Abstract

Sistem operasi Android saat ini merupakan salah satu sistem operasi yang mengalami pertumbuhan sangat pesat didunia, khususnya di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan aplikasi pada Mobile Android menjadi salah satu aspek yang dapat mempermudah dan membantu tugas kerja dan berlangsungnya bisnis sebuah perusahaan. Studio Headspace Liza Natalia adalah sebuah perusahaan kecil yang bergerak di bidang  penyedia jasa kelas-kelas kesehatan seperti kelas Yoga, Zumba, Hip Hop Cardio, Body Combat, dan  Piloxing. Dengan adanya aplikasi mobile “Headspace Studio” ini dapat  menjadi media  marketing  yang dapat diakses secara online, mudah dan juga murah dari Mobile Android, sehingga informasi yang didapat selalu up-to-date. Aplikasi ini mencakup sistem reservasi kelas, pendaftaran menjadi member pada sisi client dan pengelolaan studio seperti pengelolaan jenis kelas, jadwal kelas, harga kelas dan  laporan keuangan pada sisi web server. Aplikasi ini dirancang menggunakan JAVA dan PHP serta MySQL sebagai basis datanya kemudian dihubungkan melalui Web Service (JSON) untuk komunikasi anatara sisi server dan sisi client. Perancangan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka, metode pengembangan sistem dengan menggunakan metode RAD (Rapid Application Development), sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemudahan akses informasi, fleksibilitas reservasi kelas-kelas dan kemudahan dalam pengelolaan Studio.

Abstract

Aset merupakan sumber daya terpenting untuk perseorangan ataupun suatu organisasi yang memilikinya, karena aset merupakan peralatan yang menunjang kegiatan suatu organisasi.Seiring berjalannya waktu aset dalam perusahaan akan banyak mengalami perubahan (pertambahan dan pengurangan) yang berlaku sangat cepat dan itu juga terjadi pada PT Metis Teknologi Corporindo. Untuk menunjang kegiatan operasional, Metis masih menggunakan sistem semi-computerized yaitu menggunakan Microsoft Excel dalam pengelolaan aset dan barang inventaris yang ada. Hal ini kurang efisien dalam segi waktu, tenaga juga biaya. Semakin berkembangnya teknologi, dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengatasi beberapa kendala yang dihadapi saat ini seperti dengan menciptakan suatu sistem yang membantu dalam pengelolaan aset, barang inventaris dan juga peminjaman barang inventaris kantor guna mencegah terjadinya kerusakan, kehilangan atau "ghost items". Pengembangan sistem berbasis web digunakan dengan permodelan sistem yaitu UML (Unified Modeling Language), meliputi diagram use case, diagaram activity, diagram sequence, dan diagram class. Metodologi pengembangan sistem manajemen aset menggunakan prototype model, pemrograman PHP dan database MYSQL. Kata Kunci : Aset, Sistem, UML, Prototype Model

Abstract

The development of Information Technology is currently felt in various fields, especially those related to computers. Technological developments also made several new innovations in the current era of globalization. Along with the development of technology, computers that were previously data processing tools systems have increase the capabilities. The usage of computers can increase efficiency and effectiveness in some jobs, so it is not surprising that many organizations or companies use official travel warrant. At Batuceper sub-district, in its office activities, official travel warrant is required when the employee will travel to a certain place. The existing system still using Word or spreadsheet application where the employee should edit the file where the employee want to travel and then input the file to Microsoft Excel, and it requires a lot of time. By making Information Systems of Official Travel warrant can facilitate users in making travel warrant, official travel receipts, official travel reports, recapitulation of official travel expenses, and better management of official travel.

Abstract

Technological developments can help human in their work. National Standardization Agency of Indonesia often gives awards for each employee based on the achievements of an employee. With the award given, it is expected that employees will motivated to provide the best work results for the company. The current rating system for National Standardization Agency of Indonesia employees is still by distributing questionnaires, then the results of the questionnaire are recapitulated and ranked based on the highest score to the lowest value. The assessment process currently take a long time so the information obtained is not fast. With the existing problems, we need a system that can help the company in determining the best employees with predetermined criteria. Based on the problems that occur, it need decision support system that can help the company to choose the best employee. The method used in decision making is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Decision making with Simple Additive Weighting method is used for decision making using the weighted addition method. Calculations in employee evaluations are carried out directly by superiors with prescribed considerations. The system developed can determine the employees who have the best performance, and helpful for decision maker to make final decision.

