Abstract

The Industrial Revolutions 4.0 and 5.0 have significantly transformed the workforce, demanding human resources (HR) to possess digital skills and adaptive readiness. This study aims to identify and analyze the necessary digital skills and HR readiness to address the challenges of these industrial revolutions through a literature review approach. This article analysis of 15 scientific articles published between 2020 and 2025, the research reveals that digital skills such as data literacy, information technology proficiency, and problem-solving abilities are key factors. The readiness of Human Resources (HR) to adopt advanced technologies and human-centric approaches in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and 5.0 era depends on their willingness to acquire new skills and adapt to rapid transformations. Thus, the success of HR is greatly influenced by organizational readiness and access to technology-based training. The findings of this study provide strategic recommendations for policymakers and practitioners to design effective and relevant HR development programs in the era of Industrial Revolutions 4.0 and 5.0.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the supervision strategies implemented by the principal in improving teacher performance based on professional competence at SD N Sukasenang 2, Garut. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with a case study method. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and analysis of school documents. This study identified the stages of supervision that include planning, implementation, and evaluation, which are carried out systematically and continuously. The results of the study indicate that the principal utilizes a clinical supervision approach, professional training, and personal coaching to improve pedagogical competence and teacher professional abilities. This strategy is considered effective in improving teacher performance, especially in terms of lesson planning, implementing innovative methods, and assessing learning outcomes. However, several obstacles were detected, such as the principal’s limited time, variability in teacher competency levels, and lack of facility support. To overcome these challenges, the principal developed a collaborative approach by involving senior teachers and forming a teacher working group. This study recommends increasing the intensity of supervision, providing adequate resources, and strengthening the culture of reflection in learning to support continuous teacher professional development. These findings are expected to be a reference in developing supervision strategies in other elementary schools.

Abstract

This study explores the strategies and governance of inclusive education management through a multisite case study at SDN 263 Mriyunan Gresik and SDN 25 Banda Aceh. The aim is to analyze how these schools implement inclusive policies, manage resources, and address challenges in fostering an inclusive learning environment. Employing a qualitative approach with a multisite case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis involving school principals, teachers, and stakeholders. The findings reveal that both schools adopt adaptive strategies, including differentiated instruction, teacher capacity building, and collaborative partnerships with local and national education authorities. However, contextual differences, such as policy implementation support, community engagement, and resource allocation, significantly impact the effectiveness of these strategies. The novelty of this study lies in its comparative analysis of inclusive education governance across distinct regional and sociocultural contexts, highlighting best practices and contextual challenges. This research contributes to the development of more effective and adaptable inclusive education management strategies, providing insights for policymakers, educators, and institutions committed to fostering equitable learning environments.

Abstract

This study investigates intergenerational social tensions in the workplace, with a particular focus on how lecturers perceive and navigate these tensions to facilitate collaboration. It examines the influence of perceived control, intentionality, and external attributions in shaping internal attribution processes within an academic environment. A quantitative research approach was adopted utilizing an exploratory model. Data were collected from 118 lecturers in Palembang, Indonesia, through structured questionnaires. Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) was employed to examine the relationships between variables, with a particular emphasis on attribution theory. External attribution plays a significant mediating role, suggesting that lecturers primarily interpret intergenerational tensions through external factors such as organizational policies and workplace culture before forming personal attributions. This study enhances the understanding of workplace dynamics by applying attribution theory to the context of intergenerational tensions in academia, which underscores the critical role of external attribution in shaping perceptions that influence internal attribution and also offers practical insights for developing inclusive management strategies in fostering effective collaboration across generations.
