Abstract

Gastritis merupakan kondisi dimana mukosa lambung meradang disebabkan oleh iritasi dan infeksi. Gastritis terjadi bila penyakit “hanya” menyebabkan radang lambung, dan tukak lambung terjadi bila penyakit tersebut menyebabkan tukak lambung atau yang biasa kita sebut tukak lambung. Berdasarkan data kesehatan terpercaya di Indonesia tahun 2016, gastritis termasuk dalam kategori 10 penyakit terbanyak dengan pasien rawat inap di rumah sakit di Indonesia dengan jumlah kasus 380.744 kasus. Diketahui salah satu faktor resiko gastritis adalah sering mengalami stress yang berkepanjangan, dimana hal ini sering dijumpai pada pelajar maupun mahasiswa, memicu produksi asam lambung yang berlebihan; tujuan untuk memahami hubungan antara kejadian stres pada mahasiswa dengan kejadian gastritis pada Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Prima Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian observasional analitik deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa dan mahasiswi Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021 Fakultas kedokteran Universitas Prima Indonesia yang berstatus aktif dengan total 94 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuisioner dan kemudian dianalisa dengan uji Chi-Square, yaitu 37 orang (39.4%) mengalami kekambuhan gastritis dan 57 orang (60.6%) lainnya tidak mengalami kekambuhan gastritis dan diperoleh hasil uji Chi-Square hubungan antara stress dengan kekambuhan gastritis p=0,001 (p<0,05), maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin meningkatnya stres seseorang, semakin meningkatnya peluang untuk mengalami kekambuhan gastritis.

Abstract

Kepuasan pelanggan akhir-akhir ini menjadi suatu hal yang dianggap sangat penting dalam semua sektor bisnis, baik barang maupun jasa. Bagi perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa memuaskan kebutuhan pelanggan berarti perusahaan harus memberikan pelayanan yang lebih dan berkualitas (service quality) kepada pelanggan. Berdasarkan data yang didapatkan melalui survei awal pada tanggal 14 Oktober 2018, diketahui kunjungan pasien 3 bulan terakhir terjadi peningkatan, dimana jumlah kunjungan pasien rawat inap maupun rawat jalan serta penunjang medik pada bulan Juli 2018 sebanyak 8.575 pasien, pada bulan Agustus 2018 sebanyak 8.628 pasien dan pada bulan September 2018 sebanyak 8.621. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengauruh kualitas pelayanan customer service terhadap kepuasan pasien di RSU Royal Prima Medan Tahun 2018. Desain studi penelitian ini adalah cross sectional, dengan metode kuantitatif. Populasi adalah keseluruhan subjek penelitian yang akan diteliti. Sampel yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pasien yang datang melakukan registrasi di customer service RSU Royal Prima Medan sebanyak 96 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai reliabillity terhadap kepuasan pasien p value (0,013), nilai responseveness terhadap kepuasan pasien p value (0,003), nilai assurance terhadap kepuasan pasien p value (0,120), nilai emphaty terhadap kepuasan pasien p value (0,111) nilai tangibles terhadap kepuasan pasien p value (0,039). Peneliti menyarankan agar kualitas pelayanan di customer service lebih dipantau dan diperhatikan kembali khususnya dalam dimensi kualitas pelayanan assurance dan emphaty.

Abstract

Stress is a non-specific response, the process of individual psychological disruption that can interfere with him in carrying out his job. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational and individual characteristics on the work stress of nurses in the inpatient room of Royal Prima Medan Hospital in 2019. This type of research is quantative with design cros-sectional. The sampling technique used the formula to take 25% of the total population, namely 60 nurses. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and research interview instruments. Data analysis was using the chi spearmen test if the p value <0.05 and multivariate using logistic regression statistical tests. The results of the research on the effect of autonomy on the occurrence of work stress obtained the correlation coefficient of 0.850 and p-value of 0.002, the interaction of nurses with the correlation coefficient of 0.916 and p-value of 0.000, family support, the result of the correlation coefficient of 0.785 and p-value of 0.010, conflict with co-workers as the result of the correlation. coefficient of 0.970 and p-value of 0.001. The five variables influence the work stress of nurses in the inpatient room of the Royal Prima Medan Hospital 2019. The conclusion of this study is that these five variables influence the work stress of nurses in the inpatient room of the Royal Prima Hospital Medan. It is recommended to the hospital to improve the work management system properly.. Keywords: nurse, organizational, individual, work stress

Abstract

An Infectious diseases are still one of the health problems in the world, including in Indonesia. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2013, the percentage of nosocomial infections in hospitals worldwide reached 9% (variation 3 – 21%) or more than 1.4 million hospitalized patients worldwide had nosocomial infections. At the end of 2019, there was an outbreak of a virus called Corona Virus Disease / COVID-19 in Wuhan City, China. Efforts to minimize the risk of infection in Royal Prima Hospital and other health facilities need to be implemented in infection prevention and control (PPI). Researchers are interested in evaluating how to implement a nosocomial infection prevention and control program in the COVID-19 isolation room at Royal Prima Hospital Medan. This research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach with the method of determining the informants using purposive selection. The research was carried out in the Covid-19 Isolation Room of Royal Prima Hospital Medan. The sources of data or sources of information in the study were parties who were considered competent in providing internal information at the Royal Prima Medan Hospital related to nosocomial infections as many as 7 people consisting of the head of the Covid-19 isolation room at the RSU Royal Prima, PPI Team (Infection Prevention and Control in Hospitals) Royal Prima General Hospital, Five nurses on duty to nurse patients in the Covid-19 isolation room at Royal Prima Hospital. The results showed that the implementation of the infection prevention and control program at the Royal Prima Hospital was running well. Management support has been running optimally.

