Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran manajemen kearsipan dalam meningkatkan kinerja administrasi di sektor pemerintahan, mengingat pentingnya pengelolaan arsip yang efektif untuk mendukung operasional yang efisien dan transparan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana praktik manajemen kearsipan dapat memperlancar alur administrasi dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus di beberapa instansi pemerintah, termasuk Dinas Perumahan, Permukiman, dan Tata Ruang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan arsip yang baik berkontribusi pada percepatan pengambilan keputusan dan peningkatan akuntabilitas, meskipun terdapat tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan resistensi terhadap perubahan. Novelty dari penelitian ini terletak pada identifikasi faktor-faktor pendukung yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen kearsipan, seperti dukungan teknologi dan pelatihan pegawai. Penelitian ini mendorong pemerintah untuk mengembangkan kebijakan pengelolaan arsip yang lebih baik dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya yang melibatkan lebih banyak instansi serta konteks yang berbeda. Diharapkan, hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan untuk pengembangan praktik manajemen kearsipan yang lebih efektif di masa depan. This study examines the role of records management in improving administrative performance in the government sector, considering the importance of effective records management to support efficient and transparent operations. The purpose of the study is to explore how records management practices can streamline administrative flows and improve the quality of public services. The research method used is a qualitative approach with case studies in several government agencies, including the Department of Housing, Settlement, and Spatial Planning. The results of the study indicate that good records management contributes to accelerating decision-making and increasing accountability, despite challenges such as limited resources and resistance to change. The novelty of this study lies in the identification of supporting factors that can improve the effectiveness of records management, such as technological support and employee training. This study encourages the government to develop better records management policies and provides recommendations for further research involving more agencies and different contexts. It is hoped that the results of this study can be a reference for the development of more effective records management practices in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis optimalisasi tantangan dan peluang transformasi digital dalam pengelolaan koperasi, serta memberikan rekomendasi strategis dalam mendukung keberlanjutan bisnis koperasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi kasus pada koperasi di Jawa Timur. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pengelola koperasi, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari studi literatur terkait. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola dalam tantangan dan peluang digitalisasi koperasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi memberikan peluang besar, termasuk optimalisasi sinkronisasi pengelolaan data melalui sistem informasi terintegrasi, perluasan akses pasar melalui platform digital, peningkatan efisiensi operasional, serta dukungan kebijakan pemerintah. Di sisi lain, tantangan teknis dan sosial seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi dan resistensi budaya tetap menjadi penghambat utama. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan transformasi digital koperasi memerlukan pendekatan holistik yang mencakup penguatan aspek teknis, sosial, dan budaya organisasi. Kontribusi utama penelitian ini adalah memberikan perspektif yang lebih komprehensif tentang transformasi digital koperasi dengan menyoroti tantangan sosial dan budaya yang sering terabaikan dalam studi sebelumnya. Penelitian ini juga memberikan panduan strategis bagi pengelola koperasi dan pembuat kebijakan untuk mendukung keberhasilan digitalisasi koperasi sebagai bagian dari upaya menciptakan model bisnis yang berkelanjutan di era digital. This study aims to analyze the optimization of challenges and opportunities for digital transformation in cooperative management, as well as to provide strategic recommendations in supporting the sustainability of cooperative businesses. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study of cooperatives in East Java. Primary data was obtained through in-depth interviews with cooperative managers, while secondary data was obtained from related literature studies. Data analysis was carried out using thematic methods to identify patterns in the challenges and opportunities for cooperative digitalization. The results of the study show that digitalization provides great opportunities, including optimizing data management synchronization through an integrated information system, expanding market access through digital platforms, increasing operational efficiency, and government policy support. On the other hand, technical and social challenges such as limited technological infrastructure and cultural resistance remain major obstacles. This study confirms that the success of cooperative digital transformation requires a holistic approach that includes strengthening the technical, social, and cultural aspects of the organization. The main contribution of this study is to provide a more comprehensive perspective on cooperative digital transformation by highlighting social and cultural challenges that are often overlooked in previous studies. This study also provides strategic guidance for cooperative managers and policy makers to support the success of cooperative digitalization as part of efforts to create a sustainable business model in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mencari jawaban atas masalah bagaimana cita rasa, persepsi harga, dan promosi berdampak pada kepuasan pelanggan yang membeli produk Teh Tong Tji di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kwalitatif yang diukur berdasar pada rentang dari 1 sampai 5, dan digunakan software SPSS (Statistic Package for Social Sciences) untuk menganalisanya. Penelitian ini melibatkan 145 pelanggan teh Tong Tji yang disurvei. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa cita rasa, persepsi harga, dan promosi memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan dengan produk teh Tong Tji di DKI Jakarta. Kata kunci: cita rasa, kepuasan pelanggan, persepsi harga, promosi  ABSTRACT This research is intended to find answers to the problem of how taste, price perception and promotion impact customer satisfaction who buy Tong Tji tea products in DKI Jakarta. This research uses qualitative data which is measured based on a range from 1 to 5, and uses SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) software to analyze it. This research involved 145 Tong Tji tea customers who were surveyed. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh citra merek, kepercayaan konsumen dan persepsi harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan produk Batik Kencana Ungu. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode berupa metode kuantitatif dengan dibantu alat analisis berupa SPSS (Statistic Package for Social Sciences). Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pelanggan Batik Kencana Ungu. Untuk responden berjumlah 127 orang dengan teknik insidental sampling. Hasil penelitiannya menyatakan bahwa pengaruh citra merek dan kepercayaan konsumen signifikan, sedangkan persepsi harga pengaruhnya tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Kata kunci: citra merek, kepercayaan konsumen, persepsi harga, loyalitas pelanggan  ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of brand image, consumer trust and price perception on customer loyalty of Batik Kencana Ungu products. In this study using methods in the form of quantitative methods with the help of analytical tools in the form of SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences). The population in this study is Kencana Ungu Batik customers. For respondents totaling 127 people with incidental sampling techniques. Abstract

