Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja persimpangan Jl. Yos Sudarso – Jl. Gajah Mada – Jl. Mulawarman– Jl. Jend. Sudirman. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi lapangan. Data dianalisis dengan pendekatan kuantitatif mengacu kepada metode Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997. Analisis yang dilakukan meliputi arus jenuh dasar, arus lalu lintas, waktu siklus, waktu hijau, kapasitas, derajat kejenuhan dan tundaan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan kapasitas persimpangan Jl. Yos Sudarso – Jl. Gajah Mada – Jl. Mulawarman– Jl. Jend. Sudirman masih mampu melayani arus lalu lintas yang melewati simpang dengan nilai derajat kejenuhan masing-masing simpang dibawah standar Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997 yaitu DS 0,75 dan analisis tundaan kendaraan menunjukkan nilai tundaan 10,34 detik dengan tingkat pelayanan simpang berada pada level B yang berarti arus lalu lintas yang melewati persimpangan dalam keadaan stabil untuk saat ini.

Abstract

Hambatan samping adalah dampak terhadap kinerja lalu lintas dari aktifitas samping segmen jalan. Banyaknya aktifitas samping jalan sering menimbulkan berbagai konflik yang sangat besar pengaruhnya terhadap kelancaran lalu lintas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh hambatan samping terhadap kinerja ruas jalan Mulawarman serta untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja ruas jalan Mulawarman. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode MKJI 1997 (Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia) dan program SPSS versi 16. Dari hasil perhitungan analisis regresi tentang hubungan hambatan antara kinerja jalan dengan hambatan samping di dapat satu model persamaan yang baik yaitu model linier pangkat, untuk hubungan kecepatan dengan hambatan samping, dan nilai R2 sebesar 0.659, untuk hubungan volume dengan hambatan samping. Faktor dominan dari hubungan kecepatan dengan hambatan samping dari yang pengaruhnya tinggi sampai pengaruhnya terendah adalah pejalan kaki, kendaraan lambat, kendaraan berhenti lalu kendaraan keluar masuk. Sedangkan faktor dominan dari hubungan volume lalu lintas dengan hambatan samping dari yang pengaruhnya tinggi sampai pengaruhnya terendah adalah  pejalan kaki, kendaraan lambat, kendaraan berhenti, kendaraan keluar masuk.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the life of the rest of the road against overloading as well as road repair methods. In this calculation, the calculation of remaining life on the road section, analyzing the life of the pavement plan based on the cumulative results of ESAL on each vehicle load and the calculation of road repairs using component analysis method and ASSTHO 1993. Based on the results of the calculation of remaining life shows that each year experienced a decrease in the life of the plan which under normal conditions the remaining age of pavement planned since the road opened until the 5th year after the road opened is 29.42%. For alternative conditions of weight addition of 10%, the remaining age of pavement decreased from normal conditions occurred in the fourth year which showed the remaining lifespan of negative yields of – 4.01% . From this condition it is known that the pavement construction is not able to accommodate overloading until the age of the pavement plan for 10 years. The need for thick pavement for overlay on The South Mountain road using component analysis method obtained results of 7 cm while using AASHTO 1993 obtained results of 8 cm for the next 10 years by using laston MS.744 material. From both results showed that the planned pavement thickness gave relatively the same result, this is because the Component Analysis method is a modified AASHTO 1993 method.

Abstract

Asbuton is a natural asphalt material that has greater resilience and elasticity compared to extraction asphalt. When exposed to the sun and rain, asbuton has a strong and solid nature, the texture is also elastic so it is less likely to crack. One of the wastes that continues to be used in the field of road pavement is the plastic waste used in this research, which is the type of polyethylene terephthalate (PET). A lot of plastic waste is generated every year but little can be used. This research was attempted to identify the effect of the use of Buton Rock Asphalt (BRA) and plastic waste as a combination of Asphalt Concrete Layer (Laston) in terms of Marshall characteristics by using liquid asbuton and alteration of plastic accumulation content of 0%, 4%, 6%, and 8%. . The result achieved is that the accumulation of BRA and plastic waste flakes into the AC-WC asphalt concrete combination can reduce the use of asphalt by 8% by weight of asphalt with an optimum asphalt content value of 6.5%. The results of the characteristics of the AC-WC mixture with the addition of plastic waste flakes show the value of VIM decreases, VMA decreases, VFB increases with increasing effective asphalt content, Flow decreases, Stability will increase, Marshal Quotien (MQ) increases. Residual marshall stability values can be achieved above 90%, and voids in the mixture at refusal densities can be achieved in the range of greater than 2%.

