Abstract

Nilai karakter kebangsaan memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk kepribadian siswa SD. Namun, kajian terkait representasi nilai-nilai tersebut dalam bahan ajar, khususnya buku teks, masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi representasi nilai karakter kebangsaan dalam gambar buku teks Pendidikan Jasmani Sekolah Dasar (PJOK) kelas IV. Metode analisis isi digunakan pada 120 gambar dengan mengacu pada 18 indikator nilai karakter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai mandiri (21%), kerja keras (20%), dan tanggung jawab (17%) mendominasi. Sebaliknya, nilai religius, cinta damai, peduli lingkungan, dan gemar membaca tidak ditemukan. Hasil ini menunjukkan buku teks lebih menonjolkan nilai-nilai yang terkait dengan aktivitas fisik, sementara nilai lain yang penting untuk pengembangan karakter siswa masih kurang terwakili. Disarankan agar buku teks direvisi untuk mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai yang kurang terwakili serta pelatihan bagi guru untuk mendukung implementasi pendidikan karakter. Representation of National Character Values in Elementary School Physical Education Textbook Images Abstract National character values play a crucial role in shaping the personality of elementary school students. However, studies on the representation of these values in teaching materials, particularly textbooks, remain limited. This study aims to evaluate the representation of national character values in images from the Grade IV Physical Education (PJOK) textbook. Content analysis was conducted on 120 images based on 18 character value indicators. The findings reveal that independent (21%), hard work (20%), and responsibility (17%) were the most prominent values. Conversely, religious, peace-loving, environmental care, and love for reading were absent. This suggests that the textbook emphasizes values related to physical activities, while other critical values remain underrepresented. Revisions to the textbook and teacher training are recommended to support comprehensive character education.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami pengaruh lingkungan sosial, fasilitas, dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap kesadaran berolahraga anak binaan di Sentra Paramita Mataram. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, dengan melibatkan 10 anak binaan sebagai subjek penelitian. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar anak binaan hanya berolahraga sesuai jadwal panti, sementara lainnya memiliki inisiatif mandiri. Hambatan utama partisipasi meliputi rasa malas dan rendahnya motivasi. Dukungan dari pengasuh dan fasilitas yang memadai berdampak positif namun kurang efektif dalam membangun motivasi intrinsik. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan perlunya program olahraga yang mengedukasi anak binaan tentang manfaat olahraga dan meningkatkan motivasi intrinsik melalui pendekatan sosial dan penghargaan. Rekomendasi utama adalah pengembangan program olahraga terstruktur yang melibatkan kegiatan tim dan dukungan teman sebaya. Awareness and Motivation of Foster Children toward Sports at Sentra Paramita Mataram Abstract The aim of this study is to understand the influence of social environment, facilities, and intrinsic motivation on the sports awareness of children at Sentra Paramita Mataram. A qualitative descriptive approach was used, employing observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation techniques, with 10 children as the research subjects. The findings reveal that most children only engage in sports according to the schedule set by the institution, while others exhibit independent initiative. The main barriers to participation include laziness and low motivation. Support from caregivers and adequate facilities have a positive impact, but are less effective in fostering intrinsic motivation. This study concludes that there is a need for an educational sports program that informs children about the benefits of physical activity and enhances intrinsic motivation through social approaches and rewards. The primary recommendation is the development of a structured sports program that involves team activities and peer support.

