Abstract

This study aims to investigate and analyze the impact of Regional Primary Income (PAD) and balance funds on the regional expenditure of the provincial government of Riau Islands for the period 2009 - 2021, so there are 13 data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). in the province of Riau Islands. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the simultaneous hypothesis testing that the Regional Initial Income (PAD) and balance funds together have no effect on the regional expenditure of the provincial government of Riau Islands, with a coefficient of determination test result of 43%.

Abstract

In the era of technology where development is so fast where everyone on average has a mobile phone, those who have sophisticated mobile phones must have social media. Social media is one of the media that is developing very rapidly in the world. Social media used such as Facebook and Instagram, Facebook is used not only by teenagers but now parents use Facebook more, but more teenagers use Instagram than parents. Because generally now people, especially teenagers, use two social media on top of serving as teaching how to make an advertisement on their respective social media for students of Hang Nadim Batam Vocational School, the goal is that now students can learn to make a business or sell other people's products using a promotion that done using social media respectively. Product marketing or selling other people's products will be more effective through social media that we use whether we are looking for new customers or retaining existing customers.

Abstract

Fuel is a community need, with various types of fuel available, each community consumes fuel according to their respective abilities, some see it from a price perspective and some look at it from the quality side offered. People's purchasing decisions are influenced by work, income, product quality, trust and several other factors. Various types of fuel are offered with different quality and prices. Community consumption of fuel, especially in Karimun Regency, is still dominated by pertalite because people see it from a price perspective, where the price is pertalite is cheaper compared to other types of fuel. The purchasing power of this community is of course influenced by the work and income earned and several other supporting factors. The population used in this research was 150 with an error rate of 5% so that a total of 123 samples were obtained. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between product quality, consumer behavior and trust in purchasing decisions at the Cahaya Satu January Karimun gas station. Based on the analysis of the f test, it can be seen from the significant value (0.000 <0.05) and the Fcount value of 127.420 > Ftable 3.06. This means that product quality variables (X1), consumer behavior (X2) and trust (X3) have a significant effect on purchasing decision variables

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of competence, discipline and motivation on the performance of cargo company employees in Batam City. This study uses a questionnaire distributed to employees of cargo companies in Batam City with a questionnaire of 113 respondents. This research uses individual level analysis. The object of research is the employee of the cargo company Batam City. This study uses multiple linear regression test which includes validity, reliability, normality, and r-square tests. The results showed that the results of the validity test showed that all indicators showed validity results that could lead to the next stage, and also the reliability results concluded that all the data collected and reliable. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.870, which means that the performance variable can be explained by the competence, discipline and motivation variables of 87%, while the remaining 13%. % is another factor outside the variables studied

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, reward system and competence on employee performance in two-star hotels in Batam City. This study uses primary data through questionnaires distributed to employees of two-star hotels in Batam City. The questionnaires were distributed with a total of 123 respondents. Based on the results of the questionnaire distribution, it was found that the results of the validity test showed that all indicators and statements showed valid results, this means that the validity of all data is valid and can be continued to the reliability test stage. Normality test results. The results of the test and f test can say that organizational culture, imbalance system and competence have a significant effect on the performance of two-star hotel employees in Batam City. The result of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.750, meaning that this variable can be explained by the performance variable, which can be explained by the organizational culture variable, imbalance system and competence, while 25% are other variables outside the study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and motivation on employee performance at post office service companies in Batam City. This study used primary data through questionnaires which were distributed to post office service company employees in Batam City. Questionnaires were distributed to a total of 120 respondents. Based on the results of the questionnaire distribution, it is known that the results of the validity test show that all indicators in the OCB variable statement and all indicators in the motivational variable statement show valid results, this means that the validity test level of all data is valid and can be continued to the reliability test stage. The reliability test means that the OCB variable, motivational variable and employee performance variable also show reliable results. The results of the normality test show that all data processing results show normal results. The results of the test and t test and the results of the f test can be said that OCB and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of post office delivery service company employees in Batam City. The result of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.810, meaning that employee performance variables can be explained by OCB and motivation variables by 81% while 19% are other variables outside the study.

Abstract

Riset ini bermaksud buat memahami lingkungan kerja, motivasi dan disiplin kerja pada hasil kerja karyawan di PT Harasoon Batindo. Total populasi sekitar 105 respondendan keseluruhan ini digunakan sebagai sebuah sampel. Teknik ini menggunakan non probability sampling dan sampel jenuh serta pengumpulan data ialah survei titik. Rivalitas perusahaan akan sangat ketat jika perusahaan memaksa untuk mengembangkan kinerja karyawan.kingkungan kerja ialah tempat karyawan dalam melakukan aktivitasnya. Dan motivasi merupakan dorongan karyawan dengan mengarahkan serta membimbing agar karyawannya melakukan pekerjaannya dengan baik. Serta disiplin kerja ialah kemauan karyawan dalam bekerja sesuai dengan semua peraturan yang ada di perusahaan. Yang terakhir ialah kinerja karyawan yang mana kerja karyawan ini harus medapat pencapaian yang diinginkan oleh perusahaan dan menerapkan kriteria ditempat kerja dan merupakan fungsi dari pengetahuan komunikasi dan motivasi.

Abstract

A companies that is exist competed, of course, has effective managements in order improved the performances of employees in accordance with their fields. It was found there are a decrease in the performance of PT Citra Shipyard employees caused by several aspects such as work discipline, communication and work competence. The aims of this studies are determining the effect of work discipline, communication and work competence on the performance of PT Citra Shipyard employees. This study used sample of 146 respondents. The results of this study are work discipline, communication and work content have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The implication of this research is that companies can pay attention to aspects of work discipline, communication and work competence to improve and improve employee performance. In addition, if the three variables are applied simultaneously, it will have a major effect on improving the performance of employees of PT Citra Shipyard.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitiannya ini menelusuri pengaruh motivasi, disiplin kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Airtech Globalindo. Penelitiannya ini dilakukan dengan menerapkan teknik kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian digunakan sebanyak 115 responden yakni karyawan PT Airtech Globalindo tahun 2022 dengan menerapkan teknik sampel jenuh. Dengan memakai teknik analisa data yang meliputi pengujian statistik deskriptif, kualitas data, asumsi klasik, pengaruh, serta hipotesis. Hasil yang diperoleh dari sebuah penelitian yang ada pada temuan membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja, disiplin dan motivasi dapat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Airtech Globalindo.

Abstract

The research implementation was based on a research on research objects, namely Alfamart in Batam City with limited problems at Alfamart in the Sekupang area. This study aims to analyze and determine the influence of leadership style, career development and individual commitment to employee performance at Alfamart in Batam City. In carrying out this research using the method of distributing questionnaires to Alfamart employees in Batam City, with a total sample of 120 samples used in this study. Several tests were used, such as respondent's test, validity test, reliability test, normality test, t test, r test and f test. Based on the results of the validity test, it can be concluded that all the data used is valid and can be continued for reliability tests and other follow-up tests. Based on the results of the t test, it was found that the leadership style variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Alfamart in Batam City. Furthermore, career development variables and individual commitment have a significant effect on employee performance at Alfamart in Batam City. The results of the Adjusted R-Square test show that performance variables can be influenced by leadership style, career development and individual commitment variables by 84%. The results of the f test conclude that all variables have a significant effect on employee performance at Alfamart in Batam City.