Abstract

Plastic Waste (PW) is one of the primary sources of pollution, leading to drainage system blockages, thereby causing floods and road pavement damage. One of the major ways to reduce pollution due to plastic waste and excessive exploitation of natural resources is through the development of HDPE. It is also important to reduce damage to road pavement structures by improving the quality of the asphalt used during construction. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the effects of using HDPE shale, an ecologically friendly material, and the addition of Wetfix-Be to asphalt pavements in tropical climates. The study results showed that 5.75% of the OAC asphalt using plastic waste raises the stability value and meets the specification requirements. Specimens of AC-WC concrete asphalt mixture were also tested by immersing them in fresh and seawater for 0.5, 24, 72, and 96 hours. Abstract

Pemberdayaan merupakan proses sosial dengan instrumen yang digunakan pemerintah melakukan perubahan ekonomi, sosial, maupun budaya pada masyarakat. program pemberdayaan masyarakat dimaksudkan untuk mewujudkan tujuan ataupun dampak yang diinginkan untuk memenuhi kepentingan atau kebutuhan publik (masyarakat). Salah satu dampak ketidakadilan sistem ekonomi dan sistem politik adalah semakin meluasnya keberadaan kelompok masyarakat yang termarjinalkan, termasuk perempuan didalamnya. Perempuan semakin termarjinalkan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, salah satu bentuknya adalah terpinggirnya peran perempuan untuk terlibat aktif dalam proses pengambilan keputusan politik yang berhubungan dengan kebijakan publik. Pemberdayaan masyarakat (perempuan) merupakan upaya mempersiapkan masyarakat (perempuan) seiring dengan langkah upaya memperkuat kelembagaan masyarakat agar mereka mampu mewujudkan kemajuan, kemandirian dan kesejahteraan dalam suasana keadilan sosial yang berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu pemberdayaan perempuan merupakan salah satu cara yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan derajat pada seseorang agar mampu melepaskan diri dari kemiskinan dan keterbelakangan. Metode yang dilakukan dalam menyelesaikan masalah ini yaitu pendidikan Masyarakat, yaitu penyuluhan yang bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman serta kesadaran terkait strategi pemberdayaan perempuan melalui pengarusutamaan gender di Kabupaten Tana Tidung. Pengabdian ini dimulai dengan tahapan observasi profil Kab. Tana Tidung , selanjutnya menyiapkan mteri pendidikan kepada masyarakat dan yang ketiga menyampaiakn pendidikan kesehatan dengan judul Strategi Pemberdayaan Perempuan Melalui Pengarusutamaan Gender Di Kabupaten Tana Tidung.

Abstract

Amal Baru Beach is one of the tourist beaches on Tarakan Island; where for the last ten years, this beach has experienced a change in the function of its coastal area, which has become a seaweed cultivation area. These cause changes to the coastline and the area of the indicative area on the beach, besides being influenced by the characteristics of the waves that occur. Based on this, in this study, a study was conducted to determine the level of change in the coastline by applying the spatial analysis method of satellite imagery. The shoreline change rate is determined based on the LRR (Linear Regression Rate) method, which is applied to 25 sections within three years of changing satellite image samples. Based on the study conducted, it was found that there was severe damage to the coastline of 66.67% and 33.33% experienced moderate damage, with a rate of change of the coastline for a severe level of 2-5 m/year. In addition, the coastal area has also experienced a reduction in area, namely at a rate of reduction per year of 0,297 ha/year, with 72% damage caused by abrasion events. Based on the level of damage that occurred, it is necessary to protect the beach by constructing coastal protection structures. The recommendations for the types of coastal buildings given are Groynes and Detached Breakwater, which will be studied in further research.

