The usability level of an application is very influential on user satisfaction in using the system. In addition, the usability level is also useful as a starting point for the improvement process of the system being developed. System Usability Scale (SUS) is one of the most widely used testing methods to measure the usability of a system. Users of the Budi Luhur University e-learning system will be given 10 questions and answered on a Likert scale. The results of the calculation of 101 respondents obtained a SUS score of 65.52. This value is in the OK category, but still needs improvement from several aspects such as in terms of user interface and performance. This can be seen from the assessment of the e-learning system that is accessed from the mobile application which gets a score of 41, in contrast to the e-learning system accessed from the website which gets a score of 86. In addition, from the performance of the e-learning system, the score is 77.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu martial arts training usually consists of training techniques followed by repetition. In the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class the instructor will correct, calibrate, and correct mistakes, whether big or small mistakes made by Brazilian Jiu Jitsu students when performing techniques. When the details of a technique have been studied, then this technique will be repeated in a situation when it is necessary to use it. At this time students cannot remember exactly how many times they have repeated a technique. This makes it difficult for instructors to monitor the progress of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu students. In this community service, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instructors and students will be provided with a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu mobile application. In addition, training was also given and accompanied to use mobile applications in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes.

Perkembangan dunia teknologi saat ini semakin pesat. Sementara itu software (perangkat lunak) pada komputer saat ini semakin banyak. Perangkat lunak yang biasa dipakai oleh manusia pada saat ini adalah Microsoft office. Microsoft Office adalah perangkat lunak yang mendukung pekerjaan kantor atau pembuatan laporan menjadi lebih mudah. Microsoft Office diantaranya terdiri dari Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point dan lain-lain. Salah satu Microsoft Office yang mendukung pekerjaan kantor atau sebuah organisasi adalah Microsoft Excel. Belum semua tenaga pendidik pada Sekolah Dasar menguasai Microsoft Office. Salah satu sekolah dasar di Jakarta yang guru-gurunya belum menguasai Microsoft Office adalah SDN Kembangan Selatan 03 Pagi terutama Microsoft Excel, sehingga dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk melakukan pelatihan atau workshop mengenai pengolahan data statistik menggunakan microsoft excel bagi staf dan guru SDN Kembangan Selatan 03 Pagi. Tujuan diadakannya pengabdian masyarakat kali ini adalah Peserta diperkenalkan dasar Microsoft Excel kemudian mengolah data statistik menggunakan Microsoft Excel, dan mengenalkan cara mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel secara mudah dan dapat dipahami. Adapun metodologi pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dengan memberikan pelatihan membuat data statistic menggunakan Microsoft Excel melalui metode pembelajaran dengan cara penyampaian melalui ceramah, tanya jawab, dan praktek. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan ini dapat menambah pengetahuan tenaga pendidik di Kembangan Selatan SDN 03 Pagi mengenai Microsoft Excel.Kata kunci : Guru, Sekolah Dasar, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office

Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that is able to provide problem solving skills in both semi-structured and unstructured ways. The company's role in the import-export business is very important because it can meet the needs of people who have been doing business in the trade sector, both domestic trade and international trade. Indonesia as a country with a high volume of international trade requires a transportation service company that can support goods export activities by providing payment facilities with a certain time period. The problem that occurs is that there are customers who experience congestion in payment of receivables. This is because there is no standardized procedure in determining the granting of receivables so that it is difficult to determine the feasibility of granting receivables to customers. Therefore, researchers will conduct research on a decision support system with the profile matching method to determine the feasibility of granting receivables to goods export services by applying the 5C principle so that decision makers do not use intuition again and have methods or standardized procedures in providing receivables to customers. This research is expected to help determine the feasibility of receivables by applying the 5C principle, it is hoped that it can help decision makers in making decisions about giving credit to customers.

Pusintek merupakan unit pengelola tugas dan fungsi terkait TIK di instansi pemerintahan di Indonesia. Salah satu tugasnya berkaitan dengan fungsi penanganan gangguan TIK yang dilaporkan oleh Unit Pengguna. Pencatatan gangguan TIK menggunakan sistem pencatatan layanan dan gangguan berbasis Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengelompokkan jumlah laporan gangguan pada Unit Pelapor dan membantu divisi teknis dalam menganalisis seberapa sering gangguan yang dilaporkan tiap unit dan kategori gangguannya sehingga divisi teknis dapat merencanakan dan mempersiapkan pengambilan keputusan terkait tindak lanjut penyelesaian gangguan TIK pada instansi Unit Pelapor. Metode Elbow dignakan dalam proses penentuan jumlah cluster gangguan yang optimal. Pengujian dilakukan dengan membagi data gangguan TIK dan menghitung cluster distance performance sampai dengan 7 cluster. Tools yang digunakan untuk pengujian menggunakan Rapidminer. Hasil pengujian memperlihatkan bahwa penggunaan k=3 akan menghasilkan cluster yang optimal untuk metode K-Means Clustering dan Elbow, dengan nilai Average Centroid Distance sebesar 69110.233 dan nilai Davies Bouldin sebesar 0.458.

