<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the application of Teacher learning plan in SD Negeri 060938 Medan Johor, to know the quality of teaching teachers and to know the effect of lesson planning on improving the quality of teaching Teachers at SD Negeri 060938 Medan Johor. The study population is all teachers in SD Negeri 060938 Medan Johor which amounts to 23 people. The results of this study illustrates that the professionalism of teachers SD Negeri 060938 Medan Johor in teaching is quite good and has achieved the goal of learning as expected, as the results showed that 49.60% success is supported by teachers who have quality competencies and master the material quality curriculum is also reflected in the evaluation results of the semester exam the value of its objectivity is in the category on very well. Keywords: Learning Planning, Teaching Quality, Elementary School Teachers. ]]>

<![CDATA[Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengintensifkan minat siswa dalam pembelajaran Ilmu dengan menggunakan model snowball throwing. Hal ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Classroom Action Research. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa Sekolah Dasar Swasta Kelas V Ichwanussafa yang terdiri dari 26 siswa. Untuk mengumpulkan data, instrumen tersebut menggunakan data kuantitatif (tes sains) dan data kualitatif. Berdasarkan data, ditemukan bahwa pembelajaran sains siswa meningkat dari uji siklus I, dan uji siklus II. Pada siklus I, rata-rata tingkat siswa adalah 65,38%, dan pada siklus II, rata-rata tingkat siswa adalah 88,46%. ditemukan bahwa pengajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan melalui model melempar bola salju dapat meningkatkan minat siswa dalam belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan melalui model melempar bola salju sangat efektif dalam mengajar Ilmu Pengetahuan dan guru di Sekolah Dasar harus mencoba strategi ini.Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar, Model Snowball Throwing]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to explore further information about the factors that influence the low interest in scholarships at the MIN 12 Bereuen-Aceh School. The population of this study was students MIN 12 Bireuen class VI. The sampling technique is done using the simple random sampling method. The data collection technique used in this study is the Inventory of Student Interest in Safran Model (Safran Students Interest). The results showed that from 32 respondents the following data were obtained: (1) Interest in reading students MIN 12 Bireuen-Aceh, generally included in the medium category with details: 18 0rang (54.54%) often went to the library, 13 people (39.39%) sometimes to the library and only 2 people (6.06%) always go to the library; (2) Students visit the library: 19 people (57.57%) sometimes, 14 people (42.42%) always and 1 person (3.03%) never go to the library; (3) The frequency of student visits to the library is generally 1-3 times in 1 week, which is 31 people (93.93%) from the sample and; (4) visiting the library to search for or read books if: a) there are assignments given by the teacher which are 15 people (45.45%), 6 people (18.18%) take advantage of free time to read books or intense library visits and only 1 person (3.03 %) because of hobbies.Keywords: Study, Reading Interest, MIN 12 Bireuen]]>

<![CDATA[It is still necessary to develop the instruments in the Authentic Assessment Book (BUPENA) used by students because the condition of the questions contained in the current BUPENA are unable to find problems, are not related to everyday life and the questions are very easily accessible. The answer from the internet. This study aims to (1) determine the validity of the development of BUPENA-based test instruments on the theme of Caring for Living Creatures (2) to determine the effectiveness of BUPENA-based test instruments on the theme of Caring for Living Creatures. The development is carried out using the ADDIE model which consists of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The test instrument developed is in the form of questions related to student life. The validity of the test instrument was carried out by 4th grade elementary school lecturers and teachers. The results showed that the BUPENA-based test instrument on the theme of Caring for Living Creatures was valid and feasible as evidenced by the validation process carried out by the validator on a 10-item questionnaire. The results from the first validator obtained 84.7%, from the second validator the results obtained 87.5%, and from the third validator 94%. Measurement of the effectiveness of the test instrument product obtained a value of 77% in the effective category. <![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan variasi mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN 105401 Namo Linting Kecamatan Sibolangit (Sumatera Utara) Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019.Jenis penelitian adalah korelasional dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 24 orang.Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket berisi pertanyaan tentang variasi mengajar guru (X) dan hasil belajar siswa (Y).menggunakan hasil ujian tengah semester. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan statistik korelasi product moment dan uji-t.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variasi mengajar guru tergolong baik dengan skor rata-rata 77,38 dengan standar deviasi sebesar 9,01 walaupun masih adavariasi mengajar guru yang skornya di bawah rata-rata. Hasil belajar IPA siswa tergolong baik dengan nilai terendah60, dan nilai tertinggi adalah 90 dengan rata-rata 77,42 dan Standar Deviasi 10,53. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh nilai yaitu rhitung 0,8638 > rtabel 0329, dan thitung 8,04 > ttabel 2,0739 . Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara variasi mengajar guru dengan hasil belajar siswa.Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada Hubungan Variasi Mengajar Guru dengan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran IPA di Kelas V SDN 105401 Namo Linting Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019]]>

