Abstract

This study aims to analyze the steps single parents take in fostering the self-awareness of 5-year-old children and describe their attitudes. This qualitative research used a case study approach that involved two single parents and two children aged five years as research subjects. Based on interviews and observations, single parents foster children's self-awareness through several steps: recognizing one's own emotions and the emotions of others, managing one's emotions, motivating oneself, being a role model, and building social relationships. As a result, children's self-awareness manifests in self-confidence, independence in choosing activities, emotional control, understanding of rules, discipline, persistence, and pride in their work. The development of self-awareness in 5-year-old children is closely related to the steps implemented by single parents, with being a role model being the most effective method in fostering children's self-awareness.

Abstract

The use of regional languages ​​in learning is part of the independent curriculum. This research aims to analyze the intensity, advantages and weaknesses of the use of regional languages ​​in learning at the Dharma Wanita Labuhan Haji Barat Kindergarten. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, namely 31 children and 2 teachers with the aim of classes using regional languages. Data was collected through direct observation and structured interviews with teachers at the kindergarten. The results of the research show that the intensity of using regional languages ​​in learning is often used in class B. The advantage of using regional languages ​​in learning is that children easily understand the material. The weakness of using regional languages ​​in learning is that a small number of children who cannot use regional languages ​​are unable to understand the material presented by the teacher. This means that regional languages ​​are effectively used in learning because the majority of children understand regional languages ​​as an introductory language in learning. So, it can be understood that the use of regional languages ​​has a positive impact on children's understanding and involvement in learning, as well as strengthening their cultural identity

Abstract

Hak pendidikan anak menjadi bagian dari tanggung jawab orang tua yang wajib dipenuhi. Kondisi di Ranto Peureulak ditemukan ada orang tua leles minyak melibatkan anaknya untuk ikut mereka dalam kegiatan leles minyak dari pagi sampai sore. Ini menjadi indicator bahwa pemenuhan hak pendidikan anak belum terpenuhi secara maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran pemenuhan hak pendidikan anak oleh orang tua leles minyak di Ranto Peureulak serta mengetahui cara mereka memenuhi hak pendidikan anaknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik studi kasus. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling dengan syarat orang tua yang bekerja sebagai leles minyak dan memiliki anak usia 3-6 tahun. Populasinya terdiri dari 10 orang tua leles minyak. Sampel yang saya teliti sebanyak 5 orang tua leles minyak. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menggambarkan hak pendidikan anak usia dini yang telah dipenuhi oleh orang tua leles minyak di Ranto Peureulak itu masih sebatas pendidikan di rumah seperti mengaji, menghafal surah-surah pendek, dan mengenal bilangan dan huruf. Cara mereka memenuhi hak endidikan anak mereka dirumah dengan cara orang tua langsung mengajarkan anak mengaji, mengajarkan anak menghafal surah-surah pendek, mereka mengajarkan baca tulis pada anak dengan cara mengenalkan huruf dan bilangan, artinya orang tua belum maksimal dalam pemenuhan endidik sesuai dengan tuntutan Agama Islam maupun  tuntutan Undang-Undang Perlindungan Anak nomor 23 tahun 2002.  Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah orang tua leles minyak hanya baru mamu memenuhi kebutuhan endidikan anak dirumah dan baru sebatas endidikan informal dan belum mampu untuk memenuhi hak Pendidikan anaknya untuk jalur nonformal dan formal

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the literacy used by syariah banking in increasing the acceleration of financial inclusion at BSI KCP Probolinggo. This research explores the impact of the role of syariah banking literacy on accelerating financial inclusion, in the context of inclusive and sustainable syariah banking. This topic was chosen to fill the gap in understanding the contribution of syariah banking literacy to the development of financial inclusion, which is a crucial aspect in building a sustainable syariah financial institutional environment. The qualitative approach used in this research is a case study type. The selection of objects at BSI KCP Probolinggo was based on considerations because the bank is one of the syariah financial institutions that plays an important role in the development of syariah finance in the Probolinggo area. The techniques used to collect research data consist of in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. Where the research data consists of primary data obtained from several research informants, namely the director of BSI KCP Probolinggo, three employees of BSI KCP Probolinggo, five customers of BSI KCP Probolinggo. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from national and international journals that were relevant to research. The data analysis techniques used consist of data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that syariah banking literacy in increasing financial inclusion is carried out by providing financial education, holding promotions and marketing, and conducting outreach through various media. Syariah banking literacy has a significant impact on increasing financial inclusion.