Abstract

The strategic plan in community development is the obligation of every ministry that refers to the (RPJMN. The Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Home Affairs have agreed on the implementation of a program that accommodates all aspects/orders in realizing a clean, comfortable, safe, and healthy Regency/City to live in as a place to live). improve productivity and regional economy as well as better people's livelihoods. There are 10 categories of healthy districts/cities which are divided based on specific problems, namely: 1) residential areas, public facilities and infrastructure; 2) Independent Healthy Community Life, Food Security and Nutrition; 3) Market; 4) Education; 5) Healthy Social Life and Disaster Management; 6) Transportation and Traffic Regulations; 7) Offices, Industry, IKM and MSMEs; 8) Tourism; 9) Houses of Worship; 10) Smart City/Smart City. The method used in the form of filling out questionnaires, interviews, FGDs, and secondary data. The results of this activity indicate that it is necessary to make better efforts from the government and the community to achieve the Healthy District award. Starting from the ODF prerequisites, the presentation is still quite low, while some key indicators have been met with an estimated percentage of 70%. Mandatory arrangements and additional arrangements are still needed strategies to improve and fulfill indicators/aspects/criteria for healthy district instruments. The benefits of this PKM are as guidelines and evaluation materials for the government in an effort to improve the health and welfare of the community in Tana Tidung Regency

Abstract

Anak adalah seseorang yang berusia sebelum 18 tahun termasuk anak yang masih dalam kandungan dan belum menikah. Perlidungan anak terdapat 5 (lima) pilar yakni orangtua, keluarga , masyarakat, pemerintah derah dan negara. Menurut UNICEF (United Nations Children’s Fund) kekerasan terhadap anak merupakan kekerasan yang pada dasaranya dapat dikelompokan menjadi empat, yaitu kekerasan fisik, psikologis, seksual, dan ekonomi. Penyebab terjadinya pun beragam, rumah yang seyogyanya sebagai tempat berlindung, menjadi tempat yang paling dekat yang dapat menyebabakan kekerasan. Di Kalimantan Utara masih cukup memprihatinkan terutama masalah kekerasan pada anak (perkawinan anak, eksploitasi seksual dan masalah pekerja anak.) Data yang telah di rilis oleh Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan perlindungan anak pengendalian penduduk dan Keluarga berencana (DP3APKB) Provinsi Kalimantan Utara telah mencatat di tahun 2022, yaitu: Terdapat 94 kasus kekerasan pada perempuan, Kekerasan pada anak 132 kasus, Perkawinan pada anak 84 kasus. Metode yang dilakukan dalam menyelesaikan masalah ini yaitu pendidikan Masyarakat, yaitu penyuluhan yang bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman serta kesadaran terkait pencegahan kekerasan pada anak di Kabupaten Tana Tidung. Adapun program pencegahan kekerasan terhadap anak yaitu: program pencegahan kekerasan anak dilingkungan keluarga, lingkungan amsyarakat, dan dilembaga pendidikan. Pencegahan pada anak di Indonesia dapat kita cegah bersama melalui peran serta seluruh pihak yang melibatkan 5 (lima) pilar ,yaitu: Orangtua, keluarga, masyarakat, pemerintah daerah dan negara. Hal ini untuk mendukung tumbuh dan berkembangnya anak menjadi optimal dengan hak-hak mereka terpenuhi, maka potensi kreatifitas anak. Semua kekerasan yang diterima oleh anak akan memberikan dampak sepanjang hidupnya dan terekam dalam bawah sadar mereka

Abstract

The problems of passenger transportation (TAP) in Tarakan City are multi-dimensional, such as, fares and routes that are less organized and uneven, inconvenience and less secure, excess passengers during peak hours and vice versa, condition of operator systems, increased pollution and noise and the number of accidents and traffic violations, and driver behavior. In short, the root of the problem is the incompatibility between the Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW) for the city of Tarakan and the TAP. This study aims to assess the performance of passenger transportation based on descriptive statistical methods to: see the demand for population movement; route performance and transport operations; and the performance of transportation infrastructure, as well as the level of road service in the form of the ratio of volume per road segment capacity. The results achieved found that the existing performance of TAP in Tarakan City was relatively not optimal, the level of main road service on secondary roads because the increase in vehicle volume was significantly influenced by the high population movement, land use, level of transportation service, transportation comfort, load factor, and road conditions.
