Abstract

Perubahan dalam bidang ekonomi di Indonesia dirasa sangat signifikan. Realita bahwa kondisi ekonomi semakin tidak menentu dewasa ini bukan lagi menjadi hal yang mengejutkan. Adanya tingkat inflasi yang tinggi, terpuruknya nilai rupiah, gulung tikarnya pengusaha- pengusaha lokal merupakan indikator  ketidakstabilan perekonomian Indonesia yang turut menyumbang terhadap tingginya tingkat pengangguran. Tingkat pengangguran yang tinggi ini dapat dikurangi dengan adanya keinginan untuk berwirausaha. Bermunculannya usaha baru secara berkelanjutan membuat persaingan semakin ketat. Sejalan dengan itu pula pemberlakuan MEA (Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN) sejak awal tahun 2016 ini juga menuntut para pelaku UMKM agar bisa bersaing dengan para pengusaha dari negara ASEAN lainnya. Oleh karena itu diperlukan strategi jitu untuk menjaga eksistensi UKM dan memenangkan persaingan serta memiliki keunggulan bersaing yang nantiny aakan berdampak pada kinerja perusahaan. Tujuan  pada  penelitian  ini  ada   5   yaitu: 1) mengetahui apakah Entrepreneurial Orientation berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing pada UKM di Kabupaten Pasuruan, 2) mengetahui apakah Market Orientation berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing pada UKM di Kabupaten Pasuruan, 3) mengetahui apakah Entrepreneurial Orientation berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pemasaran  pada UKM di Kabupaten Pasuruan, 4) mengetahui apakah Market Orientation berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pemasaran  pada UKM di Kabupaten Pasuruan, 5) mengetahui apakah Keunggulan Bersaing berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pemasaran pada UKM di Kabupaten Pasuruan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian eksplanatory. Metode pengambilan data dengan teknik survai. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian  ini  adalah  UKM di Kabupaten Pasuruan yang bergerak di bidang industri kreatif dengan  jumlah  sampel 70  dan  teknik  pengambilan  sampelnya  adalah sampling jenuh. Metode analisis data yang digunakan  adalah  Analsis Jalur  (Path Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing, orientasi pasar berngaruh terhadap orientasi kewirausahaan, keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran, orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran dan orientasi pasar berpengaruh terhadap kinreja pemasaran.

Abstract

The purpose of service expected is based on the current explanation of the condition of the subject of service, among others, strengthening the SME financial structuring system that aims at efficiency and avoiding losses. All members have a good SME business concept and are in accordance with the scale of business based on SMEs becoming Benchmarks. The Indonesian Santri Entrepreneurs Association with the potential to export has increased in number. It has an effective marketing strategy concept so that products are known, favored and used by national and international parties. Expanding the HIPSI Silaturrahmi network by providing entrepreneurship education to students in general so that the pesantren involved are increasingly widespread throughout Indonesia. This service is carried out on the basis of a participatory model, in which the basic elements of the community empowerment / service process are: social participation and mobilization. The result of this dedication is a strategy undertaken to strengthen the economy of local communities by fostering SMEs in the Indonesian Santri Entrepreneurs Association, where the coaching includes managing the financial system, managing production time and efficiency in increasing productivity and increasing the profitability of SMEs, choosing profitable business concepts in determine supply chain members for start-up businesses, Seminar on small medium enterprized business practices according to Islamic sharia, build e-Commerce in SMEs using a variety of online-based media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah entrepreneurial orientation berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing, market orientation berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing, entrepreneurial orientation berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran, market orientation berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran, keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran pada UKM di Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori. Lokasi penelitian mi adalah UKM Kreatif di Kota Surabaya. Penetapan lokasi penelitian ini dipertimbangkan atas dasar bahwa Surabaya merupakan kota dengan jumlah UMKM tertinggi di Jawa Timur. Sampel penelitian ini sebesar 70 UKM Kreatif yang tersebardi kota Surabaya. Teknik pengambilan data menggunkan wawancara dan survei. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan keunggulan kompetitif dan kinerja dan UKM di Surabaya dipengaruhi oleh inisiatif dari pihak internal UKM, seperti orientasi kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukån bahwa 1) variabel enterpreneur orientation berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel keunggulan bersaing dengan pengaruh sebesar 0,846. 2) variabel market orientation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel keunggulan bersaing, dengan pengaruh sebesar 0.146. 3) variabel enterpreneur orientation berpengaruh positif signifi kan terhadap variabel kinerja pem asaran dengan pengaruh sebesar 0,377. 4) variabel market orientation berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pemasaran, dengan pengaruh sebesar 0,512. 5) variabel keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh positif siginifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pemasaran dengan pengaruh sebesar 0,815. Jadi pihak UKM Kreatif di Kota Surabaya harus selalu meningkatkan semangat da lam menumbuhkan enterpreneur orientalion dan market orientation dalam hal melakukan inovasi, aktif dalam persaingan, otonomi, selalu update pada informasi pasar, informasi keinginan pelanggan dengan tujuan supaya UKM dapat meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing dan kinerja pemasaran

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to investigate the level of knowledge of Islamic finance among small businesses and its impact on Islamic financial inclusion. The study adopts an explanatory research design and employs a quantitative approach. A total of 193 small business owners in Malang City, UK, participated as respondents in the study. The sampling technique used was side proportional random sampling with a 95% confidence level. The collected data were analyzed using linear regression analysis.The findings of the study reveal that there is a significant positive relationship between Islamic financial literacy and Islamic financial inclusion. Moreover, the study also highlights the significant influence of Islamic financial inclusion on the performance of small businesses in Malang City. These results align with previous research and provide valuable implications and directions for future studies in this field.

