Abstract

Sistem Pakar yang dibangun dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja dalam proses identifikasi suatu penyakit. Kegunaan identifikasi terhadap suatu penyakit sebagai pengganti keberadaan seorang pakar yang dapat saja pada waktu dibutuhkan, sedang tidak ada di tempat atau berhalangan. Sehingga sebuah program komputer yang berfungsi sebagai aplikasi yang mampu menggantikan tugas seorang pakar dapat mewakilinya. Tentunya pengetahuan yang dipakai dalam pembuatan program ini merujuk dari pengetahuan pakar dalam proses pembuatannya. Tanaman jeruk, bagi petani yang bergantung pencahariannya melalui budidaya tanaman jeruk sudah tentu sangat terpengaruh oleh penyakit yang berjangkit pada tanamannya. Sehingga sangat diperlukan keberadaan program aplikasi yang dapat membantu mendeteksi kepastian penyakit pada tanaman jeruk dengan menyebutkan ciri-ciri yang muncul pada akar, batang, daun maupun buah jeruk. Dalam hal ini terlihat jelas betapa diperlukannya pengetahuan yang dimiliki pakar untuk membantu melakukan identifakasi terhadap tanda-tanda penyakit yang terlihat pada tanaman jeruk. Alat bantu berupa program aplikasi sistem pakar yang mampu mendeteksi kepastian penyakit dan cara penanggulangannya yang dibangun bersifat program sistem cerdas yang telah banyak diketahui merupakan cabang dari ilmu kecerdasan buatan. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengembangan sistem dengan sumber data yang dikumpulkan melalui konsultasi dengan pakar yang direkomendasi oleh Dinas Pertanian Provinsi Bengkulu melalui Balai Proteksi Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura (BPTPH) Bengkulu. Dalam pengenalan dan implementasi dari program aplikasi deteksi penyakit tanaman jeruk yang disebabkan oleh bakteri menunjukkan perubahan membaik bagi para petani yang telah melakukan uji coba terhadap program yang telah dibangun. Meskipun perlu banyak perbaikan pada beberapa fitur dan tanda-tanda yang timbul pada tanaman jeruk yang terjangkiti oeh penyakit yang disebabkan oleh bakteri. Oleh sebab itu, program aplikasi ini terus menerus dilakukan upaya perbaikan dan penambahan data gejala-gejala penyakit serta penanggulanggannya agar program ini dapat terus dipakai oleh petani yang membutuhkannya.

Abstract

Gas Lpg merupakan bahan bakar yang ditetapkan pemerintah dan didistribusikan oleh oleh pangkalan untuk disalurkan kepada masyarakat, yang terkadang belum mengetahui tingkat kepuasan para pelanggan. Berdasarkan data yang di analisis pada tingkat kepuasan pelanggan dapat di ambil atribut berupa pelayanan, fasilitas dan kualitas produk yang dijual. Pada pangkalan Gas Elpiji 3kg Darmawati membutuhkan sistem analisis untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan para pelanggan. Analisis sistem yang dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman visual basic 2010 dan metode yang digunakan yaitu Algoritma C4.5. Teknik pengambilan data yang didapat menggunakan metodologi observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Tahapan dalam sistem kepuasan dengan metode algoritma C4.5 yaitu pengambilan data pelanggan dan data atribut dari kuisioner, perhitungan nilai entropy dan gain, serta hasil kepuasan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada 20 pelanggan terdapat 15 pelanggan dengan hasil puas dan 5 pelanggan dengan hasil tidak puas. Sehingga dari sistem yang dibuat dapat membantu pihak pangkalan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan para pelanggan menggunakan sistem dengan metode algoritma C4.5

Abstract

Lada disebut juga merica atau sahang yang mempunyai nama latin piper nigrum adalah sebuah tanaman yang kaya akan kandungan kimia, seperti minyak lada, minyak lemak, dan juga pati. Lada bersifat sedikit pahit, pedas, hangat, dan antipiretik. Penyakit yang terdapat pada tanaman lada terdiri dari 10 penyakit diantaranya penyakit busuk pangkal batang, penyakit kuning, jamur akar, busuk tunggul, keriting daun, karat merah, bercak daun, sarang laba-laba, jamur upas, penggerak batang. Sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit tanaman lada dapat membantu para pembudidaya tanaman lada dalam mendiagnosa penyakit berdasarkan gejala yang dialami tanaman lada tersebut. Dari hasil pengujian melalui pendekatan teori confusion matrix diperoleh tingkat akurasi metode certainty factor dalam diagnosa penyakit tanaman lada yaitu 100%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the cooperative Technique of sending question with computer media is Minitab Application in improving learning outcomes. This research method is a experimental method. This research was conducted in state Angkasa Junior High school of Padang at the event semester of the 2018/2019 academic year. The sample of this study was class VII1 and VII3 as the control class. The average value of student understanding of learning outcomes by cooperative Technique of sending question with computer media is 62,55, while the conventional learning model is 54,98, value thitung= 3,40 and t tabel = 1,67.

Abstract

To improve the quality of existing police resources, motivation must be given for achievement in participating in educational activities. The selection system was carried out both by the Bengkulu Regional Committee according to instructions and directions given by the National Police Headquarters. So that in accordance with the motto proclaimed by the National Police Headquarters namely Clean, Transparent, Accountable and Humanist. (Bersih, Transparan, Akuntabel dan Humanis). The selection system used is still using MicroSoft Excel as its assistance software, especially the acceptance of the Police Academy, Police and Private Officers. For other selections, it is also possible to use a special program created. Whereas the determination of the best DikBangUm participants will be better if it is processed using good management techniques and rules in the form of a decision support system (DSS) used by the Weighted Product Method (WPM) which is considered the most appropriate to be applied.

