Abstract

Pelaksanaan bimbingan dan penyuluhan tentan informasi hama dan penyakit tanaman serta penanggulangannya adalah kondisi wilayah kelompok-kelompok tani.  Selain itu, jumlah tenaga penyuluh pertanian yang ada khususnya di Provinsi Bengkulu cukup banyak baik tenaga penyuluh tetap (PNS), kontrak maupun penyuluh swadaya tetapi masih memerlukan penambahan pengetahuan tentang pengendalian hama dan penyakit tanaman.Tujuan khusus dari penelitian ini adalah terbentuknya perangkat lunak (Software) yang memiliki fungsi sebagai bahan ajar bagi para penyuluh yang akan terjun ke lapangan dalam proses bimbingan dan penyuluhan penanggulangan hama dan penyakit tanaman tropika.   Sehingga pengetahaun yang dimikili para penyuluh dapat senantiasa terbarukan, sesuai dengan perkembangan informasi tentang penanggulangan hama dan penyakit tanaman.Perangkat lunak yang dihasilkan nantinya akan diserahkan masternya secara cuma-cuma kepada pemerintah melalui badan koordinasi penyuluh (Bakorluh) Provinsi Bengkulu sebagai pilot project dari program sistem informasi manajemen pengendalian hama dan penyakit tanaman. Berdasarkan pada kenyataan di atas, maka yang perlu mendapat perhatian nantinya adalah tingkat kelengkapan data dan informasi yang berkenaan dengan persoalan berbagai hama, berbagai penyakit yang menyerang pada berbagai tanaman dan sekaligus tata cara penanggulangannya.  Sehingga pemutakhiran data dan informasinya pun secara terus menerus sangat diperlukan untuk dibarukan (updatable) dan disampaikan kepada para petani yang tergabung melalui kelompok tani. Kata kunci—Penanggulangan Hama dan Penyakit Tanaman