Abstract

Purpose: The increasing importance of digital innovation as a driver of business transformation across various industries remains underexplored in the context of SMEs. This study aims to address this gap by examining the direct effects of digital orientation and digital capability on digital innovation and assessing the mediating role of digital innovation in the relationship between organizational performance and these driving factors. Design/methodology/approach: This qualitative study analyzes data collected from 20 HIPSI SMEs in Pasuruan, Indonesia. Data were obtained through interviews and document reviews and analyzed using thematic analysis and structural modeling techniques with SmartPLS. Findings: The findings reveal that digital orientation and digital capability significantly influence digital innovation. Furthermore, digital innovation mediates the effect of digital orientation and digital capability on financial and non-financial performance. This demonstrates the critical role of digital innovation in enhancing organizational performance by leveraging digital resources effectively. Practical implications: This study highlights the need for SMEs to adopt a digital-oriented mindset and invest in developing digital capabilities to harness the potential of emerging digital technologies. This strategic alignment can foster innovation, improve competitiveness, and strengthen community digital empowerment. Originality/value: This research provides a novel framework that links digital orientation, digital capability, and innovation to organizational performance within the SME sector. It fills a critical gap in the literature by emphasizing the mediating role of digital innovation and offering insights into the digital transformation of local business communities.

Abstract

Product mura bah ah, is the most dominant product in use by fnancial institutions shari‘ah, Murabah ah is selling goods at the original price with the added advantage that is agreed between the bank with members. Cooperative financial services shari ‘ah Arjuna in serving the fnancing of the dominant members are also using contract mura bah ah, because in addition to proft-promising, offense or supervision are also very minimal. This study is a qualitative research with a holistic approach, with the aim of knowing the implementation of fnancing mura bah ah, proftability and service systems that do KJKS Arjuna. Implementation of fnancing mura bah ah in the Cooperative Financial Services Shari‘ah Arjuna in accordance with the theory of murabahah, even in the last fve years the cooperative does not have diffculties or financing problems are to seize collateral. That is a guarantee that was seized because members of delinquent payments or out of the agreed rules of both or a member defaults. Most cooperative members to direct fnancing products murabah ah because of the risks faced very light compared to products mudarabah or qord ul h asa n. So the views of the percentage murabahah 60%, 20% mud Arabah, qord ul h asa n 15%, murabahah greater in the distribution of funding.Proftability at Financial Service Cooperative Shari‘ah Arjuna increasingly declining, this is due to the marketing system that is in the cooperative still exist, seen from the structure of the organization is still no marketing department or marketing, whereas in competition shariah business in the area Purwosari, Islamic banks or cooperative Shari ‘ah that offer a margin of 1.2 percent just KJKS Arjuna.Keyword: Murabahah, Proftabilitas, Sharia Cooperative

Abstract

Pembahasan tentang pendidikan pesantren selalu mengundang diskusi dan bahasan-bahasan yang tidak berkesudahan karena pesantren memiliki magnet tersendiri yang mampu menarik minat masyarakat untuk dipelajari dan dikaji secara berkesinambungan. Kekhasan pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan meliputi sistem, manajemen, dan tata kelola lembaga serta model adopsi dan adaptasi yang diterapkan terhadap pendidikan modern. Begitu halnya dengan Madrasah Diniyah, yang umumnya memiliki kurikulum yang tertinggal yang disusun oleh pendirinya. Kedua model lembaga pendidikan ini semakin terabaikan perannya, meskipun keduanya sering dipandang sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang menawarkan nilai lebih dibandingkan dengan lembaga pendidikan lainnya.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of Islamic financial literacy and consumptive behavior on interest in online loan services at Yudharta University, Pasuruan. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires using the Google form. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the research in this study indicate that Islamic financial literacy and consumptive behavior affect interest in online loan services.

Abstract

The Batik Canting Khas Gempol SMEs in Pasuruan Regency face challenges in adopting digital technology to expand their market and enhance competitiveness. Low digital literacy is the main barrier. This program is designed to provide training and assistance for digital business transformation. The aim of this activity is to increase digital capabilities and motivate SME members to more actively utilize digital technology. This program uses a participatory action research model involving training, workshops, seminars, and individual consultation sessions to enhance participants' digital skills. As a result, 20 participants attended the training and workshops, with an average attendance rate of 97%. Significant improvements were observed in the participants' digital understanding, with an average post-test score of 90% compared to a pre-test score of 50%. About 95% of participants successfully created digital content, and 90% were able to use social media platforms for promotion. Within 2 months after the training, 70% of participants reported an average online sales increase of 30%. This program successfully improved the digital capabilities of Batik Canting Khas Gempol SMEs, demonstrating that external support and guidance are effective in empowering SMEs to undergo digital transformation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and understand the role, potential, and multiplier effects of halal tourism at Masjid Cheng Hoo in Pandaan towards enhancing the welfare of the community in Pasuruan Regency. The research methodology employed is qualitative, based on field research. The findings reveal that its historical and cultural value serves as a primary attraction for tourists seeking rich religious and cultural experiences. The potential of halal tourism around the mosque is evident in the increased tourist visits and the growth of the local tourism industry. Furthermore, the study indicates that the development of halal tourism around the mosque has a positive multiplier effect on the welfare of the community in Pasuruan Regency. The growth of the tourism industry creates new job opportunities and enhances household income, while contributing to the development of infrastructure and better public services. These findings underscore the significant economic and social benefits that the development of halal tourism at Masjid Cheng Hoo brings to the local community.
