Abstract

This study investigates the impact of Continuous Training and Perceived Usefulness, along with Employee Digital Experience, on Employee Trust towards Digital HRM Systems in the context of employees working in digital startups. This study was primarily quantitative and primarily used surveys. The study used purposive sampling. The research made use of Google Forms to create and distribute an online survey. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results were verified for validity and reliability, and other preliminary assumption tests such as normality, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity, along with some other preliminary assumption tests, were also conducted prior to the hypothesis tests. Continuous Training, Perceived Usefulness, and Employee Digital Experience were shown to positively and significantly impact Employee Trust in Digital HRM Systems. This was shown to be the case whether the three constructs were analyzed independently, in combination, or as a group, with the study showing that the three constructs were important for the creation of trust in Digital HRM systems. Finally, it is anticipated that this research will provide a theoretical boost to the development of digital human resource management and technology acceptance debates and practical advice to digital startup firms that wish to make their Digital HRM system deployment operate more efficiently.

The rapid development of technology has transformed the way we learn, making Technology-Enhanced Learning Performance of utmost importance to educators, schools, and policy makers. This research aims to investigate the influence of Technology Readiness, Personalized Learning Experience and Digital Learning Continuance Intention on Technology-Enhanced Learning Performance among college and university students. For our study design we gathered data from students and analyzed it using Multiple Linear Regression. Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of Mobile Application Quality, Brand Consistency, and Service Reliability on Digital Customer Experience Users of food delivery app. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze data collected through online questionnaires. Prior to hypothesis testing, the validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test were used for the data. The study showed that the Mobile Application Quality, Brand Consistency, and Service Reliability variables had a positive and significant influence on Digital Customer Experience both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination suggests that three independent variables in this research explain the Digital Customer Experience. According to the research findings, application quality, brand consistency, and service reliability shape the digital customer experience in food delivery services. In addition to providing recommendations for food delivery service providers on how to improve their service quality and product competitiveness through effective customer experience management, the study also makes theoretical contributions to digital marketing, customer experience, and digital service management literatures.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the influence of Social Media Interactivity, User Experience, and Brand Image on Customer Engagement on Digital Platforms for digital-based retail consumers. Data were collected via online surveys and analyzed by using multiple linear regression. Before testing the hypotheses, validity and reliability tests, as well as the conventional assumption tests. The research results pointed out that Social Media Interactivity, User Experience, and Brand Image have a significant and positive impact on Customer Engagement in Digital Platforms partly and simultaneously. The leading variable impacting Customer Engagement is User Experience. The results of the study indicate that the quality of social media engagement, the best user experience, and a strong brand image may contribute to an increase in consumer contact on digital platforms. This research advances the literature of digital marketing, customer engagement, and consumer behavior, and offers practical implications for digital-based retail organizations to develop strategies to sustainably enhance customer engagement.
