Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how self-efficacy affects career readiness to become a teacher. Using a quantitative approach and the sample is Social Sciences (IPS) students in the Economics education study program of state universities in Pekanbaru City, namely Riau University and Sultan Syarif Kasim State Islamic University totaling 170 students who have been determined by purposive random sampling technique using the slovin formula. The Likert questionnaire was used to collect data while simple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The prerequisite test includes the normality test and the linearity test. The results of the analysis requirement test show that the data is normally distributed and has a linear relationship. Based on the simple linear regression test, it shows that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on readiness to become a teacher. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive and significant effect of self-efficacy on readiness to become a teacher, meaning that students need to have a sense of confidence in themselves that they are able to carry out and complete the obligations faced, handle every challenge and can achieve the desired target when becoming a teacher

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi peran yang dimainkan oleh mata kuliah bisnis digital dalam menggerakkan dan meningkatkan tingkat inovasi dalam expo kewirausahaan di Universitas Dipa Makassar. Studi ini akan mengeksplorasi bagaimana mata kuliah bisnis digital dapat berkontribusi dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung perkembangan ide-ide inovatif dan proyek kewirausahaan mahasiswa dalam konteks universitas tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang berguna untuk memperbaiki kurikulum pendidikan tinggi, meningkatkan pengembangan kewirausahaan mahasiswa, dan memperkaya pengalaman pendidikan di universitas.

Abstract

Character education is the process of providing guidance to students to become complete human beings with character in the dimensions of heart, mind, body, as well as feelings and intentions. The campus is part of the education system, which is a place for students to learn in terms of knowledge transfer and behavior. Character education is important because it teaches habits of thinking and behavior that help individuals to live and work together as a family, community and nation and helps them make accountable decisions. This research is based on the idea of how to determine the level of responsibility, independence and discipline as part of the national character in realizing the achievements of students majoring in Social Sciences at UNRI (Riau State University) and UIN SUSKA (Sultan Syarif Kasim State Islamic University). This research aims to determine the analysis of national character and to determine the hopes and challenges of social studies education students at state universities throughout Pekanbaru City. The number of samples used in this research was 179 students majoring in social studies education at two universities, namely the University of Riau and the Sultan Syarif Kasim State Islamic University. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used in this research is a qualitative approach. The results of the research show that the character of discipline is at a score of 83% and then the character of independence gets an average score of 83.9% and then the character of independence gets an average score of 84%. Meanwhile, the never give up attitude received an average score of 83.4%. The research results show that independence gets the highest average score.

Abstract

Along with the development of the era characterized by changes in life in society,the social sensitivity of the community, especially among students at the elementary educationlevel, resulted in a decline in the social sensitivity of the community. In line with the mandate of learning in the form of competency achievement needed in the 21st century, it encourages changes in the learning process. Developing students' soft skills skills combined with CTL methods is expected to be able to answer problems that arise regarding social sensitivity among students, especially for V-grade students of Peditia Elementary School, Purwakarta Regency. The purpose of this study is that it is necessary to conduct research to measure students' level of social sensitivity through CTL learning methods. This study uses a quantitative approach in which data collection uses instruments in the form of Likert scales to measure the level of social sensitivity of students who have previously been given treatment using CTL methods in their learning process as well as observation and documentation data carried out during practice. and post-treatment, and interviews to obtain preliminary data as a description before research is conducted. The obtained instrument data are then analyzed using descriptive statistics. Because research has not been conducted and treatment has not been conducted, the data presented is preliminary data in the form of interviews and observations that have been conducted previously. The results of this study obtained a level ofsocial sensitivity in students before conducting CTL studies of 82% of grade VI students had a high level of social sensitivity and a level of social sensitivity and response after learning with CTL method 87% of grade V students had a level of social sensitivity It is a very high level and able to apply awareness of social sensitivity in everyday life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan budidaya maggot (Hermetia illucens) sebagai sumber pupuk organik dalam mendukung sistem pertanian greenhouse di Desa Mekarmukti, Kecamatan Cikarang Utara, Kabupaten Bekasi. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi desa ini adalah tingginya volume sampah organik rumah tangga yang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal, serta keterbatasan akses pupuk berkualitas bagi petani. Program ini dilaksanakan melalui pemanfaatan kasgot yang dihasilkan dari proses penguraian limbah organik sebagai pupuk organik untuk tanaman yang dibudidayakan di greenhouse. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi koordinasi dengan pengelola PDU, penentuan lokasi dan konstruksi greenhouse, pelatihan teknis budidaya maggot, pengolahan kasgot, serta aplikasi pupuk pada tanaman. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa kasgot mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman di greenhouse, mengurangi volume sampah organik desa, dan memberikan manfaat sosial-ekonomi melalui peluang usaha baru. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan integrasi berkelanjutan antara pengelolaan limbah organik dan pertanian modern berbasis greenhouse untuk mendukung ketahanan pangan dan ekonomi sirkular desa.