Abstract

Recording data on congregation and finances on Travel AJA is currently still using the manual method, namely by recording on a ledger. The manual data entry process caused difficulty in the data search process, and this became a problem in Travel AJA. The research method used in this research is literary study, and field research such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The system development methodology used is waterfall, where stages carried out in the research is requirement analysis, design, coding, and testing. With the development of this system, congregation only need to confirm congregation installment and payment processes that have been made to the system. Congregation who have paid the Umrah or Hajj fees will get proof of installments and can be printed by the congregation.

Abstract

Technological developments changes the flow of information, where anyone can receive information easily. BSN as an Indonesian non-ministerial government institution needs to think about customer satisfaction with the services that provided. Completion of customer complaint is an important thing in fulfillment customer satisfaction. At present, the delivery of information regarding complaints against BSN services is still done in a conventional manner, where each user submits a complaint directly to the Helpdesk. However, in this case the section head is difficult to monitor every complaint that exists to improve the SLA. By proposing an Customer Complaint information system that can monitor customer complaints, it is hoped that it can improve service to any complaints that exist. This research is expected to assist users so that any complaints submitted can be resolved immediately, and are expected to increase SLA.

Abstract

Penerimaan siswa baru adalah salah satu proses yang pasti ada di dalam instasi pendidikan seperti sekolah, proses ini dilakukan untuk menyaring calon siswa yang sudah sesuai dengan persyaratan yang ditentukan oleh pihak sekolah. Proses penerimaan siswa baru di beberapa sekolah selama ini belum menggunakan sebuah sistem informasi sendiri, dan laporan-laporan masih menggunakan Microsoft excel. Dengan semakin berkembangnya teknologi maka kebutuhan akan sistem informasi semakin meningkat karena dapat membantu segala aktifitas penerimaan siswa baru. Penerapan metode Simple Additive Weighting dapat membantu dalam menyeleksi pendaftar sesuai kriteria yang sudah ditentukan oleh pihak sekolah. Hasil dari perankingan di dapatkan V1= 94.731653305741, V3= 93.529234478602, dan V2= 91.440879382056. Metode Simple Additive Weighting yang diterapkan dalam sistem pendukung keputusan penerimaan siswa baru ini dapat memberikan solusi dan perangkingan yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang sudah ditentukan.

Abstract

Preparing for a wedding is of course not easy, there is a lot to pay attention to so the event goes according to plan. There are several factors that must be considered, including the budget owned by the prospective bride and groom, because the budget decides what kind of concept the wedding organizer will give. There is a need for a system that can make it easier for customers to choose the wedding package that suits their wishes but does not take a long time. The SAW method is needed to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative in all attributes. To provide recommendations for the desired package, there are several criteria. The criteria are calculated using the SAW method. The results of the ranking obtained V3 = 0.683 and V6 = 0.706. With the results of this ranking, it can be concluded that V6 is the alternative package chosen as the best alternative for service users with the weight of each criterion determined by the service user. What is expected from this research is the design results of the wedding organizer package selection used by customers in determining the best package as desired.

Abstract

Teknologi yang berkembang pesat saat ini mengharuskan para pemilik UKM untuk berusaha lebih keras lagi untuk memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik terhadap customer. Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan pengguna internet yang cukup tinggi, dimana pada tahun 2013 dimana terdapat sekitar 40% dari total populasi penduduk Indonesia . Dengan meningkatnya pengguna internet maka pangsa pasar online semakin tinggi, dan oleh karena itu pemasaran menggunakan media internet menjadi hal yang cukup menjanjikan karena pengguna internet yang semakin tinggi dan juga cakupan wilayah semakin luas. Abstract

The number of population is increasing, and the competition is getting tougher. It requires companies to remain able to survive and be able to compete with other companies, especially with companies that have the same line of business. The increasing use of the internet today has caused many changes in various fields. Many efforts are made by the company to survive, including by providing the best service to its customers. The use of existing technology for developing information systems for handling customer complaints is expected to help companies improve the quality of their products or services. In company management, it is important to provide good quality service in order to increase customer satisfaction. By determining the priority for handling customer complaints, it is expected to improve the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of engineers. The decision-making process using the simple additive weighting method is carried out by weighting each criterion. This research is expected to determine the priority of handling customer complaints so that it can help engineers in determining the priorities for handling existing complaints.
