Abstract

Progam kemitraan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya fenomena bahwa Usaha Kecil dan Menengah merupakan langkah awal bagi masyarakat Indonesia pada umumnya untuk menjadi seorang wirausahawan. Adanya fenomena lain yang belum tersentuh, bahwa Indonesia merupakan negara dengan jumlah penyandang disabilitas yang cukup besar, yaitu sebesar 12% dari total populasi dunia pada Desember 2016. Hanya sedikit dari kaum disabilitas yang mendapatkan pekerjaan pada usia produktif. Paguyuban “Warsamundung” adalah salah satu dari sejumlah organisasi sosial di Indonesia yang didirikan di Desa Ngablak Kabupaten Magelang, yang beranggotakan masyarakat penyandang disabilitas. Permasalahan dalam paguyuban ini adalah perlunya pengembangan motivasi dan organisasi untuk kembali bangkit pasca bencana alam Merapi di tahun 2010. Metode yang akan dilakukan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode plan-do-check. Melalui pengabdian ini output yang diharapkan adalah terbentuknya strategi manajemen dan meningkatnya motivasi anggota Paguyuban Warsamundung. Strategi dan motivasi yang terbentuk diharapkan bisa membawa kaum disabilitas untuk berdikari menciptakan ekonomi kreatif melaui wirausaha guna menunjang program desa wisata di Desa Ngablak Kabupaten Magelang.

Abstract

The community service program carried out in Balesari Village, Windusari District, Magelang Regency,aims to solve mismanagement problems that occur in terms of financial administration, marketing, and human resources. Preliminary observations have been made before, which found that MSMEs in this village still receive minimal guidance in the form of small business management. By knowing the mapping of constraints or problems experienced by MSME actors, it is hoped that they can obtain accurate training materials so that these MSMEs can develop forward and encourage the economy of the surrounding community. The method used is the tutorial and discussion extension method. The material presented is about the basics of management science in business. MSMEs require good knowledge of human resource management, marketing management, and financial management for the progress of their business. MSME owners or managers are expected to have skills in managing their human resources, as well as the ability to manage facilities and infrastructure in their businesses. If MSME managers have good management knowledge, it will make it easier for their business to continue to develop and be adaptive in facing all the demands of changing times. Therefore, this community service is carried out by assisting related partners to develop their business and to be able to compete with other MSMEs. The flow of activities, namely the delivery of material, training, and assistance on the basics of management science. As a result ofthis dedication, the partners who received admitted aid that they had a better understanding of how to design effective and efficient marketing strategies, how to manage finances in a simple manner, and a little understanding of how to design suitablehuman resource needs

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know labor and communication strategies in increasing theloyalty of wage workers. The results of this study indicate that employment BPJS is doingquite well with marketing communications, and that many loyal companies continue to usethe workforce's social security programs. The writer uses a descriptive method with thequalitative approach of describing, recording, analyzing and explaining the conditions thatare occurring within the company using the data-collection technique of interviews with thecompany's marketing division. The welfare of the worker is a temporal and spiritual meetingof needs both inside and outside work relationships that can improve worker performanceand productivity and thus create a healthy and comfortable working environment. One of theworker's welfare is protecting the worker. Indonesia has a special agency aimed at protectingworkers which is job BPJS. Bank Indonesia the central bank/bi decided to raise itsbenchmark interest rate by 25 basis points to 8.25 percent, he said. In promoting civilityBPJS and labor needs a good marketing communication startegi. Good marketing strategiescan increase customer loyalty to continue using products or programs from labor BPJS.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the importance of human resource management in an organization in the covid 19 era. The method in this study uses research methods. From the explanation, it can be said that the importance of HR management in organizations in the COVID-19 era, namely human resource management, has three functions, namely operational functions, managerial functions, and functions to realize organizational goals in an integrated manner. The human resources department acts as a mediator between the organization, employees, and employers. To be able to prosper for both parties, they must carry out their functions as well as possible. The HR strategy that has been carried out during the pandemic and new normal uses three ways, namely running remote work, managing employee productivity, and upskilling for digital. One of the procedures used in developing the knowledge and skills of employees is training. While development is an educational process. Termination of employment is the last and unavoidable option from the impact of the covid 19 pandemic. Planning will provide effective and efficient results by following good HR planning in organizational goals.