Tourism is defined as an activity that involves traveling to another place for the purpose of recreation or entertainment. A tourism development strategy is a series of plans and policies designed to improve and promote the tourism sector in a region. Jombang Regency, which is located in East Java, is one of the areas that has quite large potential in terms of the tourism sector. In this area there is a lot of abundant natural potential and can be seen from the many tourist attractions that have emerged from this region, but because of this competition between places tourism in this area is getting tighter. In facing intense competition in the tourism sector, it is necessary to choose the right strategy when maintaining, developing and improving a tourist attraction. From this, the author is interested in conducting research on the Sumber Biru Tourism Area which is located in the Wonosalam sub-district, which is located in Wonomerto Village, which aims to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors so that we can obtain information about the Development Strategy for the Sumber Biru Tourism Area to increase tourist visits. The method in this research uses qualitative research. The data collection method used in this research is primary data in the form of observations carried out at the Sumber Biru Jombang Tourism Village and interviews. Abstract

The rise of digital technology has altered how consumers purchase online, as seen by the growing popularity of live streaming on e-commerce sites like Shopee. This research uses mindfulness as a moderating variable to examine how customer trust and perceived value affect repurchase intention for secondhand goods sold via Shopee Live Streaming. Purposive sampling approaches were used to pick 170 respondents for this research, which combines a quantitative approach with a survey method. Partial Least Squares (PLS) were used to evaluate the data. The study's findings show that Repurchase Intention is positively and significantly impacted by Customer Trust and Perceived Value. Additionally, Repurchase Intention is significantly impacted directly by mindfulness. However, it was not shown that mindfulness had a substantial moderating impact in the link between perceived value and repurchase intention or between customer trust and repurchase intention. This finding suggests that although consumers with high levels of trust and perceived value tend to make repeat purchases, the level of Mindfulness does not strengthen the relationship in the context of shopping via Live Streaming. This research contributes to marketers and business actors to put more emphasis on strategies that build trust and create product value in increasing consumer repurchase intentions.

