Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Job Insecurity (X₁) and Work Stress (X₂) on Organizational Commitment (Y) in employees of PT Indomarco Adi Prima Bengkulu Branch. The type of research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with a survey method. The research sample consisted of the entire employee population (42 people) through total sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and interviews, and then analyzed by multiple linear regression using SPSS. The results of the study showed that Job Insecurity had a significant effect on Organizational Commitment (tcal = 5,040 > ttₐbₑl = 1,684; Sig. 0.000 < 0.05). Work Stress had a significant effect (tcount = 13,047 > ttₐbₑl = 1,684; Sig. 0.000 < 0.05). Job Insecurity and Work Stress together have a significant effect on Organizational Commitment (Fcal = 95,168 > Ftₐbₑl = 3.24; Sig. 0.000 < 0.05). The Coefficient of Determination (R²) of 0.830 indicates that 83% of the variation in Organizational Commitment is explained by Job Insecurity and Work Stress, while 17% is influenced by other variables outside the model. This research shows that the increase in Job Insecurity and Work Stress significantly decreases Organizational Commitment. The practical implication is that companies need to manage job insecurity and workloads to strengthen employee loyalty. Keywords: Job Insecurity, Work Stress, Organizational Commitment

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work-life balance and burnout on job satisfaction among nurses at M. Yunus Regional General Hospital, Bengkulu. This study was a quantitative descriptive study, with all nurses at M. Yunus Regional General Hospital as the research subjects. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis, inferential analysis using SPSS, and coefficient of determination (R2) analysis. The results showed that work-life balance significantly influenced job satisfaction among nurses at M. Yunus Regional General Hospital, Bengkulu. The better the work-life balance, the higher the nurses' job satisfaction. Burnout had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction among nurses at M. Yunus Regional General Hospital, Bengkulu. Emotional, mental, and physical fatigue conditions that can be managed well will have an impact on increasing job satisfaction. Work life balance and burnout simultaneously or together have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of nurses at M.YUNUS Bengkulu Regional Hospital. This shows that the balance between nurses' personal life and work not only affects job satisfaction, but also the nurses' ability to manage physical, emotional, and mental fatigue.. Abstract

This study almed to determine the effect of brand image and product quality toward Wardah Cosmetics Costumers’ loyalty as the study on Students of Management Study Program, Faculty Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu. The data collection technique of this study used observation, interviw, and quetionnaire. The data analysis technique of this study used instrument tests, classical assumption tests, analysis of respondents’ respones, multiple linier analysis of the determination coefficient and also hypotesis testing. The result of the study show that in line with the multiple linier test obtained the regression equation which is as follows: Y= 5.224 + 0.200 (X_1) + 0.332 (X2). The test result can be seen that the variable Brand Image (X1) show tcount> ttable (2.502 > 1.98580) and (sig <α = 0,014 < 0.050) variable Product Quality (X2) obtained tcount> ttable (9.150 > 1.98580) and (sig <α = 0,000 < 0.050). Based on the finding above can be concluded that Brand Image and Product Quality have a positive and significant effect toward Wardah Cosmetics Costumers’ Loyalty as a study on students of Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu.

