Abstract

Abstrak Digitalisasi destinasi menjadi subjek utama dalam penelitian ini. Pendekatan penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui studi literatur, yang melibatkan pembacaan literatur dari berbagai sumber termasuk buku, jurnal dan laporan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan deduktif. Temuan penelitian ini bahwa ada beberapa teknologi digitalisasi yang dapat memudahkan dalam mempromosikan pariwisata di Indonesia, di antaranya yaitu teknologi e-commerce, teknologi Marketplace, teknologi sosial media, teknologi aplikasi chatting, teknologi virtual reality, teknologi cloud, teknologi komputasi paralel, dan sistem informasi geografis (SIG). Selain itu, ada juga beberapa program yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk melakukan promosi pariwisata yaitu podcast, pelatihan pemasaran online, e-bulletin, dan pose. Adapun empat bauran promosi yang biasa digunakan sebagai strategi promosi pariwisata di Indonesia yaitu periklanan, promosi penjualan, penjualan pribadi, dan hubungan masyarakat. Abstract

The slow manual halal certification process in Indonesia and declining public trust in the Halal Product Assurance Agency pose crucial challenges. This study aims to systematically review the literature on digital transformation in halal certification bodies, focusing on the integration of blockchain technology, trust-building mechanisms, and governance challenges. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method guided by PRISMA, 32 peer-reviewed articles (2020–2025) were thematically analyzed. Key findings indicate that blockchain has the potential to improve transparency and efficiency. However, its success depends heavily on building socio-technical trust that combines technological reliability and institutional credibility as well as the ability to overcome governance barriers such as regulations and bureaucratic resistance. It concludes that effective digital transformation requires a holistic synergy between technological innovation, institutional reform, and public trust

Abstract

In the era of globalization and increasingly fierce competition, every organization is required to improve the performance of its employees in order to achieve the goals that have been set. Organizations/agencies that are established always have the hope that in the future they will experience good development within the scope of the agency and want to create effective performance in their field of work. Low work motivation, whether caused by awards, a less conducive work environment, or limited career development opportunities, can hinder the improvement of employee performance even though they have received training. The formulation of the research problem is 1) How much influence does education have on improving the performance of employees at the Medan Maimun District Office?, 2) How much influence does training have on improving the performance of employees at the Medan Maimun District Office?, 3) How much influence does education have on work motivation at the Medan Maimun District Office?, 4) How much influence does training have on work motivation at the Medan Maimun District Office?, 5) How much influence does work motivation have on improving the performance of employees at the Medan Maimun District Office?, 6) How much influence do education and training have on improving the performance of employees at the Medan Maimun District Office?, 7) How big is the influence of education and training on work motivation in the Medan Maimun Sub-district Office?, 8) How big is the influence of education and training on improving employee performance through work motivation in the Medan Maimun Sub-district Office?. The research method used is quantitative with a sample of 54 people. The results of the study show that education has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Medan Maimun Sub-district Office. Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Medan Maimun Sub-district Office. Education has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation in the Medan Maimun Sub-district Office. Training has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation in the Medan Maimun Sub-district Office. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Medan Maimun Sub-district Office. Education and training together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Medan Maimun Sub-district Office. Education and training have a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation in the Medan Maimun Sub-district Office. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how the wage system, workplace conditions, and welfare allowances affect the productivity of PT. Samawood Utama Work Industries Tanjung Morawa. 90 workers from PT. Samawood Utama Work Industries Tanjung Morawa made up the study's sample. Validity and reliability tests, the classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, partial tests (t), simultaneous tests (F), and coefficient of determination are among the analytic methods employed. The analysis's findings showed that the wage variable's t-count value was 5.086 when compared to its t-table value of 1.662. When compared to the t table value of 1.662, the estimated t value for the work environment variable is 6.019. In contrast to the t table value of 1.662, the estimated t value for the Welfare Allowance variable is 3.856. When compared to the 2.71 value in the f table, the estimated f value is 843,927. This demonstrates that employee job productivity is positively and significantly impacted by the wage system, work environment, and welfare allowance at the same time. The value of R square indicates that the coefficient of determination is 0.892, implying that 89.2% of employee productivity is driven by pay, work conditions, and welfare benefits, with the remaining 10.8% being impacted by additional factors not included by this study. Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan komitmen para guru terhadap organisasi yang memicu peningkatan kualitas pada pekerjaannya, salah satunya dengan berusaha mencari faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi terbentuknya komitmen terhadap organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian adalah asosiatif, yaitu dengan mengumpulkan data atas kejadian yang menjadi permasalahan, kemudian menganalisis data untuk menelusuri penyebab terjadinya masalah. Penelitian di lakukan pada UPTD SD Negeri Se Kecamatan Pulau Rakyat dan dijadwalkan pada bulan Maret 2024 s/d Juni 2024. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: Pengaruh kemampuan manajerial dan efikasi diri terhadap komitmen afektif yang dimoderasi oleh motivasi kerja guru UPTD SD Negeri Se Kecamatan Pulau Rakyat. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru yang berjumlah 128 guru, sehingga sampel yang diambil menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga sampel sebanyak 34 guru. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket yang diisi oleh responden yang berasal dari guru, selanjutnya data diolah dengan menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) kemampuan manajerial berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap motivasi kerja (2) efikasi diri berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap motivasi (3) kemampuan manajerial berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap komitmen afektif (4) efikasi diri berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap komitmen afektif (5) motivasi kerja berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap komitmen afektif (6) kemampuan manajerial terhadap komitmen afektif dan (7) efikasi diri terhadap komitmen afektif melalui motivasi
