Abstract

Abstrak — Aplikasi seluler telah menjadi bagian penting dalam keidupan masyarakat sehari hari Salah satu contohnya adalah aplikasi Jamsostek (JMO), Jamsostek Mobile (JMO) adalah aplikasi layanan jamsostek yang dihadirkan untuk memberikan layanan yang lebih optimal melalui online. Pengujian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis usability testing pada aplikasi Jamsostek. Usability testing adalah langkah penting dalam pengembangan aplikasi untuk memastikan pengalaman pengguna yang optimal. menggunakan metode Think Aloud di Kantor BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Lhokseumawe. Metode Think Aloud digunakan untuk memahami interaksi pengguna dengan aplikasi secara langsung. Studi ini melibatkan partisipan yang merupakan pengguna potensial aplikasi JMO di Kantor BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Lhokseumawe. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan partisipan selama proses pengujian. Hasil analisis usability testing menunjukkan sejumlah temuan terkait kemudahan penggunaan, efisiensi, dan kepuasan pengguna terhadap aplikasi JMO. Temuan dari pengujian ini dapat digunakan sebagai masukan dalam pengembangan selanjutnya untuk meningkatkan kualitas aplikasi JMO. Diharapkan hasil pengujian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam upaya meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna aplikasi JMO di Kantor BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Lhokseumawe.

Abstract

Rumah Sakit Pertamina Pangkalan Brandan merupakan salah satu fasilitas layanan kesehatan yang memiliki peran penting dalam memberikan pelayanan medis kepada masyarakat di wilayah Pangkalan Brandan dan sekitarnya. Dalam mendukung kelancaran operasional non-medis, rumah sakit ini juga mempekerjakan tenaga outsourcing. Namun, proses pencatatan dan pengajuan lembur untuk tenaga outsourcing selama ini masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan aplikasi Excel. Metode tersebut menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, seperti rawan kesalahan input, duplikasi data, dan informasi yang tidak konsisten. Kondisi ini tentu menghambat efisiensi kerja serta akurasi data yang dibutuhkan untuk kepentingan administrasi. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan kerja praktik dengan tujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi lembur berbasis website. Sistem dikembangkan dengan menganalisis kebutuhan pengguna terhadap sistem manual yang ada, kemudian dirancang menggunakan pendekatan Unified Modeling Language (UML), desain basis data relasional, serta implementasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, database MySQL, HTML, CSS, dan server lokal XAMPP. Sistem diuji menggunakan metode black box testing guna memastikan seluruh fungsi berjalan sesuai kebutuhan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mendukung proses pengajuan lembur oleh tenaga outsourcing, proses verifikasi oleh admin, manajemen data pegawai, pengelolaan data lembur, serta pencetakan formulir lembur. Dengan adanya sistem ini, proses administrasi menjadi lebih cepat dan minim kesalahan, serta laporan lembur dapat dihasilkan secara akurat dan terdokumentasi dengan baik. Kesimpulannya, sistem informasi ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akurasi dalam pengelolaan lembur tenaga outsourcing di Rumah Sakit Pertamina Pangkalan Brandan, serta memberikan kemudahan bagi seluruh pihak yang terlibat dalam proses tersebut. Selain itu, sistem ini juga dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut agar terintegrasi dengan sistem penggajian rumah sakit, guna menciptakan alur kerja yang lebih menyeluruh dan efisien di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Pelayanan administrasi kepegawaian di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Aceh Singkil masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga menimbulkan berbagai kendala seperti keterlambatan pengolahan data, risiko kehilangan dokumen fisik, serta rendahnya efisiensi dan transparansi pelayanan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan perancangan sistem informasi pelayanan pegawai berbasis web sebagai solusi digitalisasi proses administrasi kepegawaian. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL, serta dirancang untuk mendukung tiga jenis pengguna, yaitu admin, petugas, dan pegawai, dengan hak akses dan fitur yang disesuaikan. Fitur utama yang tersedia mencakup registrasi akun, pengajuan dan pengelolaan layanan, pemberian tanggapan, manajemen pengguna, panduan sistem, serta pembuatan laporan dalam format PDF. Pengujian menggunakan metode black box menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Perancangan sistem ini menunjukkan potensi signifikan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi kerja, keakuratan pengelolaan data, dan kemudahan akses informasi secara real-time. Selain itu, sistem dirancang untuk mendukung pelayanan kepegawaian yang lebih transparan, responsif, serta terdokumentasi secara digital. Diharapkan, sistem informasi ini dapat menjadi fondasi awal dalam mendukung transformasi digital pada instansi pemerintah daerah, khususnya dalam bidang administrasi kepegawaian di lingkungan Diskominfo Aceh Singkil.

