Abstract

Dalam era transformasi digital saat ini, e-commerce telah menjadi bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari bisnis dan dapat digunakan sebagai alat yang kuat untuk meningkatkan performa bisnis. Era digital yang terus berkembang, perusahaan tidak lagi mengandalkan hanya toko fisik untuk menjual produk atau jasa. Melalui e-commerce, perusahaan dapat membuka toko online yang dapat diakses oleh pelanggan di mana saja dan kapan saja. . Pentingnya menerapkan strategi e-commerce yang efektif dalam merencanakan bisnis digital, bagaimana strategi e-commerce dapat digunakan untuk meraih sukses dalam bisnis online, dengan fokus pada peningkatan performa e-commerce. Strategi e-commerce adalah rencana yang dirancang untuk membantu bisnis mencapai tujuan penjualan online. Dalam konteks perencanaan bisnis digital, strategi e-commerce mencakup berbagai aspek seperti pemasaran digital, manajemen pelanggan, analisis data, dan optimasi SEO. Dengan memanfaatkan strategi e-commerce yang tepat, perusahaan dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan penjualan, memperluas jangkauan pasar, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, dan tetap kompetitif di era digital.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dalam dunia bisnis membawa kemudahan namun disisi lain juga berpengaruh pada tingkat kerumitan perencanaan usaha yang semakin rumit khususnya dalam menghadapi berbagai para pesaing. Oleh karena itu, penelitian mengenai strategi perencanaan dan pengembangan bisnis dalam perkembangan teknologi menjadi sangat relevan untuk dikaji. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Membuat Strategi Perencanaan Bisnis yang Lebih Efektif Dalam Perkembangan Teknologi, Membuat perencanaan pengembangan bisnis yang tepat di era teknologi yang berkembang pesat menuntut pendekatan yang komprehensif dan proaktif, identifikasi Risiko dalam Perencanaan dan Pengembangan Bisnis di Era Teknologi mempelajari strategi diversifikasi teknologi dan menganalisis teknologi alternatif dapat mengurangi risiko ketergantungan teknologi, dengan kombinasi teknologi cloud dan on-premise yang meningkatkan kinerja dan keamanan.

Abstract

Technological changes are rapidly changing industry competition. Companies need to take steps so that employees can adapt to changes and acquire skills that are in line with technological and market developments. Quality training and development is expected to increase the company's ability to face future challenges. This study combines a qualitative approach with a descriptive methodology. This approach was chosen because it has a descriptive and exploratory nature that has the aim of providing an overview of the perspectives and interpretations of the research subjects. Qualitative descriptive research has a primary focus on observation and interaction. The results of this study indicate that the training and development carried out by PT IMST has been effective, PT IMST has carried out training and development according to the needs of employees. The company has implemented an evaluation system after the implementation of training and development of employees is carried out as feedback from the implementation of training and development. The conclusion that the evaluation results of training and development have a positive impact on employees and a high level of employee participation, so that the implementation is effective based on its measurements.

Abstract

Dyandra Promosindo is a subsidiary of PT Digital Inisiatif, part of Kompas Gramedia, operating in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conference, and Exhibitions) sector. The event organizer is responsible for determining the theme and overall concept of the event, which serves as the foundation for all event-related aspects. This study aims to understand the role of Dyandra Promosindo Surabaya as an event organizer in organizing an event, namely the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2024 in Surabaya. The findings show that Dyandra Promosindo plays a crucial role in promoting products or company brands through various types of events such as expos or exhibitions. The implications of this study highlight the importance of the role of event organizers in the success of events and the satisfaction of all involved parties.

