Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah work overload berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Dinas Sosial Kota Makassar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan pegawai Dinas Sosial Kota Makassar berjumlah 45 pegawai. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan metode sampel jenuh, sehingga sampel alam penelitian ini mengambil keseluruhan jumlah populasi sebagai sampel yaitu 45 orang pegawai. Kuesioner dan Observasi merupakan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan. Sedangkan Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan melakukan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Temuan hasil penelitian yaitu menunjukkan bahwa work overload memberikan pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Dinas Sosial Kota Makassar, hal ini dibuktikan dengan perolehan nilai t hitung > t tabel (5,027 > 1,68023) dan nilai sig < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05), sehingga hipotesis diterima

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership and work discipline on the job satisfaction of employees at the Secretariat of the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of Makassar City. The research adopts a quantitative approach with an associative design. The population consists of all civil servant employees (ASN) at the Secretariat, with a total sample of 75 respondents selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed through multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26. The results show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while work discipline has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Simultaneously, both leadership and work discipline have a significant influence on job satisfaction. Although the partial effects differ in direction (positive for leadership and negative for work discipline), together they significantly contribute to shaping the level of employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work life balance and workload on employee job satisfaction at the SAMSAT UPT Revenue Office, South Makassar I Region. This research employed a quantitative associative approach with a survey technique. The population of this study consisted of all 80 employees at the e SAMSAT UPT Revenue Office, South Makassar I Region, and the entire population was selected as the sample using saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression method with the aid of SPSS version 26 application. The results indicate that work life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, while workload has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Simultaneously, work life balance and workload significantly influence job satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R²) value shows that work life balance and workload contribute 28.3% to employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

The Company's objective in carrying out mergers and acquisitions is to obtain better and more sustainable synergies, because mergers and acquisitions are believed to be able to achieve levels of economic scale, mastery of technology, guaranteed supply of raw materials, increased market reach, gain access to international companies and obtain additional funds. for company financing. The samples in this study were companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2017-2021 using a saturated sampling method to obtain 5 companies. The results of the research using descriptive analysis with paired sample t-test and Wilcoxon signed rank test showed that there were differences in the ratio of return on assets (ROA), operational costs to operating income (BOPO), loan to deposit ratio (LDR) and debt to assets ratio (DAR) between before and after M&A. Meanwhile, for return on equity (ROE), Non-Performing Loan (NPL), capital adequacy ratio (CAR), and Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), there are no differences between before and after M&A. In the financial performance of banking subsector companies listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia for the 2017-2021 period.

Abstract

The study examines the impact of training and motivation on the performance of employees at PT. Astra Graphia Tbk Makassar Branch. The aim of this study is to find out the impact of training and motivation on the performance of employees at PT. Astra Graphia Tbk Makassar Branch. The population in this study is a total of 34 employees. The sample of this study is an entire member of the population of 34 people with this type of quantitative research. The data collection technique is done by scattering the questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is double linear regression analysis using Statistical Product Servive Solution. (SPSS). The results of the research show that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence on the training on the performance of employees at PT. Astra Graphia Tbk branch of Makassar; 2) there is a significant and positive influence of the motivation on the employee performance at PT. Astra Graphia Tbk branch of Makassar; and 3) There is positive and important influence simultaneously of the training and motivation of employees on performance at an PT. Astra Graphia Tbk branch of Makassar.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of environmentally friendly human resource management in the employee environment of a commercial company, especially at PT. Taka Bonerate Mandiri. The aim of this research is to understand how management applies the GHRM concept and its impact on job satisfaction and hand performance, especially during the Covid-19 outbreak. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between the variables studied, including dependent and independent variables, with using a quantitative style. The exploration sample was taken from PT Taka Bonerate Mandiri workers totaling 76 respondents. The slice system is carried out through a questionnaire distributed to the HR department of PT. Taka Bonerate Mandiri which consists of staff and operations. Analysis of respondents' answers shows that the variables of environmentally friendly HR operations and job satisfaction are interrelated and have an impact on employee performance in the business company PT. Taka Bonerate Mandiri.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance. The number of samples used were 38 employees. Data collection was carried out using interviews, observations and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that the quality of compensation (X1) partially has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Motivation (X2) partially has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. And simultaneously the two independent variables have a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Laba Bersih dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Harga Saham Perusahaan Pertambangan Khususnya PT Vale Indonesia Tbk. Dimana pada saat pandemi covid-19 terjadi, indeks harga saham di perusahaan lain mengalami penurunan. Namun, kondisi tersebut tidak terjadi pada harga saham sektor pertambangan, justru harga saham pada sektor pertmabangan kinerjanya mengalami penigkatan. Salah satunya yaitu PT Vale Indonesia Tbk yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan pertambanga pada subsektor pertambangan nikel. PT Vale juga mencatat peningkatan pendapatan pada awal tahun 2020 sebesar 44,28%. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 12. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan Econometrics views (Eviews). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Laba Bersih secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Ukuran Perusahaan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Sedangkan, secara simultan Laba Bersih dan Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Harga Saham.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of monitoring and evaluation on the transparency of the Parepare City Bappeda financial reports. This research is quantitative research. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data with a population of 50 people. The method used to analyze the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is descriptive, classical assumption test, validity test, reliability test and simple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that the monitoring variable has a positive and significant effect on the transparency of the Parepare City Bappeda's financial reports, evaluation also has a significant effect on the transparency of the Parepare City Bappeda's financial reports

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine whether ability and motivation have an influence on performance. The sample used in this study amounted to 64 teachers of SMA 6 Jeneponto which were divided into PNS and Non-PNS teachers. Then the data collection techniques carried out in this study used the method of observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using Statisstical Product and Service Solution (SPSS).These results indicate that partially the ability variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance and the motivation variable (X2) has a greater positive and significant effect than the ability variable (X1). Simultaneously, the two independent variables, namely Ability (X1) and Motivation (X2) have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Performance (Y).