Abstract

Penyuluh sebagai motivator dan rekan dalam membangun pertanian Indonesia, sungguh ironis melihat Indonesia dengan kekayaan alamnya harus mengimpor bahan pangan dari negara lain. Dapat dikatakan bahwa ada sesuatu yang salah dengan pertanian Indonesia, salah satu faktornya ialah berkaitan dengan kegiatan penyuluhan dan tentu saja melibatkan penyuluh[1]. Penyuluhan Pertanian tidak menciptakan ketergantungan, tetapi harus mampu mendorong semakin terciptanya kreativitas dan kemandirian masyarakat agar semakin memiliki kemampuan untuk berswadaya, swakarsa, swadana dan swakelola bagi penyelenggaraan kegiatan-kegiatan pertanian guna mencapai tujuan, harapan dan keinginan-keinginan sasaran. Penyuluhan Pertanian yang dilaksanakan harus selalu mengacu pada terwujudnya perbaikan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat dan peningkatan harkatnya sebagai manusia. Kinerja penyuluh pertanian perlu dilakukan evaluasi secara rutin dan terjadwal, agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja dari para penyuluh pertanian. Dengan dilakukannya penilaian terhadap kinerja penyuluh, maka diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak terhadap peningkatan produktfitas para petani yang menjadi binaannya. Selain itu, penilaian terhadap penyuluh secara rutin dalam hal kinerja melalui evaluasi adalah sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Pertanian nomor 91/Permentan/OT.140/9/2013 tentang Pedoman Evaluasi Kinerja Penyuluh Pertanian. Hasil penelitian penggunaan program aplikasi evaluasi diri bagi Penyuluh Pertanian memberikan dampak positif bagi para penyuluh BP3K, karena dengan hasil evaluasi diri yang diisikan secara mandiri, jujur dengan diikuti bukti-bukti dokumen pendukungnya. Dengan demikian seorang Penyuluh Pertanian tidak akan dapat memanipulasi data kinerjanya yang diisikan melalui program aplikasi karena harus didukung dengan bukti fisik kinerjanya.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi merupakan bidang ilmu yang menggali data, fakta dan berbagai informasi seluas-luasnya baik berupa angka, teks, gambar, sinyal analog maupun digital dengan komputer sebagai alat bantunya.  Berbagai sumber data tersebut dikelompokkan, dimodifikasi, ditransfomasi dan diolah ke dalam bentuk lain untuk dijadikan data baru, fakta baru, informasi baru yang dibutuhkan oleh pengguna yang semuanya dapat disebut sebagai informasi.Proses pengolahan yang melibatkan berbagai cara dan teknik dengan menggunakan berbagai perangkat lunak (software) dan perangkat keras (hardware) yang sesuai diharapkan akan didapat memberikan kepuasan bagi pengguna terhadap informasi yang untuk selanjutnya dapat dijadikan sebagai data dalam bentuk lain oleh para pengguna.Selain itu sebagaimana kenyataan sehari-hari yang dihadapi banyak orang adalah transformasi dan pengubahan (konversi) terhadap satu bentuk data menjadi bentuk lain baik yang sepadan maupun ke dalam bentuk lain juga sering dibutuhkan.  Sebagai contoh, seringkali seseorang memerlukan informasi tertentu baik kata dalam bahasa tertentu, gambar dan uraian dari sesuatu obyek dan sejenisnya.  Sehingga kebutuhan tersebut yang seharusnya mudah didapat, tetapi karena alat atau perangkat lunak yang dapat memberikan informasi yang dibutuhkan tersebut tidak tersedia.  Maka diperlukan adanya suatu program atau model yang memiliki kemampuan untuk membantu pengguna dalam menyelesaikan berbagai persoalan dalam hal transformasi data ke dalam bentuk lain seperti sistem konversi multiguna.Manfaat dari program ini nantinya dapat membantu para pelajar untuk menggali berbagai informasi dalam bentuk kamus bergambar (ensiklopedi) dan sebagai alat bantu para pelajar dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugas yang diberikan oleh guru.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 5 Bengkulu City is one of State Senior High Schools in Bengkulu City that has been accredited A with a total of 58 educators and 23 administrative staff and employees. In addition, SMA Negeri 5 Bengkulu City has also won many achievements both in academics (graduates of SMA N 5 Bengkulu City are accepted at the best universities in Indonesia through test and non-test pathways) as well as in the fields of science (Olympics), Sports, IMTAQ and the arts for the provincial and national levels. Application of student admissions data in higher education through SNMPTN using Fuzzy C-Means Algorithm at SMA N 5 Bengkulu City is an application that can help analyze data grouping based on student admission data into 3 groups. Data Analysis of Student Admissions in higher education through SNMPTN was made using the Visual Basic.Net programming language and SQL Server 2008 database by applying the Fuzzy C-Means algorithm. This application is able to provide information on the results of the analysis of student admissions at Higher Education through SNMPTN. The more data on student admissions in Higher Education, the more accurate the grouping results. Abstract

Employee performance appraisal is very important, especially for employees in the Bengkulu PDAM environment to encourage employee motivation and professionalism in improving work quality. Constraints faced in conducting performance appraisals are due to the diversity of educational backgrounds, experience, competencies and employee portfolios, so we need a system that can assist in the performance appraisal process, so that Employee Performance Assessment will not take time and get into trouble. In the process of designing a decision support system application for evaluating employee performance using the TOPSIS approach. The TOPSIS method (Technique For Order Performance By Similarity To Ideal Solution) is a multi-criteria decision-making method or alternative choice which is the alternative that has the smallest distance from the positive ideal solution and the largest distance from the negative ideal solution. The implementation of the system uses the Visual Studio 2010 programming language and the method used in this study is the waterfall method. From the results of the tests carried out, it can be concluded that this decision support system can provide the best employee decisions which can later be used as a reference to determine the quality of employee performance.