Abstract

Local history is often marginalized within the grand narrative of national history, resulting in the underrepresentation of regional cultural identities in the collective memory. This condition contributes to the low level of students’ historical consciousness rooted in local experiences and wisdom. This study aims to critically analyze, evaluate the relevance, and formulate a model for integrating local historical heritage into history learning in order to foster historical awareness, cultivate reflective attitudes, and promote the decolonization of knowledge through the application of critical pedagogy. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. The subjects consisted of 6 history teachers, 5 traditional leaders, and 45 high school students, while the research instruments included interview guides, observation sheets, and document analysis formats. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis, and analyzed using thematic triangulation techniques to ensure the validity of the findings. The results show that the integration of local history can transform students’ roles from passive recipients into active meaning-makers, strengthen historical consciousness, and create space for critical reflection on dominant historical narratives. The study concludes that history learning based on critical pedagogy can serve as an effective strategy to address the marginalization of local history while simultaneously reinforcing students’ cultural identity. The implications highlight the importance of developing inclusive curricula and transformative pedagogical practices that are relevant to local cultural contexts and enrich the theoretical discourse of critical pedagogy.

Abstract

Development of Web-based QR barcode media based on ancient human material from the preliterate period using the ADDIE model. The first stage is an analysis based on the findings, history learning at SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru still uses methods that are not yet effective so that the teaching and learning process only becomes one way, where the teacher still dominates and is the center of learning activities. The second stage is design. At this stage the author designs a product, namely Web-based QR barcode media. Creating a successful website requires careful planning and a structured process. The Third Stage is development. At this stage the author develops a product, namely Web-based QR barcode media. Create a website design according to the initial plan, then create and upload website content, including text, images, video and audio. Make sure the content is well structured and easy to access. The fourth stage is implementation or application. After carrying out the development, validation and revision stages from experts and getting a proper assessment and very suitable for field testing, then this QR barcode learning media is used. The fifth stage is evaluation. At this stage, an analysis of the quality of WEB-based QR barcode learning media is carried out after carrying out validation tests from material experts, media experts, and student responses. Based on the calculation results, it can be concluded that the development of Web-based QR barcode learning media is "Feasible" based on the material expert assessment stage of 73.8%, media experts 86% in the "Very Feasible" category and assessment of small group student responses to the media with a percentage of 90.8% , with the "Very Appropriate" category, and the assessment of large group student responses to the media with a percentage of 93.3% in the "Very Appropriate" category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat daya tahan dan motivasi pada atlet Gala Siswa Indonesia (GSI) SMP Negeri 4 Amuntai, serta menganalisis keterkaitan antara kedua aspek tersebut sebagai dasar perbaikan program pembinaan atlet usia remaja. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, melibatkan seluruh atlet GSI SMP Negeri 4 Amuntai sebanyak 18 orang sebagai sampel. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi tes bleep test untuk mengukur daya tahan (VO2max) dan angket skala Likert untuk mengukur tingkat motivasi, baik intrinsik maupun ekstrinsik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas atlet (78%) berada pada kategori sedang dalam tingkat daya tahan, sedangkan sisanya (22%) pada kategori kurang, dan tidak ada atlet yang mencapai kategori baik atau sangat baik. Tingkat motivasi atlet juga bervariasi, dengan proporsi terbesar pada kategori rendah (33%), diikuti tinggi (28%), sedang (22%), sangat tinggi (11%), dan sangat rendah (6%). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa program latihan fisik yang dijalankan belum sepenuhnya efektif dalam meningkatkan daya tahan, serta terdapat disparitas motivasi yang cukup besar di antara atlet. Abstract

The lack of learning activeness in elementary school students in learning Pancasila education is the background of this research. Factors that are thought to affect the low activeness of student learning are due to students who lack self-confidence in learning activities in Pancasila education subjects. In the learning process, the activeness of students' learning is the main element that is very important in achieving learning goals. One thing that can be done to increase student learning activeness is to use the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in Pancasila education subjects. This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on learning activeness in Pancasila education subjects for elementary school students. The research used quantitative research and the research method used was pre-experimental design type one group pretest-posttest (initial test single group final test). The subjects used in this study were 28 grade II elementary school students. This research instrument used a multiple choice test of 10 questions. The highest score on the pretest was 80 and the lowest score was 20, while on the posttest the highest score was 100 and the lowest score was 40. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the use of the Problem Based Learning learning model on learning activeness in Pancasila education subjects for elementary school students was 21.6%.

Abstract

Scientific literacy skills are one of the important skills to develop in science learning because they can help students have the ability to solve problems by utilizing science and technology. Scientific literacy skills must be trained from an early age from elementary school level. However, previous research shows that elementary school students' scientific literacy abilities are still low. The application of the STEM approach is one type of learning that can improve the scientific literacy skills of elementary school students. This is the basis for carrying out this research. The aims of this research are: 1) To determine the effect of the science technology, engineering, mathematics (STEM) approach assisted by scratch on the scientific literacy abilities of elementary school students, 2) To determine the increase in scientific literacy abilities of elementary school students who receive learning using the STEM approach assisted by scratch media. better than students who receive learning with a scientific approach. The research method used in this research is Quasi Experimental Design in the form of Non-equivalent Control Group Design in science and technology learning on energy transformation material. The instrument used is a scientific literacy ability test. The conclusions that can be obtained from this research are: 1) There is an influence of applying the scratch-assisted STEM approach on students' scientific literacy abilities by 48.2%, 2) There is an increase in scientific literacy abilities who receive learning using the scratch-assisted STEM approach better than students who get learning with a scientific approach.