Abstract

Merdeka Learning Program Merdeka Campus, especially student internships as a step to gain knowledge, experience, know and know the professional world or the real work system of the professional world. The concept of superior HR is superior performance, competitiveness, skill and quality. The Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) has intensified eight Merdeka Learning programs, one of which is the Independent Campus Internship, which attracts students to take part. This internship is an off-campus learning activity that involves students, institutions or universities as well as industry. The subjects in this study were students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, State University No. The variables in this study were the MBKM Internship Program (X) and Superior and Competitive HR (Y). The author uses quantitative methods using descriptive research methods to describe the results of the research carried out. In this study the authors used a questionnaire as a tool to collect data. Then the data obtained were analyzed using the validity test, reliability test, normality test, simple linear regression analysis, t test (partial) and determinant test with the help of IBM SPSS version 25. The results showed that based on the results of the t test (partial) the variable t value was obtained. Excellent and Competitive HR (X) is 4,511 with a significant value of 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05. So it can be concluded that the MBKM Internship Program variable (X) has a significant positive effect on the Superior and Competitive HR variable (Y). Based on the determinant test, it can be seen that the value (Adjusted R Square) is 0.356, so the contribution of the influence of the MBKM Internship Program independent variable (X) on the Superior and Competitive HR variable (Y) in simple linear regression is 35.6% while the remaining 64.4% is influenced by factors others that were not investigated in this study. From the results of the analysis conducted by researchers, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the MBKM Internship Program on the achievement of Superior and Competitive Human Resources.

Abstract

Abstrak: Disrupsi pada semua lapisan industri termasuk industri jasa keuangan membuat petinggi perusahaan untuk beradaptasi dengan trend teknologi yang ada. Disrupsi digital memaksa transformasi mutlak harus dilakukan, suka atau tidak suka. Realitas ini mengakibatkan perbankan dan industri asuransi perusahaan berada di bawah tekanan untuk mengatasi beberapa kekuatan yang berubah di pasar tempat seperti kondisi ekonomi makro yang menantang, meningkatkan tekanan persaingan untuk kepemimpinan pasar, lingkungan peraturan yang ketat, dan selera pelanggan yang berubah. Trend persaingan pun berubah, tidak lagi persaingan tradisional yang selama ini terjadi. Industri perbankan dan asuransi harus menghadapi munculnya perusahaan keuangan baru yang disebut Financial Technology (Fintech). Selera dan preferensi pelanggan dibentuk oleh pengalaman digital mereka di luar perbankan. Fintech memiliki keunggulan pada layanan kecepatan dan kemudahan dalam menangani pelanggan, sehingga ekspektasi dan kebutuhan pelanggan dapat terlayani dengan lancar. Akibatnya, lembaga perbankan berada di titik puncak untuk harus segera melakukan revolusi digital. Setiap aspek bisnis perlu beradaptasi dengan cara mengoptimalkan kekuatan internal dan eksternal. Kekuatan internal yang menjadi kunci kesuksesan transformasi tradisional ke digital adalah melalui transformasi digital pada Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Transformasi digital pada SDM menjadi topik yang menarik bagi para peneliti SDM dalam satu dekade terakhir, tentunya juga menjadi fokus perhatian banyak professional SDM. Alasan utama mengapa transformasi digital pada SDM karena teknologi digital memiliki potensi dan kemampuan untuk mengubah SDM seperti yang kita kenal saat ini untuk menjadi lebih efisien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana praktik Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (HRM/MSDM) dapat menjadi kunci kesuksesan industri perbankan dalam menanggapi peningkatan persaingan yang semakin kompleks. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fungsi MSDM dapat menjadi faktor kunci kesuksesan perusahaan dalam beradaptasi pada era digital. MSDM berperan menciptakan perubahan kebiasaan-kebiasaan digital dalam perusahaan, menyiapkan SDM digital pada perusahaan, dan pengembangan kapabilitas digital. Penelitian ini akan membantu masa depan penelitian di bidang MSDM untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih tentang fenomena SDM Digital dalam pengembangan landasan teoritis untuk studi lebih lanjut. Abstract: Disruption at all levels of the industry, including the financial services industry, made company officials adapt to existing technological trends. Digital disruption forces the transformation to be absolutely necessary, whether we like it or not. This reality is that the banking and corporate insurance industry is under pressure to cope with some of the changing forces in the market place such as challenging macroeconomic conditions, increasing competitive pressure for market leadership, a strict regulatory environment, and changing customer tastes. The competition trend has changed, it is no longer traditional competition that has been happening so far. The banking and insurance industry must face the emergence of a new financial company called Financial Technology (Fintech). Customer tastes and preferences are shaped by their digital experience outside of banking. Fintech has the advantage of speed and ease of handling customers, so that customer expectations and needs can be served smoothly. As a result, banking institutions are at the cusp of urgently having to carry out a digital revolution. Every aspect of a business needs to adapt in a way that optimizes internal and external strengths. Internal strength that is the key to the success of traditional transformation to digital is through digital transformation in Human Resources (HR). Digital transformation in HR has become an interesting topic for HR researchers in the last decade, of course, has also become the focus of attention of many HR professionals. The main reason why digital transformation in HR is because digital technology has the potential and ability to transform HR as we know it today to be more efficient. The purpose of this research is to explore how the practice of Human Resource Management (HRM / MSDM) can be the key to the success of the banking industry in responding to increasing competition which is increasingly complex. The results of this study indicate that the function of HRM can be a key factor in a company's success in adapting to the digital era. HRM plays a role in creating changes in digital habits in companies, preparing digital human resources for companies, and developing digital capabilities. This research will help future research in the field of HRM to provide a deeper understanding of the phenomenon of Digital HR in developing a theoretical foundation for further studies. Abstract

