This research was conducted at companies whose employee performance was decreasing. This is evidenced by the number of employees who can only work individually and do not want to work as a team. The results of the initial observations show the influence of several factors on employee performance. This study aims to investigate these factors, such as: job stress, work conflict, satisfaction, work comfort and its associated with employee performance. The research method uses an explanatory survey. The number of samples used was 120 property company employees in West Bandung Regency, Indonesia. The results of the study indicate that job stress, work conflict, job satisfaction and work comfort have an effect on improving employee performance, while the most dominant factor affecting employee performance is work comfort.

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence nano store customer loyalty in a small and densely populated city, namely Cimahi City, Indonesia. Respondents come from nano store consumers. The total sample of the study was 130 respondents. This research used a quantitative descriptive method and the data were analyzed by multiple regression. The results showed that simultaneously service quality, product quality, and price affect consumer loyalty. However, partial testing only affects service quality and product quality that affects customer loyalty. Meanwhile, price is not proven to be influential in increasing customer loyalty. This indicates that consumers are more focused on paying attention to product quality and service quality when shopping at nano stores.

The COVID-19 pandemic that is currently striking has forced some businesses to reduce their business activities and some even have to close their businesses. One of the businesses that is directly affected is the culinary field of Small and Medium Enterprises. However, the application of food delivery services is like an oasis for business people, people still use this service to fulfil their needs. The purpose of this study was to see how much influence the use of food delivery services applications for Small and Medium Enterprises during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in simple linear regression analysis.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product completeness and pricing on consumer purchasing decisions at the Nano Store in Bandung District during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of descriptive quantitative research, while the data used is primary data collected through questionnaires to 110 respondents and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant influence between product completeness and pricing on consumer purchasing decisions, this is evidenced by the R Square value of 0.608, which means that product completeness and pricing have an effect of 60.8% on purchasing decisions and the remaining is 39.2. % influenced by other variables outside the independent variables studied. In this research, it can also be seen that simultaneously product completeness and pricing have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions, which means that the more complete the product provided and the better the pricing, the higher the level of purchasing decisions.

Seeing the current situation and conditions, the presence of an epidemic that is in the spotlight of the world and is feared by everyone, namely Covid 19. Where people rush to stay at home so they can avoid this deadly outbreak. In Tasikmalaya there is a change in behavior shown from people who used to only buy goods offline so that people can see these items firsthand, the Covid Pandemic is the reason why there is a change in people's behavior. Today we are introduced to a technology that helps people to be able to buy a product or food without direct contact, namely by using a Shopee E-commerce, changes in shopee consumer behavior have been analyzed for the correctness by processing data using SPSS Version 22 by making a questions made on Google Forms by taking a sample, namely the City of Tasikmalaya, the area of which is the city that has a change in behavior, especially in Shopee E-Commerce. This factor has been proven by the existence of a reference group factor and a status role factor that makes a change in behavior towards Shopee E-Commerce consumers in Tasikmalaya City.

Currently (2021), the world is being hit by the COVID-19 pandemic. Almost all sectors are affected, not only health. Restrictions on community activities have an effect on business activities which in turn have an impact on the economy. because of that all started using digital media to carry out their activities. This study analyzes the effect of product line strategy on consumptive behaviour. This research case study was conducted on active POLBAN students for the 2019-2022 class. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method where primary data is the source of this research. Primary data was collected from G-Forms questionnaire distribution data distributed to 110 respondents. Primary data has been obtained and analyzed using a data processing validity test, reliability test, normality test, hypothesis test, and correlation analysis. Data analysis was obtained by simple linear regression. This data processing was processed using SPSS 26 software. The results of this study indicate that the product line strategy has a 5.55% influence on consumptive behaviour in online transactions (e-commerce). The magnitude of the proportion is a positive and significant influence. The larger the strategic product line, the higher the consumptive behaviour.

The rapid development of technology and information encourages students such as Generation Z to enter the world of digital literacy, which is expected to make good use of it, especially in entrepreneurship. Hence, this study aims to determine the effect of Digital literacy on the entrepreneurship intentions of students majoring in Business Administration at Bandung State Polytechnic. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative questionnaire measuring instruments. The number of respondents involved in this study was 311 students majoring in Business Administration at Bandung State Polytechnic. Then, for data analysis using SPSS v.20 by examining the validity and reliability test, and a simple regression analysis test. The results of the data analysis explain that Digital literacy has a positive and significant influence on the entrepreneurial intentions of students majoring in Business Administration at Bandung State Polytechnic.

This study aimed to determine how Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) influence student buying interest in Greater Bandung, Indonesia. Respondents in this study came from vocational students and university students in Greater Bandung who have used social media. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method using statistical analysis in the form of validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression tests, correlation tests, and normality tests. The sample in this study amounted to 115 respondents. The data collection technique used was distributing questionnaires to respondents via Google Forms. The results showed that key opinion leaders have a significant effect on buying interest, which means that key opinion leaders can influence the buying interest of students in Greater Bandung, Indonesia.

This research aims to analyze the influence of implementing e-commerce on purchasing decisons on the MSME in Bandung, Indonesia. The research methodology used was descrptive quantitative, with primary data collected through distributing questionnaires to 108 respondents who implemented e-commerce. Data analysis involved descriptive, correlation and simple regression approaches. The findings of this research show that the application of e-commerce has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on the SMEs scale.