Abstract

Kebugaran jasmani merupakan unsur yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari karena hal ini berhubungan erat dengan kemampuan fisik seseorang. Peserta didik usia sekolah dasar adalah sekelompok masyarakat yang sedang tumbuh dan berkembang serta memiliki berbagai kerawanan yang memerlukan pembinaan dan bimbingan (Kiram, 1992: 4). Gerak untuk berolahraga, bagi anak sekolah dasar bukan berarti anak sekolah dasar harus dilatih untuk pencapaian prestasi tinggi, tetapi anak sekolah dasar harus disiapkan sesuai dengan tahap perkembangannya, dan tahap perkembangannya (Sukintaka,1992: 10). Untuk peserta penyuluhan adalah siswa kelas 4, 5 dan 6 di seolah dasar negeri 1kuripan. Target luaran yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini nantinya adalah :Terciptanya perkembangan kondisi fisik yang lebih baik melalui pengukuran tingkat kebugaran secara berkala, Menciptakan pengetahua positif bagi anak-anak sekolah dasar. Tentang pentingnya budaya hidup sehat, Menciptakan karakter kepribadian akan semangat, gotong royong royong, saling membantu dan meningkatkan ide kreatifitas pemuda dan masyarakat dari karakter permainan olahraga tradisional sendiri, Memberikan pengetahuan kepada orang tua bahwa seorang anak membutuhkan waktu permainannya. Bukan hanya menghabiskan waktu nya untuk belajar disekolah atau tempat les/bimbel, Kesimpulan Pelaksanaan kegiatan penyuluhan pentingnya tingkat kebugaran jasmani untuk anak sekolah dasar di Lombok barat sebagai berikut: Siswa lebih bersemangat untuk menjaga kebugarannya melalui aktifitas fisik yang benar, Siswa lebih termotifasi untuk menjaga pola makan, hidup dan istirahat yang benar, Guru penjasorkes dapat melalukan tes dan pengukuran yang tepat untuk anak usia sekolah dasar, Orang tua lebih mempunyai peran penting untuk mengkontrol segala aktifitas di luar sekolah.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam pembelajaran berbasis teknologi di sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Praya Barat Daya, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Mitra dalam program ini adalah sepuluh sekolah dasar dengan total partisipasi 50 guru. Metode pelaksanaan melibatkan analisis kebutuhan, perencanaan, pelatihan intensif, pendampingan mentor-mentee, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan teknologi para guru. Sebelum pelatihan, 75% guru kurang percaya diri menggunakan aplikasi pembelajaran, namun setelah pelatihan, lebih dari 85% guru merasa lebih percaya diri dan terampil. Selain itu, partisipasi dan hasil belajar siswa juga meningkat, dengan nilai rata-rata kelas meningkat sekitar 15%. Rekomendasi dari program ini adalah pentingnya penyediaan infrastruktur teknologi yang memadai, pelatihan berkelanjutan, dan dukungan institusi pendidikan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan efektivitas penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Pendekatan holistik dan kolaboratif yang diterapkan terbukti efektif dalam menjembatani kesenjangan keterampilan teknologi di kalangan guru, menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih dinamis dan interaktif bagi siswa. Strengthening Teacher Capacity in Technology-Based Learning in Elementary Schools in Praya Barat Daya District, Central Lombok Regency The purpose of this Community Service (PKM) activity is to improve teacher competence in technology-based learning in elementary schools in Praya Barat Daya District, Central Lombok Regency. Partners in this program are ten elementary schools with a total participation of 50 teachers. The implementation method involves needs analysis, planning, intensive training, mentor-mentee assistance, and ongoing evaluation. The results show a significant increase in teachers' technology skills. Before the training, 75% of teachers were less confident in using learning applications, but after the training, more than 85% of teachers felt more confident and skilled. In addition, student participation and learning outcomes also increased, with the average class score increasing by around 15%. The recommendations of this program are the importance of providing adequate technology infrastructure, ongoing training, and support from educational institutions to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of the use of technology in learning. The holistic and collaborative approach applied has proven effective in bridging the gap in technology skills among teachers, creating a more dynamic and interactive learning environment for students.

Abstract

This community service project aims to raise ecological awareness among students of physical education and surrounding campus communities through educational initiatives rooted in outdoor physical activities and ecological ethics. The main problem faced by the target group is the lack of environmental awareness and sustainable behavior in daily life. The method employed combines training sessions, ecological physical activity simulations, and reflective group discussions based on real-world environmental cases. Data were collected through questionnaires, behavioral observations, and in-depth interviews. Indicators of success include improved understanding of ecological ethics, active participation, and behavioral changes in waste management and environmental preservation practices. The results demonstrate that activities such as nature trekking, eco-literacy exercises, and tree-planting projects significantly improved participants’ awareness and behavior towards environmental care. Data analysis revealed a strong positive correlation between experiential-based learning and the internalization of ecological values. These findings support previous studies highlighting the importance of hands-on learning in environmental education. The program contributes directly to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 13 (Climate Action) and Goal 15 (Life on Land). Furthermore, this initiative has succeeded in building a replicable model of community-based ecological education for higher education institutions.

Abstract

Physical literacy has four components, one of which is the physical component. Increasing the physical component requires learning strategies implemented through physical education, one of which is the traditional Lombok game, which is an effective learning process for children. This research aims to test the effectiveness of traditional Lombok games in increasing physical literacy in elementary school students. This study used the Quasi Experimental Design research method (pretest and posttest control group design) involving 66 class IV students. It consists of two groups, namely, the control group and the intervention group. The intervention group (n = 33; 50% boys and girls) received a weekly 60-minute Lombok traditional game session provided by a local instructor trained in child care, whereas the control group (n = 33; 50% boys and women) received no additional treatment.Components of children's physical literacy were assessed using the PLAYbasic instrument before and after treatment. The results of the PL assessment of the pre-test control group were 42.7 in the Emarging category, the post-test was 45.5 in the Emarging category, while in the experimental group the pre-test was 45.6 in the Emarging category and the post-test was 65.1 in the Competent category, there was an increase in the experimental group. The experimental group using traditional Lombok games had a better level of physical literacy or the Competent category than the control group. While the results of data analysis from the study showed the output of the Independent Samples Test, the Sig value was obtained. (2-tailed) = 0.000 < 0.05.Thus, the traditional Lombok games for grade IV students aged 9 years have a significant influence. Based on these results, it shows the importance of traditional Lombok game interventions that can provide benefits for developing and increasing appropriate physical literacy in later life.