Abstract

Seluma Regency has several attractive investment sectors to develop, such as coal mining, shrimp ponds, oil palm plantations, weaving and tourism, the Seluma Government has tried to collect this potential data and package it in the form of a regional book and the limited costs do not allow to produce the book en masse so that digitalization of the data is needed but the data is large, difficult to access with keywords. Search Algorithm In general, search is defined as looking for data by tracing where the data is stored, Searching is the process of searching or searching, Binary search is a method of searching data that has been ordered. In this method all ordered data elements will be tested one by one until the desired element is found. Searching for sorted data will result in a fast search. This algorithm is used for fast search times. The test results are the largest potential area in Seluma Regency is the agriculture and animal husbandry sector (fisheries), then followed by mining and tourism sectors. Efficient and faster Binary Search Algorithm if looking for a value in a large amount of data, Because these data have been sorted first first and the complexity of the algorithm is smaller, the first drawback of Binary Search is that data must be sorted first so that the search process can run well and is more complicated.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the marketing strategies implemented by the Monic Fruit Shop in Curup City to increase sales and strengthen its position in the local market. The method used in this research is a SWOT analysis which identifies the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by the store. The results of this research can be concluded that the results of the IFAS matrix calculation are the weighted score for the strength factors, namely 2.17 IFAS overall weakness factors with an average score of 1.82, indicating that the strength factors are stronger than the weakness factors. The result of the EFAS matrix calculation is that the weighted score for the opportunity factor is 2.24. and threats, the overall results obtained from EFAS with an average score of 0.1.75 indicate that the opportunity factor is stronger than the threat factor. The results of the SWOT analysis of marketing strategies to increase sales of the Monic Fruit Shop were the strengths-opportunities strategy because it had a combined SWOT strategy value (4.41) higher than the weaknesses-Opportunities strategy (4.06), strengths-threats strategy (3 .92) weakness-threat strategy and purn (3.57). Marketing Strategy to Increase Sales of the Monic Fruit Shop in Curup City. The marketing strategy carried out by the Monic Fruit Shop in Curup City to increase sales involves utilizing existing strengths and taking advantage of available opportunities. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of online promotion on the increase in visitor interest at the Elephant Training Center in Suka Baru Village, Marga Sakti Sebelat District. The research was conducted from September 2024 to January 2025. The sample for this research is the interest of visitors at the Elephant Tourism Center in Suka Baru Village, Marga Sakti Sebelat District. This research used quantitative methods on 80 respondents. The sampling technique is probability sampling. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with simple regression analysis using SPSS 24 for windows. The research results and hypotheses in this study show that the online promotion variable has a partial positive effect on visitor interest at the Elephant Tourism Training Center in Suka Baru Village, Marga Sakti Sebelat District. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze how individual characteristics, job characteristics and compensation affect Employee Organizational Commitment (PT. Indomarco Adi Prima Bengkulu Branch Stock Point Salebar). The sampling method is using the total sampling method. This study was conducted quantitatively descriptively and involved 44 respondents. Observation, interviews, and questionnaires were used to collect data. Instrument testing, classical assumption testing, simple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2), and hypothesis testing (t test) and f test were used to analyze the data. This shows that individual characteristics, job characteristics and compensation have a positive and significant effect on Employee Organizational Commitment (PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Brand Love, Customer Trust, and Brand Image on MS Glow Customer Loyalty. The case study focuses on users of MS Glow products in Pasar Kepahiang Sub-district, Kepahiang Regency. This research is a descriptive quantitative study, with the population being MS Glow product users in the area. The sampling method used is proportional sampling, with a total of 140 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques included multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. Based on the data processing results using SPSS 25, the regression equation obtained is: Y2.761+0.162 X1 +0.191 X2+0.309 X3 ei with an R Square (R³) value of 0.366, meaning that the independent variables contribute 36.6% in influencing the dependent variable. The hypothesis test results show that Brand Love, Customer Trust, and Brand Image collectively have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of servant leadership, interpersonal communication, and individual characteristics on organizational commitment among employees of PT. Galempa Sejahtera Sejahtera Bersama (GSB) in the BLW Empat Lawang region. The type of research used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used are observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used include descriptive analysis, inferential analysis using SPSS, and determination analysis.The results of this study indicate that servant leadership has a positive effect on organizational commitment. This means that the better the servant leadership, the higher the organizational commitment. Interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. This means that the better the interpersonal communication, the higher the organizational commitment. Individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. This means that the better the individual characteristics, the higher the organizational commitment. Servant leadership, interpersonal communication, and individual characteristics simultaneously or collectively have a positive and significant impact on employee organizational commitment at PT. Galempa Sejahtera Bersama (GSB) in the BLW Empat Lawang region. This means that if the levels of servant leadership, interpersonal communication, and individual characteristics are good, they will enhance employee commitment.