Abstract

Abstract This study examines the utilization of education, training, and certification programs as an effort to transform employee talent at PT PLN (Persero) UIP JBTB. This research highlights the strategic relevance of these programs in filling competency gaps and increasing employee capacity. Through an internship program at the HR Development Division, data from direct observation and documentation were analyzed using descriptive qualitative methodology. The results showed that Human Capital Readiness (HCR) metrics were used in the program design to measure how well talent development is working. However, challenges such as training methods and outcome evaluation need to be improved. This research offers strategic recommendations to improve the success of talent transformation programs. Abstrak Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai Pemanfaatan Program Pendidikan, Pelatihan, dan Sertifikasi sebagai upaya transformasi talenta pegawai di PT PLN (Persero) UIP JBTB. Penelitian ini menyoroti relevansi strategis program-program tersebut dalam mengisi kesenjangan kompetensi dan meningkatkan kapasitas pegawai. Melalui program magang di Divisi Pengembangan SDM, data dari observasi langsung dan dokumentasi dianalisis dengan menggunakan metodologi deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metrik Kesiapan Sumber Daya Manusia (Human Capital Readiness/HCR) digunakan dalam desain program untuk mengukur seberapa baik pengembangan talenta berjalan. Namun, tantangan seperti metode pelatihan dan evaluasi hasil perlu diperbaiki. Penelitian ini menawarkan rekomendasi strategis untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan program transformasi talenta.

Abstract

MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) play a significant role in supporting economic development and improving community welfare, especially in rural areas like Saringembat Village, Tuban Regency. This community service aims to empower local MSMEs through skill training, enhancing market access, and utilizing simple technologies to help them grow their businesses. The activities involve direct assistance to MSME actors in the fields of crafts, culinary arts, and local agriculture. The outcomes of these activities demonstrate increased income, business growth, and active community participation in strengthening the local economy. Digitalization, including marketing and business management processes, has also been initiated to help MSMEs become more competitive in the current era. Improving community welfare through this development is expected to contribute directly to sustainable development in Saringembat Village.

Abstract

In the digital era, consumers increasingly rely on the internet to buy products or search for information. Therefore, MSME that do not utilize digital technology may miss the opportunity to expand their markets and increase their competitiveness. One of the main challenges faced by MSMEs is the quality of product photos. A mini photobox is a device or tool specifically designed to help MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) take photos of their products with high quality results. By using a mini photobox, product photos become brighter, the details clearer, and the colors more accurate. Mini photoboxes help help products stand out more in photos and make them easier to edit or crop for marketing purposes.

Abstract

Podcast Somestory adalah sebuah komunitas yang bergerak dibidang kreatif, Podcast Somestory memproduksi berbagai konten digital seperti podcast, live Instagram, dan lainnya. Podcast Somestory menerapkan sistem bekerja hybrid, yang dimana karyawan dapat bekerja di kantor untuk domisili jakarta dan bekerja dari rumah bagi yang berada di luar Jakarta. Meskipun pekerjaan dilakukan melalui komunikasi jarak jauh, tidak mengurangi kerja sama dan tanggung jawab yang dimiliki oleh karyawan. Melalui artikel ini, akan dijelaskan bagaimana program-program pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan diimplementasikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada Podcast Somestory Jakarta.

Abstract

This research explores the strategies implemented by entrepreneurs in East Java to enhance industrial productivity through human resources development (HRD). Within the dynamic economic context and diverse industrial structure, this study aims to identify and analyze innovative strategies used by entrepreneurs to address challenges related to the quality and quantity of competent human resources. The research methodology employed a qualitative approach with document analysis and secondary data from various relevant sources. Findings highlight the importance of collaboration among industrial sectors, government, and educational institutions in improving HRD quality, alongside enhancing effective implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies in workplaces. The implications of this research suggest adopting HRD-focused strategies and improving OHS practices to enhance industrial competitiveness in East Java and support sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

The empowerment of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) plays a vital role in Indonesia's economic growth, including in Saringembat Village, Tuban Regency. Despite its significant potential, MSME actors in this village face challenges in adopting digital technology. Through the Community Service Program (KKNT), university students provide education and hands-on practice in MSME digitalization, focusing on the utilization of local resources, such as bananas, to enhance product competitiveness. The program includes socialization, training, and digital marketing through social media and e-commerce platforms. As a result, MSME actors successfully developed banana cookies as a flagship product with attractive branding, expanded market reach, and increased understanding of the importance of digitalization. This program has proven effective in improving operational efficiency and opening new market opportunities, although challenges related to digital literacy remain. It is recommended that ongoing support be provided to assist MSMEs in the digital era.