Abstract

Motor movement skills are an important foundation in the physical and cognitive development of elementary school-age children. However, physical education learning in many schools is still less than optimal in developing the motor aspects as a whole through an approach that is in accordance with the characteristics of the child. This study aims to examine the influence of the great Indonesian Children's Gymnastics program on the motor movement ability of elementary school students. The method used was a experiment with a Pretest-Posttest Design with Control Group, involving 60 students in grades IV and V in one of the public elementary schools in Malang district. Motor ability measurement is carried out through four aspects: running, balance, agility and leg muscle strength. The results of the paired sample t-test showed a significant improvement in all aspects of motor movement after participating in the great Indonesian children's gymnastics program (p < 0.05). However, the level of significance indicated only a modest effect size, suggesting that the impact, while meaningful, was relatively small. These findings suggest that movement-based gymnastics designed in a fun and structured manner can contribute to the improvement of children's motor skills, although further refinement of the program may be needed to achieve stronger outcomes. This study concludes that Great Indonesian Children’s Gymnastics can serve as an alternative learning strategy in elementary schools to support motor development, but its effectiveness requires further optimization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi efektivitas Model Pembelajaran PJOK Berbasis Karakter dan Pencegahan Bullying (MP-PKPB) dalam menurunkan insiden bullying serta meningkatkan kompetensi sosial-emosional siswa di SDN 1 Beraim. Hipotesis penelitian menyatakan bahwa integrasi pembelajaran berbasis permainan kolaboratif, naratif-reflektif, dan dukungan sebaya ke dalam RPP PJOK akan menurunkan frekuensi bullying dan meningkatkan empati, tanggung jawab, serta kerja sama di kalangan siswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dengan 25 informan, terdiri atas 5 guru PJOK, 5 guru kelas/Kepala Sekolah, dan 15 siswa kelas III–V. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif pasif, wawancara semi-terstruktur, fokus grup, serta dokumentasi foto dan video. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi tematik, penyajian narasi deskriptif eksplisit, dan triangulasi antara hasil observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk memastikan keabsahan temuan. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa setelah implementasi MP-PKPB, frekuensi insiden bullying verbal dan relasional menurun secara signifikan, ditandai dengan berkurangnya laporan insiden harian dari area lapangan olahraga dan ruang istirahat. Deskripsi temuan juga menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran siswa terhadap dampak perilaku bullying, perbaikan interaksi antarpeserta didik, serta penguatan nilai empati dan tanggung jawab dalam kegiatan jasmani. Guru melaporkan kemudahan dalam memfasilitasi refleksi nilai dan menerapkan strategi persuasif-reflektif ketika konflik muncul. Temuan ini mendukung hipotesis bahwa MP-PKPB efektif sebagai kerangka kerja praktis untuk pencegahan bullying dan pembentukan karakter. Implementasi model ini dapat menciptakan iklim sekolah yang lebih inklusif dan aman serta membentuk siswa yang kompeten secara fisik dan matang secara sosial-emosional.

Abstract

This study evaluated the sports coaching management system at KONI Lombok Tengah in preparation for the 2026 Provincial Sports Week (PORPROV XII) using the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product). The research adopted a descriptive quantitative approach and collected data from KONI administrators, coaches, and athletes through Likert-scale questionnaires. Results showed that the Context component, particularly the program’s goals, was adequately defined, though background planning lacked depth and data orientation. In the Input domain, infrastructure and funding were sufficient, but the capacity and quality of human resources, especially coaches, remained suboptimal. The Process evaluation revealed strong implementation and coordination, but weak monitoring and feedback systems. The Product analysis showed adequate short-term outcomes but highlighted critical challenges in program sustainability, especially the absence of long-term development strategies and regeneration mechanisms. These findings affirm the utility of the CIPP model in diagnosing strengths and gaps in regional sports development programs and emphasize the urgent need for capacity building, structured evaluation, and long-term planning to ensure sustainable athlete development in resource-constrained settings.
