Abstract

Employee performance is the result of the work or contribution of employees to an organization or company in quality and quantity in accordance with predetermined standards based on the responsibilities given. Employee performance also influences output, timeframe, and attendance at work, as well as cooperative attitudes and professionalism at work. In order for employees to provide good performance for the company, the company needs to pay attention to what factors affect the performance of an employee. This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, teamwork, and communication on employee performance at PT. North Bengkulu Agriculture This study uses the entire population as respondents, namely as many as 90 people who are registered as employees of PT. Agricinal. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of the data obtained were analyzed using validity and reliability tests. The analysis technique used is the multiple linear regression analysis technique. A transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Manager participation in budget preparation and clarity of budget targets can influence performance with an effective internal control system. Research objectives (1) to determine the effect of the internal control system on managerial performance (2) to determine the effect of clarity of budget targets on managerial performance, (3) to determine the effect of the internal control system and clarity of budget targets on managerial performance. The research was carried out at Perumda Tirta Hidayah, Bengkulu City. Respondents were all 47 managerial people. Data collection used a Google Form questionnaire, shared online via WhatsApp messages. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression models and is processed with SPSS software. The results of the research that has been carried out show that partially the internal control system variables have a positive effect on the managerial performance of Perumda Tirta Hidayah, Bengkulu City. Partially, clarity of budget targets has a positive effect on the managerial performance of Perumda Tirta Hidayah, Bengkulu City. Simultaneously, the variables of the internal control system and clarity of budget targets have a positive effect on the managerial performance of Perumda Tirta Hidayah, Bengkulu City Keywords:     Internal Control System, Clarity of Budget Targets, Managerial Performance

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine the influence of digital marketing, brand image and relationship marketing on purchasing decisions. This study is a survey study using quantitative methods. Population in this study is the entire Lena MS Glow store composition in Bengkulu city. The number of samples set was 190 with the accedental sampling technique. To collect research data using questionnaires, and data analysis techniques using path analysis with PLS SEM. The results of this study prove that digital marketing has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Brand image has a positive an significant influence on purchasing decisions. Relationship marketing has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. This research is limited to the Lena MS Glow store custamers in Bengkulu city, with variables of digital marketing, brand image and relationship marketing and purchasing decisions. The results of the study contributed to the Lena MS Glow store as a reference to increase sales volume.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of service marketing on student decision-making to decide on the choice of the Faculty of Economics and Business of Muhammadiyah University of Bangkulu. This study uses quantitative methods. In this study, the population was all students of the School of Economics and Business of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu University, a total of 1,606 people, and 161 respondents were selected as a sample. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling. Use questionnaires to collect data. Multiple linear regression is used as a way to analyze data. The conclusion of the research results proves that service marketing has had an impact on students' decision to choose the Faculty of Economics and Business of Muhammadiyah University. Product factors have a positive and significant effect on student decisions. This price factor in the form of SPP has a negative effect. Promotion factors have a positive and significant effect. Location factors are positive and significant. HR factors have a positive and significant effect. Meanwhile, process factors have no effect on student decision. The physical evidence factor has a positive and significant effect on student decisions to choose the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu.

Abstract

The implementation of this community service activity took the form of training on the use of digital marketing conducted by FEB and FKIP Biology lecturers at UM Bengkulu with community participants managing the Betungan sub-district waste bank. Previously, partners marketed waste bank handicrafts offline, namely by displaying them in the waste bank window only. Training participants are able to operate smartphones for internet access. This means that these community service partners are not completely unfamiliar with technological developments, especially the use of smartphones and social media. Based on the results of interviews, several participants have made online purchase transactions and have Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp accounts.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the influence of digital marketing, relationship marketing and discount promotions on consumer buying interest in Bengkulu clothing stores. And to find out which factors most dominantly influence purchasing decisions.This research used quantitative methods on 170 respondents. The population used in this research was Bengkulu Clothing Shop consumers and the sampling in this research used a non-probability sampling technique. The research results and hypotheses show that Digital Marketing, Relationship Marketing and Discount Promos Affect Consumer Buying Interest in Bengkulu Clothing Stores. have a partial or simultaneous positive effect on consumer buying interest.Keywords: Digital Marketing, Relationship Marketing, Discount Promos and Purchase Interest

