relevant journal articles from Google Scholar , articles are limited to publications in 2024 with the search keywords "character education, character, traditional games and children" is a data collection technique in this study. The focus of the study is a literature review of various types of traditional games and the character values of children developed through these games. Traditional games are not only a means of entertainment, but also contain character values that are important for the formation of good personality and social interaction in children. Based on the Analysis of Character Values in the journal on the formation of children's character through traditional games in 2024, eleven character values were obtained, including the characters of honesty, sportsmanship, justice, responsibility, cooperation, discipline, creativity, hard work, independence, control or self-control and tolerance.

Abstract

Keberhasilan sebuah sekolah dalam penerapan Asset-Based Thinking dalam kepemimpinan instruksional sekolah penggerak mampu mempengaruhi, menggerakkan dan memotivasi para guru yang terlibat dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Fokus pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah penerapan dan evaluasi Asset-based Thinking dalam kepemimpinan instruksional sekolah penggerak pada SD Negeri 6 Tanah Jambo Aye dan SD Negeri 7 Syamtalira Aron di Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berupa wawancara kepada kepala sekolah penggerak Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan Asset-based Thinking dalam kepemimpinan instruksional sekolah penggerak perlu kesiapan atau kekreatifan dari guru dan wakil kepala bidang kurikulum dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan Asset-based Thinking dalam kepemimpinan instruksional sekolah penggerak dan dituntut dapat untuk terus dapat mengembangkan dirinya dengan saling berkolaborasi dan mengikuti pelatihan-pelatihan atau In House Training (IHT). Penerapan asset based thinking dalam kepemimpinan instruksional sekolah penggerak masih memiliki tantangan internal diantaranya kurangnya kesadaran, budaya sekolah yang tidak mendukung, keterbatasan sumber daya. sedangkan tantangan eksternal diantaranya tuntutan kurikulum dan evaluasi, tekanan dari orang tua dan masyarakat, dan perubahan kebijakan pendidikan

Abstract

The success of a school in implementing Asset-Based Thinking in instructional leadership for driving schools can influence, motivate, and engage teachers in achieving educational goals. This research focuses on how Asset-Based Thinking is implemented and evaluated in instructional leadership at SD Negeri 6 Tanah Jambo Aye and SD Negeri 7 Syamtalira Aron in North Aceh Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach involving interviews with principals of driving elementary schools in North Aceh Regency. The findings indicate that the implementation of Asset-Based Thinking in instructional leadership requires readiness or creativity from teachers and curriculum representatives in planning and executing Asset-Based Thinking. It is also necessary for them to continually develop themselves through collaboration and participation in training or In-House Training (IHT). The implementation of Asset-Based Thinking in instructional leadership still faces internal challenges, including lack of awareness, unsupported school culture, and limited resources. External challenges include curriculum and evaluation demands, pressure from parents and the community, and changes in educational policies.