Abstract

Teaching aids at the higher education level are not something strange and rare, because the level of need in terms of material presentation is felt more useful and easy. Especially for the basic education level, a tool for delivering material to elementary school children which have been more conventional in the form of teachers reading or writing material, meanwhile, students copy what the class teacher writes. This habit of course will be slow and monotonous and can increase boredom in following the teaching and learning process.  To reduce the level of boredom and the less attractive way of delivering this teaching material, it is necessary to have a way that can arouse learning enthusiasm for students at the basic education level, namely in the form of visual displays using computers as the main tool with more material content. new and innovative. This is even more so if it is applied in the form of introduction to nature reserves, history, and cultural heritage.  The enthusiasm of the students while trying the puzzle game application based on the introduction of Bengkulu's culture and natural wealth encouraged the students to get to know and understand more about the importance of maintaining and being proud of the natural and cultural wealth of the Bengkulu people.

Abstract

The Tourism Office of Bengkulu Province is a government agency engaged in tourism, especially Bengkulu Province which supports activities related to tourism activities such as recording tourist objects, evaluating tourism objects and introducing tourism objects to tourists. All this time, the evaluation process for tourism objects has not been carried out optimally, therefore it cannot be known with certainty which tourism objects need to be addressed and which need to be improved. This is because the evaluation carried out is only limited to collecting data on tourism objects. The implementation of the Vikor Method in the assessment of tourism objects in Bengkulu City is done by building an application that can identify the results of the application of the Vikor method using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008r2 database. There are 11 (eleven) criteria used in the assessment of tourism objects attractions in Bengkulu City, namely natural beauty, coolness, cleanliness, security, entertainment, shopping, health services, communication networks, power sources, transportation, tour guides. The assessment was carried out on 6 tourist objects, namely Fort Malborough, Soekarno's House, Fatmawati's House, Bengkulu Museum, Panjang Beach and Dendam Tak Sudah Lake by assigning a value to 11 predetermined criteria. From the results of the assessment, it will be reprocessed into the Vikor Method to find out which tourism objects has the lowest Vikor index value sorted by rank. Based on the results of the Black Box Method testing on the tourism objects assessment application in Bengkulu City, it can be concluded that the functionality of the application has been running properly and is able to display the final results of the assessment based on the Vikor Method

Abstract

Health is not only important for humans, but also for flora and fauna. Especially for animals that are often kept by humans either just for hobbies or for breeding. One of the animals that is often kept by humans is the Angora rabbit. Angora rabbits can be used as pets to be collected or farmed for resale. Angora rabbits are often attacked by diseases due to various factors, both because of the condition of the cage and the food. One that causes farmers to lose money is due to disease. The number of rabbit deaths caused by disease is quite high, ranging from 15% to 40%. Death occurs from birth to weaning. Some of the factors that cause disease are carelessness in maintaining cage sanitation, poor quality feed, insufficient feed volume, dirty or insufficient drinking water, lack of nutrients, contracting other sick rabbits, weather changes, and ignorance about Angora rabbit disease. Based on test data using the blackbox testing method, this expert system website is running well. Conclusion Expert System for Diagnosing Diseases in Angora Rabbits Using the Certainty Factor Method is a program that can diagnose disease in Angora rabbits and produce a percentage level of probability that Angora rabbits have the disease, based on the condition of the symptoms of the Angora rabbit that the user chooses.

Abstract

SS Beauty Bar is a beauty salon that offers many treatments, namely, nail art, eyebrow embroidery, lip embroidery, eyelash extension, facial, bb glow, lash lift, massage, SPA, menicure, pedicure, etc. One of the current treatments that are popular with women is to decorate the eyes by adding eyelashes or better known as eyelash extensions. Eyelash extension is the process of connecting artificial eyelashes with real eyelashes. An expert system for diagnosing the impact of using eyelash extensions at SS Beauty Bengkulu City was created to help diagnose the impact of using eyelash extensions based on the symptoms felt by the customer. The expert system for diagnosing the impact of using eyelash extensions at SS Beauty Bengkulu City has implemented the Naive Bayes method which is used to obtain a percentage level of the impact of using eyelash extensions and provide recommended solutions for customers. The expert system for diagnosing the impact of using eyelash extensions on SS Beauty in Bengkulu City was created using the Visual Basic.Net programming language. The expert system for diagnosing the impact of using eyelash extensions at SS Beauty Bengkulu City can provide information on the results of consultations in determining the impact of using eyelash extensions based on the symptoms that have been selected. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the functionality of the expert system for diagnosing the impact of using eyelash extensions at SS Beauty Bengkulu City has gone well as expected.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to implement the Naïve Bayes algorithm for gingivitis classification at Dental Polyclinic, UPTD Pasar Ikan Health Center Bengkulu. The diagnosis of gingivitis is one of the diagnoses with severe conditions that are often complained at Dental Polyclinic, UPTD Pasar Ikan Health Center Bengkulu. However, the problem is that the services are still very limited because doctors are only on duty for 2 days a week. Therefore, a method is needed that is able to classify the risk level of various gingivitis diagnoses that occur at UPTD Pasar Ikan Health Center Bengkulu so that it can be immediately treated with appropriate action using Naïve Bayes method. From the results of tests carried out by Naïve Bayes method, it can be used as a solution for using this system. In its implementation, Naïve Bayes method can classify types of gingivitis at UPTD Pasar Ikan Health Center Bengkulu