Abstract

Permasalahan yang ditemui adalah masih minimnya sekolah-sekolah melakukan kerjasama dengan industri dan masih terbatas ruang lingkuk yang dilakukan yang hanya terbatas pada magang siswa dan pembelajaran dilakukan masih berpodoman pada kurikulum yang umum tanpa mempertimbangkan kebutuhan industri di sekitarnya atau skala nasional dimana penyerapan lulusan yang masih minim dikarenakan komptensi yang dibutuhkan dunia industri tidak sesuai dengan profil lulusan dan perlunya pelatihan kewirausahaan dan manjemen usaha kepada siswa-siswi untuk bekal mereka setelah lulus nanti. Solusi yang ditawarkan berupa pelaksanaan pendampingan kegiatan berupa pengembangan SMK berbasis Industri/Keunggulan wilayah antara : melakukan pemetaan kebutuhan industri, penyelarasan kurikulum dengan melaksanakan links and match bersama industry, workshop penyusunan modul RPL, magang guru dan guru tamu, pemetaan produk barang dan jasa sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri, pembelajaran kewirausahaan dan manajemen usaha. Kesimpulan : Hasil Pre Test/Post Test bisa dilihat memberikan respon sangat positif, menyatakan bahwa kegiatan memiliki respon positif 82%, Perlu peningkatan sumber daya manusia yang ada disekolah dengan mengirim/memberi kesempatan kepada staff dan guru untuk mengikuti pelatihan/workshop keluar yang berhubungan dengan kompetensi mereka dengan sering melakukan pelatihan ataupun workshop, Pendampingan juga dilakukan dalam bentuk monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap program yang terdapat dalam rencana aksi (action plan) yang sudah berjalan dan belum dan Pendidikan yang masih terkendala dan memberi solusi yang memungkinkan untuk dilaksanakan baik dalam waktu dekat atau untuk kedepannya sehingga program ini tercapai sesuai dengan tujuan awal dari program Sekolah Menengah kejuruan Pusat Keunggulan menjadi rule model dari jurusan yang di PKkan berguna untuk perbaikkkan bagi jurusan yang lain untuk menujuh Pusat keunggulan. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Brand Image and Promotion variables on the decision to choose. This research uses a quantitative method. The population in this study is all students of Dehasen University of the 2023 intake with a total population of 2056, and 334 respondents were selected as samples. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is a positive influence of the Brand Image variable on the Decision to Choose. Based on the results of partial tests, a t-value of 5.983 and a regression coefficient of 0.575 with significance of 0.000 were obtained. (2) There is a positive influence of the Promotion variable on the Decision to Choose. Based on the results of partial tests, a t-value of 2.260 and a regression coefficient of 0.210 with significance of 0.024 were obtained. (3) Brand Image and Promotion have a positive influence on the Decision to Choose. This is evidenced by the test result of an F-value of 29.069 compared to the F-table value of 3.870 and a significance value (0.000 <0.050). Keywords : Brand Image, Promotion, Decision to Choose

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of human resource development and work motivation on work productivity in Perumda Tirta Hidayah, Bengkulu City, both partially and simultaneously. There are several independent variables (x) that will be discussed in this research, including Human Resource Development and Work Motivation. The objects of this research are the employees of Perumda Tirta Hidayah, totaling 120 respondents. In this research, several data analysis techniques were used, including using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, analysis of respondent responses, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficients, and also hypothesis testing. From the results of the multiple linear regression test, the regression equation obtained is as follows: Y = 3.070 + 0.487 (X1) + 1.103 (X2). Based on the multiple linear regression equation, it can be interpreted that: Constant value 3.070 means that if the HR Development (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) variables are equal to zero, then the Work Productivity variable (Y) is constant. The Regression Coefficient The Regression Coefficient X2 (Work Motivation) of 1.103 means that if Work Motivation increases by one unit, the Work Productivity value will increase. Assuming that the Work Motivation variable (X2) is considered fixed or constant. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the HR Development and Work Motivation variables have a partial or simultaneous effect on work productivity among employees of Perumda Tirta Hidayah, Bengkulu City. Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the influence of perceived value and digital marketing on consumer satisfaction among Indosat card customers (case study on students at Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu. As well as to find out which factors most dominantly influence consumer satisfaction. This research used quantitative methods on 130 respondents. The population used in this research was Indosat card customers among Muhammadiyah Bengkulu University students and sampling in this research was a non-probability sampling technique. The research results concluded that perceived value and digital marketing had a positive and significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on consumer satisfaction among Indosat customers.Keywords: Perceived Value, Digital Marketing, Consumer Satisfacti