Abstract

This study examines how Generation Z's purchasing decisions in Sidoarjo are influenced by online customer reviews and electronic service quality, with trust as a mediating variable. Focusing on Generation Z due to their significant population and high e-commerce activity, particularly on Lazada, the research employs a quantitative approach with purposive sampling. Data was collected from 200 respondents who had made purchases on Lazada within the last three months, using structured questionnaires and analyzed with SmartPLS 4.0.The findings reveal that electronic service quality does not directly affect purchasing decisions but significantly impacts trust, which in turn influences decisions. Conversely, online customer reviews positively and significantly affect purchasing decisions, both directly and indirectly through trust. This highlights trust's critical role as a mediator in e-commerce, where consumers rely on perceived reliability and validity.The study concludes that platforms like Lazada should prioritize improving electronic service quality and leveraging positive customer reviews to build trust and boost sales. It supports theories such as the Theory of Planned Behavior (Ajzen, 1985) and Mayer et al.s (1995) trust model, offering practical insights for e-commerce platforms to enhance user experience and attract younger consumers.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of taste and service quality on Mie Gacoan customer loyalty in Sidoarjo with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable on the GoFood platform. The quantitative method was used with a purposive sampling technique, involving 190 respondents who were regular customers. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0. The research results show that taste and service quality have a significant influence on customer loyalty. The better the taste and quality of the service provided, the higher the customer satisfaction which ultimately increases customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction is proven to mediate the relationship between these two variables and customer loyalty. This research emphasizes the importance of maintaining consistent taste quality and improving service quality to increase customer satisfaction, which ultimately contributes to customer loyalty. Culinary business owners, especially those in online delivery services, need to better maintain and increase customer loyalty.

Abstract

Pengaruh hubungan keterlibatan karyawan, budaya organisasi, dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di dunia bisnis yang kompetitif adalah suatu perbincangan manajemen sumberdaya manusia yang semakin menarik dan relevan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterlibatan karyawan, budaya organisasi dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian kuantitatif kausal ini menggunakan studi kasus tunggal pada pada PT. Tiga Permata Ekspress, Sidoarjo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel keterlibatan karyawan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel budaya organisasi dan variabel stress kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Stress kerja terbukti dapat menjadi salah satu faktor yang berimplikasi negatif dapat menurunkan kinerja karyawan. The influence of the relationship between employee engagement, organizational culture, and work stress on employee performance in the competitive business world is an increasingly interesting and relevant human resource management discussion. This research aims to determine the influence of employee involvement, organizational culture and work stress on employee performance. This causal quantitative research uses a single case study at PT. Tiga Permata Express, Sidoarjo. The research results show that the employee involvement variable has no effect on employee performance. Organizational culture variables and work stress variables influence employee performance. Work stress has been proven to be a factor that has negative implications that can reduce employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengawasan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan konflik kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Cahaya Makmur Sejahtera Polimer. Alat analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 26 yang kemudian dilakukannya perhitungan statistik dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakn analisis data berupa uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji simultan (uji F), uji parsial (uji t), dan koefisien determinan. Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini menunjukkan secara simultan dan secara parsial bahwa pengawasan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan konflik kerja secara menyeluruh berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Cahaya Makmur Sejahtera Polimer. This research aims to determine the influence of work supervision, work discipline, and work conflict on employee performance at PT. Cahaya Makmur Sejahtera Polymer. The analytical tool used in this research used the SPSS version 26 program and then carried out statistical calculations using validity and reliability tests. Hypothesis testing in this research uses data analysis in the form of classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, simultaneous tests (F tests), partial tests (t tests), and determinant coefficients. The results of the analysis from this research show simultaneously and partially that work supervision, work discipline and work conflict as a whole have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Cahaya Makmur Sejahtera Polymer.