Abstract

Analysis of costs, tariffs and utilization of the Cost Recovery Rate (CRR) are important things to consider in providing health services. This study aims to analyze rates, costs and utilization in increasing CRR at Harapan Bunda Hospital. The type of research is quantitative and qualitative. The participants of this study were the Director, Head of Medical Services, Head of Finance, Head of Marketing, with 5 participants, quantitatively the samples taken were the top 5 diseases that were analyzed in 2019-2020. Collecting data with primary and secondary data, data were analyzed by reduction, data display and data verification. The results showed that there was a change in CRR every year, the method of determining service product rates and their comparison with competitor hospital rates in Batam, the number of patients with the disease, which amounted to 4222 people, only about 53 people were discharged dead for various reasons, the strategy adopted by the Harapan Bunda Hospital in increasing CRR is to promote several superior service products. The author suggests to further researchers using different methodologies, and to related staff and health workers to increase motivation and service quality, so as to make health care facilities to get better.

Abstract

The quality of health services is essential in health service organizations in increasing public awareness about health and health services, encouraging every organization to be quality conscious in providing services to service users of health service organizations, Total Quality Management (TQM) is a customer-oriented approach that introduces changes in management that systematic and continuous improvement, which is suitable to meet the quality needs of customers, which is simply a quality product or service if it can satisfy its customers. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) for BPJS inpatients at Royal Prima Hospital Medan. The sample in this study were 133 nurses, data analysis used univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis.with the level of relationship with the category enough,Respondents' assessment was based on the teamwork variable, the majority of respondents answered satisfactorily, the results showed that there was a relationship between the teamwork variable and the satisfaction of BPJS inpatients at Royal Prima Hospital Medan with a relationship level with a strong category,Respondents' assessment was based on the variable of periodic system improvement, the majority of respondents answered satisfactorily, the results showed that there was a relationship between the variable of irregular system improvement on the satisfaction of BPJS inpatients at Royal Prima Hospital Medan with a relationship level with a strong category.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic condition that occurs when there is an increase in blood glucose levels because the body cannot produce insulin or use insulin effectively. This study aims to evaluate more in-depth information about compliance with Type-2 DM undergoing diet therapy from the perspective of the Theory of Planned Behavior. The informants in this study consisted of 17 informants consisting of 1 Doctor, 1 Nurse, and 15 Type 2 DM patients. This type of research was qualitative using in-depth interviews related to dietary compliance with Type 2 DM patients, then analyzed by triangulation. The results showed that diet-adherent behavior was significantly influenced by attitudes, subjective norms, individual behavior control, and intentions. The amount of intention and obedient attitude and behavior possessed by Type 2 DM patients will make it easier for Type 2 DM patients to carry out diet therapy. The level of adherence to diet therapy in this study with a high category of 10 patients with a percentage of 66.7%, patients with a level of adherence to diet therapy with a moderate category of 4 patients with a percentage of 26.7%, and patients with a level of adherence to diet therapy with a low category as many as 1 patient with a percentage of 6.7%. The amount of intention and obedient attitude and behavior possessed by Type 2 DM patients will make it easier for Type 2 DM patients to carry out diet therapy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the risk factors for stunting in toddlers aged 24-59 months in the working area of Royal Prima Marelan Hospital. The method used is observational with a cross-sectional design. The results showed a relationship between exclusive breastfeeding, complementary breastfeeding, father's height, income and nutritional status with the incidence of stunting in children aged 24-59 months. The level of energy intake, protein intake, and maternal height did not significantly correlate with the incidence of stunting. In conclusion, the father's height factor has the most dominant relationship with the incidence of stunting. Keywords: Toddlers, Risk Factors, Stunting, Parents' Height

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing students' snacking habits on the incidence of acute diarrhea. The method used is a cross-sectional survey with an explanatory research approach. The results showed that there was an effect of attitude (p = 0.024), trust (p = 0.007), availability of snacks (p = 0.012), peers (p = 0.013), the role of the family on acute diarrhea (p = 0.021), but there was no effect the amount of pocket money (p = 0.466) and the role of the mass media in acute diarrhea (p = 0.0869). In conclusion, attitudes, beliefs, availability of snacks, peers and the role of the family affect acute diarrhea, while the amount of pocket money and the role of the mass media do not affect acute diarrhea. Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of using gadgets on refractive errors. The method used is cross-sectional. The results showed that there was no effect on the duration of using the gadget, the intensity of light, the position of using the gadget on refractive errors, but there was an effect of visibility and genetics on refractive errors.