Abstract

Gunung Megang Village is one of the villages located in Semidang Alas District, Seluma Regency. Every year the Village Head will record the population for data archiving and reporting, where the process has utilized a computerized system, namely by using office applications. However, the current population data collection only records the number of residents in Gunung Megang Village (data attached), so it cannot find out population information based on economic status. Economic status is the position of a person or family in society based on monthly income. However, the economic capacity of each community is different, some have a high economic status and some have a low one, this is seen in terms of income and expenditure. The application for determining the clustering of the economic status of the residents of Gunung Megang Village was made using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008 Database by applying one of the data mining methods used, K-Means. The grouping is based on data on the economic status of the residents of Gunung Megang Village (data attached) which is divided into 3 clusters, namely Cluster 1 (High), Cluster 2 (Medium) and Cluster 3 (Low). With this application, it is hoped that it can help the Gunung Megang Village Office in finding out information on the economic status of the population. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the functionality of the application for determining the clustering of the economic status of the residents of Gunung Megang Village is running as expected, and the application is able to provide information on the grouping of data on the economic status of the residents of Gunung Megang Village.

Abstract

Stock data processing at Sal Laptop Store is still done manually, namely by using books, as a result, processing the data takes a long time. In fact, to process data items required an accuracy. Documentation of goods data in a company or business entity is very important. With the increasing number of incoming and outgoing goods data in a company/business entity, it is necessary to computerize data recording. The inventory application at Sal Laptop Store is an application that can be used to assist the store in managing goods data, sales and purchases of goods, besides that there are also outputs that can be used to find out sales and inventory reports at the store. The goods inventory application at the store is made using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server database. Based on the results of system testing, it can be concluded that the functionality of the goods inventory application at Sal Laptop Store has been running well. Based on the results of system testing at the store, the application is appropriate and can help data processing, namely data on goods, purchases, and sales of goods, and the output provided can help control inventory and sales of goods.

Abstract

Teacher performance assessment aims to improve the quality of teaching and learning activities. The obstacle faced is the difficulty of evaluating teacher performance objectively due to the many responsibilities of teachers to students and to schools. To overcome these obstacles, a decision support system with the Weight Product method is needed to be used as a tool to support the decision-making process. The Weight Product method uses multiplication to connect attribute ratings, where the rating of each attribute is raised first to the weight of the attribute in question. The implementation of the system uses the Visual Basic 2010 programming language and the method used in this study is the waterfall method. From the results of the tests carried out, it can be concluded that the teacher performance assessment using the Weight Product can be done well by taking the top number of teachers from the Weight Product ranking process which can then be reported in the form of a teacher performance assessment report.

Abstract

Employee Performance Appraisal is very important, especially for employees in the scope of Perum BULOG Divre Bengkulu to encourage motivation and professionalism of employees in improving work quality. Constraints faced in conducting performance appraisals are due to the diversity of educational backgrounds, experiences, competencies and employee portfolios, so we need a system that can assist in the performance appraisal process so that the Employee Performance Appraisal does not become slow and experience difficulties. In the process of designing an employee performance appraisal decision support system application design uses the ARAS approach. The ARAS (Additive Ratio Assessment) method is one of the multicriteria decision-making methods based on the ranking concept using the utility degree, namely by comparing the overall index value of each alternative to the overall index value of the optimal alternative. The system implementation uses the Visual Basic 2010 programming language and the method used in this research is the waterfall method. From the results of the tests carried out, it can be concluded that this decision support system can provide selected employee decisions which later can be used as a reference for determining the quality of employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to diagnose disease in lovebirds using the Certainty Factor Algorithm. Lovebird is a type of bird that is much favored by the public. Lovebird is known as a race bird that has a unique song. However, the lack of knowledge of treatment for lovebirds if they are sick. Therefore, an expert system was designed to diagnose lovebird disease with the Certainty Factor method. This expert system is expected to be used by bird lovers. Love Bird. This expert system is designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The expert system created can make it easy for users to consult about lovebird diseases online. The research method used by the author is the waterfall method. The application of the Certainty Factor method in this Lovebird expert system can be used in determining Lovebird disease. So that this expert system can be used as a tool in diagnosing disease in Lovebird. The MySQL database can accommodate information and data from users who consult with this expert system. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the expert system for diagnosing Lovebird disease can provide convenience for users to consult about Lovebird disease.