Abstract

The fine motor development of children aged 5-6 years at the ABA Kindergarten Kedai Manggeng Aceh Barat Daya experiences several obstacles in the development of their fine motor skills, and this is indicated by the child's hands still being stiff when holding a pencil and cutting not according to the pattern. So, this research aims to determine the effect of weaving activities with coconut leaves on the development of the identity of children aged 5-6 years at the ABA Kedai Manggeng Kindergarten, Aceh Barat Daya. This quantitative research uses a pre-experimental design through approach one group pre-test post-test design. The sample used was all group B1 students (29 people) taken using random sampling techniques. Data collected based on observation results obtained an average value pretest amounted to 52.06%, and the average value posttest obtained 75.10%, so the resulting normality test is 0.233 > 0.05. Based on this data, the value of tcount > ttable is 16.949 > 1.04841, So it can be stated that Ha accepted and HO. Based on these data, it can be concluded that weaving activities can influence the development of children's identity at the Kedai Manggeng ABA Kindergarten, Aceh Barat Daya. .

Abstract

Learning evaluation is an essential component in the educational process which functions to assess student competency achievement. This research aims to describe the implementation of learning evaluation at Baitusshalihin Integrated Islamic Kindergarten, with a focus on two curricula, namely the 2013 Curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum. By applying a qualitative approach, data was obtained through interviews with educators and observations of the evaluation process carried out. The research results indicate that the implementation of assessment in the 2013 Curriculum emphasizes assessment based on standardized learning outcomes using authentic methods. In contrast, the Merdeka Curriculum offers greater flexibility in evaluation, allowing adjustments to the needs and potential of each student. Baitusshalihin IT Kindergarten uses a project-based assessment method.

Abstract

This phenomenological study provides an in-depth examination of fathers' lived experiences in relation to early childhood behavioral development (ages 3–4) in Indonesia and Malaysia. The urgency of this research stems from the gap between the demands of contemporary parenting including digital literacy and the persistence of traditional masculinity constructs that often impede fathers' emotional involvement. Employing a qualitative phenomenological approach through in-depth interviews with four fathers of children aged 3–4 years, the core findings reveal that modern fathers have transitioned into vital agents of the Complementary Parenting Model. They specifically foster children's independence, resilience, and exploratory courage while simultaneously acting as digital gatekeepers through restrictive mediation practices. Theoretically, these results contribute to strengthening the Complementary Parenting Model. However, the study also highlights a significant challenge: the masculinity dilemma, which leads to difficulties in emotional regulation and affective communication (emotional literacy), often managed through rigid expressions of assertiveness. The study underscores the critical need to transform fathering education programs from mere awareness campaigns into comprehensive training initiatives that emphasize specific competencies, particularly consistent positive discipline and emotional literacy, to enhance the quality and effectiveness of paternal involvement in early childhood development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-book berjudul “Petualangan Belang dan Putih” sebagai media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan interpersonal anak usia dini di TK Negeri 5 Banda Aceh. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi tahap analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 35 anak kelas B. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan angket validasi oleh ahli materi, ahli media, dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-book memperoleh nilai kelayakan sebesar 90% dari ahli materi, 92% dari ahli media, dan 92% dari guru, yang termasuk kategori “sangat layak”. Berdasarkan hasil implementasi, e-book “Petualangan Belang dan Putih” terbukti membantu meningkatkan kemampuan interpersonal anak dan layak di gunakan sebagai media pembelajaran yang menyenangkan di PAUD.

Abstract

Kemampuan berbahasa memiliki peran fundamental dalam mendukung proses tumbuh kembang anak, karena melalui bahasa anak dapat berinteraksi, berkomunikasi, serta mengekspresikan pikiran dan perasaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan menguji kelayakan flashcard MAMI (Macro-Micro) fotografi sebagai media untuk meningkatkan bahasa ekspresif anak usia dini. Rendahnya kemampuan anak dalam mengungkapkan ide dan perasaan secara lisan di TK Cut Meutia menjadi latar belakang penelitian. Metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE diterapkan pada 28 anak kelompok B1 usia 5-6 tahun. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan validasi ahli. Hasil validasi menunjukkan media sangat layak: ahli materi 100%, ahli media 95%, dan respon guru 85-93%. Flashcard MAMI terbukti menarik perhatian anak, memperluas kosakata, dan meningkatkan kemampuan mengekspresikan gagasan secara spontan dan percaya diri. Media ini efektif memperkuat bahasa ekspresif melalui pendekatan visual berbasis fotografi macro-micro yang kontekstual dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop and validate an Augmented Reality–Based E-Book integrating Multiple Intelligences and Tawhid (ARMI Meta E-Book) for early childhood education. Employing a Research and Development approach using the ADDIE model, the study involved expert validation, teacher practicality assessment, and field trials with children aged 5–6 years. Data were collected through validation questionnaires, teacher responses, observations, and documentation. The results demonstrated very high validity from content and language experts (100%) and strong media validity after revision (88%). Practicality testing showed that 87.5% of teachers rated the e-book as very practical and easy to use. The ARMI Meta E-Book integrates augmented reality, multiple intelligence stimulation, and tawhid values through dual 3D exploration (online and offline), supporting cognitive, social-emotional, and spiritual development. This study contributes an innovative, holistic learning medium that supports transformative early childhood education in the digital era.