The performance of human resources in a company is directly proportional to the progress of the company. However, the reality is that there are still organizations that have not been able to achieve maximum organizational goals. Because of this, it is necessary to analyze the recruitment and selection process on employee performance. The existence of a good recruitment and selection process is able to support the acquisition of human resources who have good performance and quality. The purpose of this study was to find out how the recruitment and selection process influences the performance of the Wijayakusuma Hospital employees. In conducting the research, the writer uses descriptive-qualitative research with purposive sampling. The results showed that the recruitment process and selection process had an effect on the performance of Wijayakusuma Hospital employees. In conducting the recruitment process, applicants are limited and prioritized for those who are domiciled in Kebumen, this has an unfavorable impact on employee performance. In the selection of interview tests, there is no patent standard and coordination regarding the stages and assessments in the selection so that it can reduce the objectivity of the assessment in the interview test and get less accurate results.

Abstract

Organizational leaders are the determinants of the direction of a change so that to plan and implement organizational change, strong leadership is needed through leadership actions in influencing and directing organizational members to achieve change. This study aims to describe the role of leadership in change management in an organization. The method used is literature review. The results of this study are the importance of the role of leadership in management change. Change needs to be designed, engineered and managed by a strong, visionary, intelligent and developmental leadership.

Abstract

Human resources are the only resources that have a sense of mind, desire, skills, knowledge, encouragement, power, and work (ratio, taste, and intention). All potential human resources affect the organization's efforts to achieve goals. The organization is a collection of people who have different competencies, which are interdependent with one another who try to realize their common interests by utilizing various resources. Basically the shared goal that the organization wants to realize is to seek profits. Therefore, it is needed employees who have high work performance through motivation, competence and job satisfaction are expected to be able to realize a successful organization.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Compilation of Job Analysis in Pemerintahan Kota Magelang. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and observations. The informant determination technique used by the writer is purposive sampling. Section chairman, Chairperson of Subdivision and staff Staff at the Organization Section of the Secretariat of the Dearah are informants in this study. The results of the study aimed at compiling a job analysis on the part of the organization running effectively by combining several methods, such as the method of checking documents, interviews and observing the field of employees. Managing employees who are spread out in the regional apparatus in the government system needs to place the right human resources as the main asset for the institution. As a government agency, it is necessary to prepare a job analysis which is part of the management of human resources in the organization as a determination of the content of a position that includes duties, responsibilities, authority, working conditions, education, expertise, ability, work experience, and relationships with other positions in the organization, as well as the occupational requirements needed by an employee to be able to carry out work duties in the position he is carrying well.
