Abstract

Abstract This study is aimed at FEB students, Islamic University of Malang. The type of research using a quantitative approach is the research used. The purpose of this study is to determine how much Price, Service Quality, e-Promotion on Consumer Purchase Interest. The independent variables used are Price, Service quality, e-Promotion, Consumer Purchase Interest is the dependent variable. The sample of this study consisted of 90 respondents who were consumers aged 19-24 years, FEB students, Islamic University of Malang who had or who often made purchases. Using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Instrument test, Using the SPSS computer program, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, traditional assumption test, determination test, f test, and t test. The findings of this study indicate that pricing has a major impact on consumer Purchase Interest, Service Quality, and e-promotion all have a significant impact on consumer purchase interest. price, service level, and Consumer Purchase Interest are influenced by e-Promotion simultaneously. Keywords: Workload, Work Environment and Employee Turnover Intention.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of TikTok Live shopping and Consumer rating on Purchase Decisions, with Customer Trust as a mediating variable. The research subjects were active students of the Islamic University of Malang (UNISMA) from the 2021 cohort who use the TikTok application and have made purchases through the TikTok Live shopping feature. A sample of 80 respondents was selected using purposive sampling. This study employed a quantitative approach with explanatory research design and path analysis to examine the relationships between variables. The findings indicate that TikTok Live shopping (X1) and Consumer rating(X2) have a positive and significant influence on Customer Trust(Z) and Purchase Decisions(Y). Moreover, Customer Trust is proven to mediate the influence of the independent variables on Purchase Decisions. These results reinforce the importance of trust as a key factor in shaping consumer decisions on digital platforms. Keywords: TikTok Live shopping, Consumer rating, Customer Trust, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of brand, product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions for Eiger products. The population used in this study is generation Z in Lowokwaru District who have purchased Eiger products. This type of research is quantitative research with a causal associative method. The sampling technique uses non-probability with the method used purposive sampling, the determination of the number of samples is obtained using the Hair et al. formula, so that 105 respondents are obtained. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression in the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that brand, product quality and promotion have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Eiger products. This shows that if Eiger products improve and maintain the brand, product quality and promotion, the buyer's decision to purchase Eiger products will increase. Keywords: Brand, product quality, promotion, buying decision

Abstract

Abstract Competition in the vape industry in Malang is getting tighter with the emergence of many new vape stores offering similar products at competitive prices. The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the effect of Promotion, Shopping Experience, and Trust Store simultaneously on customer loyalty in Wilis VapeStore customers. This research approach is Quantitative. The population of this study is Customers at Wilis VapeStore who make purchases at least 2 times or more. In this study, the number of samples was determined using the Slovin formula and obtained 75 students. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25. The results of the study indicate that there is a simultaneous and partial influence of the variables Promotion, Shopping Experience, and Trust Store on Customer Loyalty. Keywords: Customer Loyalty, Promotion, Shopping Experience, Trust Store.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of Sales Promotion and Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) on Purchase Intention among Management students at Universitas Islam Malang (UNISMA) class of 2021. Using a quantitative approach with a survey method, data were collected from 82 respondents determined through purposive sampling. The analysis employed multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that Sales Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention, suggesting that promotional strategies such as discounts, cashback, flash sales, and bundling can effectively attract students to consider purchasing products. Similarly, E-WOM also shows a strong and significant effect on Purchase Intention, highlighting the importance of digital reviews, comments, and recommendations in shaping consumer trust and purchase decisions. Furthermore, the simultaneous test confirms that both variables together contribute significantly, explaining 85% of the variation in Purchase Intention. These findings emphasize that combining economic incentives with social validation through E-WOM creates a more effective marketing strategy, especially for young digital consumers like university students. Keywords: Sales Promotion, Electronic Word of Mouth, Purchase Intention, University Students

Abstract

 Abstract This research is motivated by the rapid population growth in Singosari District, which has triggered a high demand for housing, making it essential for developers to understand the factors influencing consumer purchase interest. Employing a quantitative approach with a causal associative method, this study involved 55 respondents from the Singhasari Residence community, selected through simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression via SPSS software to examine the effects of location, price, and product quality. The primary findings indicate that, simultaneously, these three variables significantly influence purchase interest, contributing 61.3% to the variance. Partially, location and price have a positive and significant impact due to strategic accessibility and competitive economic value, whereas product quality does not show a significant effect due to the perceived uniformity of building standards. In conclusion, purchase interest at Singhasari Residence is predominantly driven by location and price factors; therefore, developers are advised to continuously optimize pricing strategies and accessibility advantages to maintain market attractiveness. Keywords: Location, Price, Product Quality, Purchase Interest, Singhasari Residence.

Abstract

Abstract The rapid development of the local fashion industry in Indonesia has intensified competition among brands, particularly in attracting Generation Z consumers. Consumer satisfaction is a key determinant of brand sustainability and is influenced by product quality, price perception, and perceived value. This study aims to examine the effect of product quality and price perception on Generation Z consumer satisfaction, with perceived value as a mediating variable, using Rucas as the research object. This research adopts a quantitative explanatory approach. The population consists of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Islam Malang, who have purchased or used Rucas products. A total of 100 respondents were selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0. The results show that product quality and price perception have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Product quality and price perception also significantly affect perceived value. Furthermore, perceived value has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction and mediates the relationship between product quality and consumer satisfaction, but does not mediate the relationship between price perception and consumer satisfaction. These findings highlight the important role of perceived value in strengthening the influence of product quality on Generation Z consumer satisfaction in local fashion brands. Keywords: Product Quality, Price Perception, Perceived Value, Consumer Satisfaction, Generation Z

Abstract

Abstract The dynamic of contemporary developments have driven the coffee shop industry in Indonesia to experience rapid growth. This study examines the influence of instagram based promotional activities, lifestyle and brand image on consumer purchasing decisions. The population consist of university student in Malang City with a sample of 100 respondent determined using the slovin formula and selected through a purposive sampling method. A quantitative approach was employed, while data processing and analysis were conducted using SPSS version 27. The analytical procedures included validity and reliability testing, normality test, classical assumtion test, hypothesis test, multiple linear regression analysis and calculation of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2). Abstract

Abstract The objective of this research is to explore the effects of Celebrity Endorsement, brand image, alongside consumer testimonials regarding the purchase decisions of Aerostreet shoes among students of Universitas Islam Malang. The research employed a quantitative approach using questionnaires Utilizing a By applying a Likert scale alongside multiple linear regression, the findings demonstrate that all three variables significantly affect purchase decisions both simultaneously and partially, with Celebrity Endorsement emerging as the dominant factor. Abstract

Abstract The rise of social media has significantly impacted consumer behavior, especially Generation Z, who actively use Instagram. This research looks at the effects of Instagram creative content and Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) on purchase decisions, with customer engagement as a mediating variable. By employing a quantitative method, data was gathered using surveys of Generation Z students at Universitas Islam Malang who had purchased Skintific products. To find both direct and indirect links between variables, path analysis was used. The findings demonstrate that creative content and FOMO significantly increase customer engagement, which in turn positively affects purchase decisions. Customer engagement also mediates the correlation between creative content, FOMO, and purchase decisions. These results emphasize the significance of creating engaging Instagram content and strengthening customer engagement to enhance purchase decisions in digital marketing strategies targeting Generation Z Keywords: : Customer Engagement, Fear of Missing Out,  Generation Z, Instagram Creative Content, Purchase Decision