<![CDATA[Minat dan kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa PAUD masih tergolong sangat rendah, terutama pada keterampilan membaca permulaan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa proses pendidikan pada program PAUD belum efektif dalam mengembangkan kompetensi dan minat siswa terhadap ilmu pengetahuan. Oleh karena itu, gerakan literasi sekolah dirasa sangat penting untuk dilaksanakan di sekolah sebagai salah satu cara dan upaya menumbuhkan minat dan keterampilan membaca permulaan siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan program literasi sekolah dan dampaknya terhadap minat dan kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan alat pengumpulan data berupa angket dan tes keterampilan membaca permulaan yang diberikan kepada siswa PAUD sebagai responden penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan gerakan literasi sekolah berpengaruh terhadap minat dan kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa PAUD. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara pelaksanan guru dalam membentuk karakter disiplin dan faktor penghambat penanaman nilai karakter siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas IV SD Negeri 105269 Sei Beras Sekata, Kecamatan Sunggal Medan, Kabupaten. Deli Serdang Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022. Subjek dalam penelitian ini hanya satu yaitu guru wali kelas IV dan objeknya adalah siswa kelas IV berjumlah 20 siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan guru dalam pembentukan karakter disiplin siswa kelas IV bernilai 91,6% (sangat efektif). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan guru dalam pembentukan karakter disiplin siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 105269 Sei Beras Sekata sangat efektif.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to look at the governance of technology-based Islamic education at the madrasah level in the city of Medan, namely Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Quba. The study of this research uses qualitative research methods. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. Interviews were conducted with teachers and students. The results of the study show that governance at the Al Quba Ibtidaiyah madrasah level, Medan is a significant matter, because along with changing times, technology cannot be avoided, so that if there are madrasas that do not keep up with the times, they will be left behind by other schools. What's more, schools are currently the same as competition to get students, so technology is the main source for introducing schools to outsiders.]]>

<![CDATA[School should be run with good management in order to reach goal related to the management of the educational process to achieve the goals set, both short term, medium term and long term goals. The purpose of this study was to describe a method of instilling multicultural values in students aged 8-9 years or more precisely, sitting in grade 2 of elementary school at Harapan Mandiri Private Elementary School in Medan. This research method uses qualitative research methods with the type of field research (field research), data collection using observation (observation) and interviews. The results showed that the implementation of Planning, Organizing, Implementation and Supervision of Multicultural Education at Harapan Mandiri Private Elementary School in Medan City went well. The learning that is applied by the teacher in its implementation by providing understanding and then being practiced, indirectly helps the formation of good morals for students in everyday life which is exemplified in the school environment. Obstacles in the field such as the lack of storytelling media/techniques used by teachers, the inconsistency of student behavior at school, at home and in the neighborhood. Efforts are being made to overcome this by holding regular meetings with parents/guardians for a certain period of time continuously in order to the learning more sustainable.]]>