With today's rapidly developing technology, SME owners need to work even harder to provide the best service to their customers. In addition, SME owners need to focus more on product marketing. Today's small business owners need to gather information to develop effective marketing methods. Indonesia has experienced a fairly high growth of Internet users. From around 2 million Internet users from a population of around 206 million people in 2000 (+/- 1% of the total population), and then grew very rapidly to around 20 million Internet users from a population of around 224 million in 2007 (+/- 10 % of the total population), then the number of Internet users increased again to around 82 million from a total population of 237 million people (about 40%) in 2013. Product marketing is an important factor in determining a company's performance. Product marketing strategy is an activity that needs to be done to introduce a product to more people. Given the above issues, it may be necessary to implement training on new marketing concepts.

Gynecological disease is a disease that is feared by women. Several diseases related to gynecological diseases such as uterine fibroids, uterine cysts, cervical cancer are types of gynecological diseases. This research develops an expert system to help detect gynecological diseases using the forward chaining method. The system development method used in this research is waterfall. The waterfall method consists of 5 stages, namely planning, analysis, design, implementation, and system. By developing this system, it can help detect gynecological diseases early based on existing symptoms so as to prevent the negative effects of these diseases.

In order to improve the management of IT services, it is necessary to analyze the satisfaction of service users. One of the determinations of quality service performance is determined from the satisfaction with the service felt by its users. The results of the user satisfaction analysis were carried out by analyzing the results of the Pusintek IT service user satisfaction survey. The Pusintek IT service user satisfaction survey will be conducted for all service users in 2022 using 5 (five) service quality indicators, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The survey results that have been obtained will then be analyzed using a Decision Tree. Based on the results of the tests performed, the accuracy of the decision tree was 98.10% and Naïve Bayes was 97.95%, while for the recall decision tree was 99.51% and Naive Bayes was 98.78%. However, for the level of precision naive bayes, it is better than the decision tree, where the precision naive bayes is 99.02% and the decision tree is 98.47%.

Pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi hampir melumpuhkan semua sektor ekonomi dikarenakan cepatnya penyebaran yang terjadi. Covid-19 juga menyebabkan seseorang sulit berinteraksi dengan jarak dekat, dan juga masyarakat dihimbau agar tidak melakukan kegiatan berkumpul untuk mencegah penyebaran Covid-19. Dampak dari penyebaran Covid-19 juga terjadi pada kegiatan belajar mengajar. Virus Covid-19 juga membuat proses pembelajaran dilaksanakan secara online atau hybrid. SUDIN Pendidikan Jakarta Barat merupakan salah satu daerah yang terkena dampak Covid-19. Sosialisasi mengenai penggunaan VideoScribe merupakan kegiatan pengabdian yang diadakan oleh tim pengabdi. VideoScribe merupakan video animasi tangan yang digunakan untuk membuat gambar, kemudian gambar-gambar tersebut akan dirangkai untuk membentuk cerita berbentuk video. Penggunaan VideoScribe dapat diaplikasikan pada masa pandemi untuk mempermudah kegiatan belajar mengajar antara guru dan siswa ketika melakukan pembelajaran secara online.

Â This study addresses the pressing need to comprehensively manage air pollution by examining the roles of local and national public agencies from the perspective of the general public. Air quality poses a critical challenge that profoundly impacts various aspects of human life. To enhance our understanding and generate both theoretical and practical insights for public management, this research introduces several key variables: the engagement of authorities in mitigating air pollution, citizen involvement in pollution reduction efforts, financial incentives for individuals and businesses to adopt air-friendly behaviors, urban green investments, the communal consequences of air pollution, and the necessity for industrial participation. Employing Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) as the research approach, data was gathered from residents of Indonesia's largest cities, where pollution significantly affects society and governing bodies. The findings are pertinent for public managers at both local and national levels, providing valuable input to enhance strategies for curbing air pollution, enhancing air quality, and ultimately improving the well-being of inhabitants.