Abstract

The management of housing data that is not integrated often leads to delays in information, data inconsistency, and inefficiency in decision-making processes within government institutions. The Public Works and Housing Agency (PUPR) of Lhokseumawe City faces similar issues, where housing data management is still conducted manually using spreadsheet-based systems. This research aims to develop a web-based integrated housing information system to improve efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility of housing data. The methodology includes user requirement analysis, system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), and system implementation using PHP and MySQL. The system provides features such as authentication, data management, and visualization dashboards. The results show that the system improves data processing efficiency, reduces redundancy, and supports decision-making in housing rehabilitation programs.

Abstract

North Aceh Regency is the largest rice producer in Aceh Province; however, rice production has fluctuated and shown a downward trend from 2019 to 2023. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing rice production and to compare the Multiple Linear Regression and Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) methods in predicting rice production in North Aceh Regency. The variables used include harvested area, productivity, rainfall, and flooding. The Multiple Linear Regression method was used to analyze the relationships among variables, while SES was used to make predictions based on historical data. The analysis results indicate that productivity has the greatest influence on rice production, followed by harvested area. Rainfall and flooding also affect production, but their influence is relatively small. Model evaluation shows that Multiple Linear Regression has an MSE of 2156056.09, a MAD of 627, and a MAPE of 9.04%, which is better than Single Exponential Smoothing with an MSE of 51,613,195, a MAD of 3,867, and a MAPE of 28.57%. Based on these results, the Multiple Linear Regression method has a higher level of accuracy in predicting rice production in North Aceh.

Abstract

Kompetensi guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam mendukung pembelajaran matematika yang interaktif di era Society 5.0. Namun, sebagian besar guru MGMP Matematika SMA Kota Lhokseumawe masih menghadapi keterbatasan dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, khususnya menggunakan aplikasi GeoGebra 3D. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif melalui pelatihan GeoGebra 3D. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Training and Mentoring yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, persiapan pelatihan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, praktik pengembangan media, pendampingan, implementasi, serta evaluasi. Pelatihan diikuti oleh 24 guru MGMP Matematika SMA Kota Lhokseumawe dan dilaksanakan melalui kombinasi penyampaian materi, demonstrasi, praktik langsung (hands-on practice), dan pendampingan intensif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif menggunakan GeoGebra 3D sesuai dengan materi yang diampu, serta mengalami peningkatan kompetensi dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk mendukung pembelajaran matematika. Media yang dihasilkan memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan visualisasi konsep-konsep matematika yang abstrak sehingga pembelajaran menjadi lebih interaktif dan berpusat pada peserta didik. Dengan demikian, pelatihan GeoGebra 3D terbukti menjadi salah satu strategi yang efektif dalam memperkuat kompetensi digital guru serta mendukung implementasi pembelajaran matematika yang inovatif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh Kualitas Iklan, Kepercayaan Konsumen, Harga Produk, Promosi/Diskon, dan Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian melalui iklan di Facebook pada produk sale. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data diperoleh dari 300 responden yang pernah melakukan pembelian produk sale melalui iklan di Facebook, menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil analisis PLS-SEM menunjukkan bahwa e-WOM (β = 0,477; t = 6,200; p = 0,000), promosi/diskon, dan kualitas iklan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sementara itu, harga produk (β = 0,128; p = 0,099) dan kepercayaan konsumen (β = 0,049; p = 0,357) berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan. Nilai R-Square sebesar 0,609 menunjukkan bahwa model dapat menjelaskan 60,9% variasi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa electronic word of mouth, promosi dan diskon yang menarik, dan kualitas iklan menjadi faktor kunci dalam memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen melalui iklan di platform Facebook.

Abstract

Rapid population growth has both a positive and a negative impact, such as an increase in household waste generation. This also becomes a new chain of problems in other aspects, such as health, flood, air pollution, and environmental pollution. To overcome this problem, an integrated waste management system is needed. Household waste, especially inorganic waste, was valuable. The application was developed to promote a new paradigm; waste is a new source of money. As well as help run a circular economy in the waste recycling industry. The application to be built is "WasteApp", an independent household waste management application that can track and help manage it. This application is built using the Android operating system to make it a user-friendly tool. An application trial was conducted in Geulanggang Baro village, Bireuen district involving the operator, local government, and community. This location was chosen because they already have informal waste management, and it is easier to maximize by information technology intervention. The final result of this research is the “WasteApp” application based on android to manage household waste independently. The community, operator, and local government can work waste independently and systematically through this system. This application contains several menus, including the Home menu, login, register, and the main menu, namely the waste sell history and selling waste, as well as educational articles that contain how to manage waste, from sorting waste to the recycling process. Community participation was needed to increase to full implementation of good waste management.

Abstract

The Complaint Service Information System is a web-based platform designed for the Dewantara District Office. The title Complaint Service Information System is based on the need for technological solutions to improve the quality of public services, especially in handling public complaints. This system was chosen because it facilitates more efficient complaint reporting, increases transparency, and speeds up responses to issues raised by the public. By applying information technology in handling complaints, it is hoped that we can create a public service environment that is more responsive, open and adaptive to the ever-growing needs of society. The process of creating a complaint service information system involves several main stages. First, the needs analysis stage is carried out to identify and understand the needs of users and related parties in handling complaints. This involves a survey and analysis of associated documents. Next, the system design and design stage involves database structure, user interface, and business logic. This Information System design process involves critical steps to ensure the success and effectiveness of the system, including coding, creating a user interface, and setting up a database. The results of designing the Complaint Service Information System include a simple and responsive user interface, an online complaint form, a status tracking system, and analytical reports. A structured and secure database stores, manages, and retrieves complaint data. Afterwards, the implementation phase involves running the entire system and, if necessary, data migration. Through the creation of this Information System, it is hoped to evaluate the impact of the level of accessibility and ease of navigation in the system on employee performance in searching, monitoring and managing incoming complaints. With a web-based approach, this system provides easy, fast access for users from various locations and increases transparency in managing services provided to the community.

Abstract

The use of Augmented Reality technology in the pharmaceutical sector, particularly in pharmacies, has introduced significant innovations in providing drug information to consumers. AR applications can help healthcare workers and patients better understand drug use through three-dimensional visualization superimposed on the real environment. Observations at Sultan Abdul Aziz Syah Peureulak Hospital indicate that 70% of patients still experience confusion regarding the drug information provided by pharmacy staff. This difficulty is caused by the complexity of the information, lack of personal interaction, or low health literacy. To address this problem, the Android-based Mediscan application was developed using AR technology. This application utilizes Unity and Vuforia Engine software to present drug information visually in card form via the smart device screen. Users can point the camera at a particular drug and receive complete information regarding general indications, dosage, drug class, contraindications, and side effects. This research aims to develop the Mediscan application, calculate the level of patient understanding, measure consumer satisfaction, and evaluate the impact of using AR in presenting drug information. The System Development Life Cycle methodology with the Waterfall model was used in this research. The results show that AR technology can be implemented in Android-based applications to present drug information visually and interactively. The majority of patients feel more informed and gain a better understanding of the medication they are taking. AR technology in the Mediscan application improves user experience, supports the education and training of medical personnel and patients, and enhances the quality of healthcare services in hospitals. This application also makes it easier for medical personnel and pharmacists to convey drug information more effectively and efficiently.
